Aug 11, 2026Path traversal for some gaudi-container-runtime before version 1.24.0 within Ring 3: User Applications may allow an escalation of privilege.CVE-2026-32677 · Other software · Intel · reported by secure@intel.comMedium 5.4
Path traversal for some gaudi-container-runtime before version 1.24.0 within Ring 3: User Applications may allow an escalation of privilege. Unprivileged software adversary with an authenticated user combined with a low complexity attack may enable escalation of privilege. This result may potentially occur via local access when attack requirements are present without special internal knowledge and requires passive user interaction. The potential vulnerability may impact the confidentiality (high), integrity (high) and availability (high) of the vulnerable system, resulting in subsequent system confidentiality (none), integrity (none) and availability (none) impacts.

Aug 7, 2026OpenYak is a local-first agent runtime for reliable tool-using models, with a desktop workspace built on top.CVE-2026-46409 · Other software · openyak · reported by GitHubCritical 9.6
OpenYak is a local-first agent runtime for reliable tool-using models, with a desktop workspace built on top. Prior to version 1.1.3, the OpenYak desktop backend binds an HTTP API to `127.0.0.1:<random port>` (commonly 19141) without server-side Origin validation, loopback authentication, or Content-Type enforcement, and with a wildcard CORS policy. Any webpage a user visits while OpenYak is running can issue cross-origin requests to this local server — the browser acts as a proxy into loopback, bypassing OS-level network isolation. Chained, this lets a malicious page execute arbitrary shell commands on the host (RCE) via the build agent with `permission_presets.bash=true`, shut down the service, and exfiltrate chat history and account PII — with no user interaction beyond opening the page. Version 1.1.3 patches the issue.

Aug 7, 2026Hono is a Web application framework that provides support for any JavaScript runtime.CVE-2026-69207 · Other software · honojs · reported by GitHubMedium 5.3
Hono is a Web application framework that provides support for any JavaScript runtime. Prior to 4.12.34, the built-in CORS middleware, hono/cors, is vulnerable to a regular expression denial of service (ReDoS). During a preflight OPTIONS request, the middleware parses the attacker-controlled Access-Control-Request-Headers header using a whitespace-tolerant regular expression whose backtracking makes its running time quadratic in the input length. Because the header value is bounded only by the deployment's maximum HTTP header size, a single preflight carrying a long run of whitespace can consume seconds of CPU and block request processing. On runtimes that share one execution thread across requests, this stalls concurrent requests as well, and repeated requests can render the service unresponsive. This affects the default configuration, since the vulnerable path is reached whenever cors() is used with an unset or empty allowHeaders. Applications that set a non-empty allowHeaders are not affected. This issue is fixed in version 4.12.34.

Aug 7, 2026Hono is a Web application framework that provides support for any JavaScript runtime.CVE-2026-71850 · Other software · honojs · reported by GitHubMedium 4.8
Hono is a Web application framework that provides support for any JavaScript runtime. From 3.8.0 to 4.12.33, memo() from hono/jsx retains the result of a server side render and reuses it for later renders with comparator equal props, and request scoped values read inside the component take no part in that comparison, so a response can contain HTML rendered for another user's request. Components wrapped with memo() are compared by props alone; values read implicitly during rendering, such as JSX Context through createContext() and useContext(), useRequestContext() from hono/jsx-renderer, and getContext() from hono/context-storage, do not participate, and the retained result lives as long as the wrapped component, so it outlives the request that produced it. A user may receive a response containing HTML rendered for another user when both render the same memoized component with comparator equal props on the same warm instance, which may disclose another user's account or profile data, disclose request scoped secrets embedded in HTML such as CSRF tokens, or expose role specific content to users who should not receive it. This issue is fixed in version 4.12.34.

Aug 7, 2026Hono is a Web application framework that provides support for any JavaScript runtime.CVE-2026-71849 · Other software · honojs · reported by GitHubLow 3.7
Hono is a Web application framework that provides support for any JavaScript runtime. From 4.7.0 to 4.12.33, the Proxy Helper proxy() function in hono/proxy does not remove response headers named by the origin's Connection header. Per RFC 9110 Section 7.6.1, an intermediary must remove the header fields listed in a message's Connection header field before forwarding the message, in addition to the well known hop by hop headers, but the proxy() function only removed the well known hop by hop headers, including Connection itself, from origin responses. A client may therefore receive response headers that the origin intended only for its immediate peer, disclosing connection scoped or internal metadata contained in such headers, when an application proxies responses from an origin that declares additional, non standard headers as hop by hop via the Connection response header. This issue is fixed in version 4.12.34.

Aug 7, 2026Hono is a Web application framework that provides support for any JavaScript runtime.CVE-2026-71848 · Other software · honojs · reported by GitHubMedium 5.3
Hono is a Web application framework that provides support for any JavaScript runtime. From 4.12.0 to 4.12.33, the languageDetector middleware is vulnerable to algorithmic complexity denial of service when processing a crafted language tag containing a large number of hyphen separated subtags. To implement progressive language tag truncation, normalizeLanguage() repeatedly calls parts.slice(0, i).join('-') for every possible prefix, so the total amount of string processing grows quadratically with the number of subtags. Language values may come from a query parameter, cookie, Accept-Language header, or URL path, depending on the detector configuration, and the default detector order enables query string, cookie, and header detection, so applications using languageDetector() may expose this processing to unauthenticated requests. An attacker may repeatedly send requests containing long, hyphen separated language tags, causing excessive CPU consumption and preventing unrelated requests from being processed. This issue is fixed in version 4.12.34.

Aug 3, 2026Ouroboros is a local-first runtime for AI coding agents that records their actions and applies user-defined policies to constrain behavior.CVE-2026-66065 · Other software · Q00 · reported by GitHubHigh 8.4
Ouroboros is a local-first runtime for AI coding agents that records their actions and applies user-defined policies to constrain behavior. Versions prior to 0.42.1 have an incomplete denylist. Several execution-routing keys of the same RCE class were omitted, so a malicious cloned repo can still reach arbitrary command execution by shipping a .env (auto-loaded at import, with no review step). The CVE-2026-47211 fix added _UNTRUSTED_ENV_DENYLIST to stop an untrusted project-directory .env from redirecting execution, but it did not account for all keys. The backend config-home and MCP/plugin roots bypass the approval gate by pointing the nested agent, MCP servers, and plugin roster at attacker config. Other variables re-enable blocked local transports, replace sub-agent prompts, switch backends, and lower tool approval classes, further weakening the approval gate. This issue has been fixed in version 0.42.1.

Aug 3, 2026Ouroboros is a local-first runtime for AI coding agents that records their actions and applies user-defined policies to constrain behavior.CVE-2026-47211 · Other software · Q00 · reported by GitHubHigh 8.4
Ouroboros is a local-first runtime for AI coding agents that records their actions and applies user-defined policies to constrain behavior. In versions prior to 0.39.0, if a user clones a malicious repository and runs Ouroboros commands within that directory, it can lead to arbitrary code execution and potential system takeover. The vulnerability stems from Ouroboros loading the .env file from the current working directory. Execution-affecting environment variables such as OUROBOROS_CLI_PATH, OPENCODE_CLI_PATH, and other backend selectors are accepted directly from this local .env. An attacker can include a malicious script in the repository and point the CLI path variable to it (e.g., OUROBOROS_CLI_PATH=./malicious_script.sh). When the user executes a command like ouroboros init or any command that instantiates the adapter, the malicious script is executed instead of the intended CLI. This issue has been fixed in version 0.39.0.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: iio: accel: kxsd9: fix runtime PM imbalance on write_raw() error kxsd9_write_raw() takes a runtime PM reference with pm_runtime_get_sync() but returns -EINVAL directly when a scale with a non-zero integer part is requested, skipping the matching pm_runtime_put_autosuspend(). This leaks a runtime PM usage-counter reference on every such write, after which the device can no longer autosuspend. In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: iio: light: gp2ap002: fix runtime PM leak on read error gp2ap002_read_raw() calls pm_runtime_get_sync() before reading the lux value, but if gp2ap002_get_lux() fails, it returns directly. This skips the pm_runtime_put_autosuspend() call at the "out" label, permanently leaking a runtime PM reference and preventing the device from autosuspending. Jul 21, 2026The NXP LPUART serial driver (drivers/serial/uart_mcux_lpuart.c), when CONFIG_UART_USE_RUNTIME_CONFIGURE is enabled, called LPUART_Deinit() at the start of mcuxCVE-2026-10674 · Other software · zephyrproject · reported by vulnerabilities@zephyrproject.orgMedium 5.5
The NXP LPUART serial driver (drivers/serial/uart_mcux_lpuart.c), when CONFIG_UART_USE_RUNTIME_CONFIGURE is enabled, called LPUART_Deinit() at the start of mcux_lpuart_configure(), which disables the LPUART peripheral clocks. The requested configuration is validated only afterwards (in mcux_lpuart_configure_basic), and unsupported parity/data-bit/stop-bit/flow-control values return -ENOTSUP before the clock is re-enabled. As a result, a uart_configure() request with an unsupported configuration left the LPUART in a clock-disabled state; any subsequent access to LPUART registers (poll_out/poll_in, interrupt handling, or a later reconfigure) faults on the gated peripheral and escalates to a hard fault, crashing the system. uart_configure() is a Zephyr syscall whose verifier (z_vrfy_uart_configure) only checks that cfg is readable user memory and forwards the caller-supplied configuration unchanged, so an unprivileged userspace thread with access to an LPUART device can deterministically trigger the fault, a persistent system-wide denial of service. Introduced in v2.5.0 and present in all subsequent releases until this fix, which removes the LPUART_Deinit() call and instead only di

Jul 21, 2026Smithy-RS is a Rust code generation and runtime framework that generates HTTP clients and servers from Smithy interface definitions, powering the AWS SDK for RuCVE-2026-15957 · Other software · AWS · reported by ff89ba41-3aa1-4d27-914a-91399e9639e5High 8.7
Smithy-RS is a Rust code generation and runtime framework that generates HTTP clients and servers from Smithy interface definitions, powering the AWS SDK for Rust and custom service implementations. Uncontrolled recursion in the JSON, CBOR, and XML deserializer functions emitted by Amazon smithy-rs code generation could allow remote attackers to cause a denial of service (process abort via stack exhaustion) via a small request containing deeply nested data for a recursive model shape to a generated SDK or server. To mitigate this issue, users should upgrade to aws-sdk-rust release-2026-06-02 or later. Users building custom servers with smithy-rs codegen should regenerate from smithy-rs release-2026-06-01 or later.

Jul 19, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: efi: Allocate runtime workqueue before ACPI init Since commit 5894cf571e14 ("acpi/prmt:CVE-2026-64183 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67Medium 5.5
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: efi: Allocate runtime workqueue before ACPI init Since commit 5894cf571e14 ("acpi/prmt: Use EFI runtime sandbox to invoke PRM handlers") ACPI PRM calls are delegated to a workqueue which runs in a kernel thread, making it easier to detect and mitigate faulting memory accesses performed by the firmware. Rafael reports that such PRM accesses may occur before efisubsys_init() executes, which is where the workqueue is allocated, leading to NULL pointer dereferences. Since acpi_init() [which triggers the early PRM accesses] executes as a subsys_initcall() as well, and has its own dependencies that may be sensitive to initcall ordering, deferring acpi_init() is not an option. So instead, split off the workqueue allocation into its own postcore initcall, as this is the only missing piece to allow EFI runtime calls to be made. This ensures that EFI runtime call (including PRM calls) are accessible to all code running at subsys_initcall() level.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: i2c: tegra: fix pm_runtime leak on mutex_lock failure If tegra_i2c_mutex_lock() fails, the function returns without calling pm_runtime_put(), leaking the runtime PM reference acquired by the preceding pm_runtime_get_sync(). This prevents the device from ever entering runtime suspend. Add the missing pm_runtime_put() before returning on lock failure.

Jul 19, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: xfrm: iptfs: reset runtime state when cloning SAs iptfs_clone_state() clones the IPTFS modCVE-2026-63911 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67High 7.8
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: xfrm: iptfs: reset runtime state when cloning SAs iptfs_clone_state() clones the IPTFS mode data with kmemdup(). This copies runtime objects which must not be shared with the original SA, including the embedded sk_buff_head, hrtimers, spinlock, and in-flight reassembly/reorder state. If xfrm_state_migrate() fails after clone_state() but before the later init_state() call has reinitialized those fields, the cloned state can be destroyed by xfrm_state_gc_task() with list and timer state copied from the original SA. With queued packets this lets the clone splice and free skbs owned by the original IPTFS queue, leading to use-after-free and double-free reports in iptfs_destroy_state() and skb release paths. Reinitialize the clone's runtime state before publishing it through x->mode_data. Because clone_state() now publishes a destroyable mode_data object before init_state(), take the mode callback module reference there. Avoid taking it again from __iptfs_init_state() for the same object.

Jul 18, 2026uproot dynamically generates Python class source code from ROOT TStreamerInfo records in a file and compiles it at runtime.CVE-2026-9147 · Other software · scikit-hep · reported by VulnCheckHigh 8.5
uproot dynamically generates Python class source code from ROOT TStreamerInfo records in a file and compiles it at runtime. Some file-controlled streamer metadata fields (for example, streamer element names) are interpolated into the generated Python source without safe quoting via repr() or the !r format specifier. An attacker who can supply a crafted ROOT file can place Python expression-breaking content into a streamer metadata field. When uproot generates and invokes the corresponding reader method, the injected Python expression is evaluated in the context of the process opening the file, resulting in arbitrary Python code execution in applications that open or process attacker-controlled ROOT files with affected uproot code paths.

Jul 15, 2026PlaywrightCapture stored capture-specific configuration and runtime data as mutable class-level variables rather than instance-level variables.CVE-2026-63175 · Other software · Lookyloo · reported by 5a6e4751-2f3f-4070-9419-94fb35b644e8High 7.1
PlaywrightCapture stored capture-specific configuration and runtime data as mutable class-level variables rather than instance-level variables. Consequently, multiple Capture objects running within the same Python process could share state, including HTTP headers, cookies, browser storage, HTTP credentials, proxy configuration, user-agent settings, geolocation information, and captured request data. In a multi-user or concurrent deployment, information supplied during one capture could therefore persist and be reused by a subsequent or parallel capture. This could result in the disclosure of authentication cookies, credentials, browser storage, or captured request data belonging to another user. It could also cause requests to be performed with another capture's authentication context, headers, or proxy configuration, potentially enabling unauthorized access to remote resources or interference with other capture operations. The vulnerability is resolved by initializing all capture-specific settings and request data as instance variables in the Capture constructor, ensuring that state is isolated between capture operations.
