Oct 22, 2026A data-validation flaw exists in the BSON handling and binary serialization path of the MongoDB C# Driver.CVE-2026-114646 · Other software · MongoDB · reported by cna@mongodb.comMedium 6.9
A data-validation flaw exists in the BSON handling and binary serialization path of the MongoDB C# Driver. When an application constructs a raw or lazy BSON document object from externally supplied binary data, the driver does not verify that the size quantity declared inside that data matches the amount of data actually provided, and it copies the data onto the wire unchanged. An unauthenticated party who can supply binary content to such an application can thereby cause additional elements to be inserted into, or existing elements to be removed from, the database command the application issues, without needing any database credentials of their own. This can result in unauthorized modification of stored data and disclosure of data outside the intended scope of the application's request, bounded by the database privileges the application itself holds.

Oct 22, 2026Incomplete validation of extracted archive entry paths in ast-cli's tar extraction logic on Linux and macOS (used when installing the Vorpal ASCA real-time engiCVE-2026-77156 · Other software · Checkmarx · reported by 596c5446-0ce5-4ba2-aa66-48b3b757a647Medium 6.3
Incomplete validation of extracted archive entry paths in ast-cli's tar extraction logic on Linux and macOS (used when installing the Vorpal ASCA real-time engine and the SCA Resolver) would allow a malicious tar archive containing absolute or traversal path entries to write files outside the install directory. Windows builds were not affected, as the Windows extractor performs this path validation. Exploitation required substituting the archive served at "download.checkmarx.com". An attacker able to compromise that server and replace the archive could write arbitrary, executable files to arbitrary filesystem paths via this path traversal. Extraction now validates that each entry's destination path resolves within the working directory and rejects absolute paths.

Oct 21, 2026Roundcube Webmail before 1.6.20 and 1.7.x before 1.7.5 is affected by a CSRF validation bypass in the mark-as-junk action of the markasjunk plugin.CVE-2026-114719 · Email & office · reported by MITRELow 3.7
Roundcube Webmail before 1.6.20 and 1.7.x before 1.7.5 is affected by a CSRF validation bypass in the mark-as-junk action of the markasjunk plugin. The plugin read the _uid parameter from POST data but passed it to rcmail::get_uids() without constraining the input mode, so values re-read inside that helper could be taken from the query string and the action carried out without a valid CSRF token. Upstream fixed this in the commit “Fix CSRF validation bypass in the mark-as-junk action”, which passes rcube_utils::INPUT_POST explicitly.

Oct 21, 2026Robots::Validate versions from 0.4.3 before 0.4.10 for Perl report clients as imposter robots when User-Agent matcher state carries over from a previous requestCVE-2026-112921 · Other software · reported by 9b29abf9-4ab0-4765-b253-1875cd9b441e
Robots::Validate versions from 0.4.3 before 0.4.10 for Perl report clients as imposter robots when User-Agent matcher state carries over from a previous request. Each Robots::Validate object holds one pure-Perl Aho-Corasick search machine and feeds every User-Agent into it without resetting its state. A User-Agent that ends part-way through a robot name leaves the machine mid-match, so the next User-Agent checked by the same object can complete that name. That client's address is then checked against the robot's DNS rule, which it fails. A remote client can use this to make a site that blocks bad robots block other visitors where the prefix User-Agent string is a suffix of a robot being validated. Note that deployments with Algorithm::AhoCorasick::XS are also affected, since it was unused due to a different bug.

The system fails to invalidate existing access tokens associated with sub-organization users during sensitive account management operations such as password reset, role change, or sub-organization disablement. This oversight allows previously issued tokens to remain active even after the user's access context has been modified or revoked through administrative actions. The product failed to enforce validation constraints on user-supplied input in URL parameters, allowing sensitive data to be passed to flows where it was not intended to be processed. Although the product did not utilize this data, its acceptance could lead to logging. If a user mistakenly sends sensitive data via URL parameters to any flow, this data could be inadvertently logged in access logs. This has the potential to expose confidential information, compromising the security and privacy of affected systems if the product is used incorrectly.

Oct 21, 2026Apache bRPC versions before 1.18.0 validate the server certificate chain when client TLS peer verification is enabled, but do not bind the certificate to an expCVE-2026-66392 · Websites & servers · Apache Software Foundation · reported by security@apache.org
Apache bRPC versions before 1.18.0 validate the server certificate chain when client TLS peer verification is enabled, but do not bind the certificate to an expected DNS name or IP address. A network attacker who can redirect or intercept a connection and who possesses a certificate issued by a CA trusted by the client for another name may impersonate the requested TLS endpoint. Affected Scenarios: Applications use a bRPC client Channel to connect to an untrusted network with certificate verification enabled and trust a CA that can issue certificates for identities other than the intended endpoint. How to Fix: Upgrade to Apache bRPC 1.18.0 and enable VERIFY_PEER with a positive verify_depth. HTTPS Channels automatically verify the certificate against the host in the Channel URL. Callers may set VerifyOptions::expected_peer_name explicitly when the certificate identity differs from the URL host. Alternatively, apply the patch from https://github.com/apache/brpc/pull/3408 . Note: The new option performs DNS SAN or IP SAN verification during the TLS handshake. Configurations that set expected_peer_name while peer verification is disabled are rejected.

In Eclipse OpenJ9 versions prior to 0.63.0, the JITServer component fails to perform cross-field validation on attacker-controlled `_size`, `_paddingSize`, and `_dataOffset` fields during `DataDescriptor` message deserialization. An unauthenticated remote attacker can send a crafted network payload that triggers an unsigned integer underflow in `DataDescriptor::getPayloadSize()` and `DataDescriptor::getNextDescriptor()`. Imager::File::GIF versions before 1.006 for Perl allow out-of-bounds reads when consolidating GIF images. With `gif_consolidate => 1`, palette indices from the image are used without checking the colour table's bounds. The i_readgif_low routine reads beyond the heap allocation and copies the bytes into output pixels. The default GIF reader is not affected. The same code ships bundled in the Imager distribution. Where this comes from: the exploited list is CISA’s Known Exploited Vulnerabilities catalog. Everything else is the whole National Vulnerability Database, where each record is published by the team that found the bug (Wordfence, Patchstack, WPScan, the vendors themselves and others); we show who. Exploit odds are FIRST’s EPSS, updated daily. Titles and categories are ours, so check the linked record before acting on a detail. For a write-up of the big ones, see our advisories. Every vendor, and every WordPress plugin and theme with a recorded flaw, also has its own page. All of it is free to reuse as JSON, CSV or RSS.
