  • Aug 26, 2026RustDesk versions 1.3.9 through 1.4.9 contain a path traversal vulnerability in the macOS clipboard file-paste code path.CVE-2026-73102 · Other software · rustdesk · reported by VulnCheckMedium 6.9

RustDesk versions 1.3.9 through 1.4.9 contain a path traversal vulnerability in the macOS clipboard file-paste code path. The application accepts peer-supplied file descriptor names and joins them to the selected target directory without requiring normalized relative paths. A remote peer in an active clipboard file-paste session can use parent-directory components or absolute paths to write files outside the intended target directory at locations writable by the RustDesk process. Commit 6f1eb16 fixes the issue by validating descriptor names and safely joining paths.

  • Aug 26, 2026Mang Board WP: Missing AuthorizationCVE-2026-75977 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceHigh 8.8

The Mang Board WP plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Missing Authorization via Authentication Cookie Forgery in all versions up to, and including, 2.3.7. This is due to flawed HMAC generation in the mbw_get_hash_key() function that uses the current user's identity instead of the cookie username parameter when a WordPress user is logged in, combined with insufficient validation in mbw_validate_auth_cookie(). This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with subscriber-level access and above, to forge administrator authentication cookies and change administrator passwords to achieve complete site takeover.

  • Aug 24, 2026RustDesk's Windows clipboard redirection copies a peer-supplied length into a fixed-size caller buffer without an upper bound check.CVE-2026-76840 · Other software · rustdesk · reported by VulnCheckHigh 8.5

RustDesk's Windows clipboard redirection copies a peer-supplied length into a fixed-size caller buffer without an upper bound check. When an OLE paste consumer such as explorer.exe calls IStream::Read with a buffer of cb bytes, CliprdrStream_Read in libs/clipboard/src/windows/wf_cliprdr.c requests that many bytes of a remote file through cliprdr_send_request_filecontents and then executes CopyMemory(pv, clipboard->req_fdata, clipboard->req_fsize), where req_fsize is taken verbatim from the peer's CLIPRDR FileContentsResponse by wf_cliprdr_server_file_contents_response (req_fsize = fileContentsResponse->cbRequested) and is never clamped to cb anywhere in the chain. The function's only length comparison, req_fsize < cb, handles the short-read case and is evaluated after the copy has already occurred. A malicious or compromised peer that answers a small file-contents read with an oversized response therefore writes attacker-chosen data past the end of the paste consumer's heap buffer when the local user pastes clipboard file contents offered by the remote side. The file is a fork of FreeRDP's client/Windows/wf_cliprdr.c, where the same defect is CVE-2026-68579, fixed in FreeRDP 3.30.0

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ptp: ocp: Fix board ID over-read The EEPROM board ID is a fixed 13-byte field and is not guaranteed to contain a NUL terminator. Passing it directly to devlink_info_version_fixed_put() treats it as a C string and may read beyond the field. • Aug 21, 2026Kite is a Kubernetes dashboard.CVE-2026-53487 · Other software · kite-org · reported by GitHubMedium 4.3

Kite is a Kubernetes dashboard. Prior to version 0.12.3, authenticated Kite users with any role can request `/api/v1/overview` for a cluster that their roles do not permit by selecting that cluster with `x-cluster-name`. The overview route is registered before `middleware.RBACMiddleware()` and `GetOverview` only checks `len(user.Roles) > 0`, so it returns aggregate Kubernetes inventory and capacity data from unauthorized clusters. Version 0.12.3 fixes the issue.

The report.list procedure in packages/trpc/src/routers/report.ts accepted a projectId and a dashboardId and returned getReportsByDashboardId(dashboardId). The enforceAccess middleware in packages/trpc/src/trpc.ts verified membership for the supplied projectId, but nothing verified that the supplied dashboardId belonged to that project, and getReportsByDashboardId in packages/db/src/services/reports.service.ts selects reports by dashboardId alone with no project scoping. An authenticated user could therefore pair a projectId from their own organization, which satisfies the middleware, with a dashboardId belonging to another organization and receive every report in that dashboard. A correctly scoped helper, listReportsCore, already existed in the same service file and resolves the dashboard through getDashboardById(dashboardId, projectId) before returning reports, but the router did not use it.

In Splunk Enterprise versions below 10.4.2, 10.2.6, 10.0.9, and 9.4.14, a user who holds the "power" Splunk role could store a malicious script in dashboard sparkline format options and execute unauthorized JavaScript in the browser of another user who views the dashboard. If the other user holds the "admin" Splunk role, the script could access all relevant data available through Splunk Web and perform actions with that user's permissions. The vulnerability is possible because Splunk Web does not limit the permitted dashboard visualization options to safe presentation settings and does not escape tooltip values before rendering them. The vulnerability requires the attacker to phish the affected user by tricking them into initiating a request within their browser. The user who holds the "power" Splunk role should not be able to exploit the vulnerability at will. • Aug 18, 20264gaBoards is a boards system for realtime project management.CVE-2026-53959 · Other software · RARgames · reported by GitHubMedium 6.5

4gaBoards is a boards system for realtime project management. Prior to 3.3.9, 4gaBoards allows any authenticated user to enumerate account information for every user through GET /api/users and retrieve arbitrary accounts through GET /api/users/:id. The users/index and users/show actions rely only on the default is-authenticated policy in server/config/policies.js, and server/api/controllers/users/index.js returns the result of sails.helpers.users.getMany() without requester-specific authorization or response sanitization. Responses expose email, phone, organization, name, isAdmin, ssoGoogleEmail, ssoGithubEmail, and other SSO-linked email fields, including data for administrators. This enables instance-wide user enumeration, privacy loss, and targeted phishing reconnaissance. This issue is fixed in version 3.3.9.

A crafted value such as ../ can select an arbitrary file readable by the server process, and the file is returned to the attacker. FUXA is a web-based Process Visualization (SCADA/HMI/Dashboard) software. In 1.3.2 and earlier, the allowDashboard authorization gate in server/integrations/node-red/index.js calls authJwt.verify for /nodered without inspecting the decoded identity. When nodeRedEnabled is true, secureEnabled is true, and nodeRedAuthMode is secure, a remote unauthenticated attacker can obtain a signed guest token from POST /api/heartbeat and use it to access the RED.httpAdmin editor and flow deployment API. Because the Node-RED configuration has no second adminAuth gate, the attacker can deploy function nodes or invoke fuxa.runScript and runtime.scriptsMgr.runScript, gaining control of FUXA project data, configuration, scripts, filesystem-capable runtime helpers, and potentially operating-system commands when nodeRedUnsafeModules is enabled. • Aug 18, 2026FUXA is a web-based Process Visualization (SCADA/HMI/Dashboard) software.CVE-2026-65984 · Other software · frangoteam · reported by GitHubHigh 7.5

FUXA is a web-based Process Visualization (SCADA/HMI/Dashboard) software. In 1.3.2 and earlier, POST /api/refresh in server/api/auth/index.js falls back from current user data to decoded.groups, including when the user is deleted or groups is zero, and POST /api/heartbeat in server/api/index.js re-signs inbound JWT claims without validating the current database record. An attacker who possesses a previously issued privileged refresh cookie or access token can continue minting privileged JWTs after account deletion, disablement, role removal, or demotion. Continued refresh-cookie rotation can extend the stale session and preserve unauthorized access to user management, project manipulation, runtime configuration, scripts, and backdoor-account creation. This issue is fixed in version 1.3.3.

  • Aug 18, 2026FUXA is a web-based Process Visualization (SCADA/HMI/Dashboard) software.CVE-2026-47721 · Other software · frangoteam · reported by GitHubMedium 6.3

FUXA is a web-based Process Visualization (SCADA/HMI/Dashboard) software. Prior to 1.3.2, POST /api/scheduler and DELETE /api/scheduler in server/api/scheduler/index.js do not consistently enforce authJwt.haveAdminPermission for scheduler settings. An authenticated non-admin operator can create or alter deviceActions that invoke onSetValue or onRunScript, or delete schedules, gaining access to device-value changes and server-side project script execution normally reserved for administrators. Scheduled and repeating actions can continue changing PLC setpoints, safety interlocks, device state, or project data after the operator's session ends. This issue is fixed in version 1.3.2.

  • Aug 18, 2026FUXA is a web-based Process Visualization (SCADA/HMI/Dashboard) software.CVE-2026-47720 · Other software · frangoteam · reported by GitHubMedium 5.3

FUXA is a web-based Process Visualization (SCADA/HMI/Dashboard) software. Prior to 1.3.2, the TDengine DAQ storage connector's escapeTdString function in server/runtime/storage/tdengine/index.js doubles single quotes but does not escape backslashes. A remote unauthenticated attacker can submit a crafted sids tag identifier through GET /api/daq or the Socket.IO DAQ_QUERY event so TDengine interprets the backslash and quote sequence as SQL syntax. The injected query can return every row from fuxa.meters, exposing historical PLC tag values, device identifiers, and device names even when FUXA authentication is enabled. This issue is fixed in version 1.3.2.

  • Aug 18, 2026FUXA is a web-based Process Visualization (SCADA/HMI/Dashboard) software.CVE-2026-47719 · Other software · frangoteam · reported by GitHubHigh 8.2

FUXA is a web-based Process Visualization (SCADA/HMI/Dashboard) software. Prior to 1.3.2, the DEVICE_WEBAPI_REQUEST and DEVICE_PROPERTY Socket.IO handlers in server/runtime/index.js omit isSocketWriteAuthorized and accept attacker-controlled property.address or endpoint connection data. A remote unauthenticated attacker can make server/runtime/devices/httprequest/index.js call axios.get against arbitrary HTTP or HTTPS destinations, connect to reachable OPC UA or ODBC services, and receive results through the corresponding Socket.IO event. This read SSRF oracle can expose cloud instance metadata, internal administrative services, industrial endpoints, and ODBC data reachable from the FUXA host, including when secureEnabled is true. This issue is fixed in version 1.3.2.

  • Aug 16, 2026SureDash – Community, Courses & Member Dashboard: Stored Cross-Site ScriptingCVE-2026-18402 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 6.4

The SureDash – Community, Courses & Member Dashboard plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via 'draweropenverposition' Block/Shortcode Attribute in all versions up to, and including, 1.10.3 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. The injected payload is stored inside the block-delimiter HTML comment's JSON, which wp_kses_post does not neutralize on save, and is only interpolated into the rendered style attribute at display time without esc_attr() escaping, allowing a double-quote to break out of the attribute and introduce arbitrary HTML event handlers.
