Jul 27, 2026Simply Schedule Appointments is vulnerable to unauthenticated Stored Cross-Site Scripting in all versions up to and including 1.6.12.2.CVE-2026-13400 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WPScanMedium 6.1
Simply Schedule Appointments is vulnerable to unauthenticated Stored Cross-Site Scripting in all versions up to and including 1.6.12.2. The root cause is a sanitization-ordering defect: the rendered notification content is decoded back into live HTML after it has already passed through the Simply Schedule Appointments WordPress plugin before 1.6.12.4's wp_kses_post() filter, so a double-encoded payload survives intake and is reintroduced as an executable element at render time.

The Clover Payment Gateway by Zaytech for WooCommerce WordPress plugin before 1.3.6 does not verify that an approved external payment record actually belongs to the WooCommerce order being completed, nor that the paid amount matches the order total, allowing unauthenticated users to mark arbitrary orders as paid by replaying a single genuinely-approved payment reference (for example one obtained from their own minimal purchase).

Jul 10, 2026Easy Appointments: Authorization bypassCVE-2026-11992 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 4.3
The Easy Appointments plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to authorization bypass in all versions up to, and including, 3.12.27. This is due to the plugin not properly verifying that a user is authorized to perform an action. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with author-level access and above, to cancel all upcoming appointments site-wide by marking every future appointment stored by the plugin as abandoned. The nonce required to authenticate the cancellation request is printed on the Appointments admin page, which is itself gated only by the edit_posts capability that Authors possess, making the nonce readily accessible to low-privileged users.

Jul 9, 2026Hydra Booking – Appointment Scheduling & Booking Calendar: Insecure Direct Object ReferenceCVE-2026-12433 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 4.3
The Hydra Booking – Appointment Scheduling & Booking Calendar plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Insecure Direct Object Reference in versions up to, and including, 1.2.1 via the /wp-json/hydra-booking/v1/booking/details/{id} REST endpoint. This is due to the getBookingDetails() callback only enforcing the tfhb_manage_options capability via tfhb_manage_options_permission(), without verifying that the requested booking belongs to the currently authenticated host (the lookup in getBookingDetailsData() filters solely on the booking id supplied in the URL). This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Hydra Host-level access and above (a role created by the plugin which grants tfhb_manage_options), to view sensitive booking records belonging to other hosts, including attendee names, emails, phone numbers, addresses, meeting details, payment method and status, transaction history, and internal notes by iterating booking IDs.

The Everest Forms WordPress plugin before 3.5.0 does not correctly restrict access to several REST API endpoints belonging to its onboarding assistant: the capability check is only applied when an attacker-controllable request header holds a specific value, so it can be bypassed by omitting or changing that header. The LatePoint – Calendar Booking Plugin for Appointments and Events plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to authorization bypass in all versions up to, and including, 5.6.1. This is due to the plugin not properly verifying that a user is authorized to perform an action. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to modify the personally identifiable information (first name, last name, phone number, and notes) of any existing customer record, including those linked to administrator accounts, by submitting the booking form with a known customer's email address. Exploitation requires the plugin to be configured with guest bookings enabled (is_customer_auth_disabled() returning true), which is necessary for the vulnerable unauthenticated code path in process_step_customer() to be reached.

Jul 3, 2026MotoPress Appointment Booking: Authorization Bypass Through User-Controlled KeyCVE-2026-9180 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 5.3
The MotoPress Appointment Booking plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Authorization Bypass Through User-Controlled Key in all versions up to, and including, 2.4.4. This is due to the `POST /motopress/appointment/v1/bookings` REST endpoint being registered with `'permission_callback' => '__return_true'`, allowing unauthenticated access, while the `createBooking` handler in `BookingsRestController.php` accepts an attacker-supplied `payment_details.booking_id` value and loads the referenced booking via `findById()` without verifying that the caller owns or has any rights to that booking. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to overwrite the customer name, email address, phone number, and `customer_id` of any non-confirmed victim booking by submitting a request with no reservation items, causing `BookingService::createBooking()` to load the existing victim booking object and persist it with attacker-controlled customer data. Victim booking IDs can be harvested prior to exploitation without authentication by querying the also-publicly-accessible `GET /motopress/appointment/v1/bookings/reservations` endpoint with a guessable `service_id` and date range, and only booking

Jul 2, 2026Appointment Bookings for Zoom GoogleMeet and more – Wappointment: Insecure Direct Object ReferenceCVE-2026-9188 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 5.3
The Appointment Bookings for Zoom GoogleMeet and more – Wappointment plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Insecure Direct Object Reference in all versions up to and including 2.7.6 via the `appointmentkey` parameter due to the appointment `edit_key` — the sole authorization token consumed by `tryCancel()` — being generated as a predictable, unsalted MD5 hash of only `client_id` (a sequential integer), `start_at` (a publicly observable appointment timestamp), and `staff_id` (a small enumerable integer), with no secret salt or random component, and the unauthenticated cancellation and rescheduling REST endpoints performing no ownership or identity verification beyond matching this reconstructible key. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to compute valid `edit_key` values for appointments belonging to other users and cancel or reschedule those appointments arbitrarily. Exploitation requires the `allow_cancellation` or `allow_rescheduling` setting to be enabled on the site, both of which are common configurations for active booking deployments; an attacker can obtain the inputs needed to reconstruct a victim's key by booking their own appointment to observe their sequ

Jul 2, 2026LatePoint – Calendar Booking Plugin for Appointments and Events: Insecure Direct Object ReferenceCVE-2026-12657 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 5.3
The LatePoint – Calendar Booking Plugin for Appointments and Events plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Insecure Direct Object Reference in all versions up to, and including, 5.6.2 via the 'service_id' parameter due to missing validation on a user controlled key. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to create approved bookings against services explicitly restricted to admins and agents, consuming restricted appointment capacity and triggering unauthorized bookings for admin/agent-only services. The bypass works via both the params[booking][service_id] parameter in steps__load_step and the presets[selected_service] parameter in steps__start, both of which are publicly accessible without authentication.

The LatePoint – Calendar Booking Plugin for Appointments and Events plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Privilege Escalation to Administrator in versions up to, and including, 5.6.3 This is due to an Insecure Direct Object Reference (IDOR) in the create_or_update() function of OsOrdersController, which allows an authenticated Agent to supply an arbitrary order[customer_id] and overwrite any LatePoint customer's email field (including one linked to a WordPress Administrator's account) through the public-scope customer set_data() call, combined with a missing role verification in OsAuthHelper::authorize_customer() which logs in the linked WordPress user without checking its role. The Appointment Booking Calendar plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Sensitive Information Exposure in versions up to, and including, 1.4.01. This is due to insufficient authorization and missing per-calendar ownership checks in the cpabc_appointments_calendar_load2() function, which is reachable via the cpabc_calendar_load2=1 query parameter in wp-admin and only checks is_admin() && current_user_can('edit_posts'), a capability available to Contributor-level users and above. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers with Contributor-level access and above to supply an arbitrary calendar ID via the id parameter and extract customer booking information, including email addresses, names, phone numbers, booking times, and comments, from any calendar managed by the plugin.

- What to do
- Affects up to 1.4.01. Update Appointment Booking Calendar to the newest version and check its changelog mentions this fix; if there isn’t one yet, deactivate it until there is.

Jun 6, 2026MapPress Maps for: Authorization Bypass Through User-Controlled KeyCVE-2026-8839 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 5.3
The MapPress Maps for WordPress plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Authorization Bypass Through User-Controlled Key in all versions up to, and including, 2.96.6. This is due to missing ownership verification in the REST API routes registered via `Mappress_Api::rest_api_init()`, where the GET `/wp-json/mapp/v1/maps/{mapid}` endpoint uses `'permission_callback' => '__return_true'` and the write endpoints (POST update, DELETE, PATCH mutate, POST clone, POST empty_trash) only check the generic `edit_posts` capability without confirming that the requester owns the targeted map — a gap that is not compensated at the model layer, as `Mappress_Map::get()`, `save()`, `delete()`, `mutate()`, and `empty_trash()` all operate on any caller-supplied map ID without an ownership check. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to read sensitive map data — including POI titles, addresses, coordinates, and body content — for any map on the site by enumerating map IDs, and for authenticated attackers with Contributor-level access and above to modify, delete, trash/restore, or clone any map regardless of its author.
