  • Jul 8, 2026Hono is a Web application framework that provides support for any JavaScript runtime.CVE-2026-59897 · Other software · honojs · reported by GitHubMedium 4.8

Hono is a Web application framework that provides support for any JavaScript runtime. From 4.3.3 before 4.12.27, the AWS API Gateway v1 adapter can drop a distinct repeated request header value because it de-duplicates values using a substring comparison instead of an exact match, so middleware or application logic that depends on the complete X-Forwarded-For chain, rate limiting, audit logging, or proxy-chain validation can receive incomplete data. This issue is fixed in version 4.12.27.

Hono is a Web application framework that provides support for any JavaScript runtime. From 4.0.0 before 4.12.27, cx() in hono/css composes class names from plain strings but marks the result as already escaped without HTML-escaping the input, allowing untrusted className values used in a JSX class attribute during server-side rendering to break out of the attribute and inject arbitrary markup. • Jun 22, 2026Jupyter Server is the backend for Jupyter web applications.CVE-2026-44727 · Other software · jupyter-server · reported by GitHubCritical 9.3

Jupyter Server is the backend for Jupyter web applications. Prior to 2.20, the nbconvert HTTP handlers in jupyter_server render user-authored notebook HTML under the Jupyter origin without a sandbox directive in their Content-Security-Policy. Combined with nbconvert.HTMLExporter's default non-sanitizing behavior, a notebook carrying an HTML payload in a display_data output triggers stored XSS with cookie access, full /api/* authority, and kernel RCE. This vulnerability is fixed in 2.20.

  • Jun 22, 2026Hono is a Web application framework that provides support for any JavaScript runtime.CVE-2026-54288 · Other software · honojs · reported by GitHubMedium 6.5

Hono is a Web application framework that provides support for any JavaScript runtime. Prior to 4.12.25, the Body Limit Middleware trusts the request's Content-Length header to decide whether a body is within the limit. On AWS Lambda (API Gateway v1/v2, ALB, VPC Lattice, and Lambda@Edge) the body is delivered fully buffered and the adapter builds the request with the client-declared Content-Length, which need not match the actual payload. A client can declare a tiny Content-Length while sending a much larger body, slipping past the limit. This vulnerability is fixed in 4.12.25.

Hono is a Web application framework that provides support for any JavaScript runtime. Prior to 4.12.25, with credentials: true and no explicit origin (the default wildcard), the CORS Middleware reflects the request's Origin and sends Access-Control-Allow-Credentials: true. Any site can then make credentialed cross-origin requests and read the responses, exposing cookie-authenticated endpoints to arbitrary origins. This vulnerability is fixed in 4.12.25.

  • Jun 22, 2026Hono is a Web application framework that provides support for any JavaScript runtime.CVE-2026-54289 · Other software · honojs · reported by GitHubMedium 4.8

Hono is a Web application framework that provides support for any JavaScript runtime. Prior to 4.12.25, on AWS Lambda@Edge, CloudFront delivers a request header that appears more than once as several separate entries. The adapter writes each value with Headers.set instead of Headers.append, so every value overwrites the previous one and only the last reaches the application. Repeated request headers such as X-Forwarded-For, Forwarded, and Via are silently truncated to a single value. Request middleware sees only the last value of a repeated header instead of the full chain. For applications that base access control on the X-Forwarded-For chain, this can weaken or alter that decision; for auditing, hop history is lost. This vulnerability is fixed in 4.12.25.

Hono is a Web application framework that provides support for any JavaScript runtime. Prior to 4.12.25, on AWS Lambda, the ALB single-header response and the VPC Lattice v2 response join multiple Set-Cookie headers into one comma-separated value. Because commas also appear inside cookie attributes (for example Expires dates), clients cannot split the value back into individual cookies and silently drop or misparse them. Hono is a Web application framework that provides support for any JavaScript runtime. Prior to 4.12.25, on Windows hosts, an encoded backslash (%5C) in the request path decodes to \, which the Windows path resolver treats as a separator. serve-static then resolves a single URL segment such as admin\secret.txt into a nested file under the root and serves it, letting an attacker read static files meant to be protected behind prefix-mounted middleware. This vulnerability is fixed in 4.12.25.

  • Jun 22, 2026Angular is a development platform for building mobile and desktop web applications using TypeScript/JavaScript and other languages.CVE-2026-50556 · Other software · angular · reported by GitHubHigh 8.6

Angular is a development platform for building mobile and desktop web applications using TypeScript/JavaScript and other languages. Prior to 22.0.0-rc.2, 21.2.16, 20.3.24, and 19.2.25, a Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability exists in @angular/platform-server's DOM emulation dependency (domino) when serializing the content of <noscript> elements. When rendering dynamic text content inside a <noscript> element via template bindings (such as {{ value }} or [textContent]), the template engine expects the browser to render the content safely. Under Server-Side Rendering (SSR), domino is configured with scripting enabled, meaning <noscript> is treated as a raw-text element. However, domino's serializer completely omitted <noscript> from the list of raw-text elements requiring closing-tag escaping during DOM serialization. As a result, any occurrence of </noscript> in the bound dynamic text was never escaped under any circumstances. The unescaped closing tag was serialized directly into the output HTML (e.g. <noscript></noscript><script>alert(1)</script></noscript>). When parsed by a browser, it closes the <noscript> block early, allowing the injected <script> block to execute in the

Angular is a development platform for building mobile and desktop web applications using TypeScript/JavaScript and other languages. Prior to 22.0.0-rc.2, 21.2.16, 20.3.24, and 19.2.25, a Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability exists in @angular/platform-server's DOM emulation dependency (domino) when serializing the content of raw-text elements (such as <script>, <style>, and <iframe>). domino supports escaping raw-text elements during serialization to prevent closing-tag breakout. However, a Unicode index alignment bug existed in this escaping logic. In JavaScript, string lengths and character indices are calculated based on UTF-16 code units (where astral characters—such as emojis—occupy 2 code units / 4 bytes). If the bound dynamic text contained astral Unicode characters before the closing tag (e.g. </script>, </style>, or </iframe>), the index offset calculation in domino's replacement logic shifted. This misalignment caused domino to fail to replace or escape the closing tag, leaving it raw and unescaped in the output HTML. An attacker who controls the dynamic text can supply a payload containing both an astral Unicode character and a closing tag (e.g., 😀</iframe><script>a

  • Jun 22, 2026Angular is a development platform for building mobile and desktop web applications using TypeScript/JavaScript and other languages.CVE-2026-50184 · Other software · angular · reported by GitHubMedium 5.7

Prior to 22.0.0-rc.2, 21.2.15, 20.3.22, and 19.2.23, an issue in the @angular/service-worker package compromises the integrity of request-policy enforcement during request reconstruction. When the Angular Service Worker intercepts network requests for matched assets, it reconstructs a new Request object using an internal helper function. During this reconstruction process, the helper function strips explicit client-defined safety parameters: the credentials configuration (such as credentials: 'omit') and the HTTP cache mode configuration (such as cache: 'no-store'). These are reverted back to standard browser-default parameters (credentials: 'same-origin' and default HTTP cache properties). This causes the browser to include active credentials (such as cookies or Authorization headers) on outbound requests where the client-side developer explicitly instructed they should be omitted, leading to potential session leaks. Additionally, it causes private or non-cacheable resources to be cached by the service worker's engine, making private page states acces

  • Jun 22, 2026Angular is a development platform for building mobile and desktop web applications using TypeScript/JavaScript and other languages.CVE-2026-50171 · Other software · angular · reported by GitHubHigh 8.2

Angular is a development platform for building mobile and desktop web applications using TypeScript/JavaScript and other languages. Prior to 22.0.0-rc.2, 21.2.15, 20.3.22, and 19.2.23, a Denial of Service (DoS) vulnerability exists in the @angular/common package of Angular. The formatNumber function, which is also utilized by DecimalPipe, PercentPipe, and CurrencyPipe, does not properly validate the upper bounds of the digitsInfo parameter. Specifically, the minimum and maximum fraction digits parsed from the digitsInfo string (e.g., 1.2-4) are converted to integers and used without limits. When parsing a maliciously crafted digitsInfo string with excessively large fraction digit values (e.g., 1.200000000-200000000), the internal roundNumber function attempts to pad the digits array to match the requested fraction size. This results in an unbounded loop that repeatedly pushes elements into an array. This vulnerability is fixed in 22.0.0-rc.2, 21.2.15, 20.3.22, and 19.2.23.

Angular is a development platform for building mobile and desktop web applications using TypeScript/JavaScript and other languages. Prior to 22.0.0-rc.2, 21.2.15, 20.3.22, and 19.2.23, a vulnerability was discovered in @angular/common when Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and hydration are enabled. The HttpTransferCache utility optimizes hydration by caching outgoing HTTP requests performed during SSR and transferring the cached state to the client-side application via TransferState. However, the caching mechanism fails to inspect the withCredentials flag or the Cookie header of outgoing requests. As a result, credentialed, user-specific responses may be cached by default in the shared TransferState payload. When these responses are serialized into the HTML, any caching layer (such as a CDN, reverse proxy, or shared server cache) that caches the SSR-rendered HTML page could inadvertently cache and leak one user's private data to other users, leading to a high-severity information disclosure vulnerability. This vulnerability is fixed in 22.0.0-rc.2, 21.2.15, 20.3.22, and 19.2.23.

Prior to 22.0.0-rc.2, 21.2.15 20.3.22, and 19.2.23, an issue in the @angular/service-worker package compromises the integrity of request-policy enforcement during request reconstruction. When the Angular Service Worker intercepts network requests for matched assets, it reconstructs a new Request object using an internal helper function. During this reconstruction process, the helper function strips the strict, client-defined request redirect policy configuration (such as redirect: 'error'), falling back to the browser's default 'follow' strategy. If the target web application makes client-side requests with a strict policy (e.g., expecting a network error instead of automatically following redirects), the service worker will bypass this instruction and automatically follow HTTP 3xx redirects to other destinations. This acts as an unintended proxy/intermediary ("Confused Deputy") and can result in cookie/credential exposure or same-origin session-restricted data leakage if public dynamic routes redirect to sensitive routes. • Jun 22, 2026Angular is a development platform for building mobile and desktop web applications using TypeScript/JavaScript and other languages.CVE-2026-50168 · Other software · angular · reported by GitHubHigh 8.8

Angular is a development platform for building mobile and desktop web applications using TypeScript/JavaScript and other languages. Prior to 22.0.0-rc.2, 21.2.15, 20.3.22, and 19.2.23, an issue in the @angular/platform-server package allows remote attackers to bypass host allowlist constraints and direct server-side outgoing requests to arbitrary external endpoints. This occurs due to a parser differential between the strict WHATWG URL parser used for allowlist validation and the lenient Domino URL parser used to initialize the server emulated DOM. When a server-side request contains a malformed URL with a double port structure (e.g., http://evil.com:80:80/path), Node's strict URL.canParse(url) logic returns false and skips host check validation entirely. However, the same malformed URL is later accepted and parsed leniently by Domino's internal parser, which resolves the origin to http://evil.com:80. The Angular SSR HTTP request interceptor (relativeUrlsTransformerInterceptorFn) then resolves all relative backend HTTP requests against this adopted origin, executing the SSRF attack. This vulnerability is fixed in 22.0.0-rc.2, 21.2.15, 20.3.22, and 19.2.23.

Angular is a development platform for building mobile and desktop web applications using TypeScript/JavaScript and other languages. Prior to 22.0.0-next.12, 21.2.13, 20.3.21, and 19.2.22, a Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF) vulnerability exists in @angular/platform-server. The issue stems from how the server-side rendering (SSR) engine processes the request URL provided to the rendering entry points. When an absolute-form URL (e.g., http://evil.com) is passed to the rendering engine, the internal ServerPlatformLocation can be manipulated into adopting the attacker-controlled domain as the "current" hostname. Consequently, any relative HttpClient requests or PlatformLocation.hostname references are redirected to the attacker controlled server, potentially exposing internal APIs or metadata services. This vulnerability is fixed in 22.0.0-next.12, 21.2.13, 20.3.21, and 19.2.22.

Prior to 22.0.1, 21.2.17, and 20.3.25, a Denial of Service (DoS) vulnerability exists in the @angular/common package of the Angular framework. The formatDate function, which is also utilized by the standard Angular DatePipe, does not properly limit or validate the length of the format parameter. When parsing a maliciously crafted, excessively long date format string (e.g., a repeating pattern or very large string), the internal parser splits the string iteratively using a regular expression loop. This results in uncontrolled resource consumption (high CPU utilization and excessive memory allocations), leading to a Denial of Service (DoS). Angular is a development platform for building mobile and desktop web applications using TypeScript/JavaScript and other languages. Prior to 22.0.1, 21.2.17, and 20.3.25, to optimize client-side bootstrap in Server-Side Rendered (SSR) environments, Angular supports Hydration via provideClientHydration(). During SSR, Angular serializes the application's runtime state (such as cached HttpClient responses) and outputs it into the HTML stream as a <script> tag with a predictable identifier. During client bootstrap, Angular recovers this state by looking up the element via document.getElementById('ng-state') and parsing its text content. Because the DOM element lookup for the state container is predictable and relies solely on the ID selector (ng-state), it is susceptible to DOM Clobbering. If the application binds untrusted user input or CMS content to element properties such as id (e.g., <div [id]="userInput"> or <a id="ng-state">) before the genuine <script> tag is parsed by the browser, the attacker-controlled element takes precedence in the DOM lookup. During hydration, when Angular calls document.getElementById('ng-state'), the browser returns the attacker's clobbered element. Ang

Angular is a development platform for building mobile and desktop web applications using TypeScript/JavaScript and other languages. Prior to 22.0.1, 21.2.17, and 20.3.25, Angular's HttpTransferCache caches HTTP requests made during Server-Side Rendering (SSR) so that they can be reused during client-side hydration. This avoids repeating the same HTTP requests on the client. The cached responses are stored in TransferState using a cache key generated by hashing request properties (method, response type, mapped URL, serialized body, and sorted query parameters). The cache keys are generated using a weak 32-bit DJB2-like polynomial rolling hash. The 32-bit hash space is extremely small, allowing attackers to find hash collisions. An attacker can easily find a query parameter string (e.g., q=aaCAZMMM for a search request) that produces the exact same 32-bit hash as a sensitive endpoint (e.g., /api/user/profile). When a victim visits a crafted link containing the colliding parameter, the SSR process executes both the search request and the profile request. Due to the hash collision, the search response overwrites the profile response in the TransferState cache. This vulnerability is fix

Angular is a development platform for building mobile and desktop web applications using TypeScript/JavaScript and other languages. Prior to 22.0.1, 21.2.17, and 20.3.25, an issue in the @angular/compiler package allows bypassing DOM property sanitization through the use of two-way property bindings. Specifically, when a native DOM property that requires sanitization (such as innerHTML, srcdoc, src, href, data, or sandbox) is bound using the two-way binding syntax (e.g., [(innerHTML)]="value" or bindon-innerHTML="value"), the Angular template compiler failed to apply the appropriate schema-derived sanitizer resolution to the TwoWayProperty operation. As a result, native two-way DOM bindings were emitted without the required sanitizer function, whereas equivalent one-way bindings would be properly sanitized. This flaw enables an attacker who can control the value of a two-way bound sensitive property to bypass Angular's built-in sanitization logic, potentially leading to client-side Cross-Site Scripting (XSS). This vulnerability is fixed in 22.0.1, 21.2.17, and 20.3.25.

Prior to 22.0.0-rc.2, 21.2.15, 20.3.22, and 19.2.23, an issue in the @angular/core package allows bypassing script-execution restrictions during dynamic component creation. • Jun 19, 2026Mercator is an open source web application that enables mapping of the information system.CVE-2026-49345 · Other software · sourcentis · reported by GitHubMedium 5.3

Mercator is an open source web application that enables mapping of the information system. Prior to version 2025.05.19, a Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF) vulnerability exists in Mercator's CVE configuration panel (`/admin/config/parameters`). The `testProvider()` method in `ConfigurationController` passes user-supplied input directly to `curl_init()` without validating the scheme, hostname, or destination IP address. An authenticated user with the `configure` permission can force the Mercator server to issue arbitrary outbound network requests. The suffix `/api/dbInfo` appended to the URL can be bypassed by injecting a `#` fragment character (e.g. `http://TARGET/PATH#`), allowing full control over the target URL. No scheme whitelist, host whitelist, or private/loopback IP block is applied. The `telnet://` scheme can be used for internal port scanning; the `gopher://` scheme enables interaction with unauthenticated internal services (Redis, Memcached), potentially leading to Remote Code Execution under specific deployment conditions. Version 2025.05.19 patches the issue.

  • Jun 19, 2026Mercator is an open source web application that enables mapping of the information system.CVE-2026-49344 · Other software · sourcentis · reported by GitHubHigh 7.1

Mercator is an open source web application that enables mapping of the information system. Prior to version 2025.05.19, Mercator's Query Engine (`/admin/queries/execute`) accepts a JSON DSL (`from` / `select` / `filters` / `traverse` / `output`), translates it into an Eloquent query, and returns results as JSON. The controller method `QueryController::execute()` does not enforce an authorization gate, unlike `store()` and `massDestroy()` in the same controller which are correctly protected. As a result, any authenticated account — including the read-only Auditor role — can query models beyond its intended scope, including the `User` model. Additionally, the `password` column, although declared `$hidden`, is not excluded from filter predicates, which allows it to be used in `LIKE` conditions. The `schema()` and `schemaModel()` endpoints of the same controller are similarly unguarded. The Query Engine is read-only; integrity and availability are not affected. Version 2025.05.19 patches the issue.

Slopsmith is a self-contained web application for browsing, playing, and practicing Rocksmith 2014 Custom DLC (CDLC). Prior to 0.2.9-alpha.5, a path-traversal vulnerability in Slopsmith's archive extractors allows an attacker to write arbitrary files outside the extraction directory by supplying a crafted PSARC or sloppak archive. With the default Docker configuration (running as root) and the ability to drop a file into the plugin directory, this escalates to arbitrary remote code execution on the host. Three archive extractors concatenated archive-entry filenames directly onto the extraction root without validation: `lib/psarc.py::unpack_psarc` — PSARC TOC filenames; `lib/patcher.py::unpack_psarc` — duplicate of the above in the patcher flow; `lib/sloppak.py::_unpack_zip` — bare `ZipFile.extractall()` with no member filter. Each accepts entry names containing `..` segments, absolute paths, or backslash separators. The Python `zipfile` module's default `extractall()` is documented as not preventing traversal when callers don't supply a member-filter callback. Version 0.2.9-alpha.5 patches the issue. Until updated, do not open PSARC or sloppak archives from untrusted sources, and d

  • Jun 18, 2026phpMyFAQ is an open source FAQ web application.CVE-2026-49205 · Other software · thorsten · reported by GitHubMedium 6.5

phpMyFAQ is an open source FAQ web application. Versions prior to 4.1.4 have Missing Authorization in the API CategoryController. CVE-2026-24421 addressed this in the BackupController by adding: $this->userHasPermission(PermissionType::BACKUP). The same fix was not applied to 4 other write endpoints in the public API. All 4 only call $this->hasValidToken() — which checks a shared API key header, rather than the individual user's role permissions. The following APIs are affected: POST /api/v4.0/category (CategoryController::create), POST /api/v4.0/faq (FaqController::create), PUT /api/v4.0/faq (FaqController::update), and POST /api/v4.0/question (QuestionController::create). This issue has been fixed in version 4.1.4.

  • Jun 15, 2026Slim is a PHP micro framework that enables users to write simple web applications and APIs.CVE-2026-48157 · Other software · slimphp · reported by GitHubMedium 6.1

Slim is a PHP micro framework that enables users to write simple web applications and APIs. In versions 4.4.0 through 4.15, if an application uses HttpException::setTitle() and/or setDescription() to include untrusted/request-derived data in the error title or description (e.g. "No products found matching '{$query}'."), an attacker could inject arbitrary HTML/JavaScript that executes in the victim's browser when they encounter an HTML error page generated by Slim. The vulnerability is present even with displayErrorDetails = false as the unescaped title and description are rendered on this error path. Built-in exceptions (HttpNotFoundException, HttpBadRequestException, etc.) ship plain-text defaults, so a vanilla Slim app with no user code is not exploitable. Only applications that feed untrusted data into setTitle() and/or setDescription() are affected. The issue has been fixed in 4.15.2. If developers are unable to immediately update their applications, they can work around this issue by avoiding passing untrusted/request-derived data into HttpException::setTitle() and setDescription() and using static, plain-text error copy instead. They should also register a custom error render

Chartbrew is an open-source web application that can connect directly to databases and APIs and use the data to create charts. In versions 4.9.0 through 5.0.0, an authenticated user with project-editor permissions can store arbitrary HTML/JavaScript in the `ChartDatasetConfig.legend` field. The payload is persisted verbatim in the database, propagated through the Chart.js rendering pipeline, and injected into the tooltip DOM element via an unguarded `innerHTML` assignment in `ChartTooltip.js`. Every unauthenticated viewer of the public dashboard triggers JavaScript execution on page load — no hover interaction is required. Browser-based Playwright verification confirmed `alert('localhost')` fires immediately and `<img src="x" onerror="alert(document.domain)">` is present in the `#chartjs-tooltip` DOM element. Version 5.0.1 contains a fix.

Prior to 0.8.20-alpha, the is_safe_url() helper used to validate post-login redirect targets applied urljoin(request.host_url, target) before parsing, while the controller passed the raw target to redirect(). A scheme-relative input such as ////evil.com resolved to a same-host URL during validation but was emitted verbatim in the Location header, where the browser interpreted it as a network-path-relative redirect to an attacker-controlled host. Prior to 4.12.21, app.mount() strips the mount prefix from the incoming request path using the raw URL pathname, while route matching is performed against the percent-decoded path.
