Oct 8, 2026Cross-site scripting in the webmail of Progressive Robot hMailServer 6.3.2 through 6.3.5 allows a remote attacker who can send a user an encrypted message to ruCVE-2026-103647 · Other software · Progressive Robot Ltd · reported by cve@gitlab.comHigh 8
Cross-site scripting in the webmail of Progressive Robot hMailServer 6.3.2 through 6.3.5 allows a remote attacker who can send a user an encrypted message to run script in the webmail's origin with that user's session. When the webmail decrypted an S/MIME message (from 6.3.2) or an OpenPGP message (from 6.3.4) in the browser, it offered each decrypted attachment as a blob URL of the media type the message declared for it. A click saved the file, but if the user opened the attachment in a new tab, a part declared as text/html was rendered as a document of the webmail's origin and its script could read the mailbox, send mail and change the account through the REST API. The webmail is served only when the REST API is enabled, which it is not by default.

Oct 7, 2026pgjdbc, the PostgreSQL JDBC Driver, versions 42.7.4 through 42.7.13 pads a value that is shorter than its declared length with bytes left in its send buffer insCVE-2026-107315 · Other software · pgjdbc · reported by f86ef6dc-4d3a-42ad-8f28-e6d5547a5007Medium 5.3
pgjdbc, the PostgreSQL JDBC Driver, versions 42.7.4 through 42.7.13 pads a value that is shorter than its declared length with bytes left in its send buffer instead of zeros, and the server stores those bytes as part of the value. The bytes are messages the driver sent earlier on the same connection: SQL text and parameter values of recent statements, which on a pooled connection can come from other requests. Each padded value can carry up to 8192 bytes of this traffic, or 16320 bytes on a connection with GSS encryption. The padding happens when an application declares a length larger than the data it supplies, through PreparedStatement.setObject with a ByteStreamWriter, CopyIn.writeToCopy, PGCopyOutputStream.write, LargeObject.write, or Blob.setBytes. The driver accepts these calls without an error. An attacker who can make the application store such a value and read it back can collect earlier traffic. Applications whose declared lengths always match their data are not affected. Versions 42.7.3 and earlier pad with zeros.

Oct 7, 2026In Splunk MCP Server versions below 1.2.1, Splunk MCP Server could send the Splunk platform authentication token of a user who runs a custom Application ProgramCVE-2026-76286 · Other software · Splunk · reported by psirt@cisco.comMedium 5.3
In Splunk MCP Server versions below 1.2.1, Splunk MCP Server could send the Splunk platform authentication token of a user who runs a custom Application Programming Interface (API) tool to the URL configured for that tool. If another user controls that URL, they could capture the token and use it to access data and perform actions as the user who ran the tool. Successful exploitation requires a user who holds a role that contains the mcp_tool_execute capability to run a custom API tool configured by another user. For more information see Configure the Splunk MCP Server (https://help.splunk.com/en/splunk-enterprise/mcp-server-for-splunk-platform/1.2/configure-the-splunk-mcp-server) and Managing custom tools in Splunk MCP Server (https://help.splunk.com/en/splunk-enterprise/mcp-server-for-splunk-platform/1.2/managing-custom-tools-in-splunk-mcp-server) in the Splunk documentation.

Oct 7, 2026pgjdbc, the PostgreSQL JDBC Driver, versions 42.7.4 and 42.7.5 can send the previous contents of the GSS send buffer in place of the first part of a value on a CVE-2026-107313 · Other software · pgjdbc · reported by f86ef6dc-4d3a-42ad-8f28-e6d5547a5007Medium 4.2
pgjdbc, the PostgreSQL JDBC Driver, versions 42.7.4 and 42.7.5 can send the previous contents of the GSS send buffer in place of the first part of a value on a connection with GSS encryption (gssEncMode=prefer or require), and the server stores the value without an error. The buffer is 16320 bytes with MIT Kerberos. The stored value then holds bytes of the messages the driver sent just before it on the same connection, such as the statement's SQL text, its other parameters, and earlier rows of the same batch, instead of the bytes the application supplied. Values at least as long as the buffer are affected when the driver writes them from a byte array: bind parameters set with setString, setBytes, or a ByteStreamWriter, CopyIn.writeToCopy, and LargeObject.write. Most such writes fail with an ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException instead. The default, gssEncMode=allow, does not start GSS encryption, and connections without GSS encryption are not affected. Versions 42.7.3 and earlier are not affected, and 42.7.6 fixes the problem.

Oct 7, 2026Authenticated users are able to manipulate both the SMTP envelope “Envelope-from” and “From” fields when sending emails through OVH mail servers.CVE-2026-33586 · Other software · OVHcloud · reported by a6d3dc9e-0591-4a13-bce7-0f5b31ff6158Medium 6.3
Authenticated users are able to manipulate both the SMTP envelope “Envelope-from” and “From” fields when sending emails through OVH mail servers. Due to OVH's default SPF configuration, which commonly includes include:mx.ovh.com, any authenticated user with a valid OVH email account can send messages that appear to originate from any OVH-hosted domains using the default SPF record. Since the SPF policy explicitly authorizes OVH mail servers (mx.ovh.com) to send mail on behalf of these domains, forged messages successfully pass SPF validation despite not being authorized by the impersonated domain owner.

Coturn 4.10.0 contains an uninitialized memory disclosure vulnerability that allows remote unauthenticated attackers to leak stack memory contents by sending a TURN Allocate request without credentials. Attackers can exploit the stun_init_error_response_common_str() function in src/client/ns_turn_msg.c, which fails to zero-initialize the avalue buffer before computing its length with strlen() and copying leaked stack bytes into the ERROR-CODE reason phrase, exposing pointer fragments that weaken ASLR and enable precise version fingerprinting.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: tcp: fix use-after-free of retransmit_skb_hint in tcp_send_synack() When tcp_send_synack() replaces the cloned SYN skb at the head of the retransmit queue with a copy, it frees the original with tcp_rtx_queue_unlink_and_free() and only repairs tp->highest_sack. tp->retransmit_skb_hint keeps pointing at the freed skbuff_fclone_cache object. The dangling hint is read in tcp_verify_retransmit_hint() and used as the root of the rbtree walk in tcp_xmit_retransmit_queue(). An unprivileged TFO client (sendmsg(MSG_FASTOPEN)) can arm the hint with an attacker-supplied ICMP fragmentation-needed message, after which a simultaneous open frees the armed SYN skb: BUG: KASAN: slab-use-after-free in tcp_mark_skb_lost (net/ipv4/tcp_input.c:1316) Read of size 4 at addr ffff88800604d928 by task swapper/1/0 Call Trace: tcp_mark_skb_lost (net/ipv4/tcp_input.c:1316) tcp_simple_retransmit (net/ipv4/tcp_input.c:3158) tcp_v4_err (net/ipv4/tcp_ipv4.c:587) Sync the hint to the copy.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: Bluetooth: hci_core: Fix queuing tx_work after workqueue is drained hci_send_acl(), hci_send_sco() and hci_send_iso() queue hdev->tx_work unconditionally. They can run from the L2CAP/SCO/ISO socket send path while hci_dev_close_sync() is draining hdev->workqueue (HCIDEVDOWN racing with a socket write). Since that queue_work() is not chained work from the tx_work worker itself, __queue_work() sees the queue marked __WQ_DRAINING, warns "cannot queue %ps on wq %s", and drops the work: WARNING: CPU: 1 PID: 5985 at kernel/workqueue.c:2352 __queue_work Call Trace: queue_work_on l2cap_chan_send l2cap_sock_sendmsg ... hci_dev_close_sync() already sets HCI_CMD_DRAIN_WORKQUEUE before draining, but only hci_cmd_work() and handle_cmd_cnt_and_timer() check it before queuing. In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: Bluetooth: btintel_pcie: validate TX skb length in send_sync btintel_pcie_prepare_tx() copies skb->len bytes into a fixed BTINTEL_PCIE_BUFFER_SIZE (4096) DMA slot via an unchecked memcpy. Oversized packets are currently rejected only in btintel_pcie_send_frame(); any future caller of btintel_pcie_send_sync() would silently overflow the DMA buffer. Oct 6, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: pppoatm: ensure a writable skb header and linear data In pppoatm_send(), LLC encapsulationCVE-2026-98287 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: pppoatm: ensure a writable skb header and linear data In pppoatm_send(), LLC encapsulation checks whether there is sufficient headroom for the 4-byte LLC header, but does not ensure that the skb header is writable. Normal transmit packets passing through ppp_start_xmit() have their header unshared via skb_cow_head(). However, packets can also reach pppoatm_send() via PPP channel bridging (PPPIOCBRIDGECHAN) without going through ppp_start_xmit(). Use skb_cow_head() to ensure both sufficient headroom and a writable header before pushing the LLC header. While at it: - Call pskb_may_pull(skb, 1) before inspecting skb->data[0] to prevent out-of-bounds reads on zero-length or non-linear frames (e.g. from bridging). - Defer SC_COMP_PROT protocol compression until after pppoatm_may_send() succeeds. This eliminates the temporary skb allocation on admission failure and completely removes the fragile "undo" heuristic at the nospace label, avoiding any risk of reading uninitialized headroom or performing an unbalanced skb_push().

The Newsletter – Send awesome emails from WordPress plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Insufficiently Protected Credentials in all versions up to, and including, 9.3.9 The plugin's public click-tracking REST route `/tnp/l/` is registered with `permission_callback => '__return_true'` and, upon receiving a valid keyed-MD5 signature, calls `set_user_cookie()`, which emits a `Set-Cookie: newsletter=<id>-<raw_token>` response header to the requester because the subscriber object loaded via `get_user()` lacks the `_trusted` property, causing `get_user_key()` to return the raw token column value instead of its MD5-masked variant. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers who obtain any signed click-tracking URL for a target subscriber to receive that subscriber's permanent raw authentication cookie, which they can then use to export the subscriber's full PII record via the JSON profile-export endpoint (`?na=px`), rewrite the subscriber's stored profile (`?na=ps`), and silently unsubscribe the subscriber via the RFC-8058 one-click endpoint (`?na=ocu`), none of which require a nonce, password, or email challenge. In Baicells Nova 430H, an unauthenticated device within radio range can send a malformed uplink message during connection setup that contains an invalid NAS payload. Because the eNodeB does not properly validate this payload, it forwards the message to the core network, which can trigger a shutdown of the signaling association for the cell. This results in a temporary service disruption until the eNodeB and core network re-establish connectivity.

Sep 29, 2026Any host on the LAN can send two mDNS records and make the responder write past the end of its transmit packet.CVE-2026-102715 · Other software · Eclipse Foundation · reported by emo@eclipse.orgHigh 7.1
Any host on the LAN can send two mDNS records and make the responder write past the end of its transmit packet. The string table stores each name in a slot rounded up to a multiple of four: ```c /* addons/mdns/nxd_mdns.c:11436, 11443, 11447 */ memory_len = ((memory_len & 0xFFFFFFFC) + 8) & 0xFFFFFFFF; ... len = *((USHORT*)(p - 2)); /* slot size, not string length */ if ((len == memory_len) && ... _nx_mdns_name_match(start, memory_ptr, memory_size) ...) ``` The lookup that decides whether an incoming name is already stored compares the rounded slot size, so names of 12, 13, 14 and 15 characters share one bucket. A second name in the bucket is answered with the pointer to the first, and the record then carries a string up to three bytes longer than the length the caller accounted for. `_nx_mdns_packet_rr_add` (nxd_mdns.c:8911) sizes its only bound check from that stale length, and `_nx_mdns_name_string_encode` writes the real string. Two PTR records are enough, both ordinary mDNS responses to a `_http._tcp` query, with owner names whose lengths fall in the same bucket: ``` ==87491==ERROR: AddressSanitizer: heap-buffer-ov

Sep 28, 2026ieee802154_send() in subsys/net/l2/ieee802154/ieee802154.c copies the outgoing packet into a single fixed 125-byte transmit buffer (tx_frame_buf_pool, sized IEECVE-2026-18415 · Other software · zephyrproject · reported by vulnerabilities@zephyrproject.orgMedium 6.3
ieee802154_send() in subsys/net/l2/ieee802154/ieee802154.c copies the outgoing packet into a single fixed 125-byte transmit buffer (tx_frame_buf_pool, sized IEEE802154_MTU). In builds with CONFIG_NET_L2_IEEE802154_FRAGMENT enabled (the default whenever CONFIG_NET_6LO is set), the branch taken when 6LoWPAN fragmentation is not required performed an unchecked net_buf_add_mem(frame_buf, pkt_buf->data, pkt_buf->len). The only guard was __ASSERT_NO_MSG() inside net_buf_simple_add(), which is compiled out without CONFIG_ASSERT, so an oversized packet silently overran the frame buffer. The defect is not reachable from the radio: for NET_AF_INET6 packets ieee802154_6lo_encode_pkt() compares the whole packet length against IEEE802154_MTU and takes the fragmentation path when it does not fit, so every buffer copied on the unfragmented branch is within bounds. It is reachable through NET_AF_PACKET sockets bound to an 802.15.4 interface: for NET_SOCK_RAW the 6LoWPAN block is skipped entirely and for NET_SOCK_DGRAM it returns early on the address-family test, leaving no length validation anywhere on the transmit path (net_context_sendto() and net_if_tx() apply none, and pkt_buffer_length() doe

Sep 26, 2026Froxlor through 2.3.10 does not enforce the mail.allow_external_domains policy in the EmailSender.add API command.CVE-2026-100718 · Other software · froxlor · reported by VulnCheckHigh 7.1
Froxlor through 2.3.10 does not enforce the mail.allow_external_domains policy in the EmailSender.add API command. When an administrator has enabled the allowed-sender feature but disabled external allowed-sender domains (mail.enable_allow_sender = 1, mail.allow_external_domains = 0), an authenticated customer with API access can still use EmailSender.add to register an arbitrary external sender address for their mailbox, which is stored despite the policy. This creates a bypass between the UI/administrator configuration and the API, and — where the generated mail configuration consumes the allowed-sender table — allows a customer to authorize sender identities outside their hosted domains, facilitating sender spoofing. Fixed in 2.3.12.

Sep 26, 2026Nodemailer is a Node.js email-sending library.CVE-2026-100699 · Other software · nodemailer · reported by VulnCheckMedium 6.9
Nodemailer is a Node.js email-sending library. In versions >= 9.1.0 and < 10.0.9, the address parser (src/addressparser) mishandles addresses whose local-part is a quoted string and that are followed by RFC 5322 comments, allowing trailing comment-separated domain atoms to be retained in the normalized address. For example, the input "user"@example.com(x)evil.com is parsed to the address value 'user@example.com evil.com', which contains additional attacker-controlled domain text separated by a literal space. This parsed value is used without further strict recipient validation when the message envelope is built (envelope.to in src/mime-node), so a malformed/ambiguous recipient address can be accepted and placed in the SMTP envelope. Whether this results in delivery to an unintended recipient on real SMTP servers has not been confirmed. The issue is a variant of the RFC 5322 comment parsing problem addressed in GHSA-cc9r-2j5m-2m83, affecting the separate quoted-local-part code path. Version 10.0.9 contains a fix.

Sep 26, 2026SiYuan before v3.8.4 does not validate the sender or restrict recipients in the 'siyuan-send-windows' IPC handler of the Electron main process (app/electron/maiCVE-2026-100634 · Other software · siyuan-note · reported by VulnCheckMedium 5.3
SiYuan before v3.8.4 does not validate the sender or restrict recipients in the 'siyuan-send-windows' IPC handler of the Electron main process (app/electron/main.js). The handler ignores event.sender and forwards any received payload to every BrowserWindow returned by BrowserWindow.getAllWindows(), including windows belonging to other opened workspaces. A renderer connected to an attacker-controlled remote kernel can therefore send {cmd: "lockscreenByMode"} and have it delivered across the workspace boundary; a sibling workspace window whose lockScreenMode is set to 1 invokes lockScreen(). Repeated messages allow the remote workspace to repeatedly lock unrelated local workspace windows, causing a limited denial of service. No confidentiality, integrity, or code-execution impact was observed.

Sep 25, 2026OpenClaw (npm package `openclaw`) before 2026.7.1 fails to restrict owner-only infrastructure tools exposed through the chat.send endpoint.CVE-2026-100578 · Other software · OpenClaw · reported by VulnCheckHigh 7.2
OpenClaw (npm package `openclaw`) before 2026.7.1 fails to restrict owner-only infrastructure tools exposed through the chat.send endpoint. In Gateway deployments using authentication modes that honor caller identity and narrower operator scopes, a write-scoped non-owner caller can start a chat turn whose tool inventory includes the `gateway` and `cron` tools, causing the agent to invoke owner-only configuration or scheduling operations, including persistent state changes. Practical impact depends on the tools selected by the model and the caller's ability to steer the turn. Shared-secret token and password callers are treated as fully trusted operators under OpenClaw's security model and are outside the scope of this issue. The issue is fixed in 2026.7.1; as a workaround, restrict chat.send to administrators in identity-bearing deployments and remove `gateway` and `cron` from affected agent tool policies.
