In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: KVM: s390: Fix old_data leak in guest debug error path __import_wp_info() allocates a per-watchpoint old_data buffer to back up the original guest memory contents. If a later watchpoint of the same KVM_SET_GUEST_DEBUG request fails to import, kvm_s390_import_bp_data() jumps to the error label, which frees the wp_info array but not the old_data buffers of the entries that were imported successfully. Up to MAX_BP_COUNT - 1 buffers of up to MAX_WP_SIZE bytes are leaked per failed request, and the request can be repeated. Create error handling for cleaning up all created old_data memory areas.

Sep 16, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: KVM: s390: Take srcu when importing watchpoint data __import_wp_info() backs up the originCVE-2026-89922 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67High 7.8
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: KVM: s390: Take srcu when importing watchpoint data __import_wp_info() backs up the original guest memory contents of a watchpoint with read_guest_abs(), which is kvm_read_guest() and therefore resolves the memslot via __kvm_memslots(). That requires kvm->srcu (or kvm->slots_lock) to be held, otherwise a concurrent memslot update can free the memslots array under us once its SRCU grace period has elapsed. As this is not fast path, following lock ordering (mutex first, then srcu) take the big hammer and hold the srcu for the full import.

Sep 15, 2026Concrete CMS 9.0.0 to 9.5.2 is vulnerable to Server-Side Request Forgery iremote file import via cross-port reuse of a host's validated DNS pin.CVE-2026-18424 · Other software · Concrete CMS · reported by ff5b8ace-8b95-4078-9743-eac1ca5451deLow 2.1
Concrete CMS 9.0.0 to 9.5.2 is vulnerable to Server-Side Request Forgery iremote file import via cross-port reuse of a host's validated DNS pin. When multiple remote URLs share the same host, only the first `ValidatedRemoteUrl` is retained and reused for every later URL with that host. A low-privileged authenticated user permitted to import files could therefore supply a DNS-rebinding host that resolved to a public address during validation and to a private or loopback address during the unpinned download, causing the server to fetch internal-only resources such as loopback services, internal admin panels, or cloud metadata endpoints and to save the responses into the file manager. The Concrete CMS security team gave this vulnerability a CVSS v4.0 score of 2.1 with vector CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:H/AT:P/PR:H/UI:N/VC:L/VI:N/VA:N/SC:L/SI:N/SA:N. In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: rapidio: mport_cdev: fix use-after-free in dma_req_free() dma_req_free() acquires buf_mutex through req->map, drops the mapping reference with kref_put(), and then dereferences req->map again to unlock the mutex. If kref_put() drops the last reference, mport_release_mapping() frees the mapping, and the subsequent mutex_unlock() dereferences a freed object. This is a use-after-free. Fix this by caching map and md before kref_put(), clearing req->map while holding buf_mutex, and using the cached md for mutex unlocking. The bug is reachable from userspace via the RapidIO mport character device interface.

Sep 10, 2026In OpenPanel through 2.3.0, the data importer fetches a caller-supplied URL with plain fetch instead of the project's existing SSRF guard (apps/api/src/utils/saCVE-2026-88892 · Other software · Openpanel-dev · reported by VulnCheckMedium 5.3
In OpenPanel through 2.3.0, the data importer fetches a caller-supplied URL with plain fetch instead of the project's existing SSRF guard (apps/api/src/utils/safe-fetch.ts). In packages/importer/src/providers/umami.ts, parseRemoteFile calls fetch() on config.fileUrl, which is validated only by z.string().url(), so values such as http://127.0.0.1:9911/ or http://169.254.169.254/latest/meta-data/ are accepted; the shared createFileImportConfig factory gives the plausible provider the same field. An authenticated organization member — including a default 'member' with no project_access rows, for whom the intended access-level check is skipped because getProjectAccess returns boolean true rather than a level object — can therefore make the server connect to any address reachable from it. The resulting HTTP status and status text are persisted as Import.errorMessage and returned by import.get to the same user, providing a scanning oracle for internal hosts, ports and paths; if an internal response parses as Umami CSV, its rows are ingested as events and become readable in the attacker's analytics views.

Sep 9, 2026Snipe-IT versions >= 7.0.12 and <= 8.6.3 contain an authorization bypass in the Livewire importer component (App\Livewire\Importer, mounted at the imports.indexCVE-2026-86763 · Other software · grokability · reported by VulnCheckMedium 5.1
Snipe-IT versions >= 7.0.12 and <= 8.6.3 contain an authorization bypass in the Livewire importer component (App\Livewire\Importer, mounted at the imports.index route). The component only checked the broad 'import' ability at mount time, while its files() and activeFile() computed properties queried the imports table with no owner or company scope. As a result, any authenticated non-superuser holding the import permission could view every Import record on the instance (original filename, file_path, filesize, import_type and creation timestamp) and could invoke the selectFile($id) Livewire action with any auto-incrementing Import ID to load another user's record, exposing its stored preview data (header_row column headers and first_row, the first data row of the CSV). Because import CSVs commonly contain personal data, asset serial numbers and license keys, this discloses sensitive information; in Full Multiple Companies Support (FMCS) deployments the disclosure also crosses company/tenant boundaries. Impact is limited to preview data rather than the full CSV file, and superusers were unaffected. Fixed in version 8.7.0, which scopes non-superuser reads to imports owned by the caller

Any unprivileged renderD client passing a non-vmwgfx prime fd through the DRM_VMW_GB_SURFACE_REF{,_EXT} path leaks one dma_buf reference per call and indefinitely pins the foreign exporter's GEM resources. Sep 1, 2026Laravel Excel provides supercharged Excel exports and imports in Laravel.CVE-2026-84374 · Other software · SpartnerNL · reported by GitHubHigh 7.5
Laravel Excel provides supercharged Excel exports and imports in Laravel. From 3.1.8 until 3.1.70, in src/Files/Disk.php the Maatwebsite\Excel\Files\Disk::copy() method resolves the caller-controlled $destination supplied through Excel::store(), $export->store(), or storeExcel() against the process working directory with realpath() instead of the configured filesystem disk. If the path names an existing writable file, Disk::copy() opens it with fopen() in rb+ mode and uses stream_copy_to_stream(), bypassing Flysystem path confinement and allowing an attacker whose application input controls the export path to overwrite arbitrary existing files with export content. The rb+ behavior creates a non-truncating overwrite and trailing bytes when the new export is shorter, and overwriting an executable PHP file can lead to remote code execution. This issue is fixed in version 3.1.70.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: s390/zcrypt: Fix missing mem scrub at clear key import in cca_clr2cipherkey() The helper function _ip_cprb_helper() uses internal buffer memory for building and processing CPRBs. After use this buffer was never scrubbed which could lead to leaving for example clear key material in memory which could be exposed via tricky reuse of this same memory. Extend the _ip_cprb_helper() function with another parameter 'scrub' used to steer scrubbing of this buffer. So now the caller has the opportunity to decide if scrubbing is needed or not. Extend the clear key to secure key token import process in function cca_clr2cipherkey() to tell the helper function from above to scrub the cprb buffer when the clear key value is part of the request data. Add explicit scrubbing on return from function cca_clr2cipherkey() for the random EXOR buffer and the cprb buffer. Overall this cleans the internal used buffer in case of clear key import to prevent sensitive data to get exposed.

Aug 27, 2026Dolibarr before 24.0.0 contains a SQL injection in its CSV and XLSX import wizard.CVE-2026-81728 · Other software · Dolibarr · reported by VulnCheckHigh 8.6
Dolibarr before 24.0.0 contains a SQL injection in its CSV and XLSX import wizard. The wizard reads its update keys with GETPOST('updatekeys', 'array') in htdocs/imports/import.php, which applies only the generic alphanohtml filter: that strips HTML but leaves SQL keywords, comment markers, parentheses, spaces and quotes intact. import_insert() in htdocs/core/modules/import/import_csv.modules.php then iterates the submitted values and builds a filter with $where[] = $key.' = '.$data[$key], having first applied preg_replace('/^.*\./i', '', $key), an alias strip that does nothing to a value containing no dot. The assembled string is executed through $this->db->query(). The injected SELECT resolves the row id that the import then assigns to $lastinsertid, which becomes the WHERE target of a subsequent UPDATE, so a UNION SELECT returning an attacker-chosen integer both exfiltrates arbitrary table content and redirects which row the import overwrites; for category link tables the raw filter array is spliced into that UPDATE directly. The interface offers a fixed list of legitimate column codes but the server never checks the submitted values against it. A user holding the import permiss

Aug 26, 2026A heap-based buffer overflow vulnerability exists in the Dia diagram editor WPG file format importer.CVE-2026-77652 · Other software · GNOME · reported by patrick@puiterwijk.orgHigh 7.8
A heap-based buffer overflow vulnerability exists in the Dia diagram editor WPG file format importer. In plug-ins/wpg/wpg-import.c, the WPG import renderer allocates a fixed palette with: ren->pPal = g_new0(WPGColorRGB, 256); When handling a WPG_COLORMAP record, the parser reads a start index (i16) and number of colors (iNum16) from the file and reads palette data with: bRet &= (iNum16 == (int)fread(&ren->pPal[i16], sizeof(WPGColorRGB), iNum16, f)); The only bounds-related check is `if (i16 >= 0 && i16 <= iSize)`, where iSize is the WPG record size—not the palette capacity. There is no validation that i16 is less than 256 or that i16 + iNum16 does not exceed 256. A malicious WPG file can supply i16=256 and iNum16=264. That causes fread() to write 792 bytes starting at &pPal[256], while the palette buffer is only 768 bytes (256 entries × 3 bytes). This overflows into adjacent heap metadata and can crash Dia (SIGABRT / malloc corruption errors) or, depending on heap layout and exploit primitives, potentially lead to arbitrary code execution. Exploitation requires convincing a user to open a crafted WPG file via Dia's file dialog, command line, or file association. No s

Aug 21, 2026A path traversal vulnerability existed in the handling of MISP object template names during STIX 2 import and MISP-to-STIX 2 export.CVE-2026-77751 · Other software · misp · reported by 5a6e4751-2f3f-4070-9419-94fb35b644e8High 8.8
A path traversal vulnerability existed in the handling of MISP object template names during STIX 2 import and MISP-to-STIX 2 export. MISP object names are passed to PyMISP's object-template resolution mechanism, which constructs a filesystem path by joining the configured MISP object-template directory, the object name, and definition.json. An object name originating from untrusted STIX or MISP content was not sufficiently restricted before being used in this filesystem path. An attacker able to supply a crafted object name containing path separators or traversal sequences such as ../ could therefore cause template resolution to escape the expected template directory and attempt to load a definition.json file from another location accessible to the process. During STIX 2 import, an attacker-controlled x_misp_name from a custom STIX object could directly reach this template-resolution mechanism. The issue could also become persistent. A malicious object name stored in a MISP event could later be processed again during STIX 2 export. Consequently, content originally introduced in one security context could trigger filesystem access later when the event is exported by a process op

Aug 21, 2026A vulnerability in misp-stix could allow a crafted STIX document to influence security-sensitive MISP attribute metadata during import.CVE-2026-77710 · Other software · MISP · reported by 5a6e4751-2f3f-4070-9419-94fb35b644e8Medium 6.9
A vulnerability in misp-stix could allow a crafted STIX document to influence security-sensitive MISP attribute metadata during import. The STIX import logic automatically selected between the internal MISP parser and the external STIX parser based on metadata contained in the STIX document itself. For STIX2, the presence of MISP-specific tool labels could cause a document to be classified as originating from MISP; similarly, STIX1 relied on the document title. These classification indicators are fully controlled by the STIX producer and therefore cannot constitute a trusted indication of the document's origin. The accompanying fix explicitly notes that the parser choice was previously based solely on labels or header titles that any producer could write, and introduces an explicit classification parameter allowing callers to override this detection. When STIX2 content was handled as an internal MISP export, attributes contained in an x-misp-object were converted by copying the complete x_misp_attributes dictionary and passing it directly to misp_object.add_attribute(). Consequently, a crafted STIX bundle could supply fields that were not part of the expected STIX-to-MISP round-t
