Oct 21, 2026The Bluetooth Classic A2DP host stores a codec Information Element (IE) in struct bt_a2dp_codec_ie, a one-byte len field plus a fixed 8-byte codec_ie[] array.CVE-2026-18748 · Other software · zephyrproject · reported by vulnerabilities@zephyrproject.orgLow 3.5
The Bluetooth Classic A2DP host stores a codec Information Element (IE) in struct bt_a2dp_codec_ie, a one-byte len field plus a fixed 8-byte codec_ie[] array. When an AVDTP peer sent a codec IE longer than 8 bytes, a2dp_process_config_ind() in subsys/bluetooth/host/classic/a2dp.c copied only the first 8 bytes but assigned the full, attacker-chosen length to len, and then persisted that inconsistent structure into the application's struct bt_a2dp_stream via stream->codec_config. bt_a2dp_get_config_cb() and bt_a2dp_set_config_cb() had the same truncate-the-copy-but-keep-the-length pattern. Every later consumer trusts len. In particular the responder for an incoming AVDTP GET_CONFIGURATION, a2dp_get_config_ind(), executes net_buf_add_mem(rsp_buf, &ep->stream->codec_config.codec_ie[0], ep->stream->codec_config.len), so a paired BR/EDR peer that first sends a SET_CONFIGURATION carrying an oversized codec IE and then requests the configuration back causes the stack to read up to roughly 245 bytes past the end of the 8-byte array and transmit them in the response. codec_config is the last member of struct bt_a2dp_stream, so the read runs into memory adjacent to the application's stream o

Oct 21, 2026Insertion of sensitive information into a log file in the SMTP server of Progressive Robot hMailServer 6.0.0 through 6.3.6 allows a local user who can read the CVE-2026-114471 · Other software · Progressive Robot Ltd · reported by cve@gitlab.comMedium 4.7
Insertion of sensitive information into a log file in the SMTP server of Progressive Robot hMailServer 6.0.0 through 6.3.6 allows a local user who can read the server's log, or anyone given a copy of it, to obtain credentials. With SMTP logging enabled, the server hid the credential of an AUTH PLAIN command only when it was sent after EHLO in one exact form, and wrote the rest of the SASL exchange as the client sent it: a PLAIN password sent before EHLO or with extra spacing, the OAuth 2.0 bearer token of AUTH XOAUTH2 and AUTH OAUTHBEARER (from 6.2.0), the SCRAM-SHA-256 client proof (from 6.2.0), which with the logged salt and iteration count allows offline password guessing, and the GSSAPI authenticator (from 6.3.2). SMTP logging is off by default; on Windows before 6.3.6 the log folder was readable by every local user.

In OpenStack Cinder through 29.0.0, cross-project information disclosure can occur in the Messages API. A non-admin user with the project-scoped 'member' or 'reader' role making the Block Storage API v3.3 "List messages" call finds the non-expired user messages for other projects included in the response, resulting in the leakage of UUIDs of resources owned by other projects, in addition to the user message about the other projects' resources (which, by design, are sanitized generic messages). Oct 19, 2026Use of Cache Containing Sensitive Information vulnerability in Apache Camel HTTP component.CVE-2026-85317 · Websites & servers · Apache Software Foundation · reported by security@apache.orgMedium 4.8
Use of Cache Containing Sensitive Information vulnerability in Apache Camel HTTP component. This issue affects Apache Camel: from 4.0.0 before 4.18.5, from 4.19.0 before 4.22.1. The OAuth2 client token cache is global to the JVM, and its key omitted several of the fields that determine what a token actually authorises: the requested scope, the resource indicator, and the token endpoint the token was obtained from. Two endpoints differing only in those fields therefore shared a cache entry, and an endpoint could be served a token minted for a different scope, a different resource, or by a different authorization server. The consequence is a request carrying broader authority than the endpoint was configured for, or a token presented to a party it was not issued for. Reaching it requires a deployment that configures more than one OAuth2 endpoint differing in exactly those fields, which is why the severity is assessed low. Upgrade to Apache Camel 4.23.0, which fixes the issue. Users on the 4.18.x LTS releases stream should upgrade to 4.18.5. Users on the 4.22.x LTS releases stream should upgrade to 4.22.1. The cache key now includes every field that shapes the token, so entries are

Oct 19, 2026Generation of Error Message Containing Sensitive Information vulnerability in Apache Camel gRPC component.CVE-2026-85315 · Websites & servers · Apache Software Foundation · reported by security@apache.orgMedium 5.3
Generation of Error Message Containing Sensitive Information vulnerability in Apache Camel gRPC component. This issue affects Apache Camel: from 4.0.0 before 4.18.5, from 4.19.0 before 4.22.1. When a route behind a gRPC consumer failed, the exception's message was placed into the gRPC status description. Unlike the status cause, which stays local to the server, the description is transmitted to the calling client, so an external caller able to provoke a failure could read the internal error message. What that discloses depends on the exception, and in practice includes class and package names, paths, host names and connection detail carried in messages. This is the gRPC member of the same unmuted-consumer-exception family as the knative, mina and CXF advisories published alongside it. Upgrade to Apache Camel 4.23.0, which fixes the issue. Users on the 4.18.x LTS releases stream should upgrade to 4.18.5. Users on the 4.22.x LTS releases stream should upgrade to 4.22.1. A muteException consumer option, defaulting to true, puts a generic description in the status instead of the route exception's message. Set muteException=false to restore the previous output. For deployments that c

Where this comes from: the exploited list is CISA’s Known Exploited Vulnerabilities catalog. Everything else is the whole National Vulnerability Database, where each record is published by the team that found the bug (Wordfence, Patchstack, WPScan, the vendors themselves and others); we show who. Exploit odds are FIRST’s EPSS, updated daily. Titles and categories are ours, so check the linked record before acting on a detail. For a write-up of the big ones, see our advisories. Every vendor, and every WordPress plugin and theme with a recorded flaw, also has its own page. All of it is free to reuse as JSON, CSV or RSS.
