  • Sep 8, 2026n8n is an open source workflow automation platform.CVE-2026-86074 · Other software · n8n-io · reported by GitHubMedium 5.9

n8n is an open source workflow automation platform. Prior to 2.37.7 and 2.38.2, the Instance AI credential setup flow accepted a credential test or verification URL without checking that it matched the workflow node's origin. Attacker-controlled fetched content could influence that URL after a user injected it into the setup flow, causing authenticated requests, redirects, or probes to reach another origin. The affected logic includes packages/@n8n/instance-ai/src/tools/workflows/credential-utils.ts and the extractServiceOrigin origin derivation. This issue is fixed in versions 2.37.7 and 2.38.2.

n8n is an open source workflow automation platform. Prior to 2.37.7 and 2.38.1, the OAuth token endpoint bound an authorization code's first access token to the consented resource but did not bind its refresh token. Refreshing checked only that the requested resource was registered, not that it matched the original grant. An OAuth client approved for one workflow could substitute a different workflow URL in the resource parameter and obtain a valid token for an unapproved workflow accessible to the consenting user. This issue is fixed in versions 2.37.7 and 2.38.1.

n8n before 2.35.4 and 2.36.x before 2.36.2 does not validate credential references in the inline workflow JSON of nodes that execute an inline sub-workflow (e.g., the Workflow Tool node). A shared-workflow editor, or any user creating/updating a workflow via the REST API, Public API, or MCP, can persist a node referencing a credential they do not own. When the workflow is later executed under an identity that holds the credential, the inline sub-workflow resolves the secret and can send it to an attacker-controlled endpoint, resulting in credential exfiltration.

  • Aug 28, 2026Hatchet is a platform for orchestrating background tasks, AI agents, and durable workflows at scale.CVE-2026-54746 · Other software · hatchet-dev · reported by GitHubMedium 6.4

Hatchet is a platform for orchestrating background tasks, AI agents, and durable workflows at scale. From 0.40.0 until 0.91.1, the Dispatcher gRPC service does not verify that a request's worker ID belongs to the tenant identified by the bearer-token context in Dispatcher/UpsertWorkerLabels and Dispatcher/Unsubscribe. An authenticated owner of any tenant who guesses another tenant's worker UUID can overwrite that worker's affinity labels or disconnect the worker from the dispatcher. This can cause cross-tenant integrity impact and denial of service on multi-tenant Hatchet Cloud or shared self-hosted deployments. Single-tenant deployments are not practically affected because the attacker and target tenant are the same. This issue is fixed in version 0.91.1.

  • Aug 28, 2026Kubeflow Pipelines enables users to build and deploy portable, scalable machine learning workflows.CVE-2026-54745 · Other software · kubeflow · reported by GitHubCritical 10

Kubeflow Pipelines enables users to build and deploy portable, scalable machine learning workflows. Prior to 2.17.0, the Kubeflow Pipelines frontend exposes an unauthenticated server-side request forgery vulnerability through the /_proxy/ route in frontend/server/proxy-middleware.ts. The _routePathWithReferer() function accepts an arbitrary attacker-controlled HTTP or HTTPS target and passes its origin to createProxyMiddleware without a host allowlist or filtering for loopback, link-local, RFC1918, or cluster-local addresses. The route remains outside the authorization middleware when ENABLE_AUTHZ=true and is reachable through /apis/v1beta1/_proxy/, /apis/v2beta1/_proxy/, /pipeline/apis/v1beta1/_proxy/, and /pipeline/apis/v2beta1/_proxy/, including through a crafted Referer header. Requests can forward attacker-controlled methods, headers such as Authorization, Cookie, and X-Forwarded-For, and POST bodies to reachable internal services, while returning the upstream response to the unauthenticated client. This can expose cloud metadata credentials, Kubernetes or service APIs, and other cluster-internal endpoints to unauthorized read or modification. This issue is fixed in version 2.

  • Aug 24, 2026act starts an HTTP Artifacts V4 backend whenever a workflow uses actions/upload-artifact@v4 or actions/download-artifact@v4.CVE-2026-76847 · Other software · nektos · reported by VulnCheckHigh 8.7

act starts an HTTP Artifacts V4 backend whenever a workflow uses actions/upload-artifact@v4 or actions/download-artifact@v4. The control-plane RPCs of that backend, including CreateArtifact, GetSignedArtifactURL, ListArtifacts, FinalizeArtifact and DeleteArtifact, accept a caller-supplied workflow_run_backend_id and never check that it belongs to the requester: validateRunIDV4 in pkg/artifacts/artifacts_v4.go parses the value and returns it with the comparison against the requesting task's run ID left commented out. The signed URLs the backend issues are authenticated by an HMAC whose key is hardcoded to the four bytes 0xba 0xdb 0xee 0xf0, identical in every build, computed over a concatenation of endpoint, expiry, artifact name and task ID with no length prefix or delimiter, so signatures are both forgeable and ambiguous between differing artifact name and task ID pairs. The --artifact-server-addr flag defaults to the host's outbound address rather than loopback, leaving the backend reachable from the surrounding network. Any client that can reach it may read, overwrite or delete the artifacts of a concurrently running job with no credentials, exposing build outputs such as secret

  • Aug 20, 2026Windmill is an open-source developer platform for internal code: APIs, background jobs, workflows and UIs.CVE-2026-54136 · Other software · windmill-labs · reported by GitHubMedium 5.1

Windmill is an open-source developer platform for internal code: APIs, background jobs, workflows and UIs. Prior to 1.715.0, a resource-scoped API token could read script contents outside its allowed path scope through GET /api/w/{workspace}/scripts/list_search. The route-level scope middleware validated the token domain and action but did not enforce the resource/path segment, and the list_search_scripts handler had no additional check_scopes call or per-row filtering before returning script path and content fields. A token such as scripts:read:f/allowed/* could therefore receive source code for unrelated paths in the same workspace, potentially disclosing internal automation logic, integration details, business logic, inline configuration, or hardcoded secrets and credentials. Exploitation required possession of a valid scoped API token for the workspace but did not require administrator privileges. This issue is fixed in version 1.715.0.

ePA 3.x Integration implements the authorization workflow and writes Medical Information Objects to Germany's electronic patient record. Prior to 1.3.0, ePA 3.x Integration performs VAU server certificate validation in app/vau/VAUProtokoll.py without anchoring the signed_vau_server_pub_keys and AUT_VAU_CertData certificate path to independent trusted material. A network-positioned attacker between the DiGA backend and the ePA system can intercept the VAU handshake, supply attacker-controlled certificate and key material, and satisfy the circular trust relationship. Because TLS certificate verification is also disabled in affected versions, no independent server-authentication layer prevents the attack. The attacker can impersonate the VAU server, control the negotiated session keys, and read or modify all encrypted VAU traffic. This issue is fixed in version 1.3.0.

Prior to 1.3.0, ePA 3.x Integration disables TLS certificate verification for both ePA connections in app/vau/VAUProtokoll.py and Konnektor connections in app/konnektor/Konnektor.py. A network-positioned attacker can present an arbitrary certificate, terminate the TLS connection, and intercept ePA traffic. The VAU protocol does not provide an effective fallback because its application-layer certificate validation is also broken in affected versions. The Konnektor session uses self.session.verify set to False while the client authenticates with self.session.cert, so an attacker impersonating the Konnektor can receive the client's mutual TLS certificate exchange and observe smartcard operations. This issue is fixed in version 1.3.0.

  • Aug 18, 2026ePA 3.x Integration implements the authorization workflow and writes Medical Information Objects to Germany's electronic patient record.CVE-2026-50577 · Other software · fbeta-GmbH · reported by GitHubHigh 7.4

ePA 3.x Integration implements the authorization workflow and writes Medical Information Objects to Germany's electronic patient record. Prior to 1.3.0, ePA 3.x Integration leaves request_counter unchanged in app/vau/VAUProtokoll.py while constructing VAU messages. The frozen client request counter causes the server side to reuse AES-GCM nonce and key combinations across responses. A network attacker who collects repeated ciphertexts can recover the XOR of plaintexts and use predictable inner HTTP headers and JSON fields to recover sensitive data, including patient health records. Repeated nonces can also enable recovery of the GHASH authentication key through the Joux forbidden attack, allowing forged AES-GCM messages and injection of malicious responses. The response-counter check also fails to maintain last_response_counter, weakening replay and ordering validation. This issue is fixed in version 1.3.0.

ePA 3.x Integration implements the authorization workflow and writes Medical Information Objects to Germany's electronic patient record. Prior to 1.3.0, ePA 3.x Integration does not neutralize CRLF characters in values used by app/vau/VAUProtokoll.py to construct VAU inner HTTP requests. The build_inner_header function interpolates the uri, host, accept_type, content_type, content_length, USER_AGENT, and insurant_id values into request lines and headers, including x-useragent and x-insurantid. An authenticated attacker who controls a value can inject additional headers into the inner request. Depending on ePA server handling, an injected x-insurantid header can expose another patient's records, and injected Authorization headers can bypass the intended authentication or authorization context. Session-derived USER_AGENT input can also poison requests across the session. This issue is fixed in version 1.3.0.

  • Aug 18, 2026RAGFlow before 0.26.3 contains a server-side request forgery vulnerability in the agent workflow "Invoke" component (agent/component/invoke.py).CVE-2026-75898 · Other software · infiniflow · reported by VulnCheckHigh 8.4

RAGFlow before 0.26.3 contains a server-side request forgery vulnerability in the agent workflow "Invoke" component (agent/component/invoke.py). The component builds an outbound request URL from canvas configuration and runtime template variables and passes it to requests.get, requests.post, or requests.put without calling the shared assert_url_is_safe validator or pinning the resolved address, unlike the crawler, SearXNG, file-upload, and RSS fetch paths. A user who can create or trigger an agent can direct the server to fetch loopback, link-local, and RFC 1918 destinations, including cloud instance metadata endpoints and services co-located on the deployment network, and the response body is returned as the component output. Where an agent is configured to interpolate the chat query into the Invoke URL, the destination is chosen by whoever can send that query.

Trigger.dev is the open-source platform for building AI workflows in TypeScript. From 4.4.2 until 4.5.0, the packet presign routes in apps/webapp/app/routes/api.v1.packets.$.ts pass a caller-controlled filename through resolveStoreProtocolForPacketPresign to generatePresignedUrl and generatePresignedRequest in apps/webapp/app/v3/objectStore.server.ts, allowing .. traversal to escape the packets/<projectRef>/<env>/ object-store prefix and enabling a project API key to read or overwrite another organization's offloaded task payloads and outputs on multi-organization self-hosted instances. Trigger.dev is a platform for building and deploying fully managed AI agents and workflows. From 4.4.2 until 4.5.0-rc.5, Aws4FetchClient.buildUrl() and Aws4FetchClient.presign() in apps/webapp/app/v3/objectStoreClient.server.ts assign user-controlled packet keys to URL.pathname, while apps/webapp/app/routes/api.v1.packets.$.ts accepts params["*"] without rejecting dot segments and uses findResource: async () => 1 without per-resource ownership validation. WHATWG path normalization collapses .. segments before signing, allowing a caller with a valid environment API key to obtain presigned URLs for another tenant's object-store keys and read or overwrite task payloads. • Aug 13, 2026Trigger.dev is a platform for building and deploying fully managed AI agents and workflows.CVE-2026-73657 · Other software · triggerdotdev · reported by GitHubMedium 4.2

Trigger.dev is a platform for building and deploying fully managed AI agents and workflows. From 4.4.2 until 4.5.0-rc.4, `POST /api/v1/runs/:runParam/replay` in apps/webapp/app/routes/api.v1.runs.$runParam.replay.ts uses `prisma.taskRun.findUnique({ where: { friendlyId: runParam } })` without a runtimeEnvironmentId filter, then ReplayTaskRunService in apps/webapp/app/v3/services/replayTaskRun.server.ts replays the selected run in the victim environment. Any valid environment API key can therefore replay another tenant's run by friendlyId, consuming victim resources and repeating side effects; when `payloadType: "application/store"` is used, overrideExistingPayloadPacket() calls conditionallyImportPacket() on existingTaskRun.payload without an integrity check, so payload bytes overwritten through a separate object-store path-traversal vulnerability become attacker-controlled input to the victim task. This issue is fixed in version 4.5.0-rc.4.
