Aug 23, 2026BentoML's outbound connection safeguard (make_safe_connect in _internal/utils/uri.py) blocks private, loopback, and link-local IP addresses but fails to reject CVE-2026-78205 · Other software · bentoml · reported by VulnCheckMedium 6.9
BentoML's outbound connection safeguard (make_safe_connect in _internal/utils/uri.py) blocks private, loopback, and link-local IP addresses but fails to reject the RFC 6598 shared address space (100.64.0.0/10, CGNAT). In versions 1.4.19 through 1.4.39, an unauthenticated attacker can supply URLs pointing to that range via multipart file handling (MultipartSerde.ensure_file) or JSON request parsing (JSONSerde.parse_request), causing the server to make outbound requests to internal hosts on CGNAT networks (Server-Side Request Forgery). This is an incomplete fix for CVE-2025-54381.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ring-buffer: Use current_context for safe per-CPU buffer swap The ring_buffer_swap_cpu() function currently checks the per-CPU committing counter to determine if a buffer is actively being written to before performing the swap. Aug 19, 2026In FireAMP versions below 2.1.15, a user who holds a role that can edit, create, or run playbooks in Splunk SOAR could run the add listitem action in a Safe ModCVE-2026-76371 · Other software · Splunk · reported by psirt@cisco.comLow 2.7
In FireAMP versions below 2.1.15, a user who holds a role that can edit, create, or run playbooks in Splunk SOAR could run the add listitem action in a Safe Mode playbook while that action is listed as read-only, which could allow for unauthorized changes to file lists. The vulnerability is possible because the FireAMP connector action manifest classifies the add listitem action as read-only even though the action updates file lists. For more information see Manage settings for a playbook in Splunk SOAR (https://help.splunk.com/en/splunk-soar/soar-cloud/build-playbooks/manage-playbooks-and-playbook-settings/manage-settings-for-a-playbook-in-splunk-soar-cloud) in the Splunk documentation.

Aug 18, 2026Malcolm's upload-processing pipeline (scripts/safe-extract.py) enforces entry-count, nesting-depth, and total-uncompressed-byte limits when extracting containerCVE-2026-19671 · Other software · CISAgov · reported by ics-cert@hq.dhs.govHigh 7.1
Malcolm's upload-processing pipeline (scripts/safe-extract.py) enforces entry-count, nesting-depth, and total-uncompressed-byte limits when extracting container archives (zip/tar/rar/7z via libarchive), but those limits are not applied when the uploaded file is a single-stream compressed format (.gz, .bz2, .xz, .lzma, .lz) that isn't a .tar.*-style archive. Any authenticated user permitted to upload PCAP/log files can upload a small, highly compressible file (e.g. a gzip bomb) that decompresses to an effectively unbounded size on disk, exhausting the shared Docker volume used by OpenSearch, Logstash, Arkime, and Zeek, and disrupting the platform for all users.

Aug 18, 2026SiYuan before v3.7.4 contains a server-side request forgery (SSRF) vulnerability in the isPrivateIP function in kernel/util/net.go, used by SSRFSafeDialer to enCVE-2026-74905 · Other software · siyuan-note · reported by VulnCheckMedium 6.9
SiYuan before v3.7.4 contains a server-side request forgery (SSRF) vulnerability in the isPrivateIP function in kernel/util/net.go, used by SSRFSafeDialer to enforce SSRF protection in SafeMode. The function only checks for loopback, link-local unicast, private, and unspecified addresses and does not recognize IPv6 transition addresses (NAT64 64:ff9b::/96, 6to4 2002::/16, Teredo 2001::/32) that embed private IPv4 destinations. When SafeMode is enabled, an authenticated attacker can bypass the SSRF guard via the network forward proxy, WebSocket proxy, or SSE proxy endpoints by supplying a URL whose hostname resolves to such a transition address, reaching internal services and cloud metadata endpoints (e.g., 169.254.169.254). Because the forward proxy returns the full response body, this is a full-read SSRF that can be used to steal instance credentials, reach internal services, and port-scan internal infrastructure.

Scriban before 7.0.0 (affected versions <= 6.6.0) contains a denial-of-service vulnerability in which the LimitToString safety limit (default 1MB) can be bypassed because ObjectToString resets the per-call length counter (_currentToStringLength) on every top-level call and StringBuilderOutput enforces no cumulative output-size limit. The RapiSafe – Secure Multi File Upload for Contact Form 7 plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to arbitrary file deletion due to insufficient file path validation in the handleAjaxRemoveUpload function in all versions up to, and including, 1.0.4. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to delete arbitrary files on the server, which can easily lead to remote code execution when the right file is deleted (such as wp-config.php). The nonce required to invoke the removal handler is exposed in public-facing JavaScript as RSMFCF7Vars.nonce on every Contact Form 7 page rendering a RapiSafe upload field, making it obtainable by any unauthenticated visitor.

Fujitsu Research's OneCompression library before 1.2.1 contains an unsafe deserialization vulnerability that allows attackers to execute arbitrary code by supplying a crafted model.pt checkpoint file, as QuantizedModelLoader.load_quantized_model_pt() unconditionally calls torch.load with weights_only=False, invoking Python's pickle machinery during deserialization. Attackers can embed malicious __reduce__ methods in a crafted model checkpoint to execute arbitrary Python code, including system commands, when the library loads the file from a caller-selected model directory.

Aug 8, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: libceph: fix two unsafe bare decodes in decode_lockers() decode_lockers() in cls_lock_clieCVE-2026-68082 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67Critical 9.8
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: libceph: fix two unsafe bare decodes in decode_lockers() decode_lockers() in cls_lock_client.c contains two bare decode operations that allow a malicious or compromised OSD to trigger slab-out-of-bounds reads: 1. ceph_decode_32(p) at the num_lockers field has no preceding bounds check. ceph_start_decoding() accepts struct_len=0 as valid -- the internal ceph_decode_need(p, end, 0, bad) always passes -- so when an OSD sends struct_len=0, ceph_start_decoding() returns success with p == end. The immediately following bare ceph_decode_32(p) then reads 4 bytes past the validated buffer boundary. The garbage value is passed directly to kzalloc_objs() as the locker count. The sibling function decode_watchers() in osd_client.c already uses ceph_decode_32_safe() after its own ceph_start_decoding() call. decode_lockers() was the only site using the bare variant. 2. ceph_decode_8(p) after the decode_locker() loop has no preceding bounds check. If an OSD crafts num_lockers such that the loop advances p exactly to end, the subsequent bare ceph_decode_8(p) reads one byte past the validated

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: x86/bugs: Make Safe-RET robust against interrupt injection An attacker injecting interrupts while the Safe-RET mitigation executes on machines affected by SRSO can neutralize the safe return sequence, potentially leading to data leakage through speculative execution. Fixup register state as if the Safe-RET sequence executed successfully by "emulating" it, in a manner of speaking, and avoid executing a RET instruction after returning from the interrupt.

In Eclipse Milo versions 1.0.0 through 1.1.4, monitored-item quota accounting is not exception-safe: if item creation fails with an unchecked error, the server-global reservation is not restored. Deeply nested PubSub ExtensionObjects in a `CreateMonitoredItems` event filter can trigger a `StackOverflowError` during decoding, allowing an unauthenticated remote client to exhaust a finite global monitored-item quota and prevent all clients from creating new monitored items until restart. Existing monitored items and other server functions remain unaffected.
