Jul 23, 2026WP Encryption – One Click Free SSL Certificate & SSL / HTTPS Redirect, Security & SSL Scan: Directory TraversalCVE-2026-15786 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 4.4
The WP Encryption – One Click Free SSL Certificate & SSL / HTTPS Redirect, Security & SSL Scan plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Directory Traversal in all versions up to, and including, 7.8.6.6 via the 'imploded' parameter parameter. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with administrator-level access and above, to read the contents of arbitrary files on the server, which can contain sensitive information. Although file write content is passed through esc_html(), which encodes angle brackets and prevents direct PHP execution, plaintext configuration files such as .htaccess are fully writable and exploitable for denial-of-service or redirect attacks. This is only exploitable when the premium version of the software is enabled and active.

Jul 23, 2026Premium Packages – Sell Digital Products Securely: Authentication BypassCVE-2026-15348 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 6.3
The Premium Packages – Sell Digital Products Securely plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Authentication Bypass in all versions up to, and including, 7.0.4 via the `wpdmppdl` parameter. This is due to the `download()` function — hooked to the unauthenticated WordPress `wp` action — decoding the attacker-controlled `wpdmppdl` parameter using only `base64_decode()` and `json_decode()` with no HMAC, cryptographic signature, or nonce verification, and then issuing WordPress authentication cookies after a domain check that is trivially bypassed because both sides of the comparison are attacker-supplied values. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to authenticate as any non-administrator WordPress user, including subscribers, customers, contributors, authors, editors, and shop managers, who owns an order, gaining full session-level access to that account.

Jul 23, 2026Equalize Digital Accessibility Checker – WCAG, ADA, EAA and Section 508 compliance: Stored Cross-Site ScriptingCVE-2026-14481 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 6.4
The Equalize Digital Accessibility Checker – WCAG, ADA, EAA and Section 508 compliance plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the 'html' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 1.46.0 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. This requires the attacker to have the ability to edit a post, as the REST endpoint /accessibility-checker/v1/post-scan-results/{id} is guarded only by the edit_post capability on the target post.

Ninja Forms WordPress plugin version 3.14.8 contains a client-side enforcement of server-side security vulnerability that allows unauthenticated attackers to bypass all form validation by merging attacker-controlled field metadata over server-loaded form definitions before validation runs. Attackers can craft a malicious AJAX submission overriding field types, removing required flags, and disabling CAPTCHA checks through the nopriv AJAX endpoint to trigger form actions such as email notifications and database storage with unverified, attacker-controlled content.
- What to do
- Update the plugin to the newest version.

The PhonePe Payment Solutions WordPress plugin before 3.1.0 does not properly verify the authenticity of incoming payment callbacks: the secret used to validate the callback signature is empty on sites configured through the current setup flow, so the expected signature reduces to an unkeyed hash of the request body that anyone can compute. Jul 11, 2026PDF Invoices & Packing Slips for WooCommerce: Insecure Direct Object ReferenceCVE-2026-13116 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 4.3
The PDF Invoices & Packing Slips for WooCommerce plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Insecure Direct Object Reference in all versions up to, and including, 5.14.0 via the generate_document_shortcode due to missing validation on a user controlled key. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to mint publicly accessible, session-free download links for arbitrary third-party orders, exposing customer names, billing and shipping addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, order and invoice numbers, line items, totals, payment details, and customer notes contained in those orders' invoices and packing slips. Exploitation requires the plugin's Document link access type setting to be configured to 'full'; with the default 'logged_in' value, generated URLs are signed with a per-session nonce rather than the order_key, making the shortcode path unexploitable for unauthorized access to third-party orders.

Jul 9, 2026Hydra Booking – Appointment Scheduling & Booking Calendar: Insecure Direct Object ReferenceCVE-2026-12433 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 4.3
The Hydra Booking – Appointment Scheduling & Booking Calendar plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Insecure Direct Object Reference in versions up to, and including, 1.2.1 via the /wp-json/hydra-booking/v1/booking/details/{id} REST endpoint. This is due to the getBookingDetails() callback only enforcing the tfhb_manage_options capability via tfhb_manage_options_permission(), without verifying that the requested booking belongs to the currently authenticated host (the lookup in getBookingDetailsData() filters solely on the booking id supplied in the URL). This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Hydra Host-level access and above (a role created by the plugin which grants tfhb_manage_options), to view sensitive booking records belonging to other hosts, including attendee names, emails, phone numbers, addresses, meeting details, payment method and status, transaction history, and internal notes by iterating booking IDs.

The GamiPress – Gamification plugin to reward points, achievements, badges & ranks in WordPress plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Insecure Direct Object Reference in all versions up to, and including, 7.9.4 via the 'access' parameter due to missing validation on a user controlled key. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to view private GamiPress activity log entries belonging to any user, including badge earnings, points balance changes, and event records from integrated plugins such as WooCommerce, LearnDash, and BuddyPress. This is exploitable by any unauthenticated visitor because the required 'gamipress' nonce is broadcast to all front-end users via wp_localize_script on the wp_enqueue_scripts hook, making the sole authentication barrier trivially bypassable.

The User Frontend: AI Powered Frontend Posting, User Directory, Profile, Membership & User Registration plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Insecure Direct Object Reference in all versions up to, and including, 4.3.7 via the 'wpuf_files_data' parameter due to missing validation on a user controlled key. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to overwrite the post_title, post_content, and post_excerpt of any arbitrary post on the site, including posts authored by administrators. Jul 8, 2026DoLogin Security: Authentication BypassCVE-2026-14495 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceHigh 8.8
The DoLogin Security plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Authentication Bypass via Insufficient Randomness in all versions up to, and including, 4.3. The vulnerability exists because `dologin\s::rrand()` seeds the Mersenne Twister with `mt_srand((double) microtime() * 1000000)` — discarding the integer-seconds component of `microtime()` and constraining the seed to a range of approximately 10^6 values (~20 bits of entropy) — after which every character of the 32-character magic-link token is drawn sequentially with `mt_rand()`, making the entire token a deterministic function of that seed. Because `Pswdless::try_login()` is registered on the unauthenticated `init` hook, resolves the target account by the auto-increment numeric ID embedded in the `?dologin=<id>.<hash>` parameter, performs the hash comparison using a non-constant-time `!=` operator, and then calls `wp_set_auth_cookie()` directly — never passing through `wp_authenticate()` and therefore never triggering the plugin's own `Auth::_has_login_err()` lockout — an unauthenticated attacker can brute-force the ~10^6-candidate seed space to reconstruct an active passwordless login token and authenticate as any targeted user,

Jul 8, 2026Eventer: An insecure password reset mechanismCVE-2026-9701 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceCritical 9.8
The Eventer plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to an insecure password reset mechanism in all versions up to, and including, 4.4.2. The plugin stores a plaintext copy of the password reset key in the `eventer_verification_code` user meta field when a user requests a password reset. The plaintext key stored in `wp_usermeta` can be used with the plugin's custom reset action to set a new password for any user. Combined with another vulnerability such as SQL Injection (CVE-2026-9700), this makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to extract the plaintext reset key and take over any user account, including administrators. The Ad Inserter – Ad Manager & AdSense Ads plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Insecure Direct Object Reference in versions up to and including 2.8.16 via the 'data' attribute of the [adinserter] shortcode. This is due to the replace_ai_tags() function processing a {reusable-block-N} tag pattern that calls get_post_field('post_content', N) without verifying the requesting user's capability with current_user_can('read_post'), without restricting the post type to 'wp_block', and without checking the post status. Jul 2, 2026Appointment Bookings for Zoom GoogleMeet and more – Wappointment: Insecure Direct Object ReferenceCVE-2026-9188 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 5.3
The Appointment Bookings for Zoom GoogleMeet and more – Wappointment plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Insecure Direct Object Reference in all versions up to and including 2.7.6 via the `appointmentkey` parameter due to the appointment `edit_key` — the sole authorization token consumed by `tryCancel()` — being generated as a predictable, unsalted MD5 hash of only `client_id` (a sequential integer), `start_at` (a publicly observable appointment timestamp), and `staff_id` (a small enumerable integer), with no secret salt or random component, and the unauthenticated cancellation and rescheduling REST endpoints performing no ownership or identity verification beyond matching this reconstructible key. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to compute valid `edit_key` values for appointments belonging to other users and cancel or reschedule those appointments arbitrarily. Exploitation requires the `allow_cancellation` or `allow_rescheduling` setting to be enabled on the site, both of which are common configurations for active booking deployments; an attacker can obtain the inputs needed to reconstruct a victim's key by booking their own appointment to observe their sequ

The Academy LMS – WordPress LMS Plugin for Complete eLearning Solution plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Insecure Direct Object Reference in versions up to, and including, 3.8.1. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to access detailed curriculum information for private, draft, scheduled, or password-protected courses by enumerating course IDs.

Jul 1, 2026Qi Blocks: Insecure Direct Object ReferenceCVE-2026-10096 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 4.3
The Qi Blocks plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Insecure Direct Object Reference in all versions up to, and including, 1.4.9 via the 'page_id' parameter due to missing validation on a user controlled key. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with author-level access and above, to modify the stored Qi Blocks styles of arbitrary posts, templates, or widgets they do not own — including site-wide surfaces via the reserved 'template' and 'widget' page_id values — enabling unauthorized frontend defacement, content hiding, and degradation of any page on the site. The endpoint's permission_callback checks only the generic edit_posts and publish_posts capabilities, meaning any user with the built-in Author role satisfies the check regardless of post ownership.

- What to do
- Affects up to 1.4.9. Update Qi Blocks to the newest version and check its changelog mentions this fix; if there isn’t one yet, deactivate it until there is.

Jul 1, 2026Kadence Blocks – Gutenberg Blocks for Page Builder Features: Insecure Direct Object ReferenceCVE-2026-12904 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 4.3
The Kadence Blocks – Gutenberg Blocks for Page Builder Features plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Insecure Direct Object Reference in versions up to and including 3.7.7. This is due to a mismatch between the object used for authorization and the object actually accessed in the Optimize_Rest_Controller's create_item(), get_item(), delete_item(), and bulk_delete_items() endpoints — authorization is checked via current_user_can('edit_post'/'delete_post', $post_id) against the user-supplied post_id, while the storage layer keys analysis records on sha256($post_path) from a separately supplied, attacker-controlled post_path parameter, with no enforcement that post_path corresponds to post_id. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Contributor-level access and above, to read or delete optimizer analysis records belonging to posts owned by other users by submitting their own post_id (which passes the capability check) together with the victim post's path.

Jul 1, 2026LearnPress – WordPress LMS Plugin for Create and Sell Online Courses: Insecure Direct Object ReferenceCVE-2026-11988 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 6.5
The LearnPress – WordPress LMS Plugin for Create and Sell Online Courses plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Insecure Direct Object Reference in all versions up to, and including, 4.3.9.1 via the 'userId' parameter due to missing validation on a user controlled key. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with subscriber-level access and above, to view the course enrollment progress and completion data belonging to any instructor or administrator account on the site. This IDOR does not apply when the target user is a regular subscriber, as the guard correctly blocks cross-subscriber access; exploitation is limited to cases where the victim user holds the LP_TEACHER_ROLE or administrator role.

Jun 27, 2026Dokan: AI Powered WooCommerce Multivendor Marketplace Solution – Build Your Own Amazon, eBay, Etsy: Insecure Direct Object ReferenceCVE-2026-11987 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 4.3
The Dokan: AI Powered WooCommerce Multivendor Marketplace Solution – Build Your Own Amazon, eBay, Etsy plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Insecure Direct Object Reference in all versions up to, and including, 5.0.4 via the 'id' parameter due to missing validation on a user controlled key. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with subscriber-level access and above, to read any other vendor's products — including unpublished draft and pending listings — exposing product names, prices, SKUs, and descriptions belonging to other vendors. The permission callbacks for both the collection endpoint and the single-item endpoint only verify the generic vendor capability ('dokan_view_product_menu' / 'dokandar'), which every vendor holds, rather than confirming the requested author ID or product ownership matches the authenticated user.

Jun 18, 2026Equalize Digital Accessibility Checker – WCAG, ADA, EAA and Section 508 compliance: Authorization bypassCVE-2026-9199 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 4.3
The Equalize Digital Accessibility Checker – WCAG, ADA, EAA and Section 508 compliance plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to authorization bypass in all versions up to, and including, 1.42.1. This is due to the plugin not properly verifying that a user is authorized to perform an action. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with author-level access and above, to dismiss, ignore, or restore accessibility audit issue records belonging to posts they are not permitted to edit by supplying an issue from their own post as an authorization token to affect matching issues across the entire site. An Author-level user can exploit this by passing largeBatch=true on a dismiss-issue request referencing one of their own post's issues, causing the handler to bulk-modify all site-wide accessibility issues sharing the same 'object' value — including those belonging to administrator-owned posts.
