  • Jun 17, 2026When NGINX Plus or NGINX Open Source is configured as the data plane for NGINX Gateway Fabric, an injection vulnerability exists in the NGINX configuration geneCVE-2026-50107 · Network & remote access · F5 · reported by f5sirt@f5.comHigh 8.6

When NGINX Plus or NGINX Open Source is configured as the data plane for NGINX Gateway Fabric, an injection vulnerability exists in the NGINX configuration generator component of NGINX Gateway Fabric. User-supplied string values from the NginxProxy Custom Resource Definition (CRD) access log format setting are rendered directly into NGINX configuration templates without sanitization or escaping. An authenticated attacker with permission to create or modify these CRDs may craft values that inject arbitrary NGINX configuration directives. This is a control plane issue; there is no data plane exposure from the vulnerability trigger itself. Note: Software versions which have reached End of Technical Support (EoTS) are not evaluated.

  • May 28, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drm/gem: Fix inconsistent plane dimension calculation in drm_gem_fb_init_with_funcs() drm_CVE-2026-46209 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67High 7.8

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drm/gem: Fix inconsistent plane dimension calculation in drm_gem_fb_init_with_funcs() drm_gem_fb_init_with_funcs() computes sub-sampled plane dimensions using plain integer division: unsigned int width = mode_cmd->width / (i ? info->hsub : 1); unsigned int height = mode_cmd->height / (i ? info->vsub : 1); However, the ioctl-level framebuffer_check() in drm_framebuffer.c uses drm_format_info_plane_width/height() which round up dimensions via DIV_ROUND_UP(). This inconsistency corrupts the subsequent GEM object size check for certain pixel format and dimension combinations. For example, with NV12 (vsub=2) and a 1-pixel-tall framebuffer the GEM size validation path sees height=0 instead of height=1. The expression (height - 1) then wraps to UINT_MAX as an unsigned int, causing min_size to overflow and wrap back to a small value. A tiny GEM object therefore passes the size guard, yet when the GPU accesses the chroma plane it will read or write memory beyond the object's bounds. Fix by replacing the open-coded divisions with drm_format_info_plane_width() and drm_format_info_plane_height(), which use DIV_ROUN

  • May 20, 2026Plane is an open-source project management tool.CVE-2026-40102 · Other software · makeplane · reported by GitHubMedium 6.5

Plane is an open-source project management tool. In versions 1.3.0 and below, SavedAnalyticEndpoint passes the user-controlled segment query parameter directly to a Django F() expression without validation (unlike the regular AnalyticsEndpoint, which checks against an allowlist), causing ORM Field Reference Injection. An authenticated workspace MEMBER can send GET /api/workspaces/<slug>/saved-analytic-view/<analytic_id>/ with a crafted segment value that is forwarded into build_graph_plot() and traverses foreign-key relationships (e.g. workspace__owner__password) before being projected via .values("dimension", "segment"), returning the referenced field values directly in the JSON response. This exposes sensitive data such as bcrypt password hashes, API tokens, and related users' email addresses, making it a stronger primitive than the related order_by injection where values are only leaked through ordering. This issue has been fixed in version 1.3.1.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drm/atmel-hlcdc: fix use-after-free of drm_crtc_commit after release The atmel_hlcdc_plane_atomic_duplicate_state() callback was copying the atmel_hlcdc_plane state structure without properly duplicating the drm_plane_state. In particular, state->commit remained set to the old state commit, which can lead to a use-after-free in the next drm_atomic_commit() call. Fix this by calling __drm_atomic_helper_duplicate_plane_state(), which correctly clones the base drm_plane_state (including the ->commit pointer). • Apr 24, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drm/i915: Unlink NV12 planes earlier unlink_nv12_plane() will clobber parts of the plane sCVE-2026-31571 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67Medium 5.5

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drm/i915: Unlink NV12 planes earlier unlink_nv12_plane() will clobber parts of the plane state potentially already set up by plane_atomic_check(), so we must make sure not to call the two in the wrong order. The problem happens when a plane previously selected as a Y plane is now configured as a normal plane by user space. plane_atomic_check() will first compute the proper plane state based on the userspace request, and unlink_nv12_plane() later clears some of the state. This used to work on account of unlink_nv12_plane() skipping the state clearing based on the plane visibility. But I removed that check, thinking it was an impossible situation. Now when that situation happens unlink_nv12_plane() will just WARN and proceed to clobber the state. Rather than reverting to the old way of doing things, I think it's more clear if we unlink the NV12 planes before we even compute the new plane state. Prior to versions 1.17.14, 1.18.8, and 1.19.2, Ingress Network Policies are not enforced for traffic from pods to L7 Services (Envoy, GAMMA) with a local backend on the same node, when Per-Endpoint Routing is enabled and BPF Host Routing is disabled. Per-Endpoint Routing is disabled by default, but is automatically enabled in deployments using cloud IPAM, including Cilium ENI on EKS (`eni.enabled`), AlibabaCloud ENI (`alibabacloud.enabled`), Azure IPAM (`azure.enabled`, but not AKS BYOCNI), and some GKE deployments (`gke.enabled`; managed offerings such as GKE Dataplane V2 may use different defaults). It is typically not enabled in tunneled deployments, and chaining deployments are not affected. In practice, Amazon EKS with Cilium ENI mode is likely the most common affected environment. Versions 1.17.14, 1.18.8, and 1.19.2 contain a patch. There is currently no officially verified or comprehensive workaround for this issue. The only option would be to disable per-endpoint routes, but this will likely cause disruptions to ongoing connections, and potential conflicts if running in cloud provide

Plane is an an open-source project management tool. Prior to version 1.2.2, the `ProjectAssetEndpoint.patch()` method in `apps/api/plane/app/views/asset/v2.py` (lines 579–593) performs a global asset lookup using only the asset ID (`pk`) via `FileAsset.objects.get(id=pk)`, without verifying that the asset belongs to the workspace and project specified in the URL path. This allows any authenticated user (including those with the GUEST role) to modify the `attributes` and `is_uploaded` status of assets belonging to any workspace or project in the entire Plane instance by guessing or enumerating asset UUIDs. Version 1.2.2 fixes the issue.

free5GC go-upf is the User Plane Function (UPF) implementation for 5G networks that is part of the free5GC project. Versions prior to 1.2.8 have a Heap-based Buffer Overflow (CWE-122) vulnerability leading to Denial of Service. Remote attackers can crash the UPF network element by sending a specially crafted PFCP Session Modification Request with an invalid SDF Filter length field. This causes a heap buffer overflow, resulting in complete service disruption for all connected UEs and potential cascading failures affecting the SMF. All deployments of free5GC using the UPF component may be affected. Version 1.2.8 of go-upf contains a fix.

  • Feb 19, 2026Wings is the server control plane for Pterodactyl, a free, open-source game server management panel.CVE-2026-26016 · Other software · pterodactyl · reported by GitHubCritical 9.2

Wings is the server control plane for Pterodactyl, a free, open-source game server management panel. Prior to version 1.12.1, a missing authorization check in multiple controllers allows any user with access to a node secret token to fetch information about any server on a Pterodactyl instance, even if that server is associated with a different node. This issue stems from missing logic to verify that the node requesting server data is the same node that the server is associated with. Any authenticated Wings node can retrieve server installation scripts (potentially containing secret values) and manipulate the installation status of servers belonging to other nodes. Wings nodes may also manipulate the transfer status of servers belonging to other nodes. This vulnerability requires a user to acquire a secret access token for a node. Unless a user gains access to a Wings secret access token they would not be able to access any of these vulnerable endpoints, as every endpoint requires a valid node access token. A single compromised Wings node daemon token (stored in plaintext at `/etc/pterodactyl/config.yml`) grants access to sensitive configuration data of every server on the panel, r

  • Jan 21, 2026The Flux Operator is a Kubernetes CRD controller that manages the lifecycle of CNCF Flux CD and the ControlPlane enterprise distribution.CVE-2026-23990 · Other software · controlplaneio-fluxcd · reported by GitHubMedium 5.3

The Flux Operator is a Kubernetes CRD controller that manages the lifecycle of CNCF Flux CD and the ControlPlane enterprise distribution. Starting in version 0.36.0 and prior to version 0.40.0, a privilege escalation vulnerability exists in the Flux Operator Web UI authentication code that allows an attacker to bypass Kubernetes RBAC impersonation and execute API requests with the operator's service account privileges. In order to be vulnerable, cluster admins must configure the Flux Operator with an OIDC provider that issues tokens lacking the expected claims (e.g., `email`, `groups`), or configure custom CEL expressions that can evaluate to empty values. After OIDC token claims are processed through CEL expressions, there is no validation that the resulting `username` and `groups` values are non-empty. When both values are empty, the Kubernetes client-go library does not add impersonation headers to API requests, causing them to be executed with the flux-operator service account's credentials instead of the authenticated user's limited permissions. This can result in privilege escalation, data exposure, and/or information disclosure. Version 0.40.0 patches the issue.

  • Jan 19, 2026Wings is the server control plane for Pterodactyl, a free, open-source game server management panel.CVE-2026-21696 · Other software · pterodactyl · reported by GitHubHigh 8.3

Wings is the server control plane for Pterodactyl, a free, open-source game server management panel. Starting in version 1.7.0 and prior to version 1.12.0, Wings does not consider SQLite max parameter limit when processing activity log entries allowing for low privileged user to trigger a condition that floods the panel with activity records. After Wings sends activity logs to the panel it deletes the processed activity entries from the wings SQLite database. However, it does not consider the max parameter limit of SQLite, 32766 as of SQLite 3.32.0. If wings attempts to delete more than 32766 entries from the SQLite database in one query, it triggers an error (SQL logic error: too many SQL variables (1)) and does not remove any entries from the database. These entries are then indefinitely re-processed and resent to the panel each time the cron runs. By successfully exploiting this vulnerability, an attacker can trigger a situation where wings will keep uploading the same activity data to the panel repeatedly (growing each time to include new activity) until the panels' database server runs out of disk space. Version 1.12.0 fixes the issue.

Wings is the server control plane for Pterodactyl, a free, open-source game server management panel. Prior to version 1.12.0, websockets within wings lack proper rate limiting and throttling. As a result a malicious user can open a large number of connections and then request data through these sockets, causing an excessive volume of data over the network and overloading the host system memory and cpu. Additionally, there is not a limit applied to the total size of messages being sent or received, allowing a malicious user to open thousands of websocket connections and then send massive volumes of information over the socket, overloading the host network, and causing increased CPU and memory load within Wings. Version 1.12.0 patches the issue.
