Sep 21, 2026Temporal Server did not bound the work performed while searching for a Schedule's next action time.CVE-2026-16652 · Other software · Temporal Technologies, Inc. · reported by security@temporal.ioHigh 7.1
Temporal Server did not bound the work performed while searching for a Schedule's next action time. An authenticated caller with namespace write permission could create or update a Schedule that combines a fine-grained cadence with an exclusion calendar that rejects every candidate time, causing the server to evaluate excluded candidates without a per-search work budget. This can consume excessive CPU in Frontend and Schedule worker components. A persisted specification can also cause its backing Schedule Workflow to repeatedly fail and retry, allowing CPU consumption to continue without additional requests until the Schedule is deleted or its backing Workflow is terminated. Repeated or parallel exploitation can deny service. The issue affects availability only; it does not expose or modify Workflow data.

Sep 21, 2026temporalio/sqlparser can panic when Parse, ParseStrictDDL, or ParseNext processes a MySQL version comment whose contents are empty or consist only of one to fivCVE-2026-16651 · Other software · Temporal Technologies, Inc. · reported by security@temporal.ioHigh 8.7
temporalio/sqlparser can panic when Parse, ParseStrictDDL, or ParseNext processes a MySQL version comment whose contents are empty or consist only of one to five decimal digits. ExtractMysqlComment does not check the -1 result returned by strings.IndexFunc before using it as a slice boundary. The resulting Go runtime panic propagates unless the caller recovers it on the parsing goroutine, so applications that parse attacker-controlled SQL can terminate. Temporal Server exposes the affected parser through ListWorkers. When that API is enabled, an authenticated caller with namespace read permission can submit a malformed query that terminates the receiving Matching process. Repeated requests can sustain a denial of service. The issue affects availability only; no confidentiality or integrity impact was identified.

Sep 17, 2026The Photos app's filter-based "smart albums" build their file listing using the search configuration (photosSourceFolders) of the user viewing the album, ratherCVE-2026-82985 · Other software · Nextcloud · reported by support@hackerone.comMedium 6.5
The Photos app's filter-based "smart albums" build their file listing using the search configuration (photosSourceFolders) of the user viewing the album, rather than the album owner's configuration. When an album owner shares a smart album with another user, that user's own folder configuration is used to determine which of the owner's files are searched — allowing them to discover files (name, file ID, and other metadata) in folders the album owner never intended to include in the shared album. This requires the album owner to have shared a filter-based smart album with the attacker; it does not allow access to arbitrary users' files without such a share.

The Approval app's approve/reject endpoint is meant to require the file's current etag as a freshness check, preventing an approver from approving or rejecting a file whose contents changed after they reviewed it. The backend only enforced this check when the etag parameter was present and non-empty in the request. An attacker able to intercept and modify the approval request could omit the etag field entirely, bypassing the freshness check and approving or rejecting a file version they never reviewed.

Any authenticated user can lock or unlock files they do not own by targeting absolute WebDAV paths of other users. The DAV plugin resolves files from the absolute request URI without verifying that the path segment matches the authenticated session user. This enables: Cross-user manual locks : attacker locks a victim's files, blocking writes (PUT/MOVE/DELETE, editor saves). Lock-token disclosure: the app returns the lock token to unauthorized callers, enabling them to remove token-based locks (client locks) of other users.

Circles' remote-instance signature verification fetches the attacker-supplied keyId URL before trust in the remote instance is established, and explicitly allows local/private addresses for this request, bypassing Nextcloud's core SSRF protections. The public, unauthenticated endpoints POST /apps/circles/event/ and POST /apps/circles/incoming/ reach this code path, allowing any unauthenticated user to force the server to issue a GET request to an internal address. The response body of the internal request is never returned to the requester, so this is blind SSRF: an attacker can determine whether an internal service is reachable, but cannot read its response contents through this endpoint alone.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: media: em28xx: fix use-after-free of dev_next->devlist on disconnect When a device with has_dual_ts=1 is probed and the is_audio_only path is taken, both dev and dev->dev_next are added to the global em28xx_devlist via em28xx_init_extension(). However, during disconnect, em28xx_close_extension(dev) only calls list_del(&dev->devlist), leaving dev->dev_next->devlist still linked in the global list. When dev_next is subsequently freed via kref_put(), its devlist entry becomes a dangling pointer in em28xx_devlist. The next device probe that calls em28xx_init_extension() triggers a list corruption BUG when list_add_tail detects the freed node. This bug was exposed by commit a368ecde8a50 ("USB: core: Fix duplicate endpoint bug by clearing reserved bits in the descriptor") which clears reserved bits in bEndpointAddress during endpoint parsing. This causes fuzzed endpoint addresses like 0xf3 to be normalized to 0x83, which em28xx interprets as a vendor audio endpoint, enabling the is_audio_only + has_dual_ts code path that was previously unreachable with such descriptors. Fix this by removing dev->dev_next->devlist fro

Sep 15, 2026Hydro is a next-generation high-performance online judge platform.CVE-2026-55617 · Other software · hydro-dev · reported by GitHubMedium 6.9
Hydro is a next-generation high-performance online judge platform. From 4.10.4 until 5.0.2, the session recreation logic in packages/hydrooj/src/service/layers/base.ts creates a replacement session token without deleting the previous token from the server-side session token store, so an old sid cookie can remain valid after logout or another renewal flow. An attacker who possesses a victim's previously valid stale cookie can replay it over HTTP or HTTPS without knowing the victim's username or password and without victim interaction at exploitation time. Successful replay can take over the victim's account, disclose private data, and permit unauthorized modification or deletion of data available to that account. This issue is fixed in version 5.0.2.

Sep 15, 2026Nextflow is a DSL for data-driven computational pipelines.CVE-2026-48722 · Other software · nextflow-io · reported by GitHubMedium 5.5
Nextflow is a DSL for data-driven computational pipelines. From 25.09.2-edge until 25.10.6 and 26.04.3, nextflow auth login writes Seqera Platform OIDC bearer tokens to ${NXF_HOME:-~/.nextflow}/seqera-auth.config through AuthCommandImpl.writeConfig in plugins/nf-tower/src/main/io/seqera/tower/plugin/auth/AuthCommandImpl.groovy without setting restrictive file permissions, allowing the default umask 022 to create the file with mode 0644. On a multi-user POSIX host, a local user who can traverse the victim's home directory can read seqera-auth.config and impersonate the victim against Seqera Platform within the token's scope. Sep 14, 2026next-video is a library for adding video to Next.js applications.CVE-2026-54150 · Other software · muxinc · reported by GitHubMedium 6.9
next-video is a library for adding video to Next.js applications. Prior to 2.8.1, the GET endpoint exported by next-video/request-handler and commonly mounted at /api/video accepts an unauthenticated url query parameter, while src/utils/utils.ts isRemote() treats any value without an HTTP or HTTPS prefix as a local path. src/request-handler.ts passes that value through src/assets.ts getAssetPath() to src/config.ts loadAsset(), which appends a JSON suffix and uses fs.readFile without canonicalizing the path or verifying that it remains inside the configured video folder. A remote attacker can therefore escape the intended asset directory and read JSON files accessible to the application process, including Next.js server-action encryption material, preview-mode keys, build manifests, route metadata, absolute paths, and application video asset identifiers. Applications that do not expose the runtime request handler are not affected through this route. This issue is fixed in version 2.8.1.

Sep 11, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: sched/core: Handle pick_task() releasing the rq lock Core scheduling's pick_next_task() brCVE-2026-89521 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67High 7.3
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: sched/core: Handle pick_task() releasing the rq lock Core scheduling's pick_next_task() breaks when a ->pick_task() implementation can release the rq lock. The selection state derived on entry is only valid while the lock is held continuously. Once a pick can drop the lock, an interleaving selection can invalidate all of it: the single-CPU fast path can commit an uncookied pick although the core went cookied during the release, and forceidle committed by the interleaving selection skews the restarted pass's accounting. Fix it by restarting the whole selection when a pick returns RETRY_TASK after releasing the lock: a single restart point above the state derivation replaces the per-loop restart labels, so a retry picks up state committed by interleaving selections and accounts and resets forceidle like a fresh selection would. need_sync and fi_before latch across retries. Clock validity can't be re-derived - there is no program-ordered way to tell whether the own and core rq clocks are still updated after the lock was released, as other lockers' pin cycles may or may not have invalidated them. When restarting, c

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: sched_ext: Fix rq->core_pick corruption under core scheduling Core scheduling's pick_next_task() picks what to run on every SMT sibling of the core in a single pass under the shared core-wide rq lock. The selection state is consistent only while the lock is held continuously, so ->pick_task() originally could not release it. However, since 4c95380701f5 ("sched/ext: Fold balance_scx() into pick_task_scx()"), sched_ext runs dispatch from inside the pick and dispatching can drop the rq lock. To support this, pick_next_task() has been updated to restart the whole selection when a pick returns RETRY_TASK after releasing the lock. When selections on the same core interleave through the dropped lock, they corrupt each other's state: one clears the other's rq->core_pick leading to a NULL deref, or invalidates its keep-the-previous-task decision leaving a dequeued task running, which deadlocks the next wakeup and matches the reported hard hangs. A cookied ping-pong load on an SMT machine makes the interleavings frequent and kills the kernel within seconds. Fix it by making the pick return RETRY_TASK whenever dispatch re

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: lockd: pin next file across nlm_inspect_file lock-drop nlm_traverse_files() pins the current file with f_count++ across a mutex_unlock for nlm_inspect_file(), but nothing pins the saved next pointer. A concurrent nlm_release_file() can kfree the next file during the unlock window, and the iterator dereferences freed memory on the next loop step. Pin both current and next before the lock-drop. Advance by swapping the pinned cursors at the end of each iteration so next is always held alive across the unlock. Always call nlm_file_release() after dropping the iteration pin, regardless of whether the file matched the predicate. Use nlm_file_inuse(), which does a live walk of the inode lock list, rather than the cached f_locks field, so skipped files that never ran nlm_inspect_file() are evaluated correctly. Because every file in a hash bucket is now pinned and released, files skipped by the is_failover_file predicate that have no locks, blocks, shares, or external references are deleted during traversal. The old code never evaluated skipped files for cleanup. The new behavior is intentional: such files are sta

Sep 9, 2026Next-Cart Store to WooCommerce Migration: Authentication BypassCVE-2026-76009 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceHigh 8.1
The Next-Cart Store to WooCommerce Migration plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Authentication Bypass in all versions up to, and including, 3.9.8 via the `NCWM_Kitconnect::run()` function. This is due to the plugin registering the `/wp-json/next_cart/v1/migration` REST route with `permission_callback` set to `__return_true` and relying on a hardcoded fallback value of `__token__` in `get_option('nextcart_token', '__token__')` when the `nextcart_token` option has not yet been written to the database. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to bypass authentication to the migration endpoint by supplying the literal string `__token__` as the token, gaining access to privileged handlers that pass attacker-controlled SQL directly to `$wpdb->query()` and `$wpdb->get_results()` — enabling arbitrary SQL execution including administrator account creation — and pass an attacker-controlled path to `unlink()`, enabling arbitrary file deletion and full site takeover. The hardcoded fallback is reachable whenever the `nextcart_token` option has not yet been populated, which occurs after WP-CLI, network, or programmatic plugin activation without a subsequent authenticated `wp-admin

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: vxlan: keep the last remote linked during FDB flush A non-nexthop FDB entry is expected to have at least one remote while it remains reachable through the FDB hash table. A filtered bulk flush violates this invariant when every remote matches: It unlinks the last remote in vxlan_fdb_dst_destroy() and only afterwards tells vxlan_flush() to destroy the parent FDB entry. An RCU reader can find the parent during this interval. first_remote_rcu() then applies list_entry_rcu() to the empty list head, producing an invalid remote pointer that the receive learning path can read from and write to. When a matching remote is the sole remaining remote, leave it linked and ask the caller to destroy the entire FDB entry. vxlan_fdb_destroy() keeps the remote attached while sending the deletion notification and removing the parent from the lookup structures.

HTTPX2 is a next generation HTTP client for Python. Prior to 2.12.0, the HTTPX2 content decoders in src/httpx2/httpx2/_decoders.py fully inflate each gzip, deflate, br, or zstd network chunk before iter_bytes() or aiter_bytes() yields bounded pieces to the application. Sep 2, 2026HTTPX2 is a next generation HTTP client for Python.CVE-2026-84380 · Other software · pydantic · reported by GitHubMedium 5.6
HTTPX2 is a next generation HTTP client for Python. Prior to 2.11.0, Request._prepare() in src/httpx2/httpx2/_models.py can add a body-derived Content-Length header to a request that already contains a caller-supplied Transfer-Encoding header because its setdefault() processing checks each default header independently rather than treating the two framing headers as mutually exclusive. Fixed-size byte, JSON, form, and known-length multipart bodies can therefore be serialized over HTTP/1.1 with both headers, allowing request smuggling or connection desynchronization when downstream intermediaries disagree about which framing header takes precedence. This issue is fixed in version 2.11.0.

CR or LF characters can terminate a part header, inject additional part headers, or end the part header block early, allowing a downstream multipart parser to treat attacker-supplied lines as genuine headers and potentially alter part semantics or bypass header-based checks. From 2.5.0 until 2.10.0, the HTTPX2 Server-Sent Events parser in src/httpx2/httpx2/_sse.py repeatedly copies and rescans buffered text in _SSELineDecoder.decode() when an attacker-controlled or compromised SSE endpoint splits one unterminated line across many response chunks. The behavior affects httpx2.Client.sse() and httpx2.AsyncClient.sse(), and the total processing work grows quadratically with the line length, allowing a crafted stream to consume excessive CPU and block a synchronous worker or asynchronous event loop. This issue is fixed in version 2.10.0.

Sep 1, 2026Next.js is a React framework for building full-stack web applications.CVE-2026-75604 · Other software · vercel · reported by GitHubCritical 9
Next.js is a React framework for building full-stack web applications. From 13.4.0 until 15.5.24 and 16.3.3, Next.js applications using Pages Router or App Router without Cache Components on Windows-hosted servers do not consistently escape backslashes in route segments before constructing incremental-cache paths. In packages/next/src/shared/lib/router/utils/escape-path-delimiters.ts and packages/next/src/server/lib/incremental-cache/file-system-cache.ts, a remote request can supply encoded Windows path separators that traverse outside the intended cache root and expose private build data, including the server-reference-manifest encryption key. Disclosure of that key can enable remote code execution in the affected application. This issue is fixed in versions 15.5.24 and 16.3.3.

Aug 27, 2026Trilium is an open-source hierarchical note-taking application.CVE-2026-77438 · Other software · TriliumNext · reported by GitHubHigh 7.5
Trilium is an open-source hierarchical note-taking application. In versions up to and including 0.103.0, the public share-search endpoint does not enforce the per-note shareCredentials and shareHiddenFromTree controls, allowing an unauthenticated visitor to read the titles, tree paths, and content of protected shared notes. The endpoint authorizes only the ancestor note supplied in the request and then runs a full-text search across the entire published subtree, returning each matching note's title, share identifier, and hierarchical path without re-checking whether that individual note requires a share password or is hidden from the navigation tree. Because the search matches note content, an attacker can enumerate protected notes and use the endpoint as a boolean oracle that confirms arbitrary substrings, recovering the full contents of notes that should be gated behind a password. This issue is fixed in version 0.104.0.

Aug 27, 2026Trilium is an open-source hierarchical note-taking application.CVE-2026-53580 · Other software · TriliumNext · reported by GitHubHigh 8.1
Trilium is an open-source hierarchical note-taking application. In versions prior to 0.104.0, the automatic image-download feature accepts file:// URLs in a note's img tags and reads the referenced local file with no path validation, allowing any authenticated user to disclose arbitrary files readable by the Trilium process. When a text note is saved, Trilium scans its HTML for image sources and downloads each external one; because the HTML sanitizer keeps file as an allowed scheme, a source such as file:///etc/passwd is passed straight to a filesystem read and its contents are stored as a note attachment the user can then retrieve. Pointing the same primitive at an unbounded source such as /dev/zero causes uncontrolled memory allocation that crashes the server process. The feature is enabled by default and is reachable through the web UI, the ETAPI, the web clipper, and note imports, requiring only an authenticated session or an ETAPI token. This issue is fixed in version 0.104.0

Aug 27, 2026Trilium is an open-source hierarchical note-taking application.CVE-2026-53579 · Other software · TriliumNext · reported by GitHubCritical 9.3
Trilium is an open-source hierarchical note-taking application. In versions up to and including 0.103.0, the default-on "Safe import" filter sanitizes HTML only for text notes and excludes the book note type, whose content is stored without sanitization and later rendered as HTML, allowing an attacker-supplied import archive to embed a payload that executes as script. A book note's content is routed through the same rendering path as text notes and injected into the page with jQuery's html method when the note is shown as a grid-view preview card, so a malicious note survives Safe import and runs as soon as the victim opens the containing note. On the desktop client the Electron renderer runs with Node integration enabled, so the injected JavaScript escalates from cross-site scripting to full remote code execution on the victim's machine. This issue is fixed in version 0.104.0.

Trilium is an open-source hierarchical note-taking application. A mind map node can carry a dangerouslySetInnerHTML property that the Mind Elixir library assigns directly to a node's innerHTML, so a malicious note survives Safe import and executes script as soon as the victim opens the imported mind map. Aug 27, 2026Trilium is an open-source hierarchical note-taking application.CVE-2026-48996 · Other software · TriliumNext · reported by GitHubCritical 9.3
Trilium is an open-source hierarchical note-taking application. In versions up to and including 0.103.0, the default-on "Safe import" filter does not sanitize note titles, and the GeoMap note view interpolates a marker note's title into raw HTML that is rendered as innerHTML, allowing an attacker-supplied import archive to inject script that runs when the map is displayed. Because Safe import neutralizes scripts but never escapes titles, a note whose title contains an HTML event-handler payload survives the import and executes as soon as the victim opens the GeoMap that renders its marker. On the desktop client the Electron renderer runs with Node integration enabled, so the injected JavaScript escalates from cross-site scripting to full remote code execution on the victim's machine. This issue is fixed in version 0.104.0.

Aug 27, 2026Trilium is an open-source hierarchical note-taking application.CVE-2026-47727 · Other software · TriliumNext · reported by GitHubHigh 8.6
Trilium is an open-source hierarchical note-taking application. In versions prior to 0.104.0, the default-on "Safe import" filter fails to neutralize the shareTemplate relation because that relation is not marked as dangerous, allowing an attacker-supplied import archive to plant a server-side template that leads to remote code execution. The relation is omitted from the built-in list of dangerous attributes, so unlike other code-loading relations it is not disabled on import, and when the victim later publishes the imported note the public share renderer feeds the linked EJS code note's raw bytes into ejs.render, which compiles them in the server's Node process. An unauthenticated request to the shared note then executes the attacker's JavaScript with full access to require, process, the filesystem, and the network. This issue is fixed in version 0.104.0.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: xfs: fix ilock leak on error in xfs_dq_get_next_id xfs_dq_get_next_id() takes the quota inode ILOCK before calling xfs_iread_extents(). If xfs_iread_extents() fails, the function returns immediately without releasing the lock, leaking the quota inode ILOCK. This can leave the quota inode locked and cause subsequent quota operations to hang. Fix this by jumping to a common unlock path on error instead of returning directly.

Aug 25, 2026Nextcloud MCP Server is a production-ready MCP server that connects AI assistants to a Nextcloud instance.CVE-2026-55640 · Other software · cbcoutinho · reported by GitHubCritical 9.1
Nextcloud MCP Server is a production-ready MCP server that connects AI assistants to a Nextcloud instance. Prior to 0.117.2, the POST /webhooks/nextcloud endpoint in nextcloud_mcp_server/vector/webhook_receiver.py has no authentication by default because WEBHOOK_SECRET defaults to None and startup validation does not require it. When WEBHOOK_SECRET is unset, handle_nextcloud_webhook() accepts unauthenticated requests. The payload["user"]["uid"] field parsed in nextcloud_mcp_server/vector/webhook_parser.py is attacker-controlled and is used without an authenticated-session cross-check for Qdrant operations, allowing a network attacker to delete or trigger re-indexing of vector embeddings for any user and to destroy the semantic search index by sending forged deletion events. zlib 1.2.11 through 1.3.2 contains a heap buffer overflow: after an underlying write() fails, gz_write() returns without resetting strm.next_in, leaving it pointed at the caller's buffer. A later gz* write call then derives a position from the stale pointer and writes past a heap allocation; any write() failure reaches it, including EPIPE on a blocking descriptor, and in versions before 1.3.1.2 the failed write must be followed by a gzclearerr() call.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ipv4: Fix fib_nlmsg_size() for RTA_VIA nexthops fib_nlmsg_size() still estimates nexthop space as if every gateway is encoded as an IPv4 RTA_GATEWAY attribute. IPv4 routes can also carry an IPv6 gateway, which fib_nexthop_info() dumps as RTA_VIA. As a result, route notifications can allocate an skb that is too small. fib_dump_info() then fails with -EMSGSIZE and rtmsg_fib() hits the WARN_ON() that marks such failures as a fib_nlmsg_size() bug. With panic_on_warn set, this becomes a kernel panic. Mirror the actual nexthop dump layout in fib_nlmsg_size(): account for IPv6 nexthop gateways dumped as RTA_VIA, for the no-header rtnexthop layout used inside RTA_MULTIPATH, and for RTA_FLOW only when it is actually present.
