    Incorrect comparison for some Intel(R) TDX Guest software before version 0.3.1 within Ring 3: User Applications may allow an escalation of privilege. System software adversary with a privileged user combined with a low complexity attack may enable escalation of privilege. This result may potentially occur via local access when attack requirements are not present without special internal knowledge and requires no user interaction. The potential vulnerability may impact the confidentiality (low), integrity (low) and availability (low) of the vulnerable system, resulting in subsequent system confidentiality (none), integrity (none) and availability (none) impacts.

  • Aug 9, 2026A path traversal vulnerability exists in parisneo/lollms version 2.1.0, specifically in the SPA catch-all route implemented in `backend/routers/ui.py`.CVE-2026-10595 · Other software · parisneo · reported by security@huntr.devHigh 7.5

    A path traversal vulnerability exists in parisneo/lollms version 2.1.0, specifically in the SPA catch-all route implemented in `backend/routers/ui.py`. The vulnerability arises from the improper handling of user-controlled path input, which is directly joined into a filesystem path without sanitization or containment checks. URL-encoded dot-dot sequences (`%2e%2e`) bypass Starlette's built-in path normalization and are resolved by Python's `pathlib`, allowing an unauthenticated attacker to read arbitrary files on the server. This issue has been resolved in version 3.

  • Aug 6, 2026Apache Polaris did not consistently validate storage locations supplied during table and view registration.CVE-2026-64640 · Websites & servers · Apache Software Foundation · reported by security@apache.orgMedium 5.3

    Apache Polaris did not consistently validate storage locations supplied during table and view registration. An authenticated principal with permission to register a table or view could, depending on the affected release and registration path, cause Polaris to use the catalog's storage credentials to read a caller-selected Iceberg metadata file before verifying that the file was within the catalog's allowed storage locations. If the catalog's underlying credentials could read an object outside that boundary, this could disclose limited information from the object. Polaris could also accept registration metadata located within an allowed location that contained references to storage locations outside the allowed boundary. This second condition did not itself cause Polaris to read the referenced external locations during registration. The demonstrated impact is limited to confidentiality. No unauthorized data modification or availability impact has been demonstrated. The server-side read requires a deployment using S3 credential vending and an object outside the allowed locations that the catalog's underlying storage credentials can read. Exploitation requires an authentica

  • Aug 5, 2026Content Egg – Affiliate Product Importer & Price Comparison: Arbitrary File DeletionCVE-2026-15979 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceHigh 8.1

    The Content Egg – Affiliate Product Importer & Price Comparison plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Arbitrary File Deletion via Path Traversal in versions up to and including 11.3.0. This is due to insufficient validation of the 'img_file' field within the cegg_data post metadata: the value passes only through wp_strip_all_tags() (which does not strip path traversal sequences), is stored directly in post meta, and is later concatenated without normalization into a filesystem path in getFullImgPath() before being passed to PHP's unlink(). This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with author-level access and above, to delete arbitrary files on the affected site's server which may make remote code execution possible.

  • Jul 27, 2026The userspace verifier z_vrfy_log_filter_set() for the log_filter_set syscall in subsys/logging/log_mgmt.c performed a signed comparison against the int16_t srcCVE-2026-10682 · Other software · zephyrproject · reported by vulnerabilities@zephyrproject.orgMedium 6.6

    The userspace verifier z_vrfy_log_filter_set() for the log_filter_set syscall in subsys/logging/log_mgmt.c performed a signed comparison against the int16_t src_id parameter: src_id < (int16_t)log_src_cnt_get(domain_id). Any negative value for src_id (e.g. -1) trivially satisfied this check and was forwarded into z_impl_log_filter_set, where it propagated to filter_set() and ultimately to get_dynamic_filter(), which uses source_id as an unsigned index into the linker-section array &TYPE_SECTION_START(log_dynamic)[source_id].filters. After implicit conversion through uint32_t, an int16_t -1 becomes 0xFFFFFFFF, indexing log_dynamic far out of bounds and causing the kernel to perform an OOB read and an OOB read-modify-write (LOG_FILTER_SLOT_GET/SET) against memory adjacent to the log_dynamic section. The written value is a constrained 3-bit log level slot within the targeted 32-bit word, but the target address is attacker-chosen (a small negative offset from log_dynamic) and the write occurs in supervisor mode following a syscall from an unprivileged user thread, providing a kernel memory-corruption / privilege-escalation primitive. A stored cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability exists in the `POST /api/prompts/share` endpoint of parisneo/lollms (latest version). The endpoint stores attacker-controlled `prompt_content` into `DBDirectMessage.content` without server-side sanitization. When a victim opens the direct message (DM) thread, the message is rendered by the DM UI through `MessageContentRenderer`, which uses `v-html` to insert rendered HTML into the DOM. The frontend sanitizer, which is regex-based, fails to comprehensively sanitize attacker-controlled HTML, allowing malicious payloads to execute in the victim's browser context. This vulnerability enables any authenticated user to send a malicious prompt-share message to another user's inbox, leading to arbitrary JavaScript execution, authenticated actions as the victim, exposure of same-origin application data, and potential account takeover.

    Mojo::JWT versions before 1.02 for Perl verify HMAC signatures with a non-constant-time string comparison. The decode() method compares the supplied signature to the recomputed HMAC with Perl's eq operator, which stops at the first differing byte, so the comparison time varies with the number of matching leading bytes. A caller that decodes attacker supplied tokens leaks the expected signature through this timing variation, which can be aggregated over many requests to recover the signature and forge a token.

    PKCS#12 MAC verification uses an attacker-controlled comparison length, weakening the integrity check on the MAC and allowing a mismatched MAC to be accepted. The PKCS#12 verify path compared the locally computed HMAC against the MAC parsed from the PKCS#12 structure using a length taken directly from the attacker-supplied input, without first verifying that it equals the length of the digest actually produced by the configured algorithm. A truncated or zero-length stored MAC could therefore be accepted, defeating the integrity protection of the MAC.

    In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: io_uring/poll: fix signed comparison in io_poll_get_ownership() io_poll_get_ownership() uses a signed comparison to check whether poll_refs has reached the threshold for the slowpath: if (unlikely(atomic_read(&req->poll_refs) >= IO_POLL_REF_BIAS)) atomic_read() returns int (signed). When IO_POLL_CANCEL_FLAG (BIT(31)) is set in poll_refs, the value becomes negative in signed arithmetic, so the >= 128 comparison always evaluates to false and the slowpath is never taken. Fix this by casting the atomic_read() result to unsigned int before the comparison, so that the cancel flag is treated as a large positive value and correctly triggers the slowpath.

    Cap-go capgo (capgo-backend) before 12.128.12 contains an unauthenticated denial-of-service vulnerability arising from the audit_logs table's Row-Level Security (RLS) policy when accessed via the Supabase PostgREST API. Because the PostgreSQL query planner executes costly logic before RLS rejection, unfiltered queries to the public.audit_logs endpoint using the public anon key consistently trigger statement timeouts (PostgREST error 57014). Under concurrency, this exhausts database resources and causes cascading HTTP 500 failures on unrelated endpoints (e.g. /orgs), resulting in an application-layer denial of service.
