• Oct 16, 2026Opti-Behavior – Self-Hosted Heatmaps, Session Recordings, Funnels, A/B Testing & Smart Insights: Stored DOM-Based Cross-Site ScriptingCVE-2026-95686 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceHigh 7.2

The Opti-Behavior – Self-Hosted Heatmaps, Session Recordings, Funnels, A/B Testing & Smart Insights plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored DOM-Based Cross-Site Scripting via the 'targetUrl' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 1.9.2.1 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. The ingest endpoint is gated only by a nonce that is publicly emitted to every anonymous visitor on tracked pages via optiBehaviorHeatmapConfig.nonce, meaning no account or authentication of any kind is required to write the malicious payload.

Product

up to 1.9.2.1
What to do

• Oct 16, 2026Tutor LMS – eLearning and online course solution: DOM-Based Cross-Site ScriptingCVE-2026-88963 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 6.1

The Tutor LMS – eLearning and online course solution plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to DOM-Based Cross-Site Scripting via the 'redirect_url' parameter in versions up to, and including, 4.0.8 This is due to insufficient input validation in the Topbar component's back button handler. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts that execute in the victim's browser whenever the victim accesses a page that includes the malicious payload.

Product
Tutor LMS – eLearning and online course solution

• Oct 16, 2026SiteOrigin CSS: Stored DOM-Based Cross-Site ScriptingCVE-2026-111122 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceHigh 7.2

The SiteOrigin CSS plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored DOM-Based Cross-Site Scripting via the 'href' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 1.6.7 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. Successful exploitation requires the malicious comment to be approved and an administrator to subsequently open the Visual Inspector and click the attacker's anchor link, both of which are plausible interactions during routine comment triage.

Product
SiteOrigin CSS
Affected
up to 1.6.7
What to do
Affects up to 1.6.7. Update SiteOrigin CSS to the newest version and check its changelog mentions this fix; if there isn’t one yet, deactivate it until there is.
• Oct 16, 2026Salon Booking System – Appointment Booking for Salons, Barbershops & Spas: Stored Cross-Site ScriptingCVE-2026-109232 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceHigh 7.2

The Salon Booking System – Appointment Booking for Salons, Barbershops & Spas plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the 'sln[<checkout-field-key>]' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 10.31.9 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. Exploitation requires that the site administrator has configured at least one custom checkout field of type Html or File, which is a standard documented plugin feature.

Product
Salon Booking System – Appointment Booking for Salons, Barbershops & Spas
Affected
up to 10.31.9
What to do

• Oct 16, 2026SiteOrigin CSS: Stored DOM-Based Cross-Site ScriptingCVE-2026-107764 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceHigh 7.2

The SiteOrigin CSS plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored DOM-Based Cross-Site Scripting via the 'url (comment_author_url)' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 1.6.7 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. This is possible because WordPress core's esc_url() preserves HTML entity-encoded characters, allowing a crafted entity-encoded payload in the comment 'Website' field to survive storage and be DOM-decoded by the browser into executable markup at the sink.

Product
SiteOrigin CSS
Affected
up to 1.6.7
What to do
Affects up to 1.6.7. Update SiteOrigin CSS to the newest version and check its changelog mentions this fix; if there isn’t one yet, deactivate it until there is.
• Oct 16, 2026The Slim SEO – AI SEO Plugin, Lightweight, Fast & Automated: Arbitrary shortcode executionCVE-2026-104001 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 5.4

The The Slim SEO – AI SEO Plugin, Lightweight, Fast & Automated plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to arbitrary shortcode execution in all versions up to, and including, 4.11.1 This is due to the software allowing users to execute an action that does not properly validate a value before running do_shortcode. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with subscriber-level access and above, to execute arbitrary shortcodes. A Subscriber-level user need only save the shortcode payload to their own Biographical Info field via the REST API or wp-admin profile page; the shortcode then executes on any unauthenticated front-end request that resolves that author's description, such as requests using the ?author= query parameter when auto_redirection is disabled.

• Oct 16, 2026Klarna for WooCommerce: Authorization bypassCVE-2026-110590 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceHigh 7.5

The Klarna for WooCommerce plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to authorization bypass in all versions up to, and including, 4.13.3 This is due to the plugin not properly verifying that a user is authorized to perform an action. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to access any order's secret order_key and full billing and shipping PII — including first name, last name, email address, phone number, street address, postcode, city, region, and country — emitted inline as the klarna_payments_params JavaScript variable, enabling full store-wide order enumeration. Because WooCommerce order IDs are sequential integers and no order_key or authenticated session is required, every order in the store can be trivially enumerated with sequential GET requests to the order-pay endpoint.

Product
Klarna for WooCommerce
Affected
up to 4.13.3
What to do
Affects up to 4.13.3. Update Klarna for WooCommerce to the newest version and check its changelog mentions this fix; if there isn’t one yet, deactivate it until there is.
• Oct 16, 2026Bulk Page Generator – LPagery: Authorization bypassCVE-2026-110019 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 4.3

The Bulk Page Generator – LPagery plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to authorization bypass in all versions up to, and including, 3.1.0 This is due to the plugin not properly verifying that a user is authorized to perform an action. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with subscriber-level access and above, to create, modify, and delete LPagery-managed WordPress pages and bulk page-generation processes that are otherwise restricted to administrators. On default fresh installations where Freemius has not been opted into, the AES-256-CBC key used to validate Bearer tokens collapses to the publicly known SHA-256 hash of an empty string, making the token entirely forgeable by any authenticated user.

Product
Bulk Page Generator – LPagery
Affected
up to 3.1.0
What to do
Affects up to 3.1.0. Update Bulk Page Generator – LPagery to the newest version and check its changelog mentions this fix; if there isn’t one yet, deactivate it until there is.
• Oct 16, 2026Image Hub – Free Images from Unsplash, Pixabay, Pexels, Openverse & Giphy: Sensitive Information ExposureCVE-2026-109191 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 4.3

The Image Hub – Free Images from Unsplash, Pixabay, Pexels, Openverse & Giphy plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Sensitive Information Exposure in all versions up to, and including, 1.2.0 via the 'image_hub_api_keys_* (6 options)' parameter. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with subscriber-level access and above, to extract the plaintext API credentials for six third-party services — Giphy, Openverse (client ID and secret), Pexels, Pixabay, and Unsplash — emitted verbatim into every admin page's HTML via wp_localize_script. The leaked page HTML also contains a valid image_hub_nonce AJAX nonce, which — combined with the absence of any capability check in the image_hub_update_settings AJAX handler — allows the same Subscriber-level attacker to overwrite all six stored API credential options via update_option().

Product
Image Hub – Free Images from Unsplash, Pixabay, Pexels, Openverse & Giphy
Affected
up to 1.2.0
What to do
Affects up to 1.2.0. Update Image Hub – Free Images from Unsplash, Pixabay, Pexels, Openverse & Giphy to the newest version and check its changelog mentions this fix; if there isn’t one yet, deactivate it until there is.
• Oct 16, 2026FunnelKit – Funnel Builder for WooCommerce Checkout: Authorization bypassCVE-2026-107746 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceHigh 7.5

The FunnelKit – Funnel Builder for WooCommerce Checkout plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to authorization bypass in all versions up to, and including, 3.16.0.6 This is due to the plugin not properly verifying that a user is authorized to perform an action. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to retrieve billing PII — including full name, street address, email address, and phone number — for any WooCommerce order on the site by submitting an enumerable sequential order ID. This is only exploitable on sites where a FunnelKit thank-you page exists that renders the [wfty_order_meta] or [wfty_order_total] shortcode.

Product
FunnelKit – Funnel Builder for WooCommerce Checkout
Affected
up to 3.16.0.6

• Oct 16, 2026miniOrange OTP Login, Verification and SMS Notifications: Authentication BypassCVE-2026-103895 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceHigh 8.1

The miniOrange OTP Login, Verification and SMS Notifications plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Authentication Bypass in versions up to, and including, 5.5.8 via the `mo_by_pass_login()` function. This is due to `mo_delay_otp_process()` short-circuiting the authentication flow before password validation or the administrator intent gate (added in 5.5.6) can run, combined with the Delay OTP grace flag (`mov_last_verified_dttm`) being stored as a `user_meta` row keyed solely by target user ID with no binding to the originating session, cookie, IP address, or device. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to authenticate as any WordPress user — including administrators — by submitting only a known username with the `mo_wp_login_intent=otp` parameter and any non-empty password, thereby inheriting a legitimate user's open Delay OTP grace window without ever supplying correct credentials. Exploitation requires the site to have OTP-only login (`wp_login_skip_password=1`, `wp_login_skip_password_fallback=0`) and Delay OTP Verification (`wp_login_delay_otp=1`) enabled, and the target account must currently be within its configured Delay OTP interval.

Product

What to do
Affects up to 5.5.8. Update miniOrange OTP Login, Verification and SMS Notifications to the newest version and check its changelog mentions this fix; if there isn’t one yet, deactivate it until there is.
• Oct 16, 2026FluentCart A New Era of eCommerce – Faster, Lighter, and Simpler: Insecure Direct Object ReferenceCVE-2026-103525 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceHigh 7.5

The FluentCart A New Era of eCommerce – Faster, Lighter, and Simpler plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Insecure Direct Object Reference in all versions up to, and including, 1.7.0 via the 'order_id + billing_address_id (also shipping_address_id)' parameter due to missing validation on a user controlled key. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to read and exfiltrate another customer's stored billing and shipping address PII — including street address, city, state, postcode, phone number, company name, VAT number, and legal registration ID — by enumerating sequential AUTO_INCREMENT order and address ID pairs. The id-equality guard intended to restrict address reuse is bypassed because the attacker controls both halves of the compared pair, and the unauthenticated AJAX entry point imposes only a soft rate limit of 5 requests per 60 seconds rather than any authentication or ownership check.

• Oct 16, 2026Flying Scripts: Delay JavaScript to Improve Site Speed & Performance: Stored Cross-Site ScriptingCVE-2026-109990 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceHigh 7.2

The Flying Scripts: Delay JavaScript to Improve Site Speed & Performance plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the 'comment' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 1.2.4 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. The exploit bypasses WordPress core's save-time kses sanitization entirely because the payload uses only kses-allowed elements — an <abbr title> attribute and <code> text content — and the XSS is introduced post-save when the plugin's output-buffer rewriter substitutes a double-quote-bearing <code> body into the <abbr title> attribute via predictable, unsalted ___noise___ placeholder keys.

• Oct 16, 2026FluentCart A New Era of eCommerce – Faster, Lighter, and Simpler: Generic SQL InjectionCVE-2026-103518 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 4.9

The FluentCart A New Era of eCommerce – Faster, Lighter, and Simpler plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to generic SQL Injection via the 'products[*].variants[*].<attacker-chosen key>' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 1.7.0 due to insufficient escaping on the user supplied parameter and lack of sufficient preparation on the existing SQL query. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with custom-level access and above, to append additional SQL queries into already existing queries that can be used to extract sensitive information from the database. On FluentCart Pro installs, non-administrator users assigned the Manager shop role also hold the products/edit permission and are therefore able to exploit this vulnerability without administrator-level access.

• Oct 14, 2026Appointment Booking Plugin – LatePoint | Calendar & Scheduling for: Authentication BypassCVE-2026-100163 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceHigh 7.4

The Appointment Booking Plugin – LatePoint | Calendar & Scheduling for WordPress plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Authentication Bypass in versions up to, and including, 5.7.2 via the OsCustomerHelper::create_wp_user_for_customer() helper reached from the public process_step_customer() booking step. When the 'Use WordPress users as customers' option is enabled, the helper falls back from email_exists() to username_exists( $customer->email ), which matches any WordPress user whose user_login equals the victim customer's email even when that user's user_email is completely different, and links that WordPress user's ID into the victim's LatePoint customer row (only privileged roles are excluded; Subscriber is allowed). This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Subscriber-level access and above, to take over another customer's LatePoint account — accessing their bookings, service, agent, and calendar data, and having the victim customer's email overwritten with the attacker's on next login — by holding a Subscriber account whose user_login equals the victim's email and submitting an unauthenticated public booking step registration request.

• Oct 14, 2026Gmedia Photo Gallery: Time-based SQL InjectionCVE-2026-96661 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceHigh 7.5

The Gmedia Photo Gallery plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to time-based SQL Injection via the 'gmedia__in' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 1.25.1 due to insufficient escaping on the user supplied parameter and lack of sufficient preparation on the existing SQL query. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to append additional SQL queries into already existing queries that can be used to extract sensitive information from the database. The unauthenticated mobile app endpoint dispatches the library action without validating the Mobile App feature flag, a nonce, or any WordPress authentication, meaning no account or session of any kind is required to exploit this vulnerability.

This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to append additional SQL queries into already existing queries that can be used to extract sensitive information from the database. • Oct 13, 2026Abandoned Cart Pro for WooCommerce: Authentication BypassCVE-2026-97657 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceCritical 9.8

The Abandoned Cart Pro for WooCommerce plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Authentication Bypass via Malleable Encryption and Bypassable HMAC in all versions up to, and including, 10.8.0. This is due to the use of MAC-free AES-CTR encryption for cart-recovery link tokens — where the 8-byte CTR nonce is carried inside the ciphertext blob and the encryption key is looked up using the attacker-supplied `user_email` GET parameter — combined with an HMAC nonce check in `wcap_email_track_links()` that is only enforced when the `wcap_nonce` parameter is non-empty, allowing complete bypass by omission, and an insecure direct object reference on the decrypted `abandoned_id` with no ownership verification confirming the cart belongs to the email used for decryption. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers who possess a single legitimate cart-recovery link (obtained from their own reminder email) to recover the keystream, forge a ciphertext that decrypts to any victim's cart ID, and trigger a call to `wp_set_auth_cookie()` for the victim user — achieving full account takeover of any user who has ever abandoned a cart, including administrators. The Directorist: AI-Powered Business Directory, Listings & Classified Ads plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to authorization bypass in all versions up to, and including, 8.10.2.1. This is due to the plugin not properly verifying that a user is authorized to perform an action. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with subscriber-level access and above, to delete arbitrary business directory listings, including those owned by other users and posts in publish, draft, or private status. The nonces guarding the endpoint do not constitute an authorization barrier because both directorist_nonce and atbdp_nonce_js are exposed to all logged-in users via wp_localize_script.

• Oct 13, 2026Database Addon for Contact Form 7 – CFDB7: Arbitrary File DeletionCVE-2026-107652 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 5.3

The Database Addon for Contact Form 7 – CFDB7 plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Arbitrary File Deletion in versions up to, and including, 1.4.1. This is due to the plugin storing arbitrary (non-form-tag) submission fields in its db7_forms row and the process_bulk_action() delete handler then matching any stored key whose name contains the substring 'cfdb7_file' and passing the stored value directly to unlink() without validating that the file actually belongs to the submission being deleted or constraining the filename with basename()/realpath().
