Oct 9, 2026Apache CXF's STSTokenValidator and Security Token Service (STS) cached validated security tokens under a non-cryptographic 32-bit hash of the token (Java ArraysCVE-2026-97468 · Websites & servers · Apache Software Foundation · reported by security@apache.orgCritical 9.1
Apache CXF's STSTokenValidator and Security Token Service (STS) cached validated security tokens under a non-cryptographic 32-bit hash of the token (Java Arrays.hashCode/hashCode()), and treated a cache hit as proof that the presented token had already been validated. An attacker could craft a token (for example a UsernameToken or a self-signed SAML Assertion) whose hash collides with a cached entry. The token would then be accepted without password validation, signature trust verification or a call to the STS. This could let the attacker authenticate as another user and, through STS token validation or renewal, obtain STS-signed tokens for that identity. Users are recommended to upgrade to versions 4.2.4 or 4.1.9 or 3.6.13, which fix this issue.

Oct 9, 2026Improper Verification of Cryptographic Signature vulnerability in Apache CXF's JAX-RS XML Security module.CVE-2026-100227 · Websites & servers · Apache Software Foundation · reported by security@apache.orgHigh 7.5
Improper Verification of Cryptographic Signature vulnerability in Apache CXF's JAX-RS XML Security module. The JAX-RS XML Signature interceptors (XmlSigInHandler, XmlSigInInterceptor and the streaming XmlSecInInterceptor) did not ensure that the XML passed to the application was covered by the signature. An attacker with any document signed by a trusted key could wrap it in unsigned content, which the application would then treat as signed. Users are recommended to upgrade to versions 4.2.4 or 4.1.9 or 3.6.13, which fix this issue.

Oct 8, 2026CairoSVG is an SVG converter based on Cairo, a 2D graphics library.CVE-2026-107378 · Other software · Kozea · reported by GitHubHigh 8.7
CairoSVG is an SVG converter based on Cairo, a 2D graphics library. Prior to 2.9.1, rendering an attacker-controlled SVG with a path containing many segments can cause quadratic CPU consumption in cairosvg/path.py. The path tokenizer repeatedly slices and rescans the remaining path data, while draw_markers drains node.vertices with node.vertices.pop(0), causing repeated linear-time work. The svg2png, svg2pdf, and svg2ps APIs reach these operations during ordinary rendering, allowing a sub-megabyte SVG to consume substantial CPU and deny service to a rendering application. This issue is fixed in version 2.9.1.

Oct 6, 2026ImageSharp is a 2D graphics library.CVE-2026-106118 · Other software · SixLabors · reported by GitHubHigh 7.5
ImageSharp is a 2D graphics library. From 3.0.0 until 4.1.1, tiled TIFF decoding allocates a destination buffer using TileWidth but TiffDecompressorsFactory.Create constructs T4, T6, and Modified Huffman decompressors using the full frame width. TiffDecoderCore.DecodeTilesChunky can therefore direct frame-width fax scanlines into a tile-width buffer when TileWidth is smaller than ImageWidth. The mismatch causes attacker-controlled out-of-bounds writes, heap corruption, and process termination even with legal per-row run codes. This tiled-path vulnerability is distinct from oversized CCITT runs in strip decoding. This issue is fixed in version 4.1.1.

Oct 6, 2026ImageSharp is a 2D graphics library.CVE-2026-106117 · Other software · SixLabors · reported by GitHubHigh 7.5
ImageSharp is a 2D graphics library. From 3.0.0 until 4.1.1, decoding a strip TIFF using CCITT Group 3 or Modified Huffman compression can pass attacker-expanded runs to BitWriterUtils.WriteBits without first checking the current row width. T4TiffCompression.WritePixelRun can accumulate oversized makeup-code runs, and ModifiedHuffmanTiffCompression.Decompress validates the width only after writing. The unchecked writes can overflow the strip buffer, corrupt heap memory, and terminate the process. This strip-path vulnerability is distinct from the tiled decompressor-width mismatch. This issue is fixed in version 4.1.1.

Oct 6, 2026ImageSharp is a 2D graphics library.CVE-2026-106116 · Other software · SixLabors · reported by GitHubMedium 5.3
ImageSharp is a 2D graphics library. From 2.0.0 until 4.1.2, ExifReader.ReadValues64 trusts the 64-bit BigTIFF IFD entry count and iterates once per declared entry. When fewer than 20 bytes remain, ExifReader.ReadValue64 returns without advancing the stream or terminating the outer loop, so a small malformed BigTIFF can keep one decoder thread executing for an attacker-controlled duration. This report does not claim worker-pool exhaustion. This issue is fixed in version 4.1.2.

Oct 6, 2026ImageSharp is a 2D graphics library.CVE-2026-106115 · Other software · SixLabors · reported by GitHubHigh 7.5
ImageSharp is a 2D graphics library. From 2.1.0 until 4.1.2, the TIFF CCITT Group 4 encoder allocates Width times rowsPerStrip bytes even though T6BitCompressor.CompressStrip can emit encoded row data and two 12-bit end-of-facsimile-block codes beyond that capacity. TiffCcittCompressor.WriteCode performs unchecked writes, and a decode-and-re-encode flow can inherit TiffCompression.CcittGroup4Fax and one-bit metadata from attacker-supplied input. The resulting out-of-bounds writes can corrupt memory and terminate the process. This issue is fixed in version 4.1.2.

Oct 6, 2026ImageSharp is a 2D graphics library.CVE-2026-106114 · Other software · SixLabors · reported by GitHubMedium 5.3
ImageSharp is a 2D graphics library. From 1.0.0-beta0001 until 4.1.2, ICC CLUT parsing calculates allocation sizes from attacker-declared channel and grid dimensions before confirming that the profile contains the declared values. IccDataReader.ReadClutF32 can request a large float array, and earlier public IccProfile.Entries parsing paths can allocate a large jagged representation, from a short truncated profile. In version 4, automatic image conversion reaches the parser when DecoderOptions.ColorProfileHandling is Convert; the default Preserve mode avoids that conversion path. The demonstrated impact is memory pressure and input-validation failure, not unhandled process termination. This issue is fixed in version 4.1.2.

Oct 6, 2026ImageSharp is a 2D graphics library.CVE-2026-106113 · Other software · SixLabors · reported by GitHubHigh 7.5
ImageSharp is a 2D graphics library. From 2.0.0 until 4.1.2, decoding an attacker-supplied 32-bit floating-point TIFF as Image<HalfVector4> and applying HistogramEqualization can produce a non-finite or out-of-range luminance in ColorNumerics.GetBT709Luminance. GrayscaleLevelsRowOperation.Invoke uses the resulting value as an unchecked histogram offset, causing an unsafe out-of-range access and process termination. Adaptive Histogram Equalization and AutoLevel are not affected by this report. This issue is fixed in version 4.1.2.

ImageSharp is a 2D graphics library. From 4.0.0 until 4.1.2, ICC LUT16 conversion accepts more than four output channels even though ClutCalculator.Calculate and LutEntryCalculator.CalculateLut store intermediate and output values in Vector4. When DecoderOptions.ColorProfileHandling is set to Convert, a malformed embedded profile can direct interpolation and output-LUT operations to write one float per declared channel beyond the four-float destination. This can corrupt memory and terminate the process; the default Preserve mode does not run ICC conversion. This issue is fixed in version 4.1.2.

ImageSharp is a 2D graphics library. From 4.0.0 until 4.1.2, ExrBaseDecompressor.UndoZipCompression accepts a nonempty ZIP or ZIPS inflate result that is shorter than the EXR block's required size. ZipExrCompression.Decompress reconstructs the returned prefix while ExrDecoderCore processes the full expected block from a buffer obtained through Configuration.Default, allowing bytes retained from a completed prior ImageSharp operation to appear in decoded pixels. Oct 2, 2026An improper verification of cryptographic signature vulnerability exists in protocol gateways because the device does not properly verify the cryptographic authCVE-2026-86326 · Other software · Moxa · reported by psirt@moxa.comHigh 8.6
An improper verification of cryptographic signature vulnerability exists in protocol gateways because the device does not properly verify the cryptographic authenticity of firmware images before installation. An attacker with high privileges and access to the firmware update interface could provide a specially crafted or modified firmware image, causing it to be installed on the device. Successful exploitation could allow the attacker to execute unauthorized code, compromise the integrity and availability of the device, and persist malicious modifications across subsequent firmware updates.

Oct 2, 2026Improper verification of cryptographic signature in the attribute certificate path validator (PkixAttrCertPathValidator, also used by PkixAttrCertPathBuilder) iCVE-2026-63571 · Other software · Legion of the Bouncy Castle Inc. · reported by 91579145-5d7b-4cc5-b925-a0262ff19630High 8.7
Improper verification of cryptographic signature in the attribute certificate path validator (PkixAttrCertPathValidator, also used by PkixAttrCertPathBuilder) in Legion of the Bouncy Castle Inc. bc-csharp before 2.7.0 allows a remote attacker to have a forged X.509 attribute certificate accepted as valid, and so obtain whatever roles or privileges an application grants on the strength of its attributes, via an attribute certificate that names a trusted attribute authority as its issuer but was not signed by it, because the RFC 3281 validation steps check the holder and issuer certification paths, validity period, extensions and revocation status but never verify the attribute certificate's signature with the issuer's public key. Only applications that use these classes to validate attribute certificates are affected.

Oct 2, 2026Missing cryptographic step in the DSTU 7624 CCM mode implementation (KCcmBlockCipher) in Legion of the Bouncy Castle Inc.CVE-2026-16000 · Other software · Legion of the Bouncy Castle Inc. · reported by 91579145-5d7b-4cc5-b925-a0262ff19630High 8.7
Missing cryptographic step in the DSTU 7624 CCM mode implementation (KCcmBlockCipher) in Legion of the Bouncy Castle Inc. bc-csharp before 2.7.0 allows an attacker who can observe encrypted messages of known or chosen content to forge ciphertexts with valid authentication tags, via messages encrypted without associated data. The cause is that the G1 block, which binds the nonce, the message length and the parameter flags into the CBC-MAC, was processed only when associated data was present. Without associated data the tag was a CBC-MAC of the plaintext alone, independent of the nonce. Only applications that use KCcmBlockCipher directly and supply no associated data are affected.

Where this comes from: the exploited list is CISA’s Known Exploited Vulnerabilities catalog. Everything else is the whole National Vulnerability Database, where each record is published by the team that found the bug (Wordfence, Patchstack, WPScan, the vendors themselves and others); we show who. Exploit odds are FIRST’s EPSS, updated daily. Titles and categories are ours, so check the linked record before acting on a detail. For a write-up of the big ones, see our advisories. Every vendor, and every WordPress plugin and theme with a recorded flaw, also has its own page. All of it is free to reuse as JSON, CSV or RSS.
