Concrete CMS below 9.5.3 does not apply HTML output escaping to the file description and tags fields when rendering the Document Library block, so a user with permission to edit file properties could store a script payload that executed in the browser of any visitor to a page displaying the block with the description or tags column enabled, including unauthenticated visitors. Successful exploitation could allow theft of session data or actions performed in the visitor's context. The block controller returned the description and tags values without the h() escaping already applied to the title column, and the block view template wrote the returned value directly into the results table The Concrete CMS security team gave this vulnerability a CVSS v4.0 score of 5.1 with vector CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:P/PR:H/UI:N/VC:L/VI:L/VA:N/SC:H/SI:H/SA:N. • Sep 11, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: nfsd: widen nfsd_genl_rqstp address fields to sockaddr_storage struct nfsd_genl_rqstp declCVE-2026-89698 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: nfsd: widen nfsd_genl_rqstp address fields to sockaddr_storage struct nfsd_genl_rqstp declares rq_daddr and rq_saddr as plain "struct sockaddr" (16 bytes). When an IPv6 NFS client is connected, nfsd_genl_rpc_status_compose_msg() casts these fields to "struct sockaddr_in6 *" (28 bytes) and reads sin6_addr at offset 8..24, which extends 8 bytes past the end of the 16-byte sockaddr field into the adjacent rq_flags member. The 16-byte nla_put_in6_addr then ships 8 bytes of truncated IPv6 address followed by 8 bytes of rq_flags to userspace via the NFSD_A_RPC_STATUS_SADDR6/DADDR6 netlink attributes. This is reachable by any unprivileged process in the network namespace because NFSD_CMD_RPC_STATUS_GET uses GENL_CMD_CAP_DUMP without GENL_ADMIN_PERM. Fix by widening rq_daddr and rq_saddr to struct sockaddr_storage so the IPv6 casts operate within bounds, copying sizeof(struct sockaddr_storage) bytes in the memcpy calls so the full address is captured, and zero-initializing the genl_rqstp stack variable to prevent leaking uninitialized tail bytes through netlink.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ipmi: ipmb: validate write message length ipmb_write() read message fields before validating the length byte. • Sep 11, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: dm-pcache: validate geometry fields from on-disk cache_info cache_segs_init() iterates cacCVE-2026-80962 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67High 7.8

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: dm-pcache: validate geometry fields from on-disk cache_info cache_segs_init() iterates cache_info->n_segs times indexing cache->segments[], which is sized to the cache device geometry, and get_seg_id() takes each segment id from the on-media cache_info and the per-segment next_seg link. Both come from cache device metadata that is only CRC-protected with a fixed public seed, so whoever supplies the cache device on a table load (CAP_SYS_ADMIN) controls them: an oversized n_segs or an out-of-range id drives an out-of-bounds access of cache->segments[] and a wild CACHE_DEV_SEGMENT() pointer into the device mapping -- an out-of-bounds read and write from on-disk data. Reject an n_segs that exceeds the device segment count and a segment id that is out of range before either is used. Valid metadata is unaffected.

  • Sep 11, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: dm-pcache: validate kset key_num and intra-segment bounds Two more fields decoded from theCVE-2026-80961 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67High 7.8

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: dm-pcache: validate kset key_num and intra-segment bounds Two more fields decoded from the cache device go unbounded. The kset key_num drives cache_kset_crc() and the replay loop in cache_replay(), the writeback worker and the GC worker, but only the magic and a fixed-seed CRC are checked first, so a non-last kset whose key_num exceeds the PCACHE_KSET_KEYS_MAX buffer reads past its end before the CRC compare. A key's intra-segment offset and length in cache_key_decode() are taken verbatim, so a key running past its segment is replayed into the cache tree and the data CRC check and every later read hit then copy adjacent persistent memory into the caller's bio -- an out-of-bounds read that leaks to user space. Both fields are controlled by whoever supplies the cache device (CAP_SYS_ADMIN); the CRC seed is public. Add kset_onmedia_valid() to bound key_num before any kset read, and reject a key whose offset plus length, computed in 64 bits, exceeds the segment data_size. Valid metadata is unaffected.

FreeRDP versions 3.0.0 through 3.30.0 (before 3.31.0) transmit uninitialized heap memory in Save Session Info PDU reserved padding fields. Three PDU writers in libfreerdp/core/info.c (rdp_write_logon_info_v2, rdp_write_logon_info_plain, and rdp_write_logon_info_ex) use Stream_Seek instead of Stream_Zero for reserved pad bytes (up to 576 bytes), leaving previously freed heap contents in the outgoing PDU. Because the send buffer is allocated with malloc (not zeroed), stale heap data — which may include cleartext credentials from prior sessions — can be sent to the receiving peer. FreeRDP-based servers using rdpUpdate::SaveSessionInfo and freerdp-proxy (which forwards these PDUs) are affected, allowing disclosure of server/proxy process memory to a downstream client.

The Advanced Custom Fields: Extended WordPress plugin before 0.9.2.7 does not restrict the role submitted through its front-end user forms to the roles the form actually offers, and its safeguard against privileged roles is incomplete, allowing unauthenticated visitors to register an account with elevated capabilities and then escalate it to administrator.

The Advanced Custom Fields: Extended WordPress plugin before 0.9.2.7 does not verify that the requester is authorized to edit the targeted user account in the update-user action of its front-end Forms module; it only checks a capability when the submitted role is administrator or super_admin. On a site that exposes a publicly reachable front-end form whose user-update action targets an existing administrator (a fixed target, or one mapped to a visitor-submitted field) and maps the password to a visitor-submitted field, an unauthenticated visitor can overwrite that administrator's password and take over the account. The default target is the submitting user, so exploitation depends on the form being configured to target another account.

LibreNMS through 26.2.0 contains a stored cross-site scripting vulnerability in legacy PHP template pages that render unescaped SNMP-sourced data fields including BGP peer descriptions, VRF names, process information, and SLA tags. Attackers with device management access or network access to enroll a rogue SNMP device can inject malicious JavaScript that executes when admins view affected routing and device pages, enabling credential theft and CSRF token exfiltration.

LibreNMS through 26.4.0 renders JSON fields (name, ip, model, author, commit message) returned by the admin-configurable Oxidized integration URL (oxidized.url) into the device showconfig page without applying htmlspecialchars(). An administrator who points the Oxidized URL at an attacker-controlled server (SSRF) can cause it to return malicious JSON, resulting in stored/persistent cross-site scripting affecting all users who view any device's showconfig tab. • Aug 29, 2026Custom User Registration Fields for WooCommerce: Privilege EscalationCVE-2026-15369 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceCritical 9.8

The Custom User Registration Fields for WooCommerce plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Privilege Escalation in versions up to, and including, 2.2.3. This is due to the plugin accepting an attacker-controlled afreg_select_user_role value from the unauthenticated WooCommerce Store API /wc/store/v1/checkout request in the af_reg_checkout_data_to_order_meta_data_block() function, persisting it in order meta, and then passing it directly to WP_User::add_role() in the af_reg_custom_order_processing_function() function (hooked to woocommerce_thankyou) without validating against the plugin's admin-configured allowed role list. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to elevate their privileges to Administrator by creating an account during checkout with a modified JSON body specifying administrator (or any other role slug) as the desired role. Note: The exploit requires the "User Role Selection" setting to be enabled.

Forwarding information received from a host listed as a trusted proxy is not kept separate from Dovecot's own authentication fields, so a value sent by that host can be injected as an internal authentication field. Any host permitted to act as a trusted proxy can authenticate as any user without knowing that user's password. This affects deployments whose password database honours a field that permits authentication without a password. Deployments that do not configure trusted proxies are not affected. Restrict the list of trusted proxy networks to hosts that are fully under your control. Update to non-vulnerable version. No publicly available exploits are known.

  • Aug 27, 2026Affected versions of Flowintel construct timeline HTML using attacker-controllable MISP object fields such as: * object UUID; * object name; * CVE-2026-81820 · Other software · flowintel · reported by 5a6e4751-2f3f-4070-9419-94fb35b644e8Medium 5.1

Affected versions of Flowintel construct timeline HTML using attacker-controllable MISP object fields such as: * object UUID; * object name; * attribute value; * attribute type; * comment; * first/last seen values; * IDS flag. Those values were concatenated directly into HTML strings before rendering. The upstream commit explicitly states that DOMPurify removed XSS vectors but still allowed other HTML elements, such as forms, through. The fix replaces direct string interpolation with DOM construction via document.createElement() and assigns all attacker-controlled values using textContent. The headline is similarly converted to escaped HTML through a temporary element. Version impacted =>3.3.0

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: Input: iforce - validate input packet lengths iforce_process_packet() reads fixed fields from joystick, wheel and status packets without first checking their lengths. In particular, the shared hats-and-buttons helper unconditionally reads data[6]. The status tail is a sequence of 16-bit effect addresses, but an incomplete final address is also consumed. A successful zero-length USB URB additionally reads the packet ID before the common parser is called. Reject the zero-length USB transfer, require the seven-byte joystick and wheel prefixes and the two-byte status prefix, and consume only complete status-tail addresses.

The extension fails to restrict a backend AJAX endpoint for inline editing to fields the current user is permitted to see or edit. An authenticated, low-privileged backend user can supply arbitrary table, field and record parameters, and trigger an error response that discloses the current database value of the requested field, leading to disclosure of sensitive information such as backend and frontend user password hashes. Exploitation requires a valid, authenticated TYPO3 backend user account with access to the extensions backend module.
