  • Oct 6, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drm/msm: RCU-free the scheduler-containing ring and VM objects Both struct msm_ringbuffer CVE-2026-98180 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67High 7.1

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drm/msm: RCU-free the scheduler-containing ring and VM objects Both struct msm_ringbuffer and struct msm_gem_vm embed a struct drm_gpu_scheduler. msm_ringbuffer_destroy() and the VM free callback msm_gem_vm_free() call drm_sched_fini() on the embedded scheduler and then free the containing object with plain kfree(). drm_sched_fence_get_timeline_name() returns fence->sched->name, and the scheduler fence keeps a .release callback so it is not ops-detached on signalling. A finished fence exported to userspace (the submit out-fence, or a VM_BIND fence, via sync_file / drm_syncobj) keeps pointing at the embedded scheduler after the ring/VM is freed, so a later get_timeline_name() -- reachable unprivileged through SYNC_IOC_FILE_INFO -- dereferences freed slab memory (KASAN slab-use-after-free read). Per the dma-fence lifetime contract the exporter must keep the data backing a signalled fence alive for an RCU grace period. Free the scheduler-containing objects with kfree_rcu() instead of kfree(). • Oct 2, 2026SupportCandy – AI Customer Support Ticket System & Live Chatbot Agent: Time-based SQL InjectionCVE-2026-94539 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 6.5

The SupportCandy – AI Customer Support Ticket System & Live Chatbot Agent plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to time-based SQL Injection via the 'sort_by' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 3.5.3 due to insufficient escaping on the user supplied parameter and lack of sufficient preparation on the existing SQL query. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with custom-level access and above, to append additional SQL queries into already existing queries that can be used to extract sensitive information from the database. Exploitation requires the authenticated attacker to hold both a Subscriber-level (or higher) WordPress role and a SupportCandy Agent account with the 'Assign Agents' permission configured.

  • Oct 1, 2026AI Engine – The Chatbot, AI Framework & MCP for: Stored Cross-Site ScriptingCVE-2026-96561 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceHigh 7.2

The AI Engine – The Chatbot, AI Framework & MCP for WordPress plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting in versions up to, and including, 3.8.0 This is due to a chain of missing input neutralization and output escaping across the /mwai-ui/v1/chats/submit REST endpoint, the PHP error-log parser (MeowKit_MWAI_Helpers::php_error_logs), the Advisor task (Meow_MWAI_Modules_Advisor::run_advisor), and the Advisor dashboard widget (advisor_metabox): the server-parameter denylist in chat_submit strips only exact key names such as 'model' while convert_keys() later canonicalizes 'model_' back to 'model', allowing an unauthenticated caller to place an attacker-controlled string (including CR/LF) into $query->model; final_checks() throws an Exception whose message embeds that raw string, and the non-streaming, non-admin catch branch writes it to the PHP error log unmodified — creating a forged log line that the plugin's own parser subsequently returns as recent PHP-error content; run_advisor() then appends that content verbatim to the AI prompt (indirect prompt injection — CWE-1427), the returned JSON is stored in the mwai_advisor_data option with no schema validation o

Reachy Mini ISO for Wireless contains the necessary files to build a custom Raspberry Pi OS image for the Reachy Mini Wireless robot, using pi-gen. Prior to version 0.2.4, the Reachy Mini Wireless OS image shipped with an overly broad sudoers entry granting the pollen daemon user (uid 1000) passwordless sudo access to /usr/bin/systemctl with no subcommand or argument restriction. This is a local privilege escalation (LPE). • Sep 27, 2026Obot is an open-source AI agent/MCP platform.CVE-2026-101065 · Other software · obot-platform · reported by VulnCheckCritical 9.3

Obot is an open-source AI agent/MCP platform. In all versions up to and including commit d7e6970, the Docker quickstart command documented in the README starts the container listening on 0.0.0.0:8080 with authentication disabled by default. When authentication is disabled, every request is mapped to a synthetic "nobody" user that holds the Owner and Admin roles, so any unauthenticated party who can reach the exposed port obtains full administrative access to the Obot API and UI, including the ability to register and launch attacker-controlled MCP servers. Because the quickstart also mounts /var/run/docker.sock into the container, the MCP runtime backend reachable this way has access to the host's Docker control surface. The fix is documentation-only: the quickstart now enables authentication, and operators who followed the previous instructions should set OBOT_SERVER_ENABLE_AUTHENTICATION=true before exposing the host to any untrusted network.

Obot before v0.23.0 (affected versions <= v0.22.1) running with OBOT_SERVER_ENABLE_AUTHENTICATION=true exposes OAuth dynamic client registration without authentication and without any restriction on the redirect URIs a client may register. Because the authorization flow auto-completes for an already logged-in user with no consent screen, an attacker who registers a client pointing at their own domain and induces a logged-in victim to visit a single crafted authorization URL receives an authorization code at the attacker-controlled redirect URI and can exchange it for an access token and refresh token. The token minted by the MCP OAuth flow carries the victim's full group set in the JWT, and Obot validated only the issuer and not the audience, so the token is accepted as a bearer token against any Obot API endpoint the victim can access rather than being scoped to the requested MCP server, allowing the attacker to read or modify the victim's resources until the token is revoked. v0.23.0 adds a consent screen, restricts MCP OAuth tokens to the MCP involved in the request, and enforces audience validation.

When an application enables both OCSP and CRL revocation checking on one WOLFSSL_CTX or certificate manager, wolfSSL skips the CRL check for any peer certificate that carries no Authority Information Access OCSP URL, and accepts a certificate the loaded CRL lists as revoked. The soft-fail policy for a missing responder collapses the OCSP result onto success before the code decides whether the CRL fallback is still needed, so "no responder exists" becomes indistinguishable from "the responder answered good". Affected builds define both HAVE_OCSP and HAVE_CRL: --enable-ocsp --enable-crl directly, and implicitly --enable-all, --enable-distro, --enable-curl, --enable-nginx, --enable-haproxy, --enable-stunnel, --enable-lighty, --enable-wpas, --enable-strongswan, --enable-mosquitto, --enable-jni, --enable-openvpn and --enable-krb. Eval injection in the JScript event-script dispatcher in Progressive Robot Ltd's hMailServer, versions 6.0.0 through 6.3.3 on Windows, allows a remote, unauthenticated attacker to run arbitrary JScript inside the hMailServer service process, with the privileges of the service account, via a password containing a backslash followed by an apostrophe, sent in any logon (SMTP AUTH, POP3, IMAP) that names an existing, active account. Exploitation requires a non-default configuration: event scripting enabled (off by default), the script language set to JScript (the default is VBScript), and an OnClientValidatePassword handler defined in the event script. The server wrote event values into the handler call as JScript string literals, escaping the apostrophe but not the backslash, so such a value closes the literal and the rest of it is parsed as script. The same flaw is reachable by a remote POP3 server through the message UID it returns, where an OnExternalAccountDownload handler is defined, and by a remote SMTP server through the error reply it rejects a delivery with, where an OnDeliveryFailed handler is defined. Before 6.2.25 the injected script can create any COM object, and from 6.2

Heym versions 0.0.90 and earlier contain two server-side request forgery (SSRF) egress gaps, both remediated in app/services/ssrf_guard.py in 0.0.91. First, the LLM image-edit input loader (_load_image_bytes) fetched caller-controlled HTTP/HTTPS URLs with a bare httpx.get, applying only a scheme check and bypassing the egress-pinning HTTP client; because the workflow DSL supports "imageInput": "$userInput.body.imageUrl", a webhook or API caller can choose the fetch target when a workflow author uses that expression, allowing requests to loopback, RFC1918, and cloud metadata endpoints. Second, _is_public_address unwrapped only IPv4-mapped IPv6 addresses, so IPv6 transition forms — the NAT64 well-known prefix 64:ff9b::/96, deprecated IPv4-compatible ::x.x.x.x addresses, and 6to4 (2002::/16, classified as globally routable by Python 3.11.0 through 3.11.9) — could carry loopback, RFC1918, link-local, or cloud-metadata IPv4 destinations past both the initial URL validation and the dial-time IP pin. Version 0.0.91 routes the image loader through guard_http_url and the guarded client, evaluates NAT64 and IPv4-compatible addresses by their embedded IPv4 address, and refuses 64:ff9b:1::/48,

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ipv6: null-check fib6_node before accessing in __ip6_del_rt_siblings() syzbot reported a null-ptr-deref in __ip6_del_rt_siblings() [0]. The stack trace hinted towards a null dereference of rt->fib6_node when fn->leaf is accessed in __ip6_del_rt_siblings(). With RTNL_FLAG_DOIT_UNLOCKED set, inet6_rtm_delroute() operations run concurrently without acquiring the RTNL lock. In ip6_route_del(), the route lookup happens under rcu_read_lock() without acquiring table->tb6_lock. Between ip6_route_del() looking up the route and __ip6_del_rt_siblings() acquiring table->tb6_lock, another thread can modify the routing table. For example, when an ECMP route is replaced via RTM_NEWROUTE with NLM_F_REPLACE, fib6_add_rt2node() unlinks all old siblings and sets iter->fib6_node = NULL. A reproducer was found that triggers this [1]. Add a check to ensure rt->fib6_node is non-null before accessing it. In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: vxlan: initialize _md in vxlan_xmit_one() If a VXLAN device is configured with both VXLAN_F_COLLECT_METADATA and VXLAN_F_GBP, and a packet is transmitted through it using an external ip_tunnel_info that lacks the IP_TUNNEL_VXLAN_OPT_BIT flag, md is left pointing to the uninitialized _md stack variable: if (test_bit(IP_TUNNEL_VXLAN_OPT_BIT, info->key.tun_flags)) { if (info->options_len < sizeof(*md)) goto drop; md = ip_tunnel_info_opts(info); } Because IP_TUNNEL_VXLAN_OPT_BIT is not set, md is not updated and remains pointing to _md. However, only the fsnotify part actually needed to move as it may sleep. Ending the write accounting is just a percpu_up_read() on the superblock writers sem. Deferring it is a problem, because it makes dropping SB_FREEZE_WRITE protection depend on the ring owner getting to running task_work. The Better Messages – Chat Rooms, Group Chat, Private Messages & AI Chat Bots plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored DOM-Based Cross-Site Scripting via User Display Name in all versions up to, and including, 3.0.4 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with subscriber-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. This is exploitable by Subscriber-level users because WordPress core's sanitize_text_field() preserves HTML-entity-encoded payloads (e.g., an iframe srcdoc attribute), allowing the encoded string to be stored as a display name without requiring the unfiltered_html capability, and the plugin subsequently decodes it server-side before rendering.

  • Sep 25, 2026Better Messages – Chat Rooms, Group Chat, Private Messages & AI Chat Bots: Generic SQL InjectionCVE-2026-93899 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 6.5

The Better Messages – Chat Rooms, Group Chat, Private Messages & AI Chat Bots plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to generic SQL Injection via 'group_id' Message Meta Parameter in all versions up to, and including, 3.0.4 due to insufficient escaping on the user supplied parameter and lack of sufficient preparation on the existing SQL query. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with subscriber-level access and above, to append additional SQL queries into already existing queries that can be used to extract sensitive information from the database. Exploitation requires the BuddyBoss Platform plugin to be installed with its Social Groups component disabled, a state that persists on any site that has previously toggled the Groups component off since BuddyBoss does not drop the wp_bp_groups table upon deactivation.
