Aug 24, 2026WP Courses LMS – Online Courses Builder, eLearning Courses, Courses Solution, Education Courses: Insecure Direct Object ReferenceCVE-2026-10630 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 4.3
The WP Courses LMS – Online Courses Builder, eLearning Courses, Courses Solution, Education Courses plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Insecure Direct Object Reference in all versions up to, and including, 3.2.29 via the 'resultID' parameter due to missing validation on a user controlled key. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with custom-level access and above, to read any other user's quiz answers and scores by enumerating the incrementing resultID value via the wpcq_get_quiz_result AJAX action. Aug 22, 2026Security Hardener: Missing AuthorizationCVE-2026-16149 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceHigh 8.8
The Security Hardener plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Missing Authorization in all versions up to, and including, 2.4.4. The vulnerability exists because the plugin's user-enumeration protection, which is enabled by default, hooks the rest_endpoints filter via secure_user_endpoints() and overwrites every registered handler's permission_callback on both the /wp/v2/users and /wp/v2/users/(?P<id>[\d]+) routes — including POST, PUT, PATCH, and DELETE handlers — with a bare closure that returns only is_user_logged_in(), completely stripping WordPress Core's original capability checks such as create_users, promote_user, edit_users, and delete_users that WP_REST_Users_Controller normally enforces. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers with Subscriber-level access and above to create new Administrator accounts by sending POST request to /wp/v2/users with administrator role, or to reset an existing Administrator's password by issuing a PUT/POST request to /wp/v2/users/<id>. Because the block_user_enum option defaults to enabled, no special plugin configuration is required — the overwrite is active on every request as soon as the plugin is installed.

Aug 16, 2026Slider Hero: Second-order SQL InjectionCVE-2026-17582 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 4.9
The Slider Hero plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to second-order SQL Injection in versions up to, and including, 9.1.7 via the qcld_sliderhero_duplicate() function. Slide data (description, title, btn, btn2, image_link, custom, etc.) is stored safely via $wpdb->update() with %s placeholders in the qchero_save_image AJAX handler, but when an administrator triggers the 'heroduplicateslider' task, qcld_sliderhero_duplicate() re-reads every slide column and concatenates the raw values directly into an INSERT VALUES tuple that is then executed with $wpdb->query() — with no $wpdb->prepare(), esc_sql(), or _real_escape_string in between. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with administrator-level access and above, to append additional SQL queries into already existing queries that can be used to extract sensitive information from the database.

Aug 16, 2026Appointment Booking Calendar — Simply Schedule Appointments Booking: Insecure Direct Object ReferenceCVE-2026-13358 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 6.5
The Appointment Booking Calendar — Simply Schedule Appointments Booking Plugin plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Insecure Direct Object Reference in all versions up to, and including, 1.6.12.10 via the ssa_past_appointments due to missing validation on a user controlled key. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to access appointment records belonging to arbitrary users and harvest the per-appointment ownership tokens (32-character hashes) embedded in the rendered HTML, which can then be used without any authentication to read or modify those appointments including full customer PII such as name, email, phone number, and private notes. The /wp-json/ssa/v1/render-shortcode REST endpoint is registered unconditionally on rest_api_init regardless of whether the Divi theme is installed, and its permission callback only requires current_user_can('edit_posts'), meaning any Contributor-level account is sufficient to trigger this entire exploit chain.

Aug 16, 2026Bookly: Insecure Direct Object ReferenceCVE-2026-12905 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 4.3
The Bookly plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Insecure Direct Object Reference in versions up to, and including, 27.7 via the appointment() method of the Mobile Staff Cabinet API (resource=appointment, action=bookly_mobile_staff_cabinet) in frontend/modules/mobile_staff_cabinet/api/handlers/Handler1_0.php. This is due to the handler loading an Appointment by the attacker-supplied params[id] without verifying that the appointment's staff_id matches the authenticated staff member, whereas sibling operations (deleteAppointment, saveAppointment, appointments list) correctly scope to $this->staff->getId() when $this->role === ROLE_STAFF. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with staff-level mobile cabinet access (any valid access_key token bound to a Staff entity), to read appointment details — including the internal note and the full customer_appointments collection (customer full_name, email, phone, notes, custom_fields, extras, payment_total, payment_type, payment_status) — belonging to other staff members by enumerating sequential appointment IDs.

The RapiSafe – Secure Multi File Upload for Contact Form 7 plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to arbitrary file deletion due to insufficient file path validation in the handleAjaxRemoveUpload function in all versions up to, and including, 1.0.4. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to delete arbitrary files on the server, which can easily lead to remote code execution when the right file is deleted (such as wp-config.php). Aug 5, 2026User Access Manager: Second-Order SQL InjectionCVE-2026-15281 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 6.5
The User Access Manager plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Second-Order SQL Injection via the 'id' parameter of the wp_ajax_save-attachment-compat AJAX action in versions up to, and including, 2.3.12. This is due to insufficient validation on the objectId value stored in the saveAjaxAttachmentData() function and subsequent unparameterized concatenation in the addQueryExcludedPostFilter() function — the stored value is later retrieved from the database and used as an array key, then directly imploded into a SQL NOT IN() clause without integer casting or prepared statements. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers holding view_contacts but not view_others_contacts — notably Groundhogg's built-in Sales Rep role, designed to see only its own contacts — to read any contact record on the site, including PII, contact meta, owner IDs, the admin edit URL, and (for contacts linked to a WordPress user) that user's full capability set.

The miniOrange 2FA WordPress plugin before 6.2.7 does not bind the second factor being configured during the pre-login two-factor challenge to the target account's existing factor, allowing an attacker who knows a user's password to rebind that user's second factor to an attacker-controlled destination, complete the challenge, and take over the account, including administrator accounts.

The miniOrange 2FA WordPress plugin before 6.2.7 does not restrict who can trigger its second-factor configuration OTP send, nor bind the OTP recipient to the enrolling user's own address, allowing a low-privileged user to send one-time-passcode emails to arbitrary recipients and to exhaust the site's metered OTP allowance, preventing legitimate users from receiving their second-factor codes.

Aug 1, 2026Icegram Engage – Popups, Optins, CTAs & Lead Generation: Second-order SQL InjectionCVE-2026-16087 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 6.5
The Icegram Engage – Popups, Optins, CTAs & Lead Generation plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to second-order SQL Injection via 'messages[][id]' Parameter in all versions up to, and including, 3.1.42 due to insufficient escaping on the user supplied parameter and lack of sufficient preparation on the existing SQL query. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to append additional SQL queries into already existing queries that can be used to extract sensitive information from the database. The injection is second-order: the malicious id value is first persisted to post meta via the save_campaign_preview() AJAX action (gated by a nonce check and edit_post capability, requiring Editor-level access or above), and only executed as SQL when a subsequent preview request triggers get_message_data() to interpolate the stored value directly into a SQL IN() clause without $wpdb->prepare() or integer casting.

Jul 31, 2026Fluent Forms – Customizable Contact Forms, Survey, Quiz, & Conversational Form Builder: Insecure Direct Object ReferenceCVE-2026-17567 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 5.3
The Fluent Forms – Customizable Contact Forms, Survey, Quiz, & Conversational Form Builder plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Insecure Direct Object Reference in all versions up to, and including, 6.2.8 via the 'transaction' parameter due to missing validation on a user controlled key. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to brute-force valid transaction hashes and view sensitive payment receipt data including customer name, email address, billing address, order items, payment method, and payment status belonging to other users. Because submission ID, form ID, and transaction creation time are either observable or guessable by an attacker, the effective brute-force space is bounded to approximately 900 candidates per second per (submission, form) pair, making exploitation practical without any prior authentication or account.

The miniOrange 2FA WordPress plugin before 6.2.6 does not validate the submitted one-time password against the targeted user's stored secret, instead verifying it against an attacker-supplied value, allowing an unauthenticated attacker who knows a victim's password to bypass two-factor authentication and gain access to the victim's account, including administrators.

The MasterStudy LMS WordPress Plugin – for Online Courses and Education plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Insecure Direct Object Reference in all versions up to, and including, 3.7.14. This is due to the `stm_lms_delete_cover()` function lacking ownership validation on the `file_id` parameter before passing it to `wp_delete_attachment()`. The ShopLentor – All-in-One WooCommerce Growth & Store Enhancement Plugin plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Insecure Direct Object Reference in all versions up to, and including, 3.4.5 via the 'optionSection' parameter due to missing validation on a user controlled key. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to read arbitrary wp_options rows — including internal plugin news feed data, WooCommerce block pattern transients, and third-party configuration records — whose values are stored as arrays-of-arrays containing 'title' keys, enabling cross-plugin data leakage.
