  • Oct 6, 2026TP-Link Tapo C500 v2.0 contains an out-of-bounds stack write vulnerability in its ONVIF PTZ SOAP handlers.CVE-2026-104945 · Network & remote access · TP-Link Systems Inc. · reported by f23511db-6c3e-4e32-a477-6aa17d310630Medium 6.8

TP-Link Tapo C500 v2.0 contains an out-of-bounds stack write vulnerability in its ONVIF PTZ SOAP handlers. An authenticated ONVIF client can submit an excessive number of preset-related elements, causing writes beyond the bounds of fixed-size stack arrays and resulting in a crash of the affected service. Successful exploitation may allow an authenticated attacker to cause the affected service to crash, resulting in a denial-of-service condition. Repeated exploitation may repeatedly disrupt camera management and PTZ-related functionality until the service recovers or restarts.

  • Oct 5, 2026URLs could be constructed which expanded environment variable or INI file values, so potentially sensitive information could be exfiltrated to a remote server oCVE-2026-63270 · Other software · The Document Foundation · reported by security@documentfoundation.orgMedium 6.7

URLs could be constructed which expanded environment variable or INI file values, so potentially sensitive information could be exfiltrated to a remote server on opening a document containing such links. The check added for CVE-2024-12426 did not cover every place a document can supply a URL. XForms instance data and the Calc csv and sql data providers still reached the expansion. In fixed versions these places refuse URLs with internal schemes when the URL comes from the document.

  • Oct 1, 2026Sakai is a Collaboration and Learning Environment (CLE).CVE-2026-54049 · Other software · sakaiproject · reported by GitHubHigh 8.7

Sakai is a Collaboration and Learning Environment (CLE). From versions 23.0 to before 23.5, and versions 25.0 to before 25.3, the Sakai Conversations tool stores topic and post messages without HTML sanitization, and the frontend renders them using LitElement's unsafeHTML() directive, resulting in stored cross-site scripting (XSS). Any authenticated user with access to a site that has the Conversations tool enabled can inject arbitrary HTML and JavaScript that executes in the browsers of all other users who view that topic or post. This issue has been patched in versions 23.5, 25.3, and 26.0.

  • Sep 30, 2026Soft Machine is a Virtual Machine–based agentic development environment / Cloud OS.CVE-2026-55176 · Other software · Soft-Machine-io · reported by GitHubCritical 9

Soft Machine is a Virtual Machine–based agentic development environment / Cloud OS. In versions 0.2.247 and prior, two authentication helpers in /app/server.js — verifyContainerAuth() and authenticateWorkspaceHttp() — accept the global CONTAINER_SHARED_SECRET as a bearer token without verifying which workspace the caller belongs to. Because that secret is set identically on every container in the Fly app and is reachable from the user-facing process environment inside each workspace, any tenant can use it to authenticate to any other tenant's workspace API. The result is cross-workspace read, write, and destructive-restore primitives reachable from any paying customer's shell. The existing per-workspace token check (workspaceTokenMatches) protects the user-facing per-workspace token path, but the shared-secret bearer path bypasses it entirely. At time of publication, there are no publicly known patches.

  • Sep 30, 2026Soft Machine is a Virtual Machine–based agentic development environment / Cloud OS.CVE-2026-46711 · Other software · Soft-Machine-io · reported by GitHubHigh 8.3

Soft Machine is a Virtual Machine–based agentic development environment / Cloud OS. In versions 0.2.247 and prior, the workspace HTTP service that listens on 0.0.0.0:8080 inside each sm-ws-* Fly Machine exposes endpoints (/health, /file/<path>, /archive/<dir>) without any authentication or origin check. Any host that can reach TCP/8080 on a workspace can read arbitrary files under that workspace's /workspace root and download whole project trees as tar archives. Because every workspace shares the same Fly private 6PN and resolves all peer addresses via the unauthenticated _instances.internal TXT record, every other sm-ws-* machine on the same Fly app/org is a reachable, unauthenticated attacker — the trust boundary (workspace owner ↔ everyone-else) is missing. At time of publication, there are no publicly known patches.

Where this comes from: the exploited list is CISA’s Known Exploited Vulnerabilities catalog. Everything else is the whole National Vulnerability Database, where each record is published by the team that found the bug (Wordfence, Patchstack, WPScan, the vendors themselves and others); we show who. Exploit odds are FIRST’s EPSS, updated daily. Titles and categories are ours, so check the linked record before acting on a detail. For a write-up of the big ones, see our advisories. Every vendor, and every WordPress plugin and theme with a recorded flaw, also has its own page. All of it is free to reuse as JSON, CSV or RSS.
