In fail2ban 0.10.5 through 1.1.1 before ddd879d, the sshd filter (config/filter.d/sshd.conf) accepts an "on <token>" suffix after the host address. Because OpenSSH logs the offered username verbatim, a remote unauthenticated attacker can use a username such as "x VICTIM-SOURCE-IP-ADDRESS on" to make fail2ban associate failed login attempts with an arbitrary source IP address and ban it (e.g., to block logins from a legitimate user). The default filter mode is affected.

Oct 12, 2026In @neo4j/graphql versions from 7.0.0 up to but not including 7.6.4, the none quantifier in @authorization filters on relationships and connections is not negatCVE-2026-92682 · Other software · Neo4j · reported by 3b236295-4ccd-4a1f-a1c1-a72eecc8d7b6High 8.6
In @neo4j/graphql versions from 7.0.0 up to but not including 7.6.4, the none quantifier in @authorization filters on relationships and connections is not negated when translated to Cypher, so it behaves like some. A rule such as "none of the related denied users matches the JWT subject" therefore returns exactly the records it was meant to exclude, and excludes those it was meant to return. An authenticated user whom such a rule is meant to deny can read the protected records. This is also the case for mutations, so the impact is that sensitive data could also be created and deleted by users that shouldn't have access according to the typedefs. Fixed in 7.6.4.

A flaw has been found in **permission filters** in the **foreman** package. The API loads a filter by its identifier and does not apply the search limit on the caller's permission. A low-privileged network attacker or user must already be allowed to delete filters for one role only. They can delete filters that belong to other unlocked roles. Those other roles then lose the access the deleted filters had granted.

Oct 10, 2026Filter Everything — WordPress & WooCommerce Filters: Reflected Cross-Site ScriptingCVE-2026-87869 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 6.1
The Filter Everything — WordPress & WooCommerce Filters plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Reflected Cross-Site Scripting in versions up to, and including, 1.9.6. This is due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping in the flrt_elementor_load_more_anchor() function. The function reads query parameters from $_SERVER['REQUEST_URI'] via getFormActionOrFullPageUrl(true), which URL-decodes them through parse_str() and re-assembles them using build_query() — a WordPress core function that does NOT re-encode values ($urlencode=false). The resulting URL, containing unescaped special characters, is injected into a data-next-page HTML attribute via preg_replace() without esc_attr() or esc_url(). This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that execute if they can successfully trick a user into performing an action such as clicking on a specially crafted link.

The max_age authentication-freshness check in OidcClientCodeRequestFilter was inoperative due to a milliseconds/seconds unit mismatch and an inverted comparison polarity. Any relying party using setMaxAgeOffset to enforce re-authentication would silently accept sessions of any age, bypassing step-up authentication policies. Inefficient complexity in the Sieve filter evaluation of Progressive Robot hMailServer 6.2.24 through 6.3.5 allows an authenticated account holder to make the mail services unavailable with their own filter. A ':matches' pattern was matched by a backtracking descent whose time grew with the matched value's length raised to the number of wildcards, so a pattern such as '*a*a*a*b' over 800 characters took 44 seconds; and 'deleteheader' erased the fields it removed one at a time, so removing many fields of one name over a message's header cost O(N^2) (80,000 fields took 18.8 seconds). Sieve filters run on the small, shared delivery thread pool, so an account holder whose active script does this, fed a few messages they can send themselves, empties the pool and stops delivery for the whole server. The script is the account holder's own and cannot be set for another user.

A heap-based buffer over-read in H5Z__filter_scaleoffset() in src/H5Zscaleoffset.c in HDF5 through 2.2.0 lets an attacker cause a denial of service (application crash) with a crafted HDF5 file. In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: wifi: cfg80211: don't filter by BSS type when removing stale entries When an assoc AP switches to a channel that already has a BSS entry, cfg80211_update_assoc_bss_entry() removes that entry before rehashing the real one, since the two would otherwise collide in the BSS rbtree. The lookup for that entry also required it to match the connection's BSS type, so an entry advertising e.g. the IBSS capability bit was left in place, and the following cfg80211_rehash_bss() then ran into it: WARN_ON(!cmp) Changing the type shouldn't really happen, but can be triggered by a rogue AP/device, so drop the check and remove any entries matching the comparison.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: netfilter: nft_nat: fully initialise new_addr in netmap setup nft_nat_setup_netmap() builds the mapped address in an on-stack union nf_inet_addr. For an IPv4 mapping it writes only the 4-byte .ip member and the loop runs a single 32-bit iteration, but it then copies the whole 16-byte union into range->min_addr and range->max_addr, so the upper 12 bytes reach nf_nat_setup_info() uninitialised. KMSAN reports an uninit-value in nf_nat_setup_info() reached from nft_nat_eval(). The IPv6 path fills all 16 bytes and is not affected. Zero-initialise new_addr.

Oct 2, 2026An incorrect implementation of message filtering in xdg-dbus-proxy versions before 0.1.9 allows an attacker to bypass the intended message filtering on the D-BuCVE-2026-94422 · Other software · Fedora · reported by Red HatHigh 8.7
An incorrect implementation of message filtering in xdg-dbus-proxy versions before 0.1.9 allows an attacker to bypass the intended message filtering on the D-Bus session bus by setting a reply serial number on non-reply messages. A malicious or compromised Flatpak app could use this to achieve arbitrary code execution outside its sandbox. xdg-dbus-proxy was designed to be part of the sandbox boundary for Flatpak, but it is released as a separate project and is sometimes used by other app frameworks such as Firejail.

YesWiki before 4.6.7 contains an SQL injection vulnerability in the Bazar filtertags action, which wraps unescaped filterN attribute tokens in quotes and concatenates them into a raw tags.value IN (...) clause. Unauthenticated attackers on default installs can save filtertags markup in a page with a trailing-backslash token that breaks quote parity under MySQL backslash escaping. This lets them inject a five-column UNION subquery to read arbitrary table data such as password hashes.

Sep 30, 2026MISP renders the source field of a Galaxy Cluster as a clickable hyperlink whenever the stored value passes PHP's FILTER_VALIDATE_URL validation.CVE-2026-103388 · Other software · MISP · reported by 5a6e4751-2f3f-4070-9419-94fb35b644e8Medium 6.2
MISP renders the source field of a Galaxy Cluster as a clickable hyperlink whenever the stored value passes PHP's FILTER_VALIDATE_URL validation. Because FILTER_VALIDATE_URL accepts the javascript: URI scheme, a user with galaxy editor privileges on the local instance or on a synced instance could store a javascript: URL as the cluster source. When another user views the affected Galaxy Cluster and clicks the rendered link, the embedded script executes in the victim's browser context, enabling session hijacking, data exfiltration, or actions performed on behalf of the victim. Preconditions: - Attacker must hold galaxy editor privileges (local or via sync). - Victim must view the affected cluster and click the malicious link. Impact: - Stored cross-site scripting (XSS) in the victim's browser. - Potential session theft, credential harvesting, or unauthorized actions within the MISP application. Affected: <2.5.48.

LDAPCache and LDAPBackingEngine build LDAP search filters for user lookup and role lookup by textually substituting the placeholders %u, %dn, and %fqdn (drawn from the login name, the resolved user DN, and its fully qualified namespace form) into administrator-configured filter templates (userFilter, roleFilter). Before the fix, the only sanitization applied to the substituted value was double backslashed: filter = filter.replaceAll(Pattern.quote("%u"), Matcher.quoteReplacement(user)); filter = filter.replace("\\", "\\\\"); This does not escape the other characters RFC 4515 requires escaping in an LDAP search filter: *, (, ), and NUL. A login name containing any of these can change the structure of the resulting filter rather than being matched as a literal value (e.g. a crafted username can turn an equality match into a wildcard match, or close/reopen filter clauses), widening what the search returns and potentially causing a login or role lookup to match an LDAP entry other than the intended one, over-granting roles, and depending on deployment-specific filter templates, potentially affecting which account a login resolved to. It's not exploitable through every entry po

Where this comes from: the exploited list is CISA’s Known Exploited Vulnerabilities catalog. Everything else is the whole National Vulnerability Database, where each record is published by the team that found the bug (Wordfence, Patchstack, WPScan, the vendors themselves and others); we show who. Exploit odds are FIRST’s EPSS, updated daily. Titles and categories are ours, so check the linked record before acting on a detail. For a write-up of the big ones, see our advisories. Every vendor, and every WordPress plugin and theme with a recorded flaw, also has its own page. All of it is free to reuse as JSON, CSV or RSS.
