Jul 20, 2026The mv, cp, and rm file utilities exposed within the ExtremeXOS (EXOS) shell environment fail to safely canonicalize paths and follow symbolic links outside of CVE-2026-8170 · Other software · Extreme Networks · reported by 1c053176-eef3-4d6a-ae0b-24728c86587bHigh 8.7
The mv, cp, and rm file utilities exposed within the ExtremeXOS (EXOS) shell environment fail to safely canonicalize paths and follow symbolic links outside of the intended privilege boundary. An attacker with low-privilege CLI access can create a symbolic link that references a privileged filesystem location and then invoke the affected utilities to read, modify, or replace security-critical files outside of their authorized scope. Under certain conditions, this may enable escalation to root-level access and persistent modification of the device software stack. Exploitation is possible remotely by an attacker holding a low-privilege account, or locally via the serial console. Extreme would like to thank Hadrien Barral (Université Gustave Eiffel) and Georges-Axel Jaloyan (French Ministry of the Interior) for responsible disclosure of their findings.

Jul 19, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ksmbd: close durable scavenger races against m_fp_list lookups ksmbd_durable_scavenger() hCVE-2026-64142 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67Critical 9.8
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ksmbd: close durable scavenger races against m_fp_list lookups ksmbd_durable_scavenger() has two related races against any walker that iterates f_ci->m_fp_list, including ksmbd_lookup_fd_inode() (used by ksmbd_vfs_rename) and the share-mode checks in fs/smb/server/smb_common.c. (1) fp->node list-head reuse. Durable-preserved handles can remain linked on f_ci->m_fp_list after session teardown so share-mode checks still see them while the handle is reconnectable. The scavenger collected expired handles by adding fp->node to a local scavenger_list after removing them from the global durable idr. Because fp->node is the same list_head used by m_fp_list, list_add(&fp->node, &scavenger_list) overwrites the m_fp_list links and corrupts both lists. CONFIG_DEBUG_LIST can report this on the share-mode walk path. (2) Refcount race against m_fp_list walkers. The scavenger qualifies an expired durable handle with atomic_read(&fp->refcount) > 1 and fp->conn under global_ft.lock, removes fp from global_ft, then drops global_ft.lock before unlinking fp from m_fp_list and freeing it. During that gap fp is still linked on m_

Jul 19, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ovpn: tcp - use cached peer pointer in ovpn_tcp_close() ovpn_tcp_close() loads the ovpn_soCVE-2026-64045 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67High 8.4
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ovpn: tcp - use cached peer pointer in ovpn_tcp_close() ovpn_tcp_close() loads the ovpn_socket via rcu_dereference_sk_user_data() under rcu_read_lock(), takes a reference on sock->peer, caches the peer pointer in a local, and drops the read lock. It then passes sock->peer (rather than the cached local) to ovpn_peer_del(), re-dereferencing the ovpn_socket after the RCU read section has ended. Unlike ovpn_tcp_sendmsg(), which uses the same "load under RCU, use after unlock" pattern but is protected by lock_sock() held across the function, ovpn_tcp_close() runs without the socket lock: inet_release() invokes sk_prot->close() without taking lock_sock first. ovpn_socket_release() can therefore complete its kref_put -> detach -> synchronize_rcu -> kfree(sock) sequence concurrently, in the window after ovpn_tcp_close() drops rcu_read_lock() but before it dereferences sock->peer. The synchronize_rcu() in ovpn_socket_release() protects readers that use the dereferenced pointer inside the RCU read section, not those that escape the pointer to a local and use it afterwards. A reproducer follows the pattern of commit 9456

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: cgroup/rstat: validate cpu before css_rstat_cpu() access css_rstat_updated() is exposed as a BPF kfunc and accepts a caller-provided cpu argument. The function uses cpu for per-cpu rstat lookups without checking whether it refers to a valid possible CPU. A BPF iter/cgroup program with CAP_BPF and CAP_PERFMON can pass an invalid cpu value. In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: Bluetooth: ISO: serialize iso_sock_clear_timer with socket lock iso_sock_close() calls iso_sock_clear_timer() before acquiring lock_sock(sk). iso_sock_clear_timer() reads iso_pi(sk)->conn twice without the socket lock held: if (!iso_pi(sk)->conn) return; cancel_delayed_work(&iso_pi(sk)->conn->timeout_work); Concurrently, iso_conn_del() executes under lock_sock(sk) and calls iso_chan_del(), which sets iso_pi(sk)->conn to NULL and may result in the final reference to the connection being dropped: CPU0 CPU1 ---- ---- iso_sock_clear_timer() if (conn != NULL) ... lock_sock(sk) iso_chan_del() iso_pi(sk)->conn = NULL cancel_delayed_work(conn) /* NULL deref or UAF */ iso_pi(sk)->conn is not stable across the unlock window, causing a NULL pointer dereference or use-after-free. Serialize iso_sock_clear_timer() with the socket lock by moving it inside lock_sock()/release_sock(), matching the pattern used in iso_conn_del() and all other call sites.

Jul 19, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: netfilter: conntrack: tcp: do not force CLOSE on invalid-seq RST without direction check ACVE-2026-63913 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67High 8.2
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: netfilter: conntrack: tcp: do not force CLOSE on invalid-seq RST without direction check An unintended behavior in the TCP conntrack state machine allows a connection to be forced into the CLOSE state using an RST packet with an invalid sequence number. Specifically, after a SYN packet is observed, an RST with an invalid SEQ can transition the conntrack entry to TCP_CONNTRACK_CLOSE, regardless of whether the RST corresponds to the expected reply direction. The relevant code path assumes the RST is a response to an outgoing SYN, but does not validate packet direction or ensure that a matching SYN was actually sent in the opposite direction. As a result, a crafted packet sequence consisting of a SYN followed by an invalid-sequence RST can prematurely terminate an active NAT entry. This makes connection teardown easier than intended. So, tighten the state transition logic to ensure that RST-triggered CLOSE transitions only occur when the RST is a valid response to a previously observed SYN in the correct direction.

Jul 17, 2026The Altiris WMI provider exposes a class (AltirisAgent_Stream) that allows any local standard user to read the contents of any file accessible to the SYSTEM accCVE-2026-15379 · Other software · Broadcom · reported by secure@symantec.comMedium 5.1
The Altiris WMI provider exposes a class (AltirisAgent_Stream) that allows any local standard user to read the contents of any file accessible to the SYSTEM account, bypassing filesystem ACLs. No admin privileges required. The provider reverts to the LocalSystem context when servicing WMI queries without re-impersonating the caller. Any local standard user can therefore read SYSTEM-readable files — including configuration files, service logs, and secrets stored with SYSTEM/Administrator-only ACLs — by querying the provider directly.

When an HTTP/2 profile is configured on a virtual server, undisclosed requests can cause an increase in memory resource utilization. Impact: System performance can degrade until the TMM process is either forced to restart or is manually restarted. This vulnerability allows a remote, unauthenticated attacker to cause a degradation of service that can lead to a denial-of-service (DoS) on the BIG-IP system. There is no control plane exposure; this is a data plane issue only. Note: Software versions which have reached End of Technical Support (EoTS) are not evaluated.

Jul 15, 2026PraisonAI before 4.6.78 exposes the MCP HTTP-stream transport without authentication by default: the CLI --api-key option defaults to None, and the server only CVE-2026-61427 · Other software · MervinPraison · reported by VulnCheckMedium 6.9
PraisonAI before 4.6.78 exposes the MCP HTTP-stream transport without authentication by default: the CLI --api-key option defaults to None, and the server only enforces Authorization/Bearer checks when an API key is configured. When an operator runs 'praisonai mcp serve --transport http-stream' without an API key, an unauthenticated client (no Authorization header, and no Origin header, which is also permitted) can initialize a session, enumerate the available tools (tools/list), and invoke tools (tools/call). Additionally, the dispatcher forwards tool-call arguments to handlers without validating them against the advertised inputSchema. The server binds to 127.0.0.1 by default, so remote exploitation requires the operator to bind to a network-accessible address (e.g., --host 0.0.0.0).

Jul 15, 2026Missing Authorization (CWE-862) in BankAccountListController (app/Http/Controllers/Api/BankAccount/BankAccountListController.php), exposed at GET /api/bank-accoCVE-2026-59235 · Other software · Roskus · reported by 4daa8cea-433a-44bd-9456-53b127fc289aHigh 8.7
Missing Authorization (CWE-862) in BankAccountListController (app/Http/Controllers/Api/BankAccount/BankAccountListController.php), exposed at GET /api/bank-account, in Prospero Flow CRM <5.5.3, which allows a remote, authenticated attacker holding a low-privileged role (e.g. the "User"/"Usuario" role) to read arbitrary bank account records belonging to their company by sending an authenticated request to the endpoint with a valid bearer token, because the API route is protected only by the auth:api middleware and carries no permission gate, unlike the equivalent web route, which enforces can('read bank'), and the handler resolves records with Account::where('company_id', Auth::user()->company_id)->get(), performing only company scoping and no role or permission check before returning the data. This results in the unauthorized disclosure of sensitive banking information (e.g. IBAN, SWIFT/BIC, account identifiers) to users who should not have access to it.

Jul 15, 2026Shibboleth: Does not fail closedCVE-2026-12281 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WPScanHigh 8.1
The Shibboleth WordPress plugin before 2.5.4 does not fail closed when its HTTP header identity mode is enabled without an anti-spoofing key, treating any request that carries identity headers as an authenticated session without verifying them. On a deployment where untrusted client headers reach the application, an unauthenticated attacker can log in with forged identity headers and, when automatic account creation and the default administrator role mapping are enabled, create and sign in as a new administrator. Exploitation requires the non-default HTTP header attribute mode, an empty or absent spoof key, automatic account creation enabled, and a deployment that does not strip untrusted client headers before they reach the application.

Jul 14, 2026jackson-databind contains the general-purpose data-binding functionality and tree-model for Jackson Data Processor.CVE-2026-59889 · Other software · FasterXML · reported by GitHubMedium 6.5
jackson-databind contains the general-purpose data-binding functionality and tree-model for Jackson Data Processor. From 2.18.0 until 2.18.9, 2.21.5, 2.22.1, 3.1.5, and 3.2.1, UnwrappedPropertyHandler.processUnwrapped() replays buffered JSON for a @JsonUnwrapped property and calls prop.deserializeAndSet() without a prop.visibleInView(ctxt.getActiveView()) guard, allowing a property annotated with both @JsonView and @JsonUnwrapped to be written from attacker JSON under a less-privileged active view. This issue is fixed in versions 2.18.9, 2.21.5, 2.22.1, 3.1.5, and 3.2.1.

Where this comes from: the exploited list is CISA’s Known Exploited Vulnerabilities catalog. Everything else is the whole National Vulnerability Database, where each record is published by the team that found the bug (Wordfence, Patchstack, WPScan, the vendors themselves and others); we show who. Exploit odds are FIRST’s EPSS, updated daily. Titles and categories are ours, so check the linked record before acting on a detail. For a write-up of the big ones, see our advisories. Every vendor, and every WordPress plugin and theme with a recorded flaw, also has its own page. All of it is free to reuse as JSON, CSV or RSS.
