  • Nov 4, 2026SQL::Abstract::Tree versions before 2.000001_04 for Perl allow cross-site scripting via unescaped SQL text and bind values in the html profile.CVE-2026-121008 · Other software · reported by 9b29abf9-4ab0-4765-b253-1875cd9b441e

SQL::Abstract::Tree versions before 2.000001_04 for Perl allow cross-site scripting via unescaped SQL text and bind values in the html profile. The html profile wraps keywords and placeholders in span elements and breaks lines with br elements, so its output is meant to go into a page as is. The format method does not HTML-escape the SQL text or the bind values it fills in around that markup. An application that renders SQL formatted with the html profile, such as in a debug panel or query log, allows an attacker who controls a bind value or part of the SQL text to embed JavaScript in the page.

  • Nov 4, 2026SQL::Abstract versions from 1.90_01 before 2.000001_04 for Perl allow SQL injection via the where values of a nested statement in an identifier position.CVE-2026-121007 · Other software · reported by 9b29abf9-4ab0-4765-b253-1875cd9b441e

SQL::Abstract versions from 1.90_01 before 2.000001_04 for Perl allow SQL injection via the where values of a nested statement in an identifier position. A nested statement such as { -select => ... } in a position where plain scalars are identifiers treats its own plain scalars as identifiers too. These positions are the select list, ORDER BY, GROUP BY, RETURNING, and with the ExtraClauses plugin FROM (-as) and JOIN (to). The values of the statement's where, having and set clauses, and the rows of a -values, go into the SQL text instead of the bind list, unescaped unless quote_char is set. Subselects in a WHERE condition are not affected. An application that passes untrusted input as a where value of such a nested statement, expecting it to be bound, allows SQL injection.

  • Nov 4, 2026In all prior released versions of FRRouting, the OSPFv3 (for IPv6) implementation does not check that OSPFv3 packets have a link-local source address and eitherCVE-2026-119776 · Other software · frrouting · reported by 57a55968-44ac-464c-a794-6ba3baad09c4Medium 6.1

In all prior released versions of FRRouting, the OSPFv3 (for IPv6) implementation does not check that OSPFv3 packets have a link-local source address and either a link-local destination or one of the protocol multicast destination groups. This may enable malicious actors to establish OSPFv3 adjacencies from unexpectedly, distant IPv6 hosts. Proper usage of OSPFv3 authentication trailers (RFC 7166, as is best practice) prevents full exploitation of this issue, though may allow a malicious actor to waste CPU on authentication checks. Note the linked PR #23935 is not sufficient to fix the issue as it only verifies the source address. It is the destination address that must be checked. Required configuration: The OSPFv3 for IPv6 routing protocol must be running (ospf6d process) and in use (enabled globally with "router ospf6" and on specific interfaces with "ipv6 ospf6 area".) Workaround: either: * configure OSPFv3 authentication trailers ("ipv6 ospf6 authentication") * or ensure through firewall configuration that only packets with link-local or multicast destination addresses are accepted on input for IPv6 protocol 89 (OSPF). Note that checking the source address is ins

  • Nov 4, 2026Web::Simple versions before 0.036 for Perl do not escape values interpolated into double-quoted strings in HTML::Tags output.CVE-2026-114627 · Other software · reported by 9b29abf9-4ab0-4765-b253-1875cd9b441e

Web::Simple versions before 0.036 for Perl do not escape values interpolated into double-quoted strings in HTML::Tags output. Under use HTML::Tags or use XML::Tags, a double-quoted string literal becomes a StringThing object that holds each interpolated value as a separate part. The escaping step passes such objects through, and stringify joins their interpolated parts as is. A value passed on its own, as in <p>, $value, </p>, is entity-escaped, but the same value in "Hello $value" is not. An attacker who controls a value that an application interpolates into a double-quoted string can inject script into the generated page.

  • Nov 4, 2026Git for Windows is the Windows port of Git.CVE-2026-100408 · Other software · git-for-windows · reported by GitHubMedium 4.4

Git for Windows is the Windows port of Git. From 2.43.0.windows.1 until 2.55.0.windows.3, when a matching git:* credential exists in Windows Credential Manager and a git-credential-wincred erase input includes a password field, the operation in contrib/credential/wincred/git-credential-wincred.c allocates a buffer of exactly CredentialBlobSize bytes in match_cred_password() and then uses wcsncpy_s() to copy the corresponding number of wide characters plus a terminating NUL. The destination capacity is also supplied in bytes instead of WCHAR elements, allowing a fixed two-byte NUL write past the allocation before the password comparison determines whether CredDeleteW() should remove the credential; erase without a password field does not enter this comparison path. The helper can terminate with Windows heap-corruption status, and git credential reject can appear successful while the rejected credential remains stored. This issue is fixed in version 2.55.0.windows.3.

  • Nov 4, 2026Git for Windows is the Windows port of Git.CVE-2026-100407 · Other software · git-for-windows · reported by GitHubMedium 4.4

Git for Windows is the Windows port of Git. From 2.44.0.windows.1 until 2.55.0.windows.3, the git-credential-wincred store operation in contrib/credential/wincred/git-credential-wincred.c uses _scwprintf() to size a formatted wide-character credential buffer without space for the terminating NUL when both password and oauth_refresh_token are present. The operation also passes a byte count to _snwprintf_s() where a wide-character count is required, allowing the terminator to be written one WCHAR past the heap allocation before CredWriteW() persists the credential. The resulting fixed two-byte NUL overwrite can terminate the helper with Windows heap-corruption status and can cause git credential approve to report success even though the OAuth credential was not stored. This issue is fixed in version 2.55.0.windows.3.

  • Nov 4, 2026Allocation of Resources Without Limits or Throttling vulnerability in elixir-ecto ecto allows an unauthenticated remote attacker to exhaust memory in the applicCVE-2026-118391 · Other software · elixir-ecto · reported by 6b3ad84c-e1a6-4bf7-a703-f496b71e49dbHigh 8.9

Allocation of Resources Without Limits or Throttling vulnerability in elixir-ecto ecto allows an unauthenticated remote attacker to exhaust memory in the application and in the database server by sending requests with distinct JSON keys or list lengths where the application interpolates them into json_extract_path/2, field[^key] or splice/1. Ecto caches prepared queries per repository in an ETS table with no size limit and no eviction. Interpolated JSON path elements become part of the query expression instead of its parameters, and splice/1 expands into one placeholder per element, so every distinct key or list length creates a new cache entry. With ecto_sql each entry is also a new prepared statement on the database connection that runs it. None of this memory is released until the processes restart. The Symfony HtmlSanitizer component MetaRefreshAttributeSanitizer, introduced to fix CVE-2026-48761, sanitizes the refresh URL of content attributes of meta tags using a regular expression that is too narrow, allowing sanitization to be bypassed, and resulting in potential URL redirection to untrusted sites in Symfony versions 6.1.x prior to 6.4.50, 7.x prior to 7.4.23, and 8.x prior to 8.1.11. The shared declarative refresh steps in the WHATWG HTML Standard require a broader approach: the separator after the time may be ASCII whitespace alone, with no ; or ,, and the url= keyword is optional. Directives the browser honours, but the regular expression misses are returned unchanged, so the attacker URL skips UrlSanitizer entirely and both allowLinkSchemes and allowLinkHosts are defeated for the refresh navigation. This is reachable under any configuration that allows meta with http-equiv and content, including the documented allowStaticElements() preset.

  • Nov 4, 2026The Symfony Routing components CompiledUrlMatcher and UrlMatcher interpret the host and path information differently, allowing path-based authorization rules toCVE-2026-118516 · Other software · sensiolabs · reported by 596c5446-0ce5-4ba2-aa66-48b3b757a647Medium 6.3

The Symfony Routing components CompiledUrlMatcher and UrlMatcher interpret the host and path information differently, allowing path-based authorization rules to be bypassed in Symfony versions prior to 5.4.56, 6.x prior to 6.4.50, 7.x prior to 7.4.23, and 8.x prior to 8.1.11. For routes that define a host, CompiledUrlMatcher matches the string $host.'.'.$pathinfo against the host regular expression followed by the path regular expression, while UrlMatcher matches the host and the path separately. A host placeholder can therefore  match /, and consume the beginning of the path, so the request is routed to a controller, while UrlMatcher  would find no route. Rules that look at the path, such as access_control entries and firewall patterns, are evaluated against the actual request path, so they do not apply while the controller of the route runs, potentially allowing an unauthenticated request to reach a protected controller. For example, with the route /admin/report/{id}, the host app.{domain} and the rule access_control: [{ path: ^/admin, roles: ROLE_ADMIN }], an anonymous request for /admin/report/1 is sent to the login page. A request with the Host header app and path /x./admi

Authentication bypass by spoofing in X509Authenticator and X509AuthenticationListener of Symfony versions prior to 5.4.56, 6.x prior to 6.4.50, 7.x prior to 7.4.23, and 8.x prior to 8.1.11 allows an attacker holding a certificate from the application's trusted CA who can influence the CN to authenticate as an arbitrary user of the application, including a privileged one, following an incomplete fix for CVE-2026-45063. X509Authenticator extracts the user identifier from the Subject DN (Distinguished Name) that the web server passes in $_SERVER['SSL_CLIENT_S_DN']. The fix for CVE-2026-45063 anchored that extraction to an RDN (Relative Distinguished Name) boundary, but the regular expression used was not escape-aware. The expression runs against an already serialized DN, so it cannot tell an RDN separator from a separator character that occurs inside a value. Under RFC 2253, used by Apache and by nginx's $ssl_client_s_dn, a comma inside a value is escaped as \, and the expression reads it as a separator regardless. RFC 2253 also does not treat / as a separator, so it leaves it bare inside a value, while the expression treats every / as one. The legacy X509_NAME_oneline() format, used

The Remove Google Fonts – Disable, Block, or Replace with Bunny Fonts for GDPR Compliance plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via Comment Field via Regex-Mangled Output Buffer in all versions up to, and including, 1.7 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. Successful exploitation requires the plugin's Remove mode to be active and the malicious comment to be published, either through auto-approval for known commenters or manual moderator approval.

  • Nov 4, 2026A stack-based buffer overflow in libsnowflakeclient and the Snowflake PHP PDO Driver could, under specific conditions, result in memory corruption during SAML-bCVE-2026-121925 · Other software · Snowflake · reported by 412d305a-227d-44f9-a262-a31ba44f2aeaMedium 6.6

A stack-based buffer overflow in libsnowflakeclient and the Snowflake PHP PDO Driver could, under specific conditions, result in memory corruption during SAML-based authentication. During a native SSO/SAML login flow, the affected drivers may have copied a value taken from the identity provider's HTML response into a fixed-size memory buffer without first validating the length of that value. An attacker who controlled or had compromised the configured identity provider — or who was able to redirect the SAML single sign-on endpoint to an attacker-controlled server — might have leveraged this by returning an oversized response, potentially resulting in a crash or, in specific circumstances, remote code execution within the context of the application running the library. The fix is available in libsnowflakeclient version 2.11.1 and Snowflake PHP PDO Driver version 4.3.0. Users must manually upgrade.

Multiple Snowflake client drivers implementing the `authenticator=externalbrowser` single sign-on flow could have allowed an attacker to interfere with a user's login attempt through weaknesses in the local loopback callback listener used to receive the identity provider's response. The listener reflected an arbitrary request's Origin header into its CORS response headers and accepted the first token-bearing request it received during the login window without verifying a CSRF state value bound to that specific login attempt. An attacker able to reach the listener during an active login might have leveraged this to submit a forged callback response, causing the authentication attempt to fail. The fix is available in Snowflake Connector for Python 4.8.0, Snowflake Go Driver v2.3.0, Snowflake JDBC Driver 4.4.0 (including the snowflake-jdbc-fips and snowflake-jdbc-thin artifacts), Snowflake Node.js Driver 3.4.0, Snowflake Connector for .NET 6.3.0, Snowflake ODBC Driver 4.0.0, Snowflake PHP PDO Driver 4.3.0, and libsnowflakeclient 2.11.1. Go v1 users must migrate to the latest major version of the module. Users must manually upgrade.

  • Nov 4, 2026Uncontrolled recursion in Apache ZooKeeper.CVE-2026-115448 · Websites & servers · Apache Software Foundation · reported by security@apache.orgHigh 8.7

Uncontrolled recursion in Apache ZooKeeper. The server serializes its data tree to a snapshot by recursing one stack frame per znode level, with no depth bound. A client permitted to create znodes (the default root ACL is open) can build a chain of nested znodes deep enough that taking a snapshot exhausts the JVM stack and kills the snapshot thread; sizes stay within jute.maxbuffer, so existing limits do not prevent it. This is a denial of service that becomes persistent: on restart the server rebuilds the deep tree from its transaction log and fails again while taking the startup snapshot, so it does not return to service, and recovery can entail data loss. The same log affects a leader and its followers, so it can spread across an ensemble. This issue affects Apache ZooKeeper 3.8.0 through 3.8.7 and 3.9.0 through 3.9.6. Users are recommended to upgrade to 3.8.8 or 3.9.7, which fix the issue. As a workaround, use ACLs and authentication to restrict znode creation rather than relying on the default open root ACL.

  • Nov 4, 2026Improper input validation vulnerability in Apache ActiveMQ, Apache ActiveMQ KahaDB.CVE-2026-108946 · Websites & servers · Apache Software Foundation · reported by security@apache.org

Improper input validation vulnerability in Apache ActiveMQ, Apache ActiveMQ KahaDB. The ActiveMQ broker resolves connection, session and consumer state from ids that are user provided and in some scenarios does not validate that they ids are bound to that user. This allows an authenticated client to spoof another user's ids. This allows: *  an authenticated client consumes from another connection's temporary queue/topic by putting the victim's connection id in its own ConsumerId, bypassing the broker-side ownership check.  * a duplicate ConsumerId registration is only logged, after which the attacker's RemoveInfo or disconnect tears down the victim's live subscription * a forged MessageAck for the victim's ConsumerId permanently deletes an in-flight, unacknowledged message. This issue affects Apache ActiveMQ: from 6.0.0 before 6.3.3, before 5.19.12; Apache ActiveMQ KahaDB: from 6.0.0 before 6.3.3, before 5.19.12.
