May 14, 2026Diffusers is the a library for pretrained diffusion models.CVE-2026-44827 · Other software · huggingface · reported by GitHubHigh 8.8
Diffusers is the a library for pretrained diffusion models. Prior to 0.38.0, diffusers 0.37.0 allows remote code execution without the trust_remote_code=True safeguard when loading pipelines from Hugging Face Hub repositories. The _resolve_custom_pipeline_and_cls function in pipeline_loading_utils.py performs string interpolation on the custom_pipeline parameter using f"{custom_pipeline}.py". When custom_pipeline is not supplied by the user, it defaults to None, which Python interpolates as the literal string "None.py". If an attacker publishes a Hub repository containing a file named None.py with a class that subclasses DiffusionPipeline, the file is automatically downloaded and executed during a standard DiffusionPipeline.from_pretrained() call with no additional keyword arguments. The trust_remote_code check in DiffusionPipeline.download() is bypassed because it evaluates custom_pipeline is not None as False (since the kwarg was never supplied), while the downstream code path that actually loads the module resolves the None value into a valid filename. An attacker can achieve silent arbitrary code execution by publishing a malicious model repository with a None.py file and a st

May 14, 2026Kubetail is a real-time logging dashboard for Kubernetes.CVE-2026-44514 · Other software · kubetail-org · reported by GitHubMedium 6.5
Kubetail is a real-time logging dashboard for Kubernetes. Prior to 0.14.0, Kubetail's dashboard exposes WebSocket endpoints that did not adequately validate the Origin header on connection upgrade. A malicious web page visited by a user with an active Kubetail session could open a WebSocket to the user's dashboard and read their Kubernetes logs in real time. This is a Cross-Site WebSocket Hijacking (CSWSH) vulnerability and affects both the desktop deployment (default http://localhost:7500) and cluster deployments (typically behind an Ingress with HTTP basic auth). This vulnerability is fixed in 0.14.0.

May 14, 2026Diffusers is the a library for pretrained diffusion models.CVE-2026-44513 · Other software · huggingface · reported by GitHubHigh 8.8
Diffusers is the a library for pretrained diffusion models. Prior to 0.38.0, a trust_remote_code bypass in DiffusionPipeline.from_pretrained allows arbitrary remote code execution despite the user passing trust_remote_code=False (or omitting it, which is the default). The vulnerability has three variants, all sharing the same root cause — the trust_remote_code gate was implemented inside DiffusionPipeline.download() rather than at the actual dynamic-module load site, so any code path that bypassed or short-circuited download() also bypassed the security check. DiffusionPipeline.from_pretrained('repoA', custom_pipeline='attacker/repoB', trust_remote_code=False) — the gate evaluated against repoA's file list rather than repoB's, so repoB's pipeline.py was loaded and executed. DiffusionPipeline.from_pretrained('/local/snapshot', custom_pipeline='attacker/repoB', trust_remote_code=False) — the local-path branch never invoked download(), so the gate was never reached and remote code from repoB executed. DiffusionPipeline.from_pretrained('/local/snapshot', trust_remote_code=False) where the snapshot contains custom component files (e.g. unet/my_unet_model.py) referenced from model_index

May 14, 2026Verba is affected by a Stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability within its login logging mechanism.CVE-2026-21730 · Other software · Verint · reported by cvd@cert.plMedium 5.3
Verba is affected by a Stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability within its login logging mechanism. When an unauthenticated remote attacker attempts to log in using an incorrect username and password combination, the supplied username value is recorded in the application logs. Due to lack of input sanitization, an attacker can inject a malicious XSS payload into the username field. This payload will be executed in the context of the administrator’s browser when the admin accesses the web application's log viewer. May 13, 2026coreActivity: Activity Logging for: PHP Object InjectionCVE-2026-7635 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceHigh 8.1
The coreActivity: Activity Logging for WordPress plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to PHP Object Injection in all versions up to, and including, 3.0. This is due to the plugin failing to validate or strip PHP serialization syntax from the User-Agent HTTP header before storing it in the logmeta table, and subsequently calling `maybe_unserialize()` on every retrieved `meta_value` in `query_metas()` without verifying the data was originally serialized by the application. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject a crafted PHP serialized payload via the User-Agent header during any logged event (such as a failed login attempt), which, when an administrator views the Logs page, is deserialized and passed to `DeviceDetector::setUserAgent()`, triggering a Fatal TypeError that creates a persistent Denial of Service condition blocking administrator access to the Logs page entirely.

May 12, 2026The mamba language model framework thru 2.2.6 is vulnerable to insecure deserialization (CWE-502) when loading pre-trained models from HuggingFace Hub.CVE-2026-31239 · Other software · reported by MITRECritical 9.8
The mamba language model framework thru 2.2.6 is vulnerable to insecure deserialization (CWE-502) when loading pre-trained models from HuggingFace Hub. The MambaLMHeadModel.from_pretrained() method uses torch.load() to load the pytorch_model.bin weight file without enabling the security-restrictive weights_only=True parameter. This allows the deserialization of arbitrary Python objects via the pickle module. An attacker can exploit this by publishing a malicious model repository on HuggingFace Hub. When a victim loads a model from this repository, arbitrary code is executed on the victim's system in the context of the mamba process.

May 11, 2026Improper Neutralization of CRLF Sequences ('CRLF Injection') vulnerability in ninenines cowlib allows HTTP request splitting and cookie smuggling via unvalidateCVE-2026-43969 · Other software · ninenines · reported by 6b3ad84c-e1a6-4bf7-a703-f496b71e49dbLow 2.1
Improper Neutralization of CRLF Sequences ('CRLF Injection') vulnerability in ninenines cowlib allows HTTP request splitting and cookie smuggling via unvalidated cookie name and value fields. cow_cookie:cookie/1 in cowlib builds a client-side Cookie: request header from a list of name-value pairs without validating either field. An attacker who controls the cookie names or values passed to this function can inject ;, ,, CR, LF, or TAB characters into the serialized header. This enables two classes of attack: cookie smuggling within a single header (e.g. injecting ; admin=1 to introduce a phantom cookie that the receiving server treats as authentic) and HTTP request header splitting (injecting CRLF to append arbitrary headers or smuggle a complete second request against a shared upstream proxy). The decoder side (parse_cookie_name/1, parse_cookie_value/1) and setcookie/3 already validate and reject these characters; the encoder alone is missing the check. This issue affects cowlib: from 2.9.0 before 2.21.0.

Authorization vulnerability in pgAdmin 4 server mode affecting Server Groups, Servers, Shared Servers, Background Processes, and Debugger modules. Multiple endpoints fetched user-owned objects without filtering by the requesting user's identity. An authenticated user could access another user's private servers, server groups, background processes, and debugger function arguments by guessing object IDs. Additionally, the Shared Servers feature contained multiple issues including credential leakage (passexec_cmd, passfile, SSL keys), privilege escalation via writable passexec_cmd (a shell command executed when establishing the connection) allowing arbitrary command execution in the owner's process context, and owner-data corruption via SQLAlchemy session mutations. Several owner-only fields (passexec_cmd, passexec_expiration, db_res, db_res_type) were writable by non-owners through the API, and additional fields (kerberos_conn, tags, post_connection_sql) lacked per-user persistence so non-owner edits mutated the owner's record. Fix centralises access control via a new server_access module, scopes all user-owned models with a UserScopedMixin, returns HTTP 410 from connection_manage

The Elasticsearch logging provider, when configured with a `host` URL that embeds credentials (for example `https://user:password@server.example.com:9200`), wrote the full host URL — including the embedded credentials — into task logs. Any user with task-log read permission could harvest the backend credentials. Users are advised to upgrade to `apache-airflow-providers-elasticsearch` 6.5.3 or later and, as a defense-in-depth measure, configure the backend credentials via a secret backend rather than embedding them in the `[elasticsearch] host` URL.

May 8, 2026nova-toggle-5 enables fliping booleans in the index.CVE-2026-42202 · Other software · almirhodzic · reported by GitHubMedium 6.5
nova-toggle-5 enables fliping booleans in the index. Prior to version 1.3.0, the toggle endpoint (POST/nova-vendor/nova-toggle/toggle/{resource}/{resourceId}) was protected only by web + auth:<guard> middleware. Any user authenticated on the configured guard could call the endpoint and flip boolean attributes on any Nova resource — including users who do not have access to Nova itself (for example, frontend customers sharing the web guard with the Nova admin area). The endpoint also accepted an arbitrary attribute parameter, which meant a valid caller could toggle any boolean column on the underlying model — not just columns exposed as Toggle fields on the resource. This issue has been patched in version 1.3.0.

May 8, 2026Lemmy is a link aggregator and forum for the fediverse.CVE-2026-42181 · Other software · LemmyNet · reported by GitHubMedium 6.5
Lemmy is a link aggregator and forum for the fediverse. Prior to version 0.19.18, Lemmy fetches metadata for user-supplied post URLs and, under the default StoreLinkPreviews image mode, downloads the preview image through local pict-rs. While the top-level page URL is checked against internal IP ranges, the extracted og:image URL is not subject to the same restriction. As a result, an authenticated low-privileged user can submit an attacker-controlled public page whose Open Graph image points to an internal image endpoint. Lemmy will fetch that internal image server-side and store a local thumbnail that can then be served back to users. This issue has been patched in version 0.19.18.

May 8, 2026Lemmy is a link aggregator and forum for the fediverse.CVE-2026-42180 · Other software · LemmyNet · reported by GitHubMedium 6.3
Lemmy is a link aggregator and forum for the fediverse. Prior to version 0.19.18, Lemmy allows an authenticated low-privileged user to create a link post through POST /api/v3/post. When a post is created in a public community, the backend asynchronously sends a Webmention to the attacker-controlled link target. The submitted URL is checked for syntax and scheme, but the audited code path does not reject loopback, private, or link-local destinations before the Webmention request is issued. This lets a normal user trigger server-side HTTP requests toward internal services. This issue has been patched in version 0.19.18.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: serial: caif: hold tty->link reference in ldisc_open and ser_release A reproducer triggers a KASAN slab-use-after-free in pty_write_room() when caif_serial's TX path calls tty_write_room(). The faulting access is on tty->link->port. Hold an extra kref on tty->link for the lifetime of the caif_serial line discipline: get it in ldisc_open() and drop it in ser_release(), and also drop it on the ldisc_open() error path. With this change applied, the reproducer no longer triggers the UAF in my testing.

Gazelle versions through 0.49 for Perl allows HTTP Request Smuggling via Improper Header Precedence. Gazelle incorrectly prioritizes "Content-Length" over "Transfer-Encoding: chunked" when both headers are present in an HTTP request. Per RFC 7230 3.3.3, Transfer-Encoding must take precedence. An attacker could exploit this to smuggle malicious HTTP requests via a front-end reverse proxy.

May 6, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: btrfs: fix zero size inode with non-zero size after log replay When logging that an inode CVE-2026-43118 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67Medium 5.5
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: btrfs: fix zero size inode with non-zero size after log replay When logging that an inode exists, as part of logging a new name or logging new dir entries for a directory, we always set the generation of the logged inode item to 0. This is to signal during log replay (in overwrite_item()), that we should not set the i_size since we only logged that an inode exists, so the i_size of the inode in the subvolume tree must be preserved (as when we log new names or that an inode exists, we don't log extents). This works fine except when we have already logged an inode in full mode or it's the first time we are logging an inode created in a past transaction, that inode has a new i_size of 0 and then we log a new name for the inode (due to a new hardlink or a rename), in which case we log an i_size of 0 for the inode and a generation of 0, which causes the log replay code to not update the inode's i_size to 0 (in overwrite_item()). An example scenario: mkdir /mnt/dir xfs_io -f -c "pwrite 0 64K" /mnt/dir/foo sync xfs_io -c "truncate 0" -c "fsync" /mnt/dir/foo ln /mnt/dir/foo /mnt/dir/bar xfs_io -c "fsyn
