  • May 14, 2026The MCP Registry provides MCP clients with a list of MCP servers, like an app store for MCP servers.CVE-2026-44429 · Other software · modelcontextprotocol · reported by GitHubMedium 5.1

The MCP Registry provides MCP clients with a list of MCP servers, like an app store for MCP servers. Prior to 1.7.7, the public catalogue UI served at GET / (file internal/api/handlers/v0/ui_index.html) is vulnerable to stored cross-site scripting via the server.websiteUrl field of any published server.json. Server-side validation in internal/validators/validators.go (validateWebsiteURL) only checks that the URL parses, is absolute, and uses the https scheme; it does not reject quote characters. Client-side, the value is interpolated into a double-quoted href attribute via innerHTML, using a homegrown escapeHtml helper that performs the standard textContent → innerHTML round-trip. Per the HTML serialisation algorithm, that round-trip encodes only &, <, > and U+00A0 inside text nodes — it does not encode " or '. A literal " in websiteUrl therefore breaks out of the href attribute, allowing arbitrary on* event handlers to be appended to the same <a> element. The Content-Security-Policy on / is script-src 'self' 'unsafe-inline' https://cdn.tailwindcss.com, so the injected event handlers execute. Any user able to obtain a publish token (e.g. via POST /v0/auth/github-at with their own G

  • Apr 27, 2026The ConsulRegistry in the camel-consul component (class org.apache.camel.component.consul.ConsulRegistry and its inner ConsulRegistryUtils.deserialize method) rCVE-2026-27172 · Websites & servers · Apache Software Foundation · reported by security@apache.orgHigh 8.8

The ConsulRegistry in the camel-consul component (class org.apache.camel.component.consul.ConsulRegistry and its inner ConsulRegistryUtils.deserialize method) read Java-serialized values from the Consul KV store and passed them to ObjectInputStream.readObject() without configuring an ObjectInputFilter. An attacker who can write to the Consul KV store backing a Camel ConsulRegistry instance could inject a malicious serialized Java object that is deserialized the next time Camel performs a lookup against that registry, leading to arbitrary code execution in the Camel process. The issue mirrors the class of vulnerability already addressed for other Camel components in CVE-2024-22369, CVE-2024-23114 and CVE-2026-25747, and was overlooked during the original remediation of those CVEs. This issue affects Apache Camel: from 3.0.0 before 4.14.6, from 4.15.0 before 4.18.1. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 4.19.0, which fixes the issue. If users are on the 4.14.x LTS releases stream, then they are suggested to upgrade to 4.14.6. If users are on the 4.18.x releases stream, then they are suggested to upgrade to 4.18.1.

zot is ancontainer image/artifact registry based on the Open Container Initiative Distribution Specification. From 1.3.0 to 2.1.14, zot’s dist-spec authorization middleware infers the required action for PUT /v2/{name}/manifests/{reference} as create by default, and only switches to update when the tag already exists and reference != "latest". • Mar 6, 2026Internet Routing Registry daemon version 4 is an IRR database server, processing IRR objects in the RPSL format.CVE-2026-28681 · Other software · irrdnet · reported by GitHubHigh 8.1

Internet Routing Registry daemon version 4 is an IRR database server, processing IRR objects in the RPSL format. From version 4.4.0 to before version 4.4.5 and from version 4.5.0 to before version 4.5.1, an attacker can manipulate the HTTP Host header on a password reset or account creation request. The confirmation link in the resulting email can then point to an attacker-controlled domain. Opening the link in the email is sufficient to pass the token to the attacker, who can then use it on the real IRRD instance to take over the account. A compromised account can then be used to modify RPSL objects maintained by the account's mntners and perform other account actions. If the user had two-factor authentication configured, which is required for users with override access, an attacker is not able to log in, even after successfully resetting the password. This issue has been patched in versions 4.4.5 and 4.5.1.

  • May 9, 2025A flaw was found in the Mirror Registry.CVE-2025-3528 · Other software · Red Hat · reported by Red HatHigh 8.2

A flaw was found in the Mirror Registry. The quay-app container shipped as part of the Mirror Registry for OpenShift has write access to the `/etc/passwd`. This flaw allows a malicious actor with access to the container to modify the passwd file and elevate their privileges to the root user within that pod.

Registry Access Management (RAM) is a security feature allowing administrators to restrict access for their developers to only allowed registries. When a MacOS configuration profile is used to enforce organization sign-in, the RAM policies are not being applied, which would allow Docker Desktop users to pull down unapproved, and potentially malicious images from any registry.

  • Apr 15, 2025In versions prior to Aidex 1.7, an authenticated malicious user, taking advantage of an open registry, could execute unauthorised commands within the system.CVE-2025-3579 · Other software · AiDex · reported by cve-coordination@incibe.esCritical 9.3

In versions prior to Aidex 1.7, an authenticated malicious user, taking advantage of an open registry, could execute unauthorised commands within the system. This includes executing operating system (Unix) commands, interacting with internal services such as PHP or MySQL, and even invoking native functions of the framework used, such as Laravel or Symfony. This execution is achieved by Prompt Injection attacks through the /api/<string-chat>/message endpoint, manipulating the content of the ‘content’ parameter.

  • Feb 4, 2025In Apache Cassandra it is possible for a local attacker without access to the Apache Cassandra process or configuration files to manipulate the RMI registry tCVE-2024-27137 · Websites & servers · Apache Software Foundation · reported by security@apache.orgMedium 5.3

In Apache Cassandra it is possible for a local attacker without access to the Apache Cassandra process or configuration files to manipulate the RMI registry to perform a man-in-the-middle attack and capture user names and passwords used to access the JMX interface. The attacker can then use these credentials to access the JMX interface and perform unauthorized operations. This is same vulnerability that CVE-2020-13946 was issued for, but the Java option was changed in JDK10. This issue affects Apache Cassandra from 4.0.2 through 5.0.2 running Java 11. Operators are recommended to upgrade to a release equal to or later than 4.0.15, 4.1.8, or 5.0.3 which fixes the issue.

  • Jan 17, 2025zot is a production-ready vendor-neutral OCI image registry.CVE-2025-23208 · Other software · project-zot · reported by GitHubHigh 7.3

zot is a production-ready vendor-neutral OCI image registry. The group data stored for users in the boltdb database (meta.db) is an append-list so group revocations/removals are ignored in the API. SetUserGroups is alled on login, but instead of replacing the group memberships, they are appended. This may be due to some conflict with the group definitions in the config file, but that wasn't obvious to me if it were the case. Any Zot configuration that relies on group-based authorization will not respect group remove/revocation by an IdP. This issue has been addressed in version 2.1.2. All users are advised to upgrade. There are no known workarounds for this vulnerability.

Where this comes from: the exploited list is CISA’s Known Exploited Vulnerabilities catalog. Everything else is the whole National Vulnerability Database, where each record is published by the team that found the bug (Wordfence, Patchstack, WPScan, the vendors themselves and others); we show who. Exploit odds are FIRST’s EPSS, updated daily. Titles and categories are ours, so check the linked record before acting on a detail. For a write-up of the big ones, see our advisories.
