  • Jul 16, 2026An Open Redirect vulnerability (CWE-601) exists in the OAuth/OIDC authentication implementation of the Axivion Dashboard.CVE-2026-12379 · Other software · Qt · reported by a59d8014-47c4-4630-ab43-e1b13cbe58e3Medium 6.8

An Open Redirect vulnerability (CWE-601) exists in the OAuth/OIDC authentication implementation of the Axivion Dashboard. The login flow did not properly restrict the post-authentication redirect to the application's own origin, so a user who follows a crafted login link can be sent to an untrusted external site after authenticating against the genuine Dashboard. Because the link points at the legitimate Dashboard, this can be abused for phishing, for example credential or second-factor theft via a convincing look-alike page. Exploitation requires the victim to follow the attacker-supplied link and complete the authentication flow.

  • Jul 5, 2026A flaw exists in the org.keycloak.broker.oidc package where the OIDC broker incorrectly synchronizes the email_verified claim.CVE-2026-14781 · Other software · Red Hat · reported by Red HatMedium 4.8

A flaw exists in the org.keycloak.broker.oidc package where the OIDC broker incorrectly synchronizes the email_verified claim. When an OIDC identity provider is configured with trustEmail=true and the userinfo endpoint is enabled, Keycloak retrieves the email address from the userinfo response but retrieves the email_verified status exclusively from the id_token. The root cause is a lack of validation ensuring that the email_verified claim in the id_token actually refers to the email address returned by the userinfo endpoint. If these two sources return different email addresses, the id_token's email_verified=true claim is blindly applied to the userinfo email. Exploitation Conditions: The OIDC identity provider must have trustEmail set to true (non-default). The userinfo endpoint must be enabled (default). The attacker must control or have compromised the upstream OIDC provider. Concrete Impact: Mark arbitrary email addresses as verified in the Keycloak database. Bypass email-based security controls or verification workflows. Potential account takeover if the application relies solely on the email_verified flag from the IdP to link accounts.

Dapr Sentry's OIDC discovery endpoint derives the issuer and jwks_uri of the /.well-known/openid-configuration document from the request Host, honoring an attacker-controlled X-Forwarded-Host header without validation when no allowed-hosts list is configured (the default), and serves the document with a one-hour public cache lifetime. A remote unauthenticated attacker can poison the discovery document so relying parties performing dynamic (unpinned) discovery fetch the JWKS from an attacker-controlled server, causing attacker-signed JWTs to be accepted. Exploitation requires the OIDC server enabled without a configured jwt-issuer or oidc-allowed-hosts.

  • Jul 2, 2026PIA's OIDC issuer allowlist for Jenkins tokens uses a bare string-prefix check (issuer.startswith(' https://ci.eclipse.org ') in is_issuer_known, pia/models.py:CVE-2026-14336 · Other software · Eclipse Foundation · reported by emo@eclipse.orgHigh 8.2

PIA's OIDC issuer allowlist for Jenkins tokens uses a bare string-prefix check (issuer.startswith(' https://ci.eclipse.org ') in is_issuer_known, pia/models.py:139) instead of validating the issuer as a properly host-bounded URL. An attacker can craft an issuer such as https://ci.eclipse.org@evil.host (userinfo trick) or https://ci.eclipse.org.evil.host (suffix trick) that satisfies the prefix check while pointing the OIDC discovery and JWKS fetches at a server the attacker controls. An unauthenticated caller of POST /v1/upload/sbom can use this to force PIA to make outbound HTTP(S) requests to an arbitrary attacker-chosen host, and to have oidc.verify_token accept a JWT signed with the attacker's own key.

  • Jun 15, 2026Authentication Bypass by Spoofing vulnerability in team-alembic AshAuthentication allows account takeover of local users via OAuth2/OIDC sign-in.CVE-2026-49757 · Other software · team-alembic · reported by 6b3ad84c-e1a6-4bf7-a703-f496b71e49dbCritical 9.2

Authentication Bypass by Spoofing vulnerability in team-alembic AshAuthentication allows account takeover of local users via OAuth2/OIDC sign-in. AshAuthentication's OAuth2 and OIDC family strategies matched the local user by email address (an upsert on the email field, or a user-defined sign-in filter) rather than by the OpenID Connect iss/sub claim combination. Per OpenID Connect Core §5.7, only iss/sub uniquely and stably identifies an end-user; other claims, including email, MUST NOT be used as unique identifiers. A provider login presenting a victim's email, including an unverified email, a reused email, or an account with email_verified: false, resolved to and signed in as the victim's existing local account. An unauthenticated attacker who can register an account on any accepted OAuth provider with the victim's email (or who benefits from provider-side email reuse or reclamation) obtains the victim's full local privileges. The fix resolves users by the (strategy, sub) identity stored in a user identity resource, and only links a new sub to an existing local account by email when the provider's email_verified claim is trusted (trust_email_verified?). • May 28, 2026A flaw was found in Keycloak's Client Policies, specifically within the `org.keycloak.protocol.oidc` component.CVE-2026-9792 · Other software · Red Hat · reported by Red HatMedium 6.5

A flaw was found in Keycloak's Client Policies, specifically within the `org.keycloak.protocol.oidc` component. When certain condition providers (client-type, client-roles, client-attributes, client-scopes) are used to enforce security restrictions, the `reject-ropc-grant` executor is silently bypassed. This allows an unauthenticated remote attacker to obtain tokens via a Resource Owner Password Credentials (ROPC) grant, even when a policy is explicitly configured to block it. • May 15, 2026Gitsign is a keyless Sigstore to signing tool for Git commits with your a GitHub / OIDC identity.CVE-2026-44310 · Other software · sigstore · reported by GitHubMedium 5.4

Gitsign is a keyless Sigstore to signing tool for Git commits with your a GitHub / OIDC identity. From 0.4.0 to before 0.15.0, CertVerifier.Verify() in pkg/git/verifier.go unconditionally dereferences certs[0] after sd.GetCertificates() without checking the slice length. A CMS/PKCS7 signed message with an empty certificate set is a structurally valid DER payload; GetCertificates() returns an empty slice with no error, causing an immediate index-out-of-range panic. On the gitsign --verify code path (the GPG-compatible mode invoked by git verify-commit), the panic is silently recovered by internal/io/streams.go's Wrap() function, which returns nil instead of an error. main.go then exits with code 0, causing exit-code-only verification callers to interpret the failed verification as success. This vulnerability is fixed in 0.15.0.

  • May 15, 2026Gitsign is a keyless Sigstore to signing tool for Git commits with your a GitHub / OIDC identity.CVE-2026-44309 · Other software · sigstore · reported by GitHubMedium 5.3

Gitsign is a keyless Sigstore to signing tool for Git commits with your a GitHub / OIDC identity. Prior to 0.16.0, gitsign verify and gitsign verify-tag re-encode commit/tag objects through go-git's EncodeWithoutSignature before checking the signature, instead of verifying against the raw git object bytes. For malformed objects with duplicate tree headers, git-core and go-git parse different trees: git-core uses the first, go-git uses the second. A signature crafted over the go-git-normalized form (second tree) passes gitsign verify while git-core resolves the commit to a completely different tree. This breaks the invariant that a verified signature, the commit semantics git-core presents to users, and the object hash logged in Rekor all refer to the same content. This vulnerability is fixed in 0.16.0.

  • Apr 14, 2026BoidCMS is an open-source, PHP-based flat-file CMS for building simple websites and blogs, using JSON as its database.CVE-2026-39387 · Other software · BoidCMS · reported by GitHubHigh 7.2

BoidCMS is an open-source, PHP-based flat-file CMS for building simple websites and blogs, using JSON as its database. Versions prior to 2.1.3 are vulnerable to a critical Local File Inclusion (LFI) attack via the tpl parameter, which can lead to Remote Code Execution (RCE).The application fails to sanitize the tpl (template) parameter during page creation and updates. This parameter is passed directly to a require_once() statement without path validation. An authenticated administrator can exploit this by injecting path traversal sequences (../) into the tpl value to escape the intended theme directory and include arbitrary files — specifically, files from the server's media/ directory. When combined with the file upload functionality, this becomes a full RCE chain: an attacker can first upload a file with embedded PHP code (e.g., disguised as image data), then use the path traversal vulnerability to include that file via require_once(), executing the embedded code with web server privileges. This issue has been fixed in version 2.1.3.

  • Jan 12, 2026Fulcio is a certificate authority for issuing code signing certificates for an OpenID Connect (OIDC) identity.CVE-2026-22772 · Other software · sigstore · reported by GitHubMedium 5.8

Fulcio is a certificate authority for issuing code signing certificates for an OpenID Connect (OIDC) identity. Prior to 1.8.5, Fulcio's metaRegex() function uses unanchored regex, allowing attackers to bypass MetaIssuer URL validation and trigger SSRF to arbitrary internal services. Since the SSRF only can trigger GET requests, the request cannot mutate state. The response from the GET request is not returned to the caller so data exfiltration is not possible. A malicious actor could attempt to probe an internal network through Blind SSRF. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.8.5.

  • Nov 5, 2024Gitsign is a keyless Sigstore to signing tool for Git commits with your a GitHub / OIDC identity.CVE-2024-51746 · Other software · sigstore · reported by GitHubLow 1.8

Gitsign is a keyless Sigstore to signing tool for Git commits with your a GitHub / OIDC identity. gitsign may select the wrong Rekor entry to use during online verification when multiple entries are returned by the log. gitsign uses Rekor's search API to fetch entries that apply to a signature being verified. The parameters used for the search are the public key and the payload. The search API returns entries that match either condition rather than both. When gitsign's credential cache is used, there can be multiple entries that use the same ephemeral keypair / signing certificate. As gitsign assumes both conditions are matched by Rekor, there is no additional validation that the entry's hash matches the payload being verified, meaning that the wrong entry can be used to successfully pass verification. Impact is minimal as while gitsign does not match the payload against the entry, it does ensure that the certificate matches. This would need to be exploited during the certificate validity window (10 minutes) by the key holder.

  • Oct 21, 2024The AWS ALB Route Directive Adapter For Istio repo https://github.com/awslabs/aws-alb-route-directive-adapter-for-istio/tree/master provides an OIDC authenticCVE-2024-8901 · Other software · Amazon · reported by ff89ba41-3aa1-4d27-914a-91399e9639e5Medium 6.9

The AWS ALB Route Directive Adapter For Istio repo https://github.com/awslabs/aws-alb-route-directive-adapter-for-istio/tree/master provides an OIDC authentication mechanism that was integrated into the open source Kubeflow project. The adapter uses JWT for authentication, but lacks proper signer and issuer validation. In deployments of ALB that ignore security best practices, where ALB targets are directly exposed to internet traffic, an actor can provide a JWT signed by an untrusted entity in order to spoof OIDC-federated sessions and successfully bypass authentication. The repository/package has been deprecated, is end of life, and is no longer supported. As a security best practice, ensure that your ELB targets (e.g. EC2 Instances, Fargate Tasks etc.) do not have public IP addresses. Ensure any forked or derivative code validate that the signer attribute in the JWT match the ARN of the Application Load Balancer that the service is configured to use.
