In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net: gro: don't merge zcopy skbs skb_gro_receive() can currently copy frags between the source and GRO skb, without checking the zerocopy status, and in particular the SKBFL_MANAGED_FRAG_REFS flag. When SKBFL_MANAGED_FRAG_REFS is set, the skb doesn't hold a reference on the pages in shinfo->frags. Appending those frags to another skb's frags without fixing up the page refcount can lead to UAF. When either the last skb in the GRO chain (the one we would append frags to) or the source skb is zerocopy, don't merge the skbs.

  • Jun 2, 2026EmergencyWP – Dead Man's switch & legacy deliverance: Cross-Site Request ForgeryCVE-2026-9732 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 4.3

The EmergencyWP – Dead Man's switch & legacy deliverance plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Cross-Site Request Forgery in all versions up to, and including, 1.4.2. This is due to missing or incorrect nonce validation on the form_settings_ui (settings save handler, procedural include scope) function. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to modify plugin settings including the minimum access role (altering WordPress role capabilities via add_cap/remove_cap), the data-erasure-on-uninstall flag, life-check timing values, the mandator email address, the confirmation page ID, and date/time formats via a forged request granted they can trick a site administrator into performing an action such as clicking on a link.

  • May 28, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: block: add pgmap check to biovec_phys_mergeable biovec_phys_mergeable() is used by the reqCVE-2026-46115 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67Critical 9.8

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: block: add pgmap check to biovec_phys_mergeable biovec_phys_mergeable() is used by the request merge, DMA mapping, and integrity merge paths to decide if two physically contiguous bvec segments can be coalesced into one. It currently has no check for whether the segments belong to different dev_pagemaps. When zone device memory is registered in multiple chunks, each chunk gets its own dev_pagemap. A single bio can legitimately contain bvecs from different pgmaps -- iov_iter_extract_bvecs() breaks at pgmap boundaries but the outer loop in bio_iov_iter_get_pages() continues filling the same bio. If such bvecs are physically contiguous, biovec_phys_mergeable() will coalesce them, making it impossible to recover the correct pgmap for the merged segment via page_pgmap(). Add a zone_device_pages_have_same_pgmap() check to prevent merging bvec segments that span different pgmaps.

  • Apr 2, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: mm/mseal: update VMA end correctly on merge Previously we stored the end of the current VMCVE-2026-23416 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67Medium 5.5

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: mm/mseal: update VMA end correctly on merge Previously we stored the end of the current VMA in curr_end, and then upon iterating to the next VMA updated curr_start to curr_end to advance to the next VMA. However, this doesn't take into account the fact that a VMA might be updated due to a merge by vma_modify_flags(), which can result in curr_end being stale and thus, upon setting curr_start to curr_end, ending up with an incorrect curr_start on the next iteration. Resolve the issue by setting curr_end to vma->vm_end unconditionally to ensure this value remains updated should this occur. While we're here, eliminate this entire class of bug by simply setting const curr_[start/end] to be clamped to the input range and VMAs, which also happens to simplify the logic.

An incorrect authorization vulnerability was identified in GitHub Enterprise Server that allowed an attacker to merge their own pull request into a repository without having push access by exploiting an authorization bypass in the enable_auto_merge mutation for pull requests. This issue only affected repositories that allow forking as the attack relies on opening a pull request from an attacker-controlled fork into the target repository. Exploitation was only possible in specific scenarios. It required a clean pull request status and only applied to branches without branch protection rules enabled. This vulnerability affected GitHub Enterprise Server versions prior to 3.19.2, 3.18.5, and 3.17.11, and was fixed in versions 3.19.2, 3.18.5, and 3.17.11.
