  • Aug 23, 2026justhtml before 1.18.0 contains multiple low-severity denial-of-service issues in CSS selector handling and linkification.CVE-2026-4671 · Other software · EmilStenstrom · reported by VulnCheckHigh 8.7

justhtml before 1.18.0 contains multiple low-severity denial-of-service issues in CSS selector handling and linkification. Applications that evaluate attacker-controlled selector strings (via query(), matches(), or selector-based transforms), run selector matching over very large untrusted documents, construct DOM trees from untrusted structure, or enable linkification over attacker-controlled text may consume disproportionate CPU or memory. Triggers include oversized selectors, large selector lists, oversized compound selectors, long combinator chains, deeply nested functional pseudo-classes, repeated token/positional matching, cyclic DOM graphs causing non-terminating traversal, and punctuation-heavy or trailing-bracket linkification input. These are availability-only concerns and do not by themselves allow script execution, data disclosure, or sanitizer bypass. Default JustHTML(sanitize=True) usage is not expected to be exposed, since selectors are normally supplied by application code.

  • Aug 20, 2026The POST /api/provider-nodes/validate route in 9router takes a caller-supplied baseUrl and issues server-side HTTP requests to it, guarding the destination withCVE-2026-72860 · Other software · decolua · reported by VulnCheckMedium 6.3

The POST /api/provider-nodes/validate route in 9router takes a caller-supplied baseUrl and issues server-side HTTP requests to it, guarding the destination with assertPublicUrl from src/shared/utils/ssrfGuard.js. That guard compares hostname strings only: it resolves no DNS, does not revalidate after a redirect, and its IPv4-mapped IPv6 branch is unreachable. The branch matches ^::ffff:(\d+\.\d+\.\d+\.\d+)$, but the WHATWG URL parser canonicalizes such literals to hextets before the guard runs, so new URL("http://[::ffff:127.0.0.1]/").hostname yields [::ffff:7f00:1] and the pattern is tested against a string it is never handed. Every IPv4-mapped address therefore passes, and http://[::ffff:7f00:1] and http://[::ffff:a9fe:a9fe] reach loopback and link-local metadata addresses; a hostname whose A record points at an internal address passes as well because no resolution occurs. In the custom-embedding branch the upstream response body is truncated to 200 bytes and returned to the caller whenever the upstream status is neither 2xx nor 401 nor 403, which discloses the beginning of internal responses, and the other validation types remain usable for blind internal port scanning through s

Addressing certain issues, in particular related to operations which may take excessively long and therefore would need preemption, has turned out overly costly. Since alternatives (HVM/PVH: HAP, PV: shim) are commonly available, the decision was to deprecate the functionality, while still retaining it for people to use at their own (security) risk. Memory-wise small enough guests may still be okay to run.

  • Jul 25, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: mm/damon/ops-common: handle extreme intervals in damon_hot_score() Fix three issues in damCVE-2026-64458 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: mm/damon/ops-common: handle extreme intervals in damon_hot_score() Fix three issues in damon_hot_score() that comes from wrong handling of extreme (zero or too high) monitoring intervals user setup. When the user sets sampling interval zero, damon_max_nr_accesses(), which is called from damon_hot_score(), causes a divide-by-zero. Needless to say, it is a problem. When the user sets the aggregation interval zero, the function returns zero. It is wrong, since the real maximum nr_acceses in the setup should be one. Worse yet, it can cause another divide-by-zero from its caller, damon_hot_score(), since it uses damon_max_nr_accesses() return value as a denominator. When the user sets the aggregation interval very high, damon_hot_score() could return a value out of [0, DAMOS_MAX_SCORE] range. Since the return value is used as an index to the regions_score_histogram array, which is DAMOS_MAX_SCORE+1 size, it causes out of bounds array access. The issues can be relatively easily reproduced like below. The sysfs write permission is required, though. # ./damo start --damos_action lru_prio --damos_quota_space

  • Jul 24, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: gpio: rockchip: teardown bugs and resource leaks Address several teardown issues and resouCVE-2026-64241 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67Medium 5.5

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: gpio: rockchip: teardown bugs and resource leaks Address several teardown issues and resource leaks in the driver's remove path and error handling: 1. Debounce clock reference leak: The debounce clock (bank->db_clk) is obtained using of_clk_get() which increments the clock's reference count, but clk_put() is never called. Register a devm action to cleanly release it on unbind. Note that of_clk_get(..., 1) remains necessary over devm_clk_get() because the DT binding does not define clock-names, precluding name-based lookup. 2. Unregistered chained IRQ handler: The chained IRQ handler is not disconnected in remove(). If a stray interrupt fires after the driver is removed, the kernel attempts to execute a stale handler, leading to a panic. Fix this by clearing the handler in remove(). 3. IRQ domain leak: The linear IRQ domain and its generic chips are allocated manually during probe but never removed. Remove the IRQ domain during driver teardown to free the associated generic chips and mappings. [Bartosz: don't emit an error message on devres allocation failure]

Prior to 1.0.74, because the action checked out attacker-controlled pull request head branches, read .mcp.json from the working directory via default setting sources, and unconditionally enabled all project MCP servers via enableAllProjectMcpServers, an attacker who opened a pull request containing a malicious .mcp.json file could achieve arbitrary code execution on the GitHub Actions runner and exfiltrate secrets available to the workflow (such as API keys and tokens) when a privileged user or an automatic trigger invoked the Claude action on the pull request. This issue is fixed in version 1.0.74, which restores .claude/ and .mcp.json from the pull request base branch before the CLI runs.

  • Jul 9, 2026There are multiple issues.CVE-2025-58146 · Other software · Xen · reported by security@xen.orgCritical 9.4

There are multiple issues. 1. Updates to the XAPI database sanitise input strings, but try generating the notification using the unsanitised input. This causes the database's event thread to terminate and cease further processing. 2. XAPI's UTF-8 encoder implements v3.0 of the Unicode spec, but XAPI uses libraries which conform to the stricter v3.1 of the Unicode spec. This causes some strings to be accepted as valid UTF-8 by XAPI, but rejected by other libraries in use. Notably, such strings can be entered into the database, after which the database can no longer be loaded. 3. There is no input sanitisation for Map/Set updates on objects in the XAPI database.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drm/amdgpu: fix AMDGPU_INFO_READ_MMR_REG There were multiple issues in that code. First of all the order between the reset semaphore and the mm_lock was wrong (e.g. copy_to_user) was called while holding the lock. Then we allocated memory while holding the reset semaphore which is also a pretty big bug and can deadlock. Then we used down_read_trylock() instead of waiting for the reset to finish. In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: accel/ethosu: fix arithmetic issues in dma_length() dma_length() derives DMA region usage from command stream values and updates region_size[]: len = ((len + stride[0]) * size0 + stride[1]) * size1 region_size[region] = max(..., len + dma->offset) Several arithmetic issues can corrupt the derived region size: - signed stride values may underflow when added to len - intermediate multiplications may overflow - len + dma->offset may overflow during region_size updates - dma_length() error returns were not validated by the caller region_size[] is later used by ethosu_job.c to validate command stream accesses against GEM buffer sizes. Arithmetic wraparound can therefore under-report region usage and bypass the bounds validation. Fix by validating signed additions, using overflow helpers for multiplications and offset updates, and propagating dma_length() failures to the caller.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drm/xe: Fix error cleanup in xe_exec_queue_create_ioctl() Two error handling issues exist in xe_exec_queue_create_ioctl(): 1. When xe_hw_engine_group_add_exec_queue() fails, the error path jumps to put_exec_queue which skips xe_exec_queue_kill(). If the VM is in preempt fence mode, xe_vm_add_compute_exec_queue() has already added the queue to the VM's compute exec queue list. Skipping the kill leaves the queue on that list, leading to a dangling pointer after the queue is freed. 2. When xa_alloc() fails after xe_hw_engine_group_add_exec_queue() has succeeded, the error path does not call xe_hw_engine_group_del_exec_queue() to remove the queue from the hw engine group list. The queue is then freed while still linked into the hw engine group, causing a use-after-free. Fix both by: - Changing the xe_hw_engine_group_add_exec_queue() failure path to jump to kill_exec_queue so that xe_exec_queue_kill() properly removes the queue from the VM's compute list. - Adding a del_hw_engine_group label before kill_exec_queue for the xa_alloc() failure path, which removes the queue from the hw

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: thermal: core: Fix thermal zone governor cleanup issues If thermal_zone_device_register_with_trips() fails after adding a thermal governor to the thermal zone being registered, the governor is not removed from it as appropriate which may lead to a memory leak. In turn, thermal_zone_device_unregister() calls thermal_set_governor() without acquiring the thermal zone lock beforehand which may race with a governor update via sysfs and may lead to a use-after-free in that case. Address these issues by adding two thermal_set_governor() calls, one to thermal_release() to remove the governor from the given thermal zone, and one to the thermal zone registration error path to cover failures preceding the thermal zone device registration.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: mshv: Fix error handling in mshv_region_pin The current error handling has two issues: First, pin_user_pages_fast() can return a short pin count (less than requested but greater than zero) when it cannot pin all requested pages. This is treated as success, leading to partially pinned regions being used, which causes memory corruption. Second, when an error occurs mid-loop, already pinned pages from the current batch are not properly accounted for before calling mshv_region_invalidate_pages(), causing a page reference leak. Treat short pins as errors and fix partial batch accounting before cleanup.

This was flagged by Smatch static checker as: "buffer overflow 'data' 2 <= 3" 2. Replace custom RPC_SET_BE* and RPC_GET_BE* macros with standard kernel endianness conversion macros (cpu_to_be16, etc.) for better portability and maintainability. In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: accel/amdxdna: Fix dead lock for suspend and resume When an application issues a query IOCTL while auto suspend is running, a deadlock can occur. The query path holds dev_lock and then calls pm_runtime_resume_and_get(), which waits for the ongoing suspend to complete. Meanwhile, the suspend callback attempts to acquire dev_lock and blocks, resulting in a deadlock. Fix this by releasing dev_lock before calling pm_runtime_resume_and_get() and reacquiring it after the call completes. Also acquire dev_lock in the resume callback to keep the locking consistent.

Umbraco Forms is a form builder that integrates with the Umbraco content management system. It's possible for an authenticated backoffice-user to enumerate and traverse paths/files on the systems filesystem and read their contents, on Mac/Linux Umbraco installations using Forms. As Umbraco Cloud runs in a Windows environment, Cloud users aren't affected. This issue affects versions 16 and 17 of Umbraco Forms and is patched in 16.4.1 and 17.1.1. If upgrading is not immediately possible, users can mitigate this vulnerability by configuring a WAF or reverse proxy to block requests containing path traversal sequences (`../`, `..\`) in the `fileName` parameter of the export endpoint, restricting network access to the Umbraco backoffice to trusted IP ranges, and/or blocking the `/umbraco/forms/api/v1/export` endpoint entirely if the export feature is not required. However, upgrading to the patched version is strongly recommended.

The Access Manager is offering a trace functionality to debug errors and issues with the device. The trace functionality is implemented as a simple TCP socket. A tool called TraceClient.exe, provided by dormakaba via the Access Manager web interface, is used to connect to the socket and receive debug information. The data is permanently broadcasted on the TCP socket. The socket can be accessed without any authentication or encryption. The transmitted data is based on the set verbosity level. The verbosity level can be set using the http(s) endpoint with the service interface password or with the guessable identifier of the device via the SOAP interface. The transmitted data contains sensitive data like the Card ID as well as all button presses on Registration units. This allows an attacker with network level access to retrieve all entered PINs on a registration unit.
