  • Oct 26, 2026A NULL pointer dereference vulnerability was found in gssproxy.CVE-2026-116497 · Other software · Red Hat · reported by Red HatMedium 5.5

A NULL pointer dereference vulnerability was found in gssproxy. When a GSSX_INIT_SEC_CONTEXT request is received with the target_name field absent, the daemon dereferences the resulting NULL pointer and crashes. The request requires no authentication, allowing any local user to crash the gssproxy daemon via its Unix socket. The daemon does not automatically restart, resulting in a persistent denial of service that also affects dependent services such as Kerberized NFS and IdM.

WWBN AVideo 26.0 through 29.3.0 contains a stored cross-site scripting vulnerability that allows authenticated commenters to inject JavaScript because markDownToHTML() preserves event-handler attributes in leading HTML blocks. Attackers can post a comment starting with an img tag carrying an onerror handler, which bypasses the inline sanitizer and executes in viewers' browsers under the application origin.

  • Oct 23, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: arm64: kprobes: Allow reentering kprobes while single-stepping A kprobe can be hit while aCVE-2026-98888 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: arm64: kprobes: Allow reentering kprobes while single-stepping A kprobe can be hit while another kprobe is in KPROBE_HIT_SS state. This can happen when tracing or perf code runs from the debug exception path while the first kprobe is preparing or executing its out-of-line single-step instruction. Currently arm64 treats a kprobe hit in KPROBE_HIT_SS as unrecoverable, the same as a hit in KPROBE_REENTER. This is too strict. A hit in KPROBE_HIT_SS is still a one-level reentry and can be handled by saving the current kprobe state and setting up single-step for the new probe, just like reentry from KPROBE_HIT_ACTIVE or KPROBE_HIT_SSDONE. The truly unrecoverable case is hitting another kprobe while already in KPROBE_REENTER, because the reentry save area has already been consumed. Move KPROBE_HIT_SS to the recoverable reentry cases and leave KPROBE_REENTER as the unrecoverable nested reentry case. This change also requires saving saved_irqflag in struct prev_kprobe. When a nested kprobe calls kprobes_save_local_irqflag(), it overwrites kcb->saved_irqflag with the currently masked DAIF value, losing the outer kprobe

  • Oct 22, 2026A flaw was found in the iscsiuio component of open-iscsi.CVE-2026-115486 · Other software · Red Hat · reported by Red HatHigh 7.1

A flaw was found in the iscsiuio component of open-iscsi. The IPv6 Neighbor Discovery handler accesses link-layer address options at a fixed offset without verifying the packet contains them. Additionally, the ARP table is updated unconditionally with attacker-controlled addresses from the packet headers. An attacker on the same network segment can send a minimal Neighbor Advertisement to poison the ARP table and redirect network traffic.

  • Oct 22, 2026A flaw was found in the iscsiuio component of open-iscsi.CVE-2026-115485 · Other software · Red Hat · reported by Red HatMedium 6.3

A flaw was found in the iscsiuio component of open-iscsi. The DHCPv6 option parser calls strlen() on raw network data without ensuring a NUL terminator is present, causing it to read past the buffer into heap memory. This can result in a daemon crash, a 1-byte heap overwrite, or corruption of the iSCSI initiator name. An attacker on the same network segment can trigger this by sending a crafted DHCPv6 Advertise message.

A flaw was found in the iscsiuio component of open-iscsi. The DHCPv4 option parser incorrectly calculates the length of the options data, causing it to read beyond the allocated buffer into adjacent heap memory. An attacker on the same network segment can send a crafted DHCP response to crash the daemon or corrupt its network configuration.

  • Oct 22, 2026A flaw was found in libslirp.CVE-2026-115449 · Other software · Red Hat · reported by Red HatLow 3.5

A flaw was found in libslirp. When handling ICMP echo requests, the reply length is not updated to match the actual data received from the host. Under specific conditions where the normal ICMP socket is unavailable, this length mismatch causes the host's real IP address to be leaked to the guest in the echo reply, breaking the NAT isolation that user-mode networking is expected to provide.

  • Oct 22, 2026A flaw was found in FreeIPA.CVE-2026-115221 · Other software · Red Hat · reported by Red HatMedium 5.4

A flaw was found in FreeIPA. An improper authorization check allows an authenticated host to retrieve and revoke digital certificates assigned to other users or services. This issue occurs because FreeIPA verifies ownership solely by matching the host name to the certificate's subject Common Name (CN), without confirming actual ownership in the directory service. Consequently, an enrolled host can disrupt services by revoking certificates belonging to other entities.

Where this comes from: the exploited list is CISA’s Known Exploited Vulnerabilities catalog. Everything else is the whole National Vulnerability Database, where each record is published by the team that found the bug (Wordfence, Patchstack, WPScan, the vendors themselves and others); we show who. Exploit odds are FIRST’s EPSS, updated daily. Titles and categories are ours, so check the linked record before acting on a detail. For a write-up of the big ones, see our advisories. Every vendor, and every WordPress plugin and theme with a recorded flaw, also has its own page. All of it is free to reuse as JSON, CSV or RSS.
