In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drm/amdgpu: disallow multiple FENCE chunks in one submit amdgpu_cs_pass1() dispatches on chunk_id once per chunk without rejecting repeated ids. p->uf_bo is a single-slot field, so a submission carrying two AMDGPU_CHUNK_ID_FENCE chunks runs amdgpu_cs_p1_user_fence() twice, and the second run overwrites p->uf_bo with a freshly referenced BO without dropping the reference taken by the first. amdgpu_cs_parser_fini() only unrefs the final p->uf_bo, so every FENCE chunk but the last leaks a BO reference. The leaked BO outlives handle close and process exit. Reject duplicate FENCE chunks the same way commit fec5f8e8c6bc ("drm/amdgpu: disallow multiple BO_HANDLES chunks in one submit") did for p->bo_list. In Splunk Enterprise versions below 10.4.2, 10.2.6, 10.0.9, and 9.4.14, a user who does not hold the "admin" or "power" Splunk roles could write dispatch metadata to an arbitrary location on the host by supplying a crafted search identifier to a Representational State Transfer (REST) API endpoint and affect system integrity on the host. The vulnerability is possible because Splunk Enterprise does not validate the search identifier before using it to create a dispatch directory. For more information see About configuring role-based user access (https://help.splunk.com/en/splunk-enterprise/administer/manage-users-and-security/10.2/manage-splunk-platform-users-and-roles/about-configuring-role-based-user-access) in the Splunk documentation.

In Splunk Enterprise versions below 10.4.2, 10.2.6, 10.0.9, 9.4.14, and 9.3.14, an unauthenticated user could cause another user to dispatch arbitrary Search Processing Language (SPL) pipelines from Dataset Explorer with the same privileges as that user, which can allow for access to all relevant data and system integrity available to that user and affect system availability. The vulnerability is possible because Dataset Explorer does not validate or escape dataset names before building SPL searches and does not apply SPL safeguards for risky commands to those searches. The vulnerability requires the attacker to phish the user by tricking them into opening the crafted link. The unauthenticated user should not be able to exploit the vulnerability at will. • Aug 19, 2026Leantime JSON-RPC API through version 3.9.0 contains a missing authorization vulnerability in the JSON-RPC dispatcher in app/Domain/Api/Controllers/Jsonrpc.php.CVE-2026-76647 · Other software · Leantime · reported by cret@cert.orgHigh 8.8

Leantime JSON-RPC API through version 3.9.0 contains a missing authorization vulnerability in the JSON-RPC dispatcher in app/Domain/Api/Controllers/Jsonrpc.php. The dispatcher does not enforce authorization before invoking service-layer methods, allowing an authenticated user to call methods or act on resources outside their intended permissions. For example, the editOwn method accepts a user-supplied user ID without verifying that it belongs to the caller, allowing an attacker to modify another user's account and set a new password, resulting in account takeover. This vulnerability is distinct from CVE-2026-59712 and CVE-2026-15509 because the root cause is the lack of centralized authorization enforcement in the JSON-RPC dispatcher rather than the behavior of an individual exposed method.

After dispatching a decrypt operation to OCF and receiving the result, the wg(4) driver failed to check whether the MAC verification step succeeded. The driver thus silently accepted packets with an invalid Poly1305 authentication tag. A remote attacker who can send UDP packets to a WireGuard endpoint, and who can guess the bounds of the receiver's replay window, can inject forged or modified transport data packets into the tunnel. A remote attacker who can intercept WireGuard packets bound for a FreeBSD host can modify the ciphertext and authenticated data without detection by the receiver.

  • Aug 13, 2026Form::Processor::Field::HtmlArea versions from 0.06 through 1.162360 for Perl allow attacker selected method dispatch and resource exhaustion via an HTML::Tidy CVE-2026-13051 · Other software · reported by 9b29abf9-4ab0-4765-b253-1875cd9b441eCritical 9.1

Form::Processor::Field::HtmlArea versions from 0.06 through 1.162360 for Perl allow attacker selected method dispatch and resource exhaustion via an HTML::Tidy diagnostic that validate passes to add_error as a Locale::Maketext template. validate runs HTML::Tidy over the submitted markup and passes each resulting message to add_error as its first argument, which add_error hands to the language handle as the Locale::Maketext message key. The default handle's lexicon sets `_AUTO`, so a message that is not a lexicon entry is compiled as a bracket notation template instead of being looked up. Tidy diagnostics quote the offending attribute name or value, so a bracket group in the submitted markup reaches the template position, where the first token of the group names a method called on the language handle and the remaining tokens are its arguments. A group such as `[0]` makes the compile croak, and neither the field nor the handle catches it, so the exception leaves validate. `[sprintf,%2000000000d,7]` reaches CORE::sprintf with an attacker chosen field width. One submission of crafted markup to an HtmlArea field throws an unhandled exception out of form validation or allocates an arbi

HTML::FormHandler versions before 0.410000 for Perl allow attacker selected method dispatch and resource exhaustion because _apply_actions and add_error use error message text built from request data as a Locale::Maketext bracket notation template. add_error hands its first argument to the language handle as the Locale::Maketext message key, and the default handle's lexicon sets `_AUTO`, so a string that is not a lexicon entry is compiled as a bracket notation template instead of being looked up. In a bracket group the first token names a method called on the language handle and the remaining tokens are its arguments. Three kinds of text the library did not author reach that position. _apply_actions installs a `$SIG{__WARN__}` handler that stores the warning text in `$error_message`, and a captured warning survives a successful action, so a field carrying a numeric transform turns `Argument "[sprintf,%50000000d,0]" isn't numeric` into the template; a warning quotes the submitted value verbatim, so the group is well formed and dispatches. `$error_message ||= $tobj->validate($new_value)` takes a type constraint's own failure message, which renders the rejected value through a parti

undici does not validate the type property of a duck-typed blob-like request body before using it as the Content-Type header on the HTTP/1.1 dispatcher. In undici before 6.28.0, from 7.0.0 up to before 7.29.0, and from 8.0.0 up to before 8.9.0, an application that passes a hand-rolled blob-like body (via request, stream, pipeline, or dispatch) whose type is derived from untrusted input allows an attacker to inject CRLF sequences and append arbitrary HTTP headers, potentially smuggling a second request past the upstream. Native Blob objects are safe because their constructor strips CRLF from the type, and fetch is unaffected because it validates headers, but ecosystem libraries that build duck-typed blob shapes from user input can reach the vulnerable path. This is the same defect class as CVE-2022-35948 and CVE-2026-1527, on a header sink that the earlier fixes did not cover. The issue is fixed in undici 6.28.0, 7.29.0, and 8.9.0.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drm/v3d: Skip CSD when it has zeroed workgroups A compute shader dispatch encodes its workgroup counts in the CFG0..CFG2 registers. Kicking off a dispatch with a zero count in any of the three dimensions is invalid. First, the hardware will process 0 as 65536, while the user-space driver exposes a maximum of 65535. Over that, a submission with a zeroed workgroup dimension should be a no-op. These zeroed counts can reach the dispatch path through an indirect CSD job, whose workgroup counts are only known once the indirect buffer is read and may legitimately be zero, but such scenario should only result in a no-op. Overwrite the indirect CSD job workgroup counts with the indirect BO ones, even if they are zeroed, and don't submit the job to the hardware when any of the workgroup counts is zero, so the job completes immediately instead of running the shader.

  • Jun 24, 2026Apple M1 GPUs retain register file data between compute shader dispatches from different processes.CVE-2026-49269 · Other software · reported by MITREHigh 8.6

Apple M1 GPUs retain register file data between compute shader dispatches from different processes. A sandboxed Metal attacker app can run a GPU reader shader that reads stale register values left by a separate sandboxed victim app. In the proof of concept, GPUVictim.app generates a fresh random 128-bit secret using SecRandomCopyBytes and loads it into GPU registers. GPUAttacker.app, a separate sandboxed app, recovers the exact secret from stale GPU register state. NOTE: The vendor stated that this behavior affects only legacy hardware and has already been addressed at the hardware level in current-generation Apple Silicon.

FlexRIC v2.0.0 contains a reachable assertion in the iApp message dispatcher. The dispatcher validates incoming E2AP messages against a 9-entry whitelist using assert(). A remote unauthenticated attacker can send any decodable E2AP PDU with a message type not in the whitelist to crash the iApp process (port 36422) via SIGABRT. Since iApp and the near-RT RIC share one process, this terminates the entire RIC service and disconnects all E2 Nodes and xApps.

Apache Airflow's scheduler-side deadline-reference decoder (`SerializedCustomReference.deserialize_reference`) imported and dispatched arbitrary class paths drawn from DAG-author-controlled serialized state without an allowlist or plugin-registry gate. A DAG author whose code reaches the scheduler — the default on single-host deployments where the DAG bundle is importable from the scheduler process — could embed a custom `DeadlineReference` whose serialized form named an attacker-controlled module path, causing the scheduler to `import_string(...)` and instantiate that class with a live SQLAlchemy session attached. Affects deployments where DAG-author code is less trusted than the scheduler process. Users are advised to upgrade to `apache-airflow` 3.2.2 or later.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net: ti: icssg-prueth: fix missing data copy and wrong recycle in ZC RX dispatch emac_dispatch_skb_zc() allocates a new skb via napi_alloc_skb() but never copies the packet data from the XDP buffer into it. The skb is passed up the stack containing uninitialized heap memory instead of the actual received packet, leaking kernel heap contents to userspace. Copy the received packet data from the XDP buffer into the skb using skb_copy_to_linear_data(). Additionally, remove the skb_mark_for_recycle() call since the skb is backed by the NAPI page frag allocator, not page_pool. Marking a non-page_pool skb for recycle causes the free path to return pages to a page_pool that does not own them, corrupting page_pool state. The non-ZC path (emac_rx_packet) does not have these issues because it uses napi_build_skb() to wrap the existing page_pool page directly, requiring no copy, and correctly marks for recycle since the page comes from page_pool_dev_alloc_pages().

Fix it by clearing it at the right places: - direct_dispatch(): cache the direct dispatch state in local variables and clear it before dispatch_enqueue() on the synchronous path. For the deferred path, the direct dispatch state must remain set until process_ddsp_deferred_locals() consumes them. - process_ddsp_deferred_locals(): cache the dispatch state in local variables and clear it before calling dispatch_to_local_dsq(), which may migrate the task to another rq. - do_enqueue_task(): clear the dispatch state on the enqueue path (local/global/bypass fallbacks), where the direct dispatch verdict is ignored. - dequ

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: crypto: krb5enc - fix async decrypt skipping hash verification krb5enc_dispatch_decrypt() sets req->base.complete as the skcipher callback, which is the caller's own completion handler. When the skcipher completes asynchronously, this signals "done" to the caller without executing krb5enc_dispatch_decrypt_hash(), completely bypassing the integrity verification (hash check). Compare with the encrypt path which correctly uses krb5enc_encrypt_done as an intermediate callback to chain into the hash computation on async completion. Fix by adding krb5enc_decrypt_done as an intermediate callback that chains into krb5enc_dispatch_decrypt_hash() upon async skcipher completion, matching the encrypt path's callback pattern. Also fix EBUSY/EINPROGRESS handling throughout: remove krb5enc_request_complete() which incorrectly swallowed EINPROGRESS notifications that must be passed up to callers waiting on backlogged requests, and add missing EBUSY checks in krb5enc_encrypt_ahash_done for the dispatch_encrypt return value. Unset MAY_BACKLOG on the async completion path so the user won't see back-to-back EINPROGRESS notifica
