Sep 17, 2026WireGuard Portal, or wg-portal, is a web-based configuration portal for WireGuard server management.CVE-2026-54551 · Other software · h44z · reported by GitHubMedium 4.3
WireGuard Portal, or wg-portal, is a web-based configuration portal for WireGuard server management. From 2.2.0 until 2.3.0, the authenticated GET /api/v0/ws statistics WebSocket in internal/app/api/v0/handlers/endpoint_websocket.go subscribes to TopicPeerStatsUpdated and TopicInterfaceStatsUpdated and forwards every TrafficDelta event without per-user authorization in handleWebsocket(). A low-privilege user can enumerate peer public keys through EntityId and monitor BytesReceived and BytesTransmitted values for peers belonging to other users. The same connection exposes interface_stats and interface names that the REST API limits to administrators. Tunnel content, AllowedIPs, and user identities remain authorization-gated. This issue is fixed in version 2.3.0.

Sep 17, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: platform/x86: asus-wireless: Fail probe when there is no ACPI match Every platform driver CVE-2026-93124 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: platform/x86: asus-wireless: Fail probe when there is no ACPI match Every platform driver can be forced to match a device that does not match its list of device IDs because of device_match_driver_override(), so platform drivers that rely on the existence of a device ACPI companion object need to verify its presence. asus_wireless_probe() returns success when acpi_match_acpi_device() finds no match, leaving behind an input device that never reports anything because the notify handler is not installed. Worse, when the driver is force-bound to a device without an ACPI companion, probe still succeeds and stores a NULL companion pointer, which asus_wireless_remove() later passes to acpi_dev_remove_notify_handler(), leading to a NULL pointer dereference on unbind. Return -ENODEV when the device does not match the ID table. This also covers the missing-companion case, because acpi_match_acpi_device() rejects a NULL device. Perform the check before allocating any driver state, instead of after the input device has already been registered.

Sep 17, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: firewire: core: fix memory leak in error path of build_tree() In the error path of build_tCVE-2026-90213 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: firewire: core: fix memory leak in error path of build_tree() In the error path of build_tree(), node instances can remain in the local linked list when the function returns. Whenever an invalid value is detected in the self ID sequence, each allocated node instance is either an entry in the linked list or an entry in the ports array of its parent node. Therefore, the allocate node instances can be safely released by traversing the linked list from its head. Release the remaining node instances with for_each_fw_node() before returning to the caller.

Sep 16, 2026Wire provides gRPC and protocol buffers for Android, Kotlin, Swift, and Java.CVE-2026-63126 · Other software · square · reported by GitHubHigh 7.5
Wire provides gRPC and protocol buffers for Android, Kotlin, Swift, and Java. Prior to 6.4.5 and 7.0.0-alpha04, Wire protobuf readers do not consistently validate attacker-controlled lengths against the current logical message boundary before advancing cursors, pointers, limits, slices, or allocations. In Kotlin, ProtoAdapter.decode(ByteArray) and ProtoAdapter.decode(ByteString) use ByteArrayProtoReader32.internalNextLengthDelimited(), where a positive oversized length can wrap pos + length to a negative limit and escape the existing negative-length check. Related ProtoReader, ReadBuffer.readVarint(), ReadBuffer.verifyAdditional(count:), packed-repeated, nested-message, and ProtoDecoder.decodeSizeDelimited(_:from:) paths can cross logical boundaries, perform pointer arithmetic, reserve capacity, or convert an unrepresentable size before proving the requested bytes exist. An attacker who supplies malformed protobuf bytes can cause unchecked exceptions, traps, out-of-bounds behavior, or excessive allocation, resulting in denial of service without known confidentiality, integrity, or code-execution impact. This issue is fixed in versions 6.4.5 and 7.0.0-alpha04.

Sep 16, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: KVM: SEV: Forcefully invalidate SNP VMSA if its backing gmem page is zapped Wire up a gmemCVE-2026-90040 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: KVM: SEV: Forcefully invalidate SNP VMSA if its backing gmem page is zapped Wire up a gmem_invalidate_range() call for SNP VMs, and use it to force vCPUs to reload/recheck their guest-provided VMSA if the backing gmem page is being invalidated, e.g. is being PUNCH_HOLE'd. Use the same core logic to handle invalidations as VMX does for the APIC-access page, as the two concepts are nearly identical: shove the physical address of a page into the vCPU's control structure: 1. Snapshot the invalidation sequence counter 2. Grab the pfn (from guest_memfd in this case) 3. Acquire mmu_lock for read 4. Re-request reload if retry is needed, otherwise commit the change. Note, the re-request action in #4 is necessary as KVM's retry logic is fuzzy, i.e. can get false positives. If the guest_memfd page has been dropped, at some point a subsequent reload will fail to get a PFN from guest_memfd, and KVM will fail KVM_RUN. If the retry was due to a false positive, KVM will retry until there are no relevant MMU notifier events (and will retry in the "outer" loop, i.e. will drop locks and resched as needed). Note #2! Take

libks provides foundational support for signalwire C products. Prior to version 2.0.11, `clean_uri()` in libks's HTTP request parser fails to reject URIs whose path has more segments than its internal canonicalization buffer can hold. In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: SUNRPC: reject duplicate CREDS_VALUE options gssx_dec_option_array() walks the wire-supplied option array and, for every entry whose name matches CREDS_VALUE, calls gssx_dec_linux_creds() on the same struct svc_cred. That helper unconditionally installs a fresh groups_alloc() result into creds->cr_group_info without releasing whatever pointer was already there: for (i = 0; i < count; i++) { ... decode name ... if (length == sizeof(CREDS_VALUE) && memcmp(p, CREDS_VALUE, sizeof(CREDS_VALUE)) == 0) { err = gssx_dec_linux_creds(xdr, creds); ... } } A reply that carries two CREDS_VALUE entries therefore overwrites cr_group_info on the second iteration and orphans the group_info allocated by the first call. The earlier free_creds path only releases the last cr_group_info via free_svc_cred(), so the first allocation's refcount stays at one and its kvmalloc-backed storage is leaked. No in-tree caller of gssp_accept_sec_context_upcall() expects more than one CREDS_VALUE per reply. Fix by tracking whether a CREDS_VALUE option has already been decoded an

Sep 10, 2026The Sierra Wireless HL78xx modem GNSS driver (drivers/modem/hl78xx/, later drivers/modem/vendor_standalone/hl78xx/) embeds a generic struct gnss_nmea0183_match_CVE-2026-15461 · Other software · zephyrproject · reported by vulnerabilities@zephyrproject.orgMedium 5.3
The Sierra Wireless HL78xx modem GNSS driver (drivers/modem/hl78xx/, later drivers/modem/vendor_standalone/hl78xx/) embeds a generic struct gnss_nmea0183_match_data match_data inside struct hl78xx_gnss_data. The generic NMEA0183 match helper (drivers/gnss/gnss_nmea0183_match.c) requires that context to be the first member because its callbacks cast user_data directly to struct gnss_nmea0183_match_data . In the affected releases match_data was the second member (after const struct device dev), so it sat at a non-zero offset while gnss_nmea0183_match_init() initialized it at the correct address. The registered NMEA handlers instead pass the whole device data object (data->devices.gnss->data, offset 0), producing an offset-shifted type confusion between where state is initialized and where the parse callbacks read and write it. When NMEA sentences from the GNSS receiver are parsed, the GGA/RMC callbacks write parsed fix data into the wrong location within the struct, and the GSV callback (gnss_nmea0183_match_gsv_callback, active under CONFIG_GNSS_SATELLITES) reads its satellites pointer and bound from the wrong offsets — non-pointer bytes of struct hl78xx_gnss_data — and then writes

Sep 9, 2026Snipe-IT versions >= 7.0.12 and <= 8.6.3 contain an authorization bypass in the Livewire importer component (App\Livewire\Importer, mounted at the imports.indexCVE-2026-86763 · Other software · grokability · reported by VulnCheckMedium 5.1
Snipe-IT versions >= 7.0.12 and <= 8.6.3 contain an authorization bypass in the Livewire importer component (App\Livewire\Importer, mounted at the imports.index route). The component only checked the broad 'import' ability at mount time, while its files() and activeFile() computed properties queried the imports table with no owner or company scope. As a result, any authenticated non-superuser holding the import permission could view every Import record on the instance (original filename, file_path, filesize, import_type and creation timestamp) and could invoke the selectFile($id) Livewire action with any auto-incrementing Import ID to load another user's record, exposing its stored preview data (header_row column headers and first_row, the first data row of the CSV). Because import CSVs commonly contain personal data, asset serial numbers and license keys, this discloses sensitive information; in Full Multiple Companies Support (FMCS) deployments the disclosure also crosses company/tenant boundaries. Impact is limited to preview data rather than the full CSV file, and superusers were unaffected. Fixed in version 8.7.0, which scopes non-superuser reads to imports owned by the caller

Aug 31, 2026Livewire is a full-stack framework for Laravel.CVE-2026-81887 · Other software · livewire · reported by GitHubMedium 5.1
Livewire is a full-stack framework for Laravel. From 3.0.0-beta.1 until 3.8.3 and 4.3.4, the dot-notated query-string parser in js/plugins/history/index.js, including fromQueryString() and insertDotNotatedValueIntoData(), accepts the __proto__, constructor, and prototype path segments and creates inherited objects. Client-side state handlers then access effects.html, effects.js, effects.xjs, and effects.scripts without Object.prototype.hasOwnProperty.call(), allowing inherited attacker-controlled state to be treated as trusted effects. An unauthenticated attacker can craft a URL that, when opened by a user, executes arbitrary JavaScript in the affected application's origin. Exploitation requires user interaction and does not bypass server-side authorization or grant privileges beyond the affected user. This issue is fixed in versions 3.8.3 and 4.3.4.

Aug 28, 2026Zephyr's WireGuard implementation in subsys/net/lib/wireguard/wg_crypto.c mishandled keepalive packets.CVE-2026-13735 · Other software · zephyrproject · reported by vulnerabilities@zephyrproject.orgLow 3.7
Zephyr's WireGuard implementation in subsys/net/lib/wireguard/wg_crypto.c mishandled keepalive packets. In wg_process_data_message(), any type-4 transport-data message whose payload was exactly 16 bytes (an empty plaintext plus a bare Poly1305 tag, i.e. a keepalive) was accepted and returned immediately, before wg_decrypt_packet() was ever called. The Poly1305 authentication tag was therefore never verified; the only preceding gates were a cleartext receiver-index lookup (get_peer_keypair_for_index() on the attacker-supplied data_hdr->receiver) and a non-cryptographic keypair validity/expiry check. The path is reachable entirely from the network: inbound UDP on the WireGuard port is dispatched by wg_input() to handle_transport_data() and then wg_process_data_message(). The 32-bit receiver index is transmitted in cleartext in WireGuard handshake and data messages, so an on-path observer learns it directly and an off-path attacker can brute-force it against the UDP port. Given an active receiving-valid session for that index, an attacker could send a 16-byte garbage payload and have it accepted without possessing the session key. On acceptance the unauthenticated message caused the

Aug 28, 2026Zephyr's WireGuard VPN data-plane receive handler wg_process_data_message() in subsys/net/lib/wireguard/wg_crypto.c validated the anti-replay counter too late.CVE-2026-13734 · Other software · zephyrproject · reported by vulnerabilities@zephyrproject.orgMedium 6.5
Zephyr's WireGuard VPN data-plane receive handler wg_process_data_message() in subsys/net/lib/wireguard/wg_crypto.c validated the anti-replay counter too late. After AEAD decryption of a MESSAGE_TRANSPORT_DATA packet succeeded, the code committed several peer-state changes — update_peer_addr() (endpoint roaming update), the keypair->last_rx/peer->last_rx liveness timers, and keypair_update() (promote next→current and destroy the previous keypair) — and only afterward called wg_check_replay(). On a replayed packet the replay check returned -EINVAL, but none of the preceding mutations were rolled back. The AEAD tag authenticates content but not freshness, so a replayed-but-authentic transport packet decrypts correctly. An attacker who captures one valid ciphertext off the wire (an on-path or shared-medium observer) can re-inject it from an arbitrary spoofed source address. Reaching the handler requires no credentials: it is driven directly from inbound UDP datagrams via the dispatch in subsys/net/lib/wireguard/wg.c. Because the state mutations committed before the replay check, the replay repoints the peer endpoint to the attacker-chosen source address (roaming hijack), redirecting

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: firewire: ohci: fix NULL pointer dereference in ar_context_release During the error handling path of the driver's probe function, a NULL pointer dereference can occur in ar_context_release(). When pci_probe() fails early (e.g., if pcim_enable_device() or MMIO mapping fails), the devres cleanup mechanism invokes release_ohci(). This function unconditionally calls ar_context_release() to clean up the asynchronous receive contexts. However, if ar_context_init() was not yet called, ctx->ohci remains NULL (as the fw_ohci structure is zero-initialized by devres_alloc()). ar_context_release() immediately dereferences ctx->ohci to get the dev pointer before checking if the context was actually initialized, leading to a crash: Oops: general protection fault, probably for non-canonical address 0xdffffc0000000001: 0000 [#1] SMP KASAN NOPTI KASAN: null-ptr-deref in range [0x0000000000000008-0x000000000000000f] RIP: 0010:ar_context_release+0x3f/0x380 drivers/firewire/ohci.c:543 Call Trace: release_ohci+0x3f/0x60 drivers/firewire/ohci.c:3567 release_nodes drivers/base/devres.c:546 [inline] devres_release_all+0x1a8/0x260

Aug 22, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net: bridge: mrp: fix uninitialised bytes on the wire br_mrp_alloc_test_skb() builds MRP tCVE-2026-74659 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net: bridge: mrp: fix uninitialised bytes on the wire br_mrp_alloc_test_skb() builds MRP test frames on an skb from dev_alloc_skb(), which does not clear the linear data area. On the MRA ring-role branch the sub-option TLV header is appended with sub_tlv = skb_put(skb, sizeof(*sub_tlv)); sub_tlv->type = BR_MRP_SUB_TLV_HEADER_TEST_AUTO_MGR; so sub_tlv->length is never written, and the two trailing alignment bytes are appended with a bare skb_put() that does not clear them either. The neighbouring oui and sub_opt regions are explicitly zeroed, so three uninitialised bytes are left in every MRA MRP_Test frame that goes out. Put the sub-option TLV header and the alignment padding in a single skb_put_zero(), which clears both. The AUTO_MGR sub-TLV carries no payload, so the zeroed length field is already the value it should have.

Where this comes from: the exploited list is CISA’s Known Exploited Vulnerabilities catalog. Everything else is the whole National Vulnerability Database, where each record is published by the team that found the bug (Wordfence, Patchstack, WPScan, the vendors themselves and others); we show who. Exploit odds are FIRST’s EPSS, updated daily. Titles and categories are ours, so check the linked record before acting on a detail. For a write-up of the big ones, see our advisories.
