Coraza before 3.8.1 extracts multipart upload filenames with Go's mime.ParseMediaType, which silently ignores RFC 5987 filename* parameters whose charset is not utf-8 or us-ascii. Unauthenticated attackers can send a decoy filename with filename*=iso-8859-1''shell.php, or filename* alone, so FILES-based rules never see the real name, letting dangerous uploads reach backends that honor filename*.

  • Oct 20, 2026A VideoStreaming interface reports the size of its whole class-specific descriptor block in the `wTotalLength` field of its input header.CVE-2026-96406 · Other software · Eclipse Foundation · reported by emo@eclipse.orgMedium 4.9

A VideoStreaming interface reports the size of its whole class-specific descriptor block in the `wTotalLength` field of its input header. The USBX host recorded that figure and used it as the budget for walking the format, frame and frame-interval descriptors, without holding it against the configuration descriptor actually received. A device that reports a `wTotalLength` larger than the descriptors it supplies therefore had its own claim believed. Once the real bytes ran out the walk kept going, dereferencing the cursor past the end of the configuration buffer, in the host's context, whenever the application queried format or frame data.

  • Oct 19, 2026Summary Before version 0.9.0, Pingora accepted HTTP/2 requests whose Host header differed from the :authority pseudo-header.CVE-2026-105298 · Other software · Cloudflare · reported by cna@cloudflare.comMedium 6.3

Summary Before version 0.9.0, Pingora accepted HTTP/2 requests whose Host header differed from the :authority pseudo-header. Request filters, cache keys, and logs that read the request URI (session.req_header().uri) saw the :authority value, but the upstream received the client-supplied Host value. Pingora also accepted :authority values containing userinfo (for example, user@example.com). This violates RFC 9113 Section 8.3.1, which requires an intermediary to use the :authority value for Host and replace any existing Host field. Root cause * HTTP/2 to HTTP/1.1: Host was generated from :authority only when the request had no Host header, so a conflicting client Host was forwarded unchanged. * HTTP/2 to HTTP/2: the client Host header was removed and used to overwrite the upstream :authority, after request filters had already run against the original :authority. * The HTTP/2 server did not compare Host with :authority and did not reject userinfo in the authority. Impact A remote, unauthenticated attacker can send a single HTTP/2 request that the application sees as one host and the upstream receives as another. Where request filters, access contro

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drm/nouveau/dmem: pin VRAM for the whole registered range Commit c32287471077 ("gpu/drm/nouveau: enable THP support for GPU memory migration") grew the device-private region that nouveau_dmem_chunk_alloc() registers from DMEM_CHUNK_SIZE to DMEM_CHUNK_SIZE * NR_CHUNKS, but left the VRAM buffer object backing that region at DMEM_CHUNK_SIZE. nouveau_dmem_page_addr() returns chunk->bo->offset plus the page's offset within the registered region, so every page past the first chunk resolves to VRAM outside the buffer object. In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: nfc: port100: reject frames whose declared length exceeds the received data port100_recv_response() passes the URB transfer buffer to port100_rx_frame_is_valid(), which checksums le16_to_cpu(frame->datalen) bytes of frame->data. datalen is a 16-bit field supplied by the device and is never checked against the number of bytes actually received (urb->actual_length), so a device reporting a datalen larger than the received frame makes port100_data_checksum() read out of bounds past the transfer buffer. Reject a response whose declared frame size does not fit the received length before validating it. Path Traversal (CWE-22) in the execute_obj function of the archive object viewer (peach.pas) in PeaZip 11.2.0 and earlier on Windows allows an attacker who convinces a victim to preview an entry of a crafted archive via the "Preview with... -> Associated application" action (Shift+Ctrl+O) to execute an arbitrary program already present on the victim's system, with no warning dialog. The function validates only outname (PeaZip's own temporary directory) with checkfiledirname, while the string actually executed is the concatenation outname+tempstring; tempstring is taken verbatim from the archive entry name (StringGridList.Cells[12,...]) and is never validated. checkfiledirname (list_utils.pas) rejects control and reserved characters in the file name but performs no ".." path-containment check, so an entry named ../../../../Windows/System32/calc.exe escapes the extraction directory and is passed to cp_open -> ShellExecuteW; the extracting backend (7-Zip) strips the traversal while the opener does not. In addition, the SECEXTCONST dangerous-extension confirmation prompt is implemented only in the double-click handler (grid_obj_open) and not on this preview route, so an executable insi

A remote user who can read encrypted objects in the S3 bucket can force a padding downgrade by altering the padding scheme recorded in an object's metadata to legacy PKCS#1 v1.5. Since this padding scheme is susceptible to the well-known Bleichenbacher attack, the user can use a PKCS#1 v1.5 padding oracle to recover the RSA-wrapped envelope key and decrypt the object. To remediate this issue, we recommend that users upgrade to version 3.2.2 or 4.0.3. The 1.x and 2.x lines will not be patched, users of those lines need to migrate to 3.2.2 or 4.0.3.

  • Oct 12, 2026Integer wraparound in psqlODBC SQLBindParameter allows an application, or an attacker who controls how many parameters the application binds on one statement, tCVE-2026-109448 · Other software · PostgreSQL · reported by f86ef6dc-4d3a-42ad-8f28-e6d5547a5007Medium 5.9

Integer wraparound in psqlODBC SQLBindParameter allows an application, or an attacker who controls how many parameters the application binds on one statement, to corrupt heap memory. psqlODBC stores the binding count in a signed 16-bit field. Binding parameter number 32768 wraps that count to -32768. Binding parameter 32769 then writes about 2.5 MB of zeros starting 1.25 MB before the binding array, which crashes the application or leaves it running on a corrupted heap. Applications that build parameter lists from untrusted input, such as an IN (?, ?, ...) list, are exposed. Versions before psqlODBC 18.00.0005 are affected.

Open WebUI 0.11.0 before 0.11.4 contains a denial of service vulnerability in the automation recurrence-rule validator, whose sub-daily frequency guard parses rule text more strictly than the calendar library that executes it. Protection Mechanism Failure vulnerability in hexpm hex allows the owner of a package, or an attacker who has taken over the owner's account, to get a newly published release past the release-age cooldown. The cooldown (cooldown config, HEX_COOLDOWN) withholds versions younger than the configured age during dependency resolution. When the release of a package locked in mix.lock is retired or has a security advisory, Hex.RemoteConverger.build_cooldown_bypass/3 and Hex.RemoteConverger.unsafe_lock_bypass/1 lift the cooldown for every version of that package and of every package the locked release depends on, so that mix deps.update can move off the unsafe release. Retiring a release needs the same package owner permission as publishing one. An attacker who publishes a malicious release can retire the currently locked release, and the next mix deps.update that unlocks the package selects the new release regardless of its age. Hex.Registry.Cooldown.versions/2 checks the bypass by package name alone, so the bypass also covers packages with the same name in other repositories. Cooldown configured through an organization dependency policy is not affected. This issue affects hex: from 2.5

  • Oct 12, 2026Improper Certificate Validation vulnerability in hexpm hex allows an attacker who can intercept HTTPS connections, and holds a certificate for a Hex host issuedCVE-2026-103503 · Other software · hexpm · reported by 6b3ad84c-e1a6-4bf7-a703-f496b71e49dbMedium 5.9

Improper Certificate Validation vulnerability in hexpm hex allows an attacker who can intercept HTTPS connections, and holds a certificate for a Hex host issued by a CA in Hex's bundled CA store, to impersonate that host to users who set cacerts_path to a CA store that leaves that CA out. cacerts_path (HEX_CACERTS_PATH) is documented as the path to the CA certificate store, used instead of the CA bundle that ships with Hex. Hex.HTTP.SSL.ssl_opts/1 passes the configured store as the cacerts option, but builds the partial_chain callback from the bundled store whether cacerts_path is set or not. Hex.HTTP.SSL.partial_chain/2 accepts a server chain when any certificate in it has the same public key as a bundled CA certificate, so a chain that leads to a bundled CA passes verification although the configured store doesn't contain that CA. Hostname verification still applies. This issue affects hex: from 0.20.2 before 2.5.2.

  • Oct 12, 2026Improper Certificate Validation vulnerability in hexpm hex_core allows an attacker who can intercept HTTPS connections to impersonate hex.pm, repo.hex.pm or anyCVE-2026-103502 · Other software · hexpm · reported by 6b3ad84c-e1a6-4bf7-a703-f496b71e49dbMedium 5.9

Improper Certificate Validation vulnerability in hexpm hex_core allows an attacker who can intercept HTTPS connections to impersonate hex.pm, repo.hex.pm or any other repository or API server to programs that use hex_core's default HTTP adapter on Erlang/OTP 24, or on OTP 25 when the operating system's CA certificates can't be loaded. hex_core:default_config/0 selects the built-in hex_http_httpc adapter. For an HTTPS request whose adapter config has no ssl option, hex_http_httpc:http_options/2 builds options that verify the server certificate against public_key:cacerts_get/0. When that call raises, the adapter prints a warning and sends the request without ssl options, so httpc uses the defaults of the ssl application, which before OTP 26 don't verify the server certificate. public_key:cacerts_get/0 doesn't exist on OTP 24, so every HTTPS request falls back there, and on OTP 25 it raises when no CA store is found. hex_core versions before 0.11.0 never set ssl options, so they don't verify the server certificate on OTP 25 and earlier whether or not a CA store is found. The fallback was intended and documented, but the documentation didn't make clear that it meant no certificate ve

A type confusion vulnerability in the _read_flags function (src/commands/cmd_dispatcher.c) in FalkorDB before 4.20.0 allows a remote authenticated attacker who can run GRAPH.QUERY to cause a denial of service and possibly disclose or corrupt memory. The function accepts a --bolt argument from any client and casts the following command argument, a Redis string object, to a Bolt client structure without checking its origin; the result-set code then dereferences pointers read from that object. Progressive Robot hMailServer 6.0.0 through 6.3.5 does not enforce TLS for outbound SMTP delivery to a mail exchanger whose DNSSEC-validated TLSA records contain no DANE-EE (usage 3) record, contrary to RFC 7672 section 2.2. The server used only DANE-EE records and treated a validated TLSA record set consisting of DANE-TA (usage 2) or otherwise unusable records as if no records were published, so delivery to such a host fell back to opportunistic TLS. An attacker with an active position on the network path between the server and the recipient's mail exchanger can suppress or break the STARTTLS negotiation and cause messages to be delivered in cleartext, where they can be read and modified.

Cross-site scripting in the webmail of Progressive Robot hMailServer 6.3.2 through 6.3.5 allows a remote attacker who can send a user an encrypted message to run script in the webmail's origin with that user's session. When the webmail decrypted an S/MIME message (from 6.3.2) or an OpenPGP message (from 6.3.4) in the browser, it offered each decrypted attachment as a blob URL of the media type the message declared for it. A click saved the file, but if the user opened the attachment in a new tab, a part declared as text/html was rendered as a document of the webmail's origin and its script could read the mailbox, send mail and change the account through the REST API. The webmail is served only when the REST API is enabled, which it is not by default.
