Aug 21, 2026Runtipi is a personal homeserver orchestrator.CVE-2026-55168 · Other software · runtipi · reported by GitHubMedium 6.5
Runtipi is a personal homeserver orchestrator. In 4.10.0 and earlier, Runtipi accepts symbolic links from an attacker-controlled backup archive and copies them into live application paths during the backup restore flow. An authenticated attacker can plant user-config/app.env as a symlink to an arbitrary reachable path and then send PUT /api/user-config/demoapp3:_user with attacker-controlled appEnv content. FilesystemService.writeTextFile() follows the planted link, allowing content to be written outside the intended restore and user-config directory boundary with Runtipi process permissions. This issue is fixed in version 4.10.1.

Aug 21, 2026Terragrunt is a flexible orchestration tool that allows Infrastructure as Code written in OpenTofu or Terraform to scale.CVE-2026-45099 · Other software · gruntwork-io · reported by GitHubMedium 6.9
Terragrunt is a flexible orchestration tool that allows Infrastructure as Code written in OpenTofu or Terraform to scale. Prior to 1.0.4, Terragrunt trusts paths decoded from a downloaded module's .terragrunt-module-manifest during fileManifest.Clean() in internal/util/file.go. A malicious or compromised external module can place absolute or traversal paths in the manifest, causing cleanup to delete files outside the module cache that are accessible to the Terragrunt process before OpenTofu or Terraform executes. This deletion-only primitive can remove local source code or configuration and disrupt CI/CD pipelines. This issue is fixed in version 1.0.4.

Aug 21, 2026Omnigent is an open-source AI agent framework and meta-harness for orchestrating coding agents.CVE-2026-62677 · Other software · omnigent-ai · reported by GitHubHigh 8.8
Omnigent is an open-source AI agent framework and meta-harness for orchestrating coding agents. Prior to 0.3.0, an authenticated user can upload a session-scoped agent bundle with an absolute or traversal-containing os_env.cwd value because omnigent/spec/parser.py stores the value verbatim and omnigent/spec/validator.py does not constrain it. On a runner where OMNIGENT_RUNNER_WORKSPACE is unset, omnigent/runner/resource_registry.py preserves the attacker-controlled path and omnigent/inner/os_env.py uses the resolved path as the environment root and copytree source. The _assert_within_cwd check then treats that attacker-selected root as trusted, allowing sys_os_read, write, edit, and shell tools to access runner files and environment secrets outside the intended workspace. This issue is fixed in version 0.3.0.

Aug 21, 2026Omnigent is an open-source AI agent framework and meta-harness for orchestrating coding agents.CVE-2026-62676 · Other software · omnigent-ai · reported by GitHubHigh 7.1
Omnigent is an open-source AI agent framework and meta-harness for orchestrating coding agents. Prior to 0.3.0, the shared shell-command parser in omnigent/policies/builtins/_shell.py fails to recognize combined interpreter flags, the timeout, nice, setsid, and stdbuf wrappers, command substitutions, and a single background control operator. A gated git push or gh write hidden with these forms produces no parsed operation, causing the github.py write_repos and write_branches allowlist and the working_dir.py workspace confinement policies to abstain and allow the command. An authenticated or prompt-injected agent can therefore push to an unauthorized repository or branch or escape the intended workspace. This issue is fixed in version 0.3.0.

Aug 21, 2026Omnigent is an open-source AI agent framework and meta-harness for orchestrating coding agents.CVE-2026-62675 · Other software · omnigent-ai · reported by GitHubHigh 8.8
Omnigent is an open-source AI agent framework and meta-harness for orchestrating coding agents. Prior to 0.3.0, multipart POST /v1/sessions accepts an authenticated user's agent bundle and omnigent/server/bundles.py validate_agent_bundle does not reject a tools..callable dotted Python path. omnigent/runner/tool_dispatch.py _resolve_spec_callable imports the specified module and _execute_spec_callable_tool invokes the resolved function, allowing a bundle to select subprocess.check_output and execute a local command with the runner process permissions. This can expose runner files, environment variables, credentials, workspace data, internal services, and availability without administrator access. This issue is fixed in version 0.3.0.

Aug 21, 2026Omnigent is an open-source AI agent framework and meta-harness for orchestrating coding agents.CVE-2026-62674 · Other software · omnigent-ai · reported by GitHubCritical 9
Omnigent is an open-source AI agent framework and meta-harness for orchestrating coding agents. Prior to 0.3.0, PUT /sessions/{session_id}/agent checks LEVEL_EDIT permission for a session but does not reject a bound shared or template agent whose agent.session_id is None. An authenticated user with edit access to a session can replace that shared agent bundle through omnigent/server/routes/sessions.py, add a stdio MCP server, and cause later sessions that use the shared agent to launch an attacker-controlled command through omnigent/tools/mcp.py. The command executes with the Omnigent runner process permissions and can expose files, credentials, workspace data, internal services, and runner availability. This issue is fixed in version 0.3.0.

Jul 20, 2026Network-AI is a TypeScript/Node.js multi-agent orchestrator.CVE-2026-58484 · Other software · Jovancoding · reported by GitHubHigh 7.1
Network-AI is a TypeScript/Node.js multi-agent orchestrator. Prior to version 5.12.2, `EnvironmentManager.listBackups()` reads each backup's `_manifest.json` and trusts the manifest's `path` field. `EnvironmentManager.pruneBackups()` later passes that trusted `entry.path` directly to `rmSync(entry.path, { recursive: true, force: true })`. An attacker who can place or modify a manifest inside `data/<env>/.backups/<name>/_manifest.json` can cause `network-ai env backup prune --env <env> --keep <n>` or any code path invoking `pruneBackups()` to recursively delete an arbitrary path accessible to the Network-AI process user. This is fixed in v5.12.2. `pruneBackups()` no longer passes `entry.path` from the on-disk manifest to `rmSync`. The deletion path is recomputed from a format-validated `entry.backupId`, and a `dirname` containment check confines deletion to exactly one level under the backups directory. A poisoned manifest (e.g. `"path": "/"`) is now inert.

Jul 20, 2026Network-AI, a TypeScript/Node.js multi-agent orchestrator, has a shipped, exported, documented feature called `ApprovalInbox` (`lib/approval-inbox.ts`).CVE-2026-58482 · Other software · Jovancoding · reported by GitHubMedium 5.9
Network-AI, a TypeScript/Node.js multi-agent orchestrator, has a shipped, exported, documented feature called `ApprovalInbox` (`lib/approval-inbox.ts`). It is the network surface of the human-in-the-loop Approval Gate, which `ApprovalGate` uses to require explicit human approval for high-risk operations. The HTTP server it exposes has no authentication of any kind and sets `Access-Control-Allow-Origin: *` on every route, including the state-changing `POST /approvals/:id/approve` and `/deny`. As a result, in versions 5.0.0 through 5.12.1, any party who can send an HTTP request to the inbox port — a co-located process, a container/SSRF on the same host, a remote client when the operator binds a non-loopback address, or any website the operator visits in a browser (via the wildcard CORS) — can enumerate pending approvals and approve them, defeating the entire human-in-the-loop control and causing the gated high-risk action (e.g. a shell command the agent was holding for review) to execute without consent. This issue is fixed in v5.12.2. `ApprovalInbox` now accepts a `secret` option. When set, the mutating endpoints `POST /:id/approve` and `POST /:id/deny` require an `Authorization: Be

Jul 20, 2026Network-AI is a TypeScript/Node.js multi-agent orchestrator.CVE-2026-58481 · Other software · Jovancoding · reported by GitHubMedium 6.5
Network-AI is a TypeScript/Node.js multi-agent orchestrator. Prior to version 5.12.2, `AgentRuntime` promises scoped file access under a configured sandbox `basePath`, but its path containment checks use raw string prefix tests. A sandbox base such as `/tmp/network-ai-sandbox` also matches a sibling path such as `/tmp/network-ai-sandbox_evil/secret.txt`. An agent/user that can call `AgentRuntime.readFile()` or `AgentRuntime.listDir()` can read or list files outside the intended sandbox when the target path is in a sibling directory sharing the base path prefix. This breaks the documented sandbox boundary. The issue is fixed in v5.12.2. `SandboxPolicy.resolvePath()` and `isPathAllowed()` now use separator-anchored prefix checks (`resolved === base || resolved.startsWith(base + path.sep)`) for both the allow-list and block-list. A sibling directory that merely shares a name prefix (e.g. `/srv/app-evil` vs base `/srv/app`) is no longer treated as in-scope.

Jul 20, 2026Network-AI is a TypeScript/Node.js multi-agent orchestrator.CVE-2026-58414 · Other software · Jovancoding · reported by GitHubMedium 5.5
Network-AI is a TypeScript/Node.js multi-agent orchestrator. Prior to version 5.12.2, `EnvironmentManager.backup()` recursively collects files using `_collectBackupFiles()`. `_collectBackupFiles()` uses `statSync(full)`, which follows symlinks. If `data/<env>` contains a symlink to a directory outside the environment root, backup recursion follows the symlink and copies external files into `data/<env>/.backups/<backupId>/`. An attacker who can place a symlink under the environment data directory can cause backup operations to disclose files outside the environment root into backup artifacts. The issue is fixed in v5.12.2. `_collectBackupFiles()` now uses `lstatSync` instead of `statSync` and skips any entry where `isSymbolicLink()` is true. Symlinks are never traversed, so `backup()` can no longer follow a link out of the environment root and copy external files into a backup artifact.

Jul 20, 2026Network-AI is a TypeScript/Node.js multi-agent orchestrator.CVE-2026-58413 · Other software · Jovancoding · reported by GitHubMedium 6.1
Network-AI is a TypeScript/Node.js multi-agent orchestrator. Prior to version 5.12.2, `EnvironmentManager.restore(env, backupId)` computes the backup path with `join(envDir, '.backups', backupId)` and only checks that this path exists. It does not resolve the result or verify that it remains under `data/<env>/.backups`. A caller can pass a traversal backup ID such as `../../../outside/source-dir` to restore files from an arbitrary directory into the target environment data directory. The issue is fixed in v5.12.2. `restore()` now validates `backupId` against `/^[\w\-]+$/` and asserts `dirname(resolve(join(backupsDir, backupId))) === resolve(backupsDir)` before touching the filesystem. Backup IDs containing path separators or `..` are rejected, so a crafted ID can no longer copy directories from outside `.backups/` into the environment.

Jul 20, 2026Network-AI is a TypeScript/Node.js multi-agent orchestrator.CVE-2026-54051 · Other software · Jovancoding · reported by GitHubCritical 9.9
Network-AI is a TypeScript/Node.js multi-agent orchestrator. Prior to version 5.9.1, the agent sandbox gates shell commands behind an allowlist (`SandboxPolicy.isCommandAllowed`), which THREAT_MODEL.md calls the main control against a compromised agent (Adversary 3.2). The allowlist glob-matches the whole command string, but `ShellExecutor` runs that string through `/bin/sh -c`. So any wildcard allow such as `git *`, `npm *` or `node *` also matches `git status; <anything>`, and a scoped command becomes arbitrary execution. The issue is fixed in v5.9.1. `ShellExecutor` now executes via `spawn(file, args, { shell: false })` using a quote-aware parsed argv, so no shell is invoked. `SandboxPolicy.isCommandAllowed` and the new `SandboxPolicy.tokenizeCommand` reject any unquoted shell metacharacter (`; & | $ ` ` ` ( ) < > { }` newline) or unterminated quote before the allowlist glob match; quoted metacharacters are preserved as literal argument data. Users should upgrade to `network-ai@5.9.1` or later. As defense in depth, avoid broad wildcard allowlist entries such as `node *` / `npm *` which are direct code execution by design.

Jul 20, 2026Network-AI is a TypeScript/Node.js multi-agent orchestrator.CVE-2026-46701 · Other software · Jovancoding · reported by GitHubHigh 7.6
Network-AI is a TypeScript/Node.js multi-agent orchestrator. Prior to version 5.4.5, the MCP SSE server defaults to an empty secret (`process.env['NETWORK_AI_MCP_SECRET'] ?? ''` at `bin/mcp-server.ts:89`), which causes `_isAuthorized` (`lib/mcp-transport-sse.ts:254`) to return `true` unconditionally for every request — no `Authorization` header is required. Simultaneously, `_handleRequest` sets `Access-Control-Allow-Origin: *` (`lib/mcp-transport-sse.ts:272`) on every response, so a cross-origin browser fetch can read the result without restriction. An unauthenticated attacker who can lure a user to a malicious web page can invoke all 22 exposed MCP tools — including `config_set`, `agent_spawn`, and `blackboard_write` — against a default-configured localhost server. Version 5.4.5 patches the issue.

Jul 16, 2026Argo Workflows is an open source container-native workflow engine for orchestrating parallel jobs on Kubernetes.CVE-2026-54526 · Other software · argoproj · reported by GitHubHigh 8.9
Argo Workflows is an open source container-native workflow engine for orchestrating parallel jobs on Kubernetes. Prior to 3.7.15 and 4.0.6, the allow-list fix for CVE-2026-31892 is incomplete because workflow/util/merge.go ValidateUserOverrides and SanitizeUserWorkflowSpec walk only the top-level fields of WorkflowSpec via reflection, and WorkflowSpec.ArtifactGC is allow-listed wholesale; the struct behind that field, WorkflowLevelArtifactGC, has a PodSpecPatch sub-field whose contents flow unmodified into util.ApplyPodSpecPatch on the artifact-GC pod, the same sink the original fix closed for WorkflowSpec.PodSpecPatch, so a user submitting a Workflow under templateReferencing: Strict or Secure (against a referenced WorkflowTemplate that declares an output artifact and setting spec.artifactGC.strategy: OnWorkflowCompletion) can still inject an arbitrary strategic merge patch into the artifact-GC pod, including hostPath volumes, privileged: true, arbitrary image and command, and hostNetwork: true, defeating the stated purpose of Strict/Secure reference mode. Kestra is an open-source, event-driven orchestration platform. Prior to 1.0.45 and 1.3.21, the previewFileFromExecution endpoint (GET /api/v1/{tenant}/executions/{executionId}/file/preview) contains an access control bypass that allows any authenticated user to read output files from any other execution within the same tenant, bypassing execution-level and namespace-level isolation. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.0.45 and 1.3.21.

Jun 26, 2026Kestra is an open-source, event-driven orchestration platform.CVE-2026-53576 · Other software · kestra-io · reported by GitHubCritical 10
Kestra is an open-source, event-driven orchestration platform. Prior to 1.0.45 and 1.3.21, the authentication filter for the REST API (@Filter("/api/v1/**")) treats any request whose path ends in /configs as the public instance-config endpoint and forwards it without a credential check. kestra addresses its resources by URL path segments that the caller chooses (/api/v1/{tenant}/flows/{namespace}, /api/v1/{tenant}/executions/{namespace}/{id}, /api/v1/{tenant}/namespaces/{namespace}/kv/{key}). An anonymous caller picks the literal configs as the final segment, and the request bypasses Basic-Auth entirely. Because the bypass reaches the flow-create and execution-trigger routes, an unauthenticated caller creates a flow containing a Shell or Process task and runs it. The task executes as root inside the kestra container. The official docker-compose.yml mounts /var/run/docker.sock, so root in the container reaches the host Docker daemon. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.0.45 and 1.3.21.

Jun 26, 2026Kestra is an open-source, event-driven orchestration platform.CVE-2026-49984 · Other software · kestra-io · reported by GitHubHigh 7.7
Kestra is an open-source, event-driven orchestration platform. Prior to 1.0.45 and 1.3.23, the local internal-storage backend validates user-supplied paths for .. traversal before it converts Windows-style backslashes to forward slashes. An attacker can therefore smuggle a traversal sequence past the guard using backslashes (..\..\..\); the guard sees a harmless string, and the path is only rewritten to ../../../ after validation, immediately before the file is opened. Any authenticated user who can view an execution (the lowest-privilege role) can call GET /api/v1/{tenant}/executions/{executionId}/file?path=… and read any file on the server filesystem readable by the Kestra process, outside the storage sandbox and across every tenant and namespace. This includes the embedded H2 database (all flows, all users, all stored secrets), internal storage of every other tenant/namespace, mounted secret files, and the process environment (/proc/self/environ) which contains configured database and secret-backend credentials. It is a complete breach of Kestra's storage isolation and multi-tenancy boundary. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.0.45 and 1.3.23.

Jun 26, 2026Kestra is an open-source, event-driven orchestration platform.CVE-2026-45807 · Other software · kestra-io · reported by GitHubHigh 7.7
Kestra is an open-source, event-driven orchestration platform. Prior to 1.0.43 and 1.3.19, several Kestra API endpoints accept a kestra:// URI from the client and pass it through StorageInterface.parentTraversalGuard before reading the underlying file from the local storage backend. The guard only inspects the literal URI.toString(), so a URL-encoded .. written as %2E%2E slips through. The downstream code then calls URI.getPath(), which decodes %2E%2E back to .., and the resulting path is handed to Paths.get(...) without normalization. The OS resolves the .. segments at open(2) time, so an authenticated user with a single execution can read any file the Kestra process has access to on the host filesystem (/etc/passwd, mounted secrets, other tenants' execution outputs, etc.). This vulnerability is fixed in 1.0.43 and 1.3.19.

Jun 19, 2026Kestra is an open-source, event-driven orchestration platform.CVE-2026-48129 · Other software · kestra-io · reported by GitHubMedium 6.5
Kestra is an open-source, event-driven orchestration platform. Prior to versions 1.3.19, 1.2.19, 1.1.19, and 1.0.43, Kestra task `inputFiles` writes rendered file names directly under the task working directory. When a flow forwards untrusted execution or webhook data into an `inputFiles` file name, a caller can use `../` path segments to create or overwrite files outside that task working directory on the worker filesystem. Versions 1.3.19, 1.2.19, 1.1.19, and 1.0.43 patch the issue.

Jun 17, 2026Network-AI is a TypeScript/Node.js multi-agent orchestrator.CVE-2026-48814 · Other software · Jovancoding · reported by GitHubCritical 9.1
Network-AI is a TypeScript/Node.js multi-agent orchestrator. In versions 5.7.1 and earlier, the MCP SSE server allows unauthenticated cross-origin MCP tool invocation due to an empty default secret. This issue was partially addressed by CVE-2026-46701 in version 5.4.5 by closing the CORS flaw (with Access-Control-Allow-Origin now set only for localhost origins), but the empty-default-secret flaw described in the title remained: the SSE MCP server still defaulted to an empty secret, _isAuthorized() still returned true when the secret was empty, and a non-loopback bind only produced a warning. As a result, the server still ran fully unauthenticated by default. Any non-browser caller (for example, curl, SSRF, or a 0.0.0.0 bind) could invoke all 22 MCP tools (config_set, agent_spawn, blackboard_write, token_*) with no credentials. This issue was fixed in version 5.7.2.

Jun 17, 2026Runtipi is a personal homeserver orchestrator.CVE-2026-47277 · Other software · runtipi · reported by GitHubMedium 6.5
Runtipi is a personal homeserver orchestrator. In versions 4.9.1 through 4.9.3, Runtipi serves marketplace app logos from files inside cloned app-store repositories through an unauthenticated endpoint, which leads to arbitrary file read through app-store logo symlinks. The path guard checks only the lexical path before Node reads the file, so a Git app store that contains metadata/logo.jpg as a symbolic link can cause Runtipi to read and return the symlink target. Because the endpoint is public and the symlink target may point outside the cloned repository, this can expose local files from the Runtipi container such as /data/.env, /data/state/seed, logs, or application files. This can disclose JWT secrets, service credentials, local configuration, and operational logs depending on the instance. The issue has been fixed in version 4.10.0.

May 9, 2026Argo Workflows is an open source container-native workflow engine for orchestrating parallel jobs on Kubernetes.CVE-2026-42296 · Other software · argoproj · reported by GitHubHigh 8.1
Argo Workflows is an open source container-native workflow engine for orchestrating parallel jobs on Kubernetes. Prior to versions 3.7.14 and 4.0.5, a user with create Workflow permission can bypass templateReferencing: Strict to get host network access, switch service accounts, override pod security context, add tolerations to schedule on control-plane nodes, or enable SA token mounting. This defeats the stated purpose of the feature. The practical impact depends on what Kubernetes-level controls are in place. Clusters with PodSecurity admission or OPA/Gatekeeper would independently block some of these (like hostNetwork). Clusters that rely on Argo's Strict mode as the primary enforcement layer are fully exposed. This issue has been patched in versions 3.7.14 and 4.0.5.

May 9, 2026Argo Workflows is an open source container-native workflow engine for orchestrating parallel jobs on Kubernetes.CVE-2026-42294 · Other software · argoproj · reported by GitHubHigh 8.2
Argo Workflows is an open source container-native workflow engine for orchestrating parallel jobs on Kubernetes. Prior to versions 3.7.14 and 4.0.5, the Webhook Interceptor loads the entire request body into memory before authenticating the request or verifying its signature. This occurs on the /api/v1/events/ endpoint, which is publicly accessible (albeit intended for webhooks). An attacker can send a request with an extremely large body (e.g., multiple gigabytes), causing the Argo Server to allocate excessive memory, potentially leading to an Out-Of-Memory (OOM) crash and denial of service. This issue has been patched in versions 3.7.14 and 4.0.5.
