The max_age authentication-freshness check in OidcClientCodeRequestFilter was inoperative due to a milliseconds/seconds unit mismatch and an inverted comparison polarity. Any relying party using setMaxAgeOffset to enforce re-authentication would silently accept sessions of any age, bypassing step-up authentication policies. Oct 9, 2026In Apache CXF, the parser for multipart/MTOM attachment part headers did not fully enforce the configured attachment-max-header-size (default 300 characters) anCVE-2026-107937 · Websites & servers · Apache Software Foundation · reported by security@apache.orgHigh 7.5
In Apache CXF, the parser for multipart/MTOM attachment part headers did not fully enforce the configured attachment-max-header-size (default 300 characters) and attachment-headers-max-count (default 500) limits. The size limit was applied only to each physical line, not to a header value built from continuation lines or to the combined values of a repeated header. The count limit was checked against the number of distinct header names, not the total number of header lines. A remote, unauthenticated attacker could send a multipart request with very large folded or repeated part headers. The server would then allocate memory without bound, causing a denial of service. Users are recommended to upgrade to versions 4.2.4 or 4.1.9 or 3.6.13, which fix this issue.

Oct 6, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: firmware: arm_scpi: reject DVFS OPP count above MAX_DVFS_OPPS scpi_dvfs_get_info() alreadyCVE-2026-98363 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: firmware: arm_scpi: reject DVFS OPP count above MAX_DVFS_OPPS scpi_dvfs_get_info() already rejected a zero opp_count, but still trusted any larger value from the SCP firmware. The shared-memory reply only holds MAX_DVFS_OPPS entries in buf.opps[]; a bigger count over-reads that array and then sizes the allocated OPP table incorrectly (garbage OPPs / OOB). The missing upper bound dates back to the original SCPI DVFS support. Reject zero and out-of-range counts in one check and return -EINVAL.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: neighbour: Enforce min/max to NDTPA_INTERVAL_PROBE_TIME_MS. NDTPA_INTERVAL_PROBE_TIME_MS sets .type and .min but misses .validation_type, so no validation is applied: # ynl --family rt-neigh --do setneightbl \ --json '{"name": "arp_cache", "parms": {"interval-probe-time-ms": 0}}' # ynl --family rt-neigh --dump getneightbl --output-json | \ jq '.[] | select(.name == "arp_cache" and has("config")) | .parms["interval-probe-time-ms"]' 0 Moreover, nla_get_msecs() uses msecs_to_jiffies(), and u64 is silently cast to u32, so a larger value can bypass the min check: e.g. 4294967296 == 0x100000000 # ynl --family rt-neigh --do setneightbl \ --json '{"name": "arp_cache", "parms": {"interval-probe-time-ms": 4294967296}}' # ynl --family rt-neigh --dump getneightbl --output-json | \ jq '.[] | select(.name == "arp_cache" and has("config")) | .parms["interval-probe-time-ms"]' 0 msecs_to_jiffies() returns MAX_JIFFY_OFFSET if the value is larger than INT_MAX. Also, INT_MAX ms overflows int NEIGH_VAR() when HZ > 1000 (Alpha, MIPS), and passing a negative integer to queue_delayed_wor

Sep 26, 2026vLLM through 0.29.0 fetches and fully materializes remote or inline media before enforcing its documented media controls (the VLLM_MAX_AUDIO_CLIP_FILESIZE_MB coCVE-2026-100650 · Other software · vllm-project · reported by VulnCheckHigh 7.1
vLLM through 0.29.0 fetches and fully materializes remote or inline media before enforcing its documented media controls (the VLLM_MAX_AUDIO_CLIP_FILESIZE_MB compressed-audio size cap, default 25 MB, and the per-modality --limit-mm-per-prompt item limits). Across four ingress paths — the shared media-acquisition layer (HTTPConnection.get_bytes()/async_get_bytes()), the chat completions audio_url/base64 path, the batch speech runner, and the Rust frontend POST /tokenize route — the server reads the entire HTTP response body, base64-decodes the inline payload, or spawns one fetch/decode task per media part, and only then applies the limit (or, on some paths, never applies it). A remote attacker can therefore cause the API server or batch-runner process to allocate memory and consume outbound bandwidth proportional to an attacker-chosen body size or media item count before the request is rejected, resulting in pre-inference memory and bandwidth exhaustion (denial of service). The chat and batch surfaces require an API key when one is configured; the Rust frontend /tokenize route is unauthenticated by design. There is no code execution or data disclosure impact.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net: cap tx_queue_len at S16_MAX to prevent oversized ring allocations Several subsystems allocate ring buffers sized by dev->tx_queue_len with no upper bound. An unprivileged user (via unshare -Urn) can set a huge tx_queue_len and exhaust global memory with ring allocations: - pfifo_fast: pfifo_fast_init() and pfifo_fast_change_tx_queue_len() allocate 3 skb_array rings of tx_queue_len entries each. - tun: tun_queue_resize() and the queue-attach path resize ptr_rings to tx_queue_len on the NETDEV_CHANGE_TX_QUEUE_LEN notifier. - tap (macvtap/ipvtap): tap_queue_resize() and tap_init() resize/init ptr_rings to tx_queue_len on the same notifier. netif_change_tx_queue_len() is the single entry point for IFLA_TXQLEN, sysfs, and the SIOCSIFTXQLEN ioctl. Cap new_len at S16_MAX (32767) there so the oversized value is rejected at set time. This takes effect whether the device is up or down, before dev->tx_queue_len is written, before any notifier fires, and before any ring is allocated. The "> S16_MAX" check also subsumes the previous unsigned-long truncation test, and a negative ifr_qlen from the ioctl lands far a

Sep 25, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: vhost/vdpa: reject VRING_NUM larger than device max vhost_vring_set_num() accepts any non-CVE-2026-97994 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: vhost/vdpa: reject VRING_NUM larger than device max vhost_vring_set_num() accepts any non-zero power-of-two queue size that fits in 16 bits. vhost-vdpa then passes that value to set_vq_num() without comparing it with get_vq_num_max(). A process with access to /dev/vhost-vdpa-* can therefore configure a queue larger than the device advertises. With vdpa_sim, the worker can walk descriptors beyond the mapped descriptor ring. KASAN reports a 16-byte out-of-bounds read, corresponding to one vring_desc, in the vringh IOTLB path: BUG: KASAN: out-of-bounds in _copy_from_iter Read of size 16 copy_from_iotlb copydesc_iotlb vringh_getdesc_iotlb vdpasim_net_work Cache get_vq_num_max() immediately after reset. Some backends derive it from writable queue-size state, so querying it after SET_NUM may return the current size instead of the device capability. Invalidate the cached value before reset so a failed reset leaves SET_NUM disabled. For VHOST_SET_VRING_NUM, copy the complete vring state once and use the same index and size for validation, vq->num, and set_vq_num(). This ensures that validation and use ope

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: xfs: fix the rtrmap and rtrefcount _maxlevels_ondisk functions The _maxlevels_ondisk functions are used to compute the size of in-memory btree cursors for each btree type. Unfortunately, LOLLM noticed that the rtrmap and rtrefcount versions of these functions forget to account for the inode root, which means that we could access beyond the end of the cursor given a sufficiently large btree. Fix this.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ksmbd: fix maximum allowed access checks The DACL permission check looks for an ACE matching the current user and falls back to the Everyone ACE. It does not consider an Authenticated Users ACE, even though an authenticated session is a member of that well-known group. As a result, opening a file whose access is granted through S-1-5-11 can incorrectly fail with STATUS_ACCESS_DENIED. Treat an Authenticated Users ACE as a fallback entry alongside Everyone. The maximal access calculation also combines access masks from every ACE, regardless of whether its SID applies to the current user. This can grant rights belonging to an unrelated principal. Process only ACEs applying to the user, Everyone, or Authenticated Users, and accumulate allowed and denied masks in ACL order. Preserve explicitly requested access bits so they are validated against the resulting maximal mask. When ACCESS_SYSTEM_SECURITY is denied, report STATUS_PRIVILEGE_NOT_HELD instead of the generic STATUS_ACCESS_DENIED. Access to the system ACL requires a security privilege that ksmbd does not grant. For regular files, include FILE_EXECUTE in maxi

Sep 21, 2026MaxKB is an open-source AI assistant for enterprise.CVE-2026-79919 · Other software · 1Panel-dev · reported by GitHubMedium 6.3
MaxKB is an open-source AI assistant for enterprise. Prior to version 2.10.6-lts, function-library code running under the LD_PRELOAD sandbox can invoke ctypes.CDLL from an importlib.abc.MetaPathFinder callback so the dlopen call-stack heuristic sees a Python import frame, then use unhooked dlsym with RTLD_NEXT to resolve glibc's real syscall and bypass the sandbox syscall blacklist. An authenticated workspace member can consequently read or write files, execute processes, or access networks as the sandbox user. This issue is fixed in version 2.10.6-lts.

MaxKB is an open-source AI assistant for enterprise. Prior to version 2.10.6-lts, the ToolExecutor LD_PRELOAD sandbox hooks execve, execvpe, and execveat to prevent subprocess creation but does not hook fexecve. An authenticated attacker able to execute tool code can call fexecve to start a process outside the sandbox's intended subprocess policy. This issue is fixed in version 2.10.6-lts.

Sep 21, 2026MaxKB is an open-source AI assistant for enterprise.CVE-2026-79917 · Other software · 1Panel-dev · reported by GitHubMedium 6.5
MaxKB is an open-source AI assistant for enterprise. In 2.7.0 through 2.10.4-lts, POST /chat/api/{application_id}/chat/{chat_id}/share_chat verifies that a conversation exists but does not verify that it belongs to the authenticated chat_user_id or to the application bound to the caller's token. An attacker with any chat token and a known victim chat_id can create an unauthenticated public ChatShareLink exposing the victim's conversation and can create PublicFileAccess state that makes associated files retrievable without credentials, with no available revoke path. No fixed version is available as of this review.

MaxKB is an open-source AI assistant for enterprise. Prior to 2.10.5-lts, authenticated workspace members can inject control characters into AWS Bedrock access_key_id and secret_access_key fields that _update_aws_credentials writes to /root/.aws/credentials without safe parsing. An attacker can append a new AWS profile containing credential_process, then select that profile during a later model-validation request so botocore executes an attacker-controlled command as root. This vulnerability is fixed in 2.10.5-lts.

Sep 21, 2026MaxKB is an open-source AI assistant for enterprise.CVE-2026-77525 · Other software · 1Panel-dev · reported by GitHubMedium 4.2
MaxKB is an open-source AI assistant for enterprise. In 2.10.2-lts and earlier, management chat-record routes authorize the path application_id but load records using global chat_id and chat_record_id values without confirming that the chat belongs to the authorized application. A normal user in the same workspace who knows the chat_id of a persisted non-debug record for a victim's published application can place it under a separate attacker-owned application path to read victim chat records. An attacker with an owned knowledge base and document can also use add_knowledge to copy victim answers while updating the victim record's improve_paragraph_id_list. No fixed version is available as of this review.

MaxKB is an open-source AI assistant for enterprise. In version 2.10.3-lts and earlier, the model parameter form route authorizes the path workspace but ModelSerializer.ModelParams loads and saves a Model by id alone without including workspace_id in the query. An authenticated user with model read permission in an attacker-controlled workspace can supply a known victim model_id to read or overwrite the victim's model_params_form in another workspace, potentially altering workflows that use those defaults. No fixed version is available as of this review.

MaxKB is an open-source AI assistant for enterprise. In version 2.10.3-lts and earlier, the knowledge web-document import and synchronization crawler passes an authenticated workspace user's URL to Fork.fork, which calls requests.get with verify=False and without restricting schemes, loopback, link-local, private, or reserved addresses. The response body is converted into imported document content, allowing a low-privileged user to read cloud metadata or internal HTTP services through the MaxKB server. Sep 21, 2026MaxKB is an open-source AI assistant for enterprise.CVE-2026-77521 · Other software · 1Panel-dev · reported by GitHubCritical 10
MaxKB is an open-source AI assistant for enterprise. Prior to version 2.10.5-lts, assistants with a tool, MCP tool, skill, or sub-application use SandboxShellBackend, which exposes an execute shell tool without excluding it and omits execute from interrupt_on, so human approval is not required. Untrusted chat or ingested content can therefore cause command execution; source deployments with MAXKB_SANDBOX disabled run commands directly as the application user, while the official root container's string-based gosu wrapper allowed shell metacharacters to execute outside the intended sandbox. This issue is fixed in version 2.10.5-lts.

Sep 21, 2026MaxKB is an open-source AI assistant for enterprise.CVE-2026-77520 · Other software · 1Panel-dev · reported by GitHubMedium 5.4
MaxKB is an open-source AI assistant for enterprise. In 2.10.2-lts and earlier, a normal user in the same workspace can obtain another user's application_id from the homepage application question-ranking endpoint when the published victim application has ranking activity in the selected date range and the attacker knows or guesses its name, even though direct application detail and debug-open routes deny access. An attacker who can create and publish a workflow application can place the disclosed identifier in an attacker-owned workflow application-node, trigger that workflow, receive output generated by the victim application, and create durable application_chat and application_chat_record rows under the victim application because save and runtime paths do not verify permission to use the referenced application. MaxKB is an open-source AI assistant for enterprise. In 2.10.2-lts and earlier, the /chat/api/mcp authentication path looks up an ApplicationApiKey using only its secret and active status, without enforcing the is_permanent and expire_time checks used by the standard chat API. A previously valid, non-permanent application key that remains active after expiration can initialize the MCP endpoint, list the published application's tool metadata, invoke tools/call, and create durable application_chat and application_chat_record state even though /chat/api/open rejects the same key. No fixed version is available as of this review.

Sep 21, 2026MaxKB is an open-source AI assistant for enterprise.CVE-2026-77518 · Other software · 1Panel-dev · reported by GitHubMedium 5
MaxKB is an open-source AI assistant for enterprise. In 2.10.2-lts and earlier, a normal workspace user who knows another user's active MCP tool_id in the same workspace can retrieve the hidden tool through the tool-detail route because it does not apply the per-resource authorization used by the list route. The response includes Tool.code, which may contain MCP server configuration and headers, and an attacker who can create or edit an attacker-owned workflow can place the same foreign mcp_tool_id in a workflow mcp-node so workflow debug uses the owner's MCP configuration without verifying permission to use that tool. No fixed version is available as of this review.
