Sep 4, 2026undici's cache interceptor does not handle the Set-Cookie response header anywhere in its cache path, so it neither refuses to store nor strips that header.CVE-2026-84933 · Other software · undici · reported by ce714d77-add3-4f53-aff5-83d477b104bbMedium 6.5
undici's cache interceptor does not handle the Set-Cookie response header anywhere in its cache path, so it neither refuses to store nor strips that header. In shared cache mode, which is the default, an otherwise cacheable response that carries a Set-Cookie header, for example one marked with a public and max-age directive, is stored and then re-served to a later caller that matches the same cache key. As a result one caller's cookie is disclosed to a different caller, and an untrusted server can inject cookies into cached responses served to all subsequent callers. This violates the requirement that a shared cache must not store cookies. This affects undici versions from 7.0.0 up to 7.29.1 and from 8.0.0 up to 8.10.2. Users should upgrade to undici 7.29.1 or 8.10.2.

Sep 4, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: fuse: fix missing barrier when checking io-uring readiness fuse_block_alloc() reads fch->iCVE-2026-80859 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: fuse: fix missing barrier when checking io-uring readiness fuse_block_alloc() reads fch->initialized and then fch->io_uring. fch->io_uring is set before fch->initialized, ordered by the smp_wmb() in fuse_chan_set_intialized(), but fuse_block_alloc() has no matching read barrier between the two loads. This may lead a CPU to observe fch->initialized=1 but fch->io_uring=0, and skip the check that blocks request allocation until the io-uring queues are ready. This can reintroduce the lock-order inversion deadlock that commit 3393ff964e0f prevents. Add an smp_rmb() barrier to pair with the smp_wmb() in fuse_chan_set_initialized() to prevent this.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: fuse: publish io-uring queues with release semantics fuse_uring_create_queue() initializes a fuse_ring_queue and then publishes the pointer into ring->queues[qid] with WRITE_ONCE() under the fch->lock. There are several readers that may concurrently be fetching that pointer locklessly and then deferencing it. WRITE_ONCE() doesn't ensure ordering of the queue's field initialization before the ring->queues[qid] pointer assignment. The queue must be published with smp_store_release() so the field initialization is guaranteed to happen before. Readers in paths where the read may happen concurrently with the store need to use READ_ONCE() because any race involving a plain access is undefined.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: fuse: wait for FR_FINISHED on abort_on_kill to prevent use-after-free The abort_on_kill path in request_wait_answer() calls fuse_abort_conn() and returns without waiting for FR_FINISHED. If fuse_dev_do_write() is concurrently processing the same request (FR_LOCKED set), the caller frees req->args while it is still being accessed, causing a use-after-free. Fix this by jumping to the existing wait_event(FR_FINISHED) instead of returning early. The wait will not hang because fuse_abort_conn() ensures all requests are ended.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: fuse: fix invalidate lock leak on setattr writeback failure fuse_do_setattr() takes filemap_invalidate_lock() for a DAX truncate (fault_blocked = true) and releases it at the out:/error: labels. But when a writeback flush is also needed, a write_inode_now() failure returns directly and leaks the lock, so any later fault or truncate on the file stalls on the stale rwsem. For example, truncate(2) on a setuid file reaches fuse_do_setattr() with both ATTR_SIZE and ATTR_MODE set: truncate(2) └─ do_truncate() ├─ dentry_needs_remove_privs() # S_ISUID └─ notify_change() # KILL_SUID -> ATTR_MODE └─ fuse_setattr() # no killpriv: │ # ia_valid |= ATTR_MODE └─ fuse_do_setattr() ├─ filemap_invalidate_lock() # IS_DAX && is_truncate └─ write_inode_now() # is_wb && ATTR_MODE └─ if (err) # e.g. daemon -> -EIO return err # <- lock leaked Fix this by adding an unlock label that releases the lock before retu

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: fuse: fix invalidate lock leak on open O_TRUNC DAX failure fuse_open() takes filemap_invalidate_lock() for a DAX truncate (dax_truncate = true) and releases it before the out_inode_unlock label. But when fuse_dax_break_layouts() fails, the goto out_inode_unlock skips the unlock and leaks the rwsem, so any later fault or truncate on the file stalls on the stale lock. fuse_dax_break_layouts() can fail with -ERESTARTSYS when a signal interrupts the wait for busy DAX pages to drain: open("file", O_RDWR | O_TRUNC) └─ fuse_open() ├─ filemap_invalidate_lock() # dax_truncate └─ fuse_dax_break_layouts() └─ dax_break_layout() └─ wait_page_idle() # TASK_INTERRUPTIBLE └─ fuse_wait_dax_page() # unlock, schedule, re-lock └─ signal → -ERESTARTSYS goto out_inode_unlock # <- lock leaked Fix this by moving filemap_invalidate_unlock() below the label so that all error paths release the lock, and rename the label to out_unlock as it now covers more than just the inode lock.

Sep 1, 2026Improper Validation of Specified Type of Input vulnerability in ash-project ash lets an attacker confuse the stored type tag of an Ash.Type.Union value that useCVE-2026-82741 · Other software · ash-project · reported by 6b3ad84c-e1a6-4bf7-a703-f496b71e49dbLow 2.1
Improper Validation of Specified Type of Input vulnerability in ash-project ash lets an attacker confuse the stored type tag of an Ash.Type.Union value that uses storage: :map_with_tag, bypassing that member's validation and any tag-based authorization. For a union with storage: :map_with_tag, each member is identified in storage by a configured tag and tag_value. Ash.Type.Union.dump_to_native/2 (lib/ash/type/union.ex) did not force the configured tag when writing the value, so a tag carried in the submitted value was persisted verbatim. An attacker can therefore store a value whose data belongs to one member but whose tag names a different member. On read the value is re-selected by its tag and treated as the incompatible member (a type confusion), bypassing the real member's constraints and any logic or policy that branches on the union tag. The fix drops any incoming tag and forces the configured tag value on dump. This issue affects ash: from 2.14.18 before 3.32.2.

Aug 25, 2026InfusedWoo Pro: Privilege EscalationCVE-2026-19892 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceHigh 8.8
The InfusedWoo Pro plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Privilege Escalation via Account Takeover in all versions up to, and including, 5.1.17. This is due to a missing capability check in the `ajax_iwar_preview_email()` function, which uses `is_admin()` as its only authorization check and allows low-privilege users to render email preview merge fields for an arbitrary email address. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with subscriber-level access and above, to generate and retrieve a valid password reset link for any WordPress user, including administrators, enabling account takeover.

Aug 19, 2026SSHFS is a network filesystem client for connecting to SSH servers.CVE-2026-48711 · Other software · libfuse · reported by GitHubHigh 7
SSHFS is a network filesystem client for connecting to SSH servers. From version 1.4 until 3.7.6, SSHFS accepts a bracketed mount source such as [-oProxyCommand=CMD]:/path and find_base_path() removes the brackets, leaving a host value that begins with - and is passed directly to ssh as a command-line argument. When a caller also supplies a path-valued sftp_server, ssh treats the normalized host as an option and the server path as its destination, causing an injected ProxyCommand to execute locally before any connection or authentication succeeds. The attack requires a caller or wrapper that passes an attacker-controlled mount source to SSHFS with the required sftp_server configuration and results in arbitrary command execution as the user running SSHFS. This issue is fixed in version 3.7.6.

Aug 19, 2026SSHFS is a network filesystem client for connecting to SSH servers.CVE-2026-47187 · Other software · libfuse · reported by GitHubCritical 9.3
SSHFS is a network filesystem client for connecting to SSH servers. Prior to version 3.7.6, a rogue SFTP server can return absolute symlink targets or relative targets containing parent-directory components that SSHFS passes through FUSE for resolution by the client kernel against the local filesystem. The documented transform_symlinks mitigation does not contain relative targets because transform_symlink() returns early at sshfs.c:2181, while sshfs_readlink() at sshfs.c:2234 to sshfs.c:2236 otherwise copies the server-supplied link target to the kernel. A victim or victim-side tool that follows such a link through ordinary operations such as cp, rsync, backup tooling, or an editor can disclose readable local files back to the server or write server-controlled content to writable local files, potentially including startup or scheduled-task files. This issue is fixed in version 3.7.6.

Aug 15, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: fs: refuse O_TMPFILE creation with an unmapped fsuid or fsgid vfs_tmpfile() never checked CVE-2026-72379 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: fs: refuse O_TMPFILE creation with an unmapped fsuid or fsgid vfs_tmpfile() never checked that the caller's fsuid and fsgid map into the filesystem. On an idmapped mount whose idmapping does not cover the caller's fs{u,g}id, the ->tmpfile() instance initializes the new inode through inode_init_owner(), where mapped_fsuid()/mapped_fsgid() return INVALID_UID/INVALID_GID, and the tmpfile ends up owned by (uid_t)-1. Every other creation path already refuses this: may_o_create() (O_CREAT) and may_create_dentry() (mkdir, mknod, symlink, link) bail out with -EOVERFLOW via fsuidgid_has_mapping() precisely so that an object cannot be created with an owner the filesystem cannot represent. An O_TMPFILE is no exception: it is created I_LINKABLE and linkat(2) can splice it into the namespace afterwards, so the same guarantee must hold. Add the missing fsuidgid_has_mapping() check to vfs_tmpfile(). On a non-idmapped mount the caller's fs{u,g}id always map in the superblock's user namespace, so this is a no-op there and only takes effect on an idmapped mount that does not map the caller. It applies to every filesystem tha

Aug 12, 2026Insufficient input sanitization in Snowflake Python API (`snowflake.core`) versions prior to 1.13.0 allowed confused-deputy privilege escalation through two relCVE-2026-19594 · Other software · Snowflake · reported by 412d305a-227d-44f9-a262-a31ba44f2aeaHigh 8.1
Insufficient input sanitization in Snowflake Python API (`snowflake.core`) versions prior to 1.13.0 allowed confused-deputy privilege escalation through two related weaknesses: path traversal (CWE-22) via unencoded `..` identifier path segments, and HTTP parameter pollution (CWE-141) via unencoded `&`/`#`/`=` characters in query string values. An attacker with access to a downstream application built on snowflake.core could exploit the path traversal by supplying `..` as an object name, causing `snowflake.core` to issue REST requests against a parent resource or exploit the parameter pollution by injecting `&`/`#`/`=` into a free-form name field to override constraints on swap, clone, or rename operations — all executed under the application's privileged session. Successful exploitation requires the attacker to control an identifier or object-name string in an application built on snowflake.core that passes it to `snowflake.core` under a higher-privileged Snowflake session (e.g., an EXECUTE AS OWNER stored procedure, Streamlit app, or Native App). The fix is available in Snowflake Python API version 1.13.0, which also addresses several additional security findings. Users must manua

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: usb: atm: ueagle-atm: reject descriptors that confuse probe and disconnect uea_probe() distinguishes a pre-firmware device from a post-firmware one using the USB id (UEA_IS_PREFIRM()), and stores a different object as the interface data in each case: a 'struct completion' for a pre-firmware device (to be waited on in .disconnect()), or a 'struct usbatm_data' for a post-firmware one. uea_disconnect() instead tells the two apart by the number of interfaces of the active configuration (a pre-firmware device exposes a single interface, ADI930 has 2 and eagle has 3), and casts the interface data accordingly. Because the two handlers use different criteria, a crafted device that advertises a pre-firmware id together with a multi-interface descriptor (or a post-firmware id with a single interface) makes them disagree: the small 'struct completion' stored by uea_probe() is then passed to usbatm_usb_disconnect(), which casts it to 'struct usbatm_data' and takes instance->serialize, reading past the end of the allocation: BUG: KASAN: slab-out-of-bounds in __mutex_lock+0x152a/0x1b80 Read of size 8 at addr ffff8880470

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: fuse-uring: fix race between registration and connection abortion This fixes this race: - thread a: io_uring_enter -> register sqe -> fuse_uring_create_ring_ent -> allocate ent but doesn't grab queue_ref yet - thread b: fuse_conn_destroy() -> fuse_chan_abort() -> fuse_uring_abort() is a no-op due to queue ref being 0 - thread a: grabs the queue_ref, queue_ref is now 1, rest of fuse_uring_do_register() logic executes - thread b: fuse_chan_abort() returns, fuse_chan_wait_aborted() now runs and calls "wait_event(ring->stop_waitq, atomic_read(&ring->queue_refs) == 0);" The abort/unmount thread will hang indefinitely in unkillable state as nothing will decrement queue_refs or wake stop_waitq, and the ring, queue, and ent are leaked. Fix this by checking fch->connected under fch->lock after the created ent has grabbed a ref count on the queue. This ensures that in the scenario above, it is guaranteed that we either release the queue ref and wake up stop_waitq (in case fuse_chan_wait_aborted() is already waiting) in fuse_uring_do_register() when we detect !fch->connected, or if the connection is aborted aft

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: fuse-uring: fix data races on ring->ready On weakly-ordered architectures, the store to fiq->ops can be reordered past the store to ring->ready, allowing a CPU that sees ring->ready == true via fuse_uring_ready() to dispatch requests through a stale fiq->ops pointer. Upgrade the store to smp_store_release() and the load in fuse_uring_ready() to smp_load_acquire() so that the preceding WRITE_ONCE(fiq->ops, ...) is visible to any CPU that observes ring->ready == true. Additionally, fuse_uring_do_register() publishes ring->ready with WRITE_ONCE() but the fast-path check reads it with a plain load. This is a marked-vs-unmarked access that KCSAN will flag. Wrap it in READ_ONCE() to mark it without adding unnecessary ordering. Also wrap the fc->ring load in fuse_uring_ready() in READ_ONCE() to prevent the compiler from reloading it between the NULL check and the dereference.

The FuseWP plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Cross-Site Request Forgery in all versions up to, and including, 1.1.24.2. This is due to missing nonce verification on the toggle_sync_status() function. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to toggle the status of sync rules (enable/disable) via a forged request granted they can trick a site administrator into performing an action such as clicking on a link.

Jul 25, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: fuse: avoid 32-bit prune notification count wrap FUSE_NOTIFY_PRUNE validates the nodeid paCVE-2026-64267 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67Medium 5.5
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: fuse: avoid 32-bit prune notification count wrap FUSE_NOTIFY_PRUNE validates the nodeid payload length with: size - sizeof(outarg) != outarg.count * sizeof(u64) On 32-bit kernels, size_t is also 32 bits, so the daemon-controlled count multiplication can wrap. A prune notification with count 0x20000000 and no nodeid payload passes the check, enters the copy loop, and asks the device copy path to read nodeids that are not present in the userspace write buffer. In QEMU this reaches the fuse_copy_fill() BUG_ON(!err) path. Validate the payload length with array_size() instead. That accepts exactly the same valid messages, but avoids wrapping arithmetic before the copy loop consumes the count.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: fuse: re-lock request before returning from fuse_ref_folio() fuse_ref_folio() unlocks the request but does not re-lock it before returning. fuse_chan_abort() can end the request and the async end callback (eg fuse_writepage_free()) can free the args while the subsequent copy chain logic after fuse_ref_folio() accesses them, leading to use-after-free issues. Fix this by locking the request in fuse_ref_folio() before returning.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: fuse: clear intr_entry in fuse_resend and fuse_remove_pending_req When fuse_resend() moves a request from fpq->processing back to fiq->pending, it sets FR_PENDING and clears FR_SENT but does not remove the requests intr_entry from fiq->interrupts. If the request had FR_INTERRUPTED set from a prior signal, intr_entry remains dangling on fiq->interrupts. When the requesting task then receives a fatal signal, fuse_remove_pending_req() sees FR_PENDING=1, removes the request from fiq->pending and frees it via the refcount path, also without cleaning intr_entry. The stale intr_entry causes use-after-free when fuse_read_interrupt() iterates fiq->interrupts: - list_del_init(&req->intr_entry) -> UAF write on freed slab - req->in.h.unique -> UAF read, data leaked to userspace Remove intr_entry from fiq->interrupts in fuse_resend() for interrupted requests before they are placed back on fiq->pending. Add a WARN_ON if the intr_entry is not empty on request destruction.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: fuse-uring: fix EFAULT clobber in fuse_uring_commit copy_from_user() returns the number of bytes not copied as an unsigned residual on failure (1..sizeof(struct fuse_out_header)). fuse_uring_commit stores that residual in ssize_t err, sets req->out.h.error to -EFAULT, then jumps to out: with err still holding the positive residual. err = copy_from_user(&req->out.h, &ent->headers->in_out, sizeof(req->out.h)); if (err) { req->out.h.error = -EFAULT; goto out; /* err is the positive residual */ } ... out: fuse_uring_req_end(ent, req, err); fuse_uring_req_end() then runs if (error) req->out.h.error = error; which overwrites the just-assigned -EFAULT with the positive residual. FUSE callers such as fuse_simple_request() test err < 0 to detect failure, so the positive value is interpreted as success and the caller proceeds with an uninitialised or partial req->out.args. Fix by assigning err = -EFAULT in the failure branch before jumping to out, so fuse_uring_req_end() receives a negative errno and sets req->out.h.error to -EFA

Jul 25, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: fuse-uring: fix moving cancelled entry to ent_in_userspace list fuse_uring_cancel() moves CVE-2026-64263 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67Medium 5.5
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: fuse-uring: fix moving cancelled entry to ent_in_userspace list fuse_uring_cancel() moves entries that are available (these have no reqs attached) to the ent_in_userspace list. ent_list_request_expired() checks the first entry on ent_in_userspace and dereferences ent->fuse_req unconditionally, which will crash on a cancelled entry that was moved to this list. Fix this by freeing the entry and dropping queue_refs directly in fuse_uring_cancel(). This is safe because cancel is the cancel handler itself - after io_uring_cmd_done(), no more cancels will be dispatched for this command, and teardown serializes with cancel via queue->lock. Since cancel now decrements queue_refs, fuse_uring_abort() must no longer gate fuse_uring_abort_end_requests() on queue_refs > 0, as cancelled entries may have already dropped queue_refs while requests are still queued. Remove the gate so abort always flushes requests and stops queues.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: fuse-uring: make a fuse_req on SQE commit only findable after memcpy Bad userspace might try to trick us and send commit SQEs request unique / commit-id of requests that are not even send to fuse-server (io_uring_cmd_done() not called) yet. fuse_uring_commit_fetch() ends the fuse request when the ring entry has a wrong state, but that could have caused a use-after-free with the memcpy operations in fuse_uring_send_in_task(). In order to avoid such races the call of fuse_uring_add_to_pq() is moved after the copy operations and just before completing the io-uring request - malicious userspace cannot find the request anymore until all prepration work in fuse-client/kernel is completed. This also moves fuse_uring_add_to_pq() a bit up in the code to avoid a forward declaration. Also not with a preparation commit, to make it easier to back port to older kernels.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: fuse-uring: remove request-less entries from ent_w_req_queue to fix NULL deref If a copy into the userspace ring buffer fails, a request will be terminated and fuse_uring_req_end() will set ent->fuse_req to NULL but it will leave the entry on ent_w_req_queue in FRRS_FUSE_REQ state. This can lead to a NULL deref if the request expiration logic scans ent_w_req_queue in the window before the entry is moved off it. Fix this by taking the entry off ent_w_req_queue and changing its state from FRRS_FUSE_REQ to FRRS_INVALID before terminating the request.
