  • Oct 8, 2026Uncontrolled mutual recursion between DcmXMLParseHelper::parseDataSet() and DcmXMLParseHelper::parseSequence() in the XML-to-DICOM converter (dcmdata/libdcxml/xCVE-2026-44036 · Other software · OFFIS · reported by 33c584b5-0579-4c06-b2a0-8d8329fcab9cMedium 6.8

Uncontrolled mutual recursion between DcmXMLParseHelper::parseDataSet() and DcmXMLParseHelper::parseSequence() in the XML-to-DICOM converter (dcmdata/libdcxml/xml2dcm.cc) of OFFIS DCMTK 3.7.0 allows an attacker to cause a denial of service (stack exhaustion and process crash) via a crafted XML file with deeply nested sequence and item elements. The xml2dcm tool and any service that converts untrusted XML to DICOM with this code are affected. The issue is fixed in commit 87f256d73e30656a822bf7d76d1cf1d9bb693954.

  • Sep 25, 2026OpenClaw (npm package openclaw) before 2026.8.1 could include deterministic hashes computed over the original, unredacted configuration in redacted configuratioCVE-2026-100543 · Other software · OpenClaw · reported by VulnCheckHigh 7.7

OpenClaw (npm package openclaw) before 2026.8.1 could include deterministic hashes computed over the original, unredacted configuration in redacted configuration responses. When the Gateway password had low entropy and the remaining configuration values were reconstructable, these hashes acted as offline password verifiers: a caller able to obtain the redacted configuration (for example via config.get) could test password candidates offline without going through the rate-limited Gateway authentication path. Recovering the password could grant the documented shared-secret operator authority. Secret references were not affected in the same way. The issue is fixed in 2026.8.1.

  • Sep 25, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: EDAC/device_sysfs: Use kstrtouint() for poll_msec to prevent truncation The poll_msec sysfCVE-2026-98157 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67Medium 5.5

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: EDAC/device_sysfs: Use kstrtouint() for poll_msec to prevent truncation The poll_msec sysfs store file uses simple_strtoul() which accepts an unsigned long, but the target field (poll_msec) is unsigned int. On 64-bit systems, a value > UINT_MAX is silently truncated when stored. Fix the mismatch by using kstrtouint() instead. This rejects values larger than UINT_MAX at parse time, making truncation impossible. Also add a check for value < 1 to reject the 0-delay case, which would cause the poll work to spin without delay and consume 100% CPU.

  • Sep 23, 2026REDAXO is a PHP-based content management system.CVE-2026-63002 · Other software · redaxo · reported by GitHubMedium 4.8

REDAXO is a PHP-based content management system. Prior to 5.21.2, redaxo/src/addons/mediapool/pages/sync.php inserts filenames held in $diffFiles from the media filesystem into the Mediapool Sync page without rex_escape(). An attacker who can place an unregistered file with HTML metacharacters in the media directory can execute script in the browser of a backend user with media[sync] permission when that user opens the Sync page, enabling session theft or unauthorized backend actions. • Sep 23, 2026REDAXO is a PHP-based content management system.CVE-2026-63001 · Other software · redaxo · reported by GitHubMedium 4.8

REDAXO is a PHP-based content management system. Prior to 5.21.2, the mediaIsInUse() handler in redaxo/src/addons/media_manager/lib/media_manager.php inserts a Media Manager type name into raw backend warning HTML without escaping it when invoked through MEDIA_IS_IN_USE. An administrator with Media Manager access can store HTML in a type name, and the payload executes in another administrator's browser when that administrator tries to delete media referenced by the type's effects, enabling session theft or unauthorized backend actions. REDAXO is a PHP-based content management system. Prior to 5.21.2, rex_api_install_package_update in redaxo/src/addons/install/lib/api/api_package_update.php inherits the false default from rex_api_function::requiresCsrfProtection() instead of requiring a CSRF token. • Sep 22, 2026MISP's WorkflowsController exposed the moduleStatelessExecution action in the Security component's unlockedActions list.CVE-2026-95658 · Other software · MISP · reported by 5a6e4751-2f3f-4070-9419-94fb35b644e8Medium 6.9

MISP's WorkflowsController exposed the moduleStatelessExecution action in the Security component's unlockedActions list. In CakePHP, listing an action in unlockedActions disables both the CSRF token check and the field hash validation for that action. Because moduleStatelessExecution executes a workflow module's exec() method with caller-supplied input and parameters, the absence of CSRF protection allowed an attacker to craft a cross-site form post (or equivalent cross-origin request) that, when submitted by an authenticated site administrator, would cause the administrator's browser to invoke the action on the MISP instance.  The attacker could select any workflow module to execute, including action modules that write blocklist and warninglist entries, and supply arbitrary input and parameters of their choosing. This constitutes a cross-site request forgery (CSRF) vulnerability with high integrity impact on the MISP instance's security-related data.  The vulnerability was identified during an internal security review and was not externally reported. The fix is included in MISP v2.5.47.

  • Sep 18, 2026ArcadeDB (Maven artifact com.arcadedb:arcadedb-engine) through 26.8.1 contains an incomplete deny-list in the polyglot script sandbox: com.arcadedb.query.polyglCVE-2026-93598 · Other software · ArcadeData · reported by VulnCheckHigh 7.1

ArcadeDB (Maven artifact com.arcadedb:arcadedb-engine) through 26.8.1 contains an incomplete deny-list in the polyglot script sandbox: com.arcadedb.query.polyglot.HostClassLookupFilter.DENIED lists java.util.ResourceBundle as a bare class name, which is matched by exact equality and therefore does not cover its subclasses, while ScriptTriggerExecutor.ALLOWED_PACKAGES permits java.util.*. A user with the UPDATE_SCHEMA privilege (sufficient to create or alter a JavaScript trigger; no server-admin rights required) can reference java.util.PropertyResourceBundle or java.util.ListResourceBundle and invoke the inherited static ResourceBundle.getBundle(String) to read .properties resources from the application classpath, which the sandbox (IOAccess.NONE, with java.io.**, java.nio.** and java.net.** denied) is intended to make unreachable. This can disclose packaged application configuration such as database credentials and API keys; the advisory states the issue does not provide arbitrary host filesystem read or remote code execution. • Sep 18, 2026ArcadeDB before 26.9.1 (com.arcadedb:arcadedb-engine <= 26.8.1) fails to bind the authenticated principal onto the DatabaseAsyncTransaction async worker threadsCVE-2026-93596 · Other software · ArcadeData · reported by VulnCheckMedium 5.3

ArcadeDB before 26.9.1 (com.arcadedb:arcadedb-engine <= 26.8.1) fails to bind the authenticated principal onto the DatabaseAsyncTransaction async worker threads used by the parallel edge-connect phase of POST /api/v1/batch/{database}. Because those workers have no current user, LocalDatabase.checkPermissionsOnFile returns early and allows the write, bypassing per-type CREATE_RECORD/UPDATE_RECORD ACL enforcement. In deployments that rely on per-type or per-group ACLs, an authenticated low-privilege user holding CREATE_RECORD on an edge type E but with CREATE_RECORD/UPDATE_RECORD revoked on a vertex type V can submit a graph edge-load batch request (with parallelFlush at its default value of true) and durably append edges to protected vertices of type V by writing records into V's <V>_out_edges/<V>_in_edges buckets, resulting in unauthorized modification of graph adjacency. Setting parallelFlush=false causes the request to be correctly rejected. This is an incomplete fix of GHSA-c23x-pqcj-7hfm, which bound the principal only on the HTTP handler thread.

ArcadeDB before 26.9.1 contains an access control bypass vulnerability in the query_database tool exposed through the AI chat endpoints. The tool executes queries without binding the authenticated principal to DatabaseContext, causing per-type and per-bucket ACL checks to silently no-op and allowing authenticated users to read data they are explicitly denied at the per-type level. Attackers can prompt the AI assistant to execute queries against restricted types or buckets to retrieve sensitive data that would be rejected through normal query endpoints.

  • Sep 18, 2026ArcadeDB (Maven artifact com.arcadedb:arcadedb-engine) through 26.8.1 enforces its per-type/per-record access-control rules only in LocalBucket, keyed on file iCVE-2026-93594 · Other software · ArcadeData · reported by VulnCheckHigh 7.1

ArcadeDB (Maven artifact com.arcadedb:arcadedb-engine) through 26.8.1 enforces its per-type/per-record access-control rules only in LocalBucket, keyed on file id. Query-execution paths that reach record data through LSM index files or the TimeSeries engine never invoke that permission check, so an authenticated user who is denied readRecord/deleteRecord on a type can still, with a single ordinary SQL statement, read the type's indexed key values and record IDs (e.g. SELECT key, rid FROM INDEX:Type[field]), read MAX/MIN values via the index shortcut, read and count TimeSeries samples, learn the type's record count, and delete index entries (DELETE FROM INDEX:Type[field]), which desynchronizes the index from the data and can defeat unique constraints. Index and type names needed for exploitation are discoverable because SELECT FROM schema:indexes is unfiltered. The issue affects both embedded and server deployments and all transports (HTTP, Bolt, Postgres, Gremlin) once a principal is bound. Fixed in 26.9.1.

ArcadeDB before 26.9.1 fails to enforce security-group types ACL entries for TimeSeries types because the ACL resolver builds permissions from bucket IDs, but TimeSeries types do not own normal record buckets. The XML importer also permits DTD processing and external entities, enabling entity expansion. The root-only /api/v1/server administration endpoint is not affected. The fix requires updateSecurity permission, blocks local-network import destinations by default through arcadedb.server.security.importBlockLocalNetworks, supports the arcadedb.server.security.importAllowedLocalPaths file allow-list, and disables XML DTD processing and external entities. This issue is fixed in version 26.6.1.

  • Sep 15, 2026ArcadeDB is a Multi-Model DBMS.CVE-2026-54076 · Other software · ArcadeData · reported by GitHubHigh 8.1

ArcadeDB is a Multi-Model DBMS. Prior to 26.6.1, the fix for CVE-2026-44221 added an UPDATE_SCHEMA authorization check only to LocalDocumentType.createProperty, while the remaining public schema mutators in engine/src/main/java/com/arcadedb/schema/LocalDocumentType.java and engine/src/main/java/com/arcadedb/schema/LocalProperty.java remained unchecked. An authenticated identity, including a read-only API token without UPDATE_SCHEMA permission, can use DROP PROPERTY, ALTER TYPE, or ALTER PROPERTY through the database command/query HTTP endpoints to rename types, change inheritance, alter aliases or buckets, drop properties, and change property constraints. The issue does not directly disclose or write record data, but unauthorized schema mutation can corrupt the meaning of stored records and breach the documented permission model. This issue is fixed in version 26.6.1.

  • Sep 14, 2026Description `getNimbusConf` returned the complete daemon configuration without redaction after only a user-level authorization check.CVE-2026-82433 · Websites & servers · Apache Software Foundation · reported by security@apache.orgMedium 6.5

Description `getNimbusConf` returned the complete daemon configuration without redaction after only a user-level authorization check. Where the cluster is configured with them, that response includes `storm.zookeeper.auth.payload` and the keystore and truststore passwords for the Thrift, Netty and ZooKeeper TLS configuration. The project masks passwords elsewhere before display, so the omission here is inconsistent rather than intended. The UI endpoint `/api/v1/cluster/configuration` compounded this. It carried no `@AuthNimbusOp` annotation, and the authorization filter treated a missing annotation as "no gate required" and returned immediately, so the endpoint applied no per-user check at all and proxied the request under the UI daemon's own principal. Any user able to pass `ui.filter` therefore received the full configuration, including principals that Nimbus itself would have refused.  Mitigation Upgrade to 3.1.0, where credential-bearing values are masked before the configuration is served and where every UI API endpoint must declare its authorization explicitly. Users who cannot upgrade immediately should place the UI behind an authenticating reverse proxy that restricts

  • Sep 14, 2026Description getTopologyPageInfo merged the Nimbus daemon configuration with the topology's own configuration and returned the result without redaction in theCVE-2026-84179 · Websites & servers · Apache Software Foundation · reported by security@apache.orgMedium 6.5

Description getTopologyPageInfo merged the Nimbus daemon configuration with the topology's own configuration and returned the result without redaction in the topology_conf field of TopologyPageInfo. The Storm UI copied that value verbatim into the configuration field of GET /api/v1/topology/{id} and of the corresponding metrics endpoint. Where the cluster is configured with them, the merged map includes storm.zookeeper.auth.payload, which Storm's own documentation directs operators to keep in storm-cluster-auth.yaml under permissions that deny access from workers, together with the keystore and truststore passwords for the Thrift, Netty and ZooKeeper TLS configuration, and any plugin key whose name denotes a secret. getTopologyPageInfo is a topology read-only operation. Under SimpleACLAuthorizer a principal listed in topology.readonly.users or topology.readonly.groups could therefore read daemon credentials that the dedicated cluster configuration API, getNimbusConf, redacts and that is gated on nimbus.users instead. The sibling operations that exist to serve configuration were masked; the topology page, which merges in strictly more daemon state, was not. Mitigation

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: smb: client: fix use-before-check of ReparseDataLength in reparse_buf_ptr() reparse_buf_ptr() reads buf->ReparseDataLength before checking that count covers the full fixed header: buf = (struct reparse_data_buffer *)((u8 *)io + off); len = sizeof(*buf); /* 8 bytes */ rdlen = le16_to_cpu(buf->ReparseDataLength); /* offset 4, 2 bytes */ if (count < len || count < rdlen + len) /* check comes after */ struct reparse_data_buffer has ReparseDataLength at offset 4. If a server returns OutputCount < 6, the read at offset 4-5 reaches past the end of the received data. The off+count bounds against iov_len were already validated, but that does not protect against count being smaller than sizeof(*buf). Split the check: verify count >= sizeof(*buf) before reading ReparseDataLength, then verify count covers the data region.

A security issue in MongoDB Server's query statistics serialization on the router allows users with monitoring privileges to access unredacted search query text from other users' operations. An improper conditional check in the serialization logic causes the data redaction mechanism to be bypassed when processing search queries through the sharded cluster router. This results in sensitive query literals being stored and made accessible through the query statistics interface.

  • Aug 31, 2026Generation of Error Message Containing Sensitive Information vulnerability in ash-project ash_typescript allows an unauthenticated attacker to receive unredacteCVE-2026-77950 · Other software · ash-project · reported by 6b3ad84c-e1a6-4bf7-a703-f496b71e49dbMedium 6.3

Generation of Error Message Containing Sensitive Information vulnerability in ash-project ash_typescript allows an unauthenticated attacker to receive unredacted internal error data by provoking an error shape the configured error handler does not match. apply_error_handler/3 in lib/ash_typescript/rpc/errors.ex is the only hook an application has for redacting or suppressing errors before they reach the client, with a nil return dropping the error entirely. Its rescue clause logs a warning and then returns the original, pre-handler error map. Error handlers are conventionally written as pattern-matching functions over expected error shapes, so an unmatched shape raises FunctionClauseError and the raw transformed error, including any secrets carried in vars, is emitted instead. An intent to suppress an error becomes an intent to publish it. The rescue catches exceptions only, so a handler that throws or exits still propagates. This issue affects ash_typescript: from 0.8.0 before 0.18.0.

  • Aug 27, 2026startServer.ts in the mcp-http-server package of UI-TARS-desktop defaulted its listen address to '::' when no host was given, so startSseAndStreamableHttpMcpSerCVE-2026-81735 · Other software · bytedance · reported by VulnCheckCritical 10

startServer.ts in the mcp-http-server package of UI-TARS-desktop defaulted its listen address to '::' when no host was given, so startSseAndStreamableHttpMcpServer bound the Streamable HTTP and SSE MCP transports to every interface, and its authentication middleware was optional: middlewares are applied only when a caller supplies them. The @agent-infra/mcp-server-commands and @agent-infra/mcp-server-filesystem entry points call startSseAndStreamableHttpMcpServer with a host and port alone and pass no middleware, so neither server required a credential. The commands server exposes a run_command tool that hands its caller-supplied command string to promisify(child_process.exec), so any unauthenticated client able to reach the port could run arbitrary commands as the user running the server, and the filesystem server exposed its file read and write tools on the same terms. The listen default became 127.0.0.1 in commit c2ad42e3eb9b27830db41a3e6f51ca7179d9b168; the package version stayed at 1.2.4 across that change, so the boundary is the commit rather than a release.
