  • Oct 1, 2026Calculated Fields Form – AI Form Builder for WordPress – Contact, Payment, Quote, Quiz & More: Reflected DOM-Based Cross-Site ScriptingCVE-2026-100184 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 4.7

The Calculated Fields Form – AI Form Builder for WordPress – Contact, Payment, Quote, Quiz & More plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Reflected DOM-Based Cross-Site Scripting via the 'x (attacker-chosen name matching the form's url.<name> predefined value)' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 5.5.1.3 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that execute if they can successfully trick a user into performing an action such as clicking on a link. Exploitation requires that the targeted form has a Text Area field configured with a 'url.<name>' Predefined Value and predefinedClick disabled, which is a documented and commonly used plugin feature.

The Calculated Fields Form – AI Form Builder for WordPress – Contact, Payment, Quote, Quiz & More plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Reflected DOM-Based Cross-Site Scripting via the 'x (any URL parameter consumed by the form's calculated equation)' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 5.5.1.3 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that execute if they can successfully trick a user into performing an action such as clicking on a link. Exploitation requires the target site to have a public form configured with a Select2-enabled dropdown whose choices are populated via a calculated equation that pipes a URL parameter through GETURLPARAMETER() into setChoices({texts:[...]}); given that configuration, exploitation requires only a single crafted link.

  • Sep 29, 2026Frontend Post Submission Manager Lite – Frontend Posting: Stored DOM-Based Cross-Site ScriptingCVE-2026-96649 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceHigh 7.2

The Frontend Post Submission Manager Lite – Frontend Posting WordPress Plugin plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored DOM-Based Cross-Site Scripting via post_content Parameter (data-label DOM Sink) in all versions up to, and including, 1.3.4 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. This requires the site operator to have enabled guest post submission via the [fpsm] shortcode, which registers a publicly accessible AJAX handler gated only by a nonce emitted on every page containing the shortcode.

  • Sep 25, 2026Better Messages – Chat Rooms, Group Chat, Private Messages & AI Chat Bots: Stored DOM-Based Cross-Site ScriptingCVE-2026-94376 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 6.4

The Better Messages – Chat Rooms, Group Chat, Private Messages & AI Chat Bots plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored DOM-Based Cross-Site Scripting via User Display Name in all versions up to, and including, 3.0.4 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with subscriber-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. This is exploitable by Subscriber-level users because WordPress core's sanitize_text_field() preserves HTML-entity-encoded payloads (e.g., an iframe srcdoc attribute), allowing the encoded string to be stored as a display name without requiring the unfiltered_html capability, and the plugin subsequently decodes it server-side before rendering.

This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. • Sep 23, 2026Rename wp-login.php to anything you want: Time-based SQL InjectionCVE-2026-93368 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceHigh 7.5

The Rename wp-login.php to anything you want plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to time-based SQL Injection via 'log' (Username) Parameter in all versions up to, and including, 2.0.1 due to insufficient escaping on the user supplied parameter and lack of sufficient preparation on the existing SQL query. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to append additional SQL queries into already existing queries that can be used to extract sensitive information from the database. WordPress core applies wp_unslash() to the 'log' POST value before dispatching the wp_login_failed action, stripping magic-quotes backslash escaping and allowing a raw single quote to reach the plugin's handler unimpeded.

  • Sep 18, 2026Photo Gallery by 10Web – Mobile-Friendly Image Gallery: Time-based SQL InjectionCVE-2026-85652 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 6.5

The Photo Gallery by 10Web – Mobile-Friendly Image Gallery plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to time-based SQL Injection via 'album_id' Shortcode Attribute in all versions up to, and including, 1.8.44 due to insufficient escaping on the user supplied parameter and lack of sufficient preparation on the existing SQL query. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with author-level access and above, to append additional SQL queries into already existing queries that can be used to extract sensitive information from the database. An Author-level user can store a SQL injection payload inside a published post's shortcode attribute, causing the payload to execute when any visitor renders the post; notably, the unsanitized value appears on both sides of a UNION query, potentially doubling the observable time-based delay.

  • Sep 12, 2026rtMedia for WordPress, BuddyPress and bbPress: Time-based blind SQL InjectionCVE-2026-16482 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceHigh 7.5

The rtMedia for WordPress, BuddyPress and bbPress plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to time-based blind SQL Injection via the 'compare' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 4.7.11 due to insufficient escaping on the user supplied parameter and lack of sufficient preparation on the existing SQL query. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to append additional SQL queries into already existing queries that can be used to extract sensitive information from the database. This is exploitable on any public page containing an rtMedia shortcode (e.g., [rtmedia_gallery]) when the rtmedia_shortcode GET parameter is set, because RTMediaQuery::query() merges $_REQUEST into the internal query while only validating top-level array keys, allowing the nested 'compare' subvalue to reach the vulnerable sink without authentication.

  • Sep 5, 2026Divi: DOM-Based Stored Cross-Site ScriptingCVE-2026-3853 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 6.4

The Divi theme for WordPress is vulnerable to DOM-Based Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the `image_src` attribute of the `et_pb_video_slider_item` shortcode in all versions up to, and including, 4.27.6. This is due to the `image_src` field not being included in the `$url_options` whitelist (which only contains `url`, `button_link`, `button_url`), so it never receives `esc_url_raw()` at save time. On the server side, the value is rendered into a `data-image` HTML attribute using `esc_attr()`, which encodes double quotes as `"`. However, the client-side JavaScript carousel code in `custom.unified.js` reads this attribute using jQuery's `.data('image')`, which returns the browser-decoded value (with `"` decoded back to `"`). The decoded value is then concatenated directly into an HTML string and injected into the DOM via `jQuery.after()` without re-escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Contributor-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user hovers over the carousel thumbnail.

  • Sep 1, 2026BetterDocs – AI Documentation, Knowledge Base, Docs, Wikis, FAQ with Chatbot: Stored Cross-Site ScriptingCVE-2026-75980 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 6.4

The BetterDocs – AI Documentation, Knowledge Base, Docs, Wikis, FAQ with Chatbot plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via Heading 'id' Attribute in Post Content in all versions up to, and including, 4.8.1 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. The exploit survives wp_kses_post because entity-encoded quotes in a heading id attribute are treated as a single legitimate attribute value at save time; the dangerous payload only materialises after process_content_for_toc() calls html_entity_decode() on the stored content and the broken id is extracted by a lazy regex before being echoed unescaped into the Table of Contents output.

  • Sep 1, 2026Support Genix – Helpdesk, AI Chatbot, Knowledge Base & Customer Support Ticketing System: Authentication Bypass leading to Administrator Account TakeoverCVE-2026-19806 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceHigh 8.8

The Support Genix – Helpdesk, AI Chatbot, Knowledge Base & Customer Support Ticketing System plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Authentication Bypass leading to Administrator Account Takeover in all versions up to, and including, 1.4.52 via the `guest_ticket_login()` function and its `p` parameter. This is due to the site-wide AES-256-CBC encryption key being derived from only three two-digit `wp_rand(10, 99)` values and a Unix timestamp via `md5()` — yielding approximately 19.5 bits of entropy — combined with a deterministic IV derived from the password, no authentication tag on the ciphertext, and no capability check, nonce, or session validation on the publicly reachable `/sgnix/?p=<token>` endpoint. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with subscriber-level access and above, who can obtain a single legitimate guest ticket token as a known-plaintext oracle and bound the plugin activation timestamp, to exhaust the ~729,000-candidate keyspace entirely offline, recover the site-wide encryption key, and forge a self-consistent `{ticket_id, ticket_user}` token targeting any administrator-owned ticket. • Aug 5, 2026JoomSport – for Sports: Team & League, Football, Hockey & more: Time-based SQL InjectionCVE-2026-11920 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 4.9

The JoomSport – for Sports: Team & League, Football, Hockey & more plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to time-based SQL Injection via the 'order' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 5.7.9 due to insufficient escaping on the user supplied parameter and lack of sufficient preparation on the existing SQL query. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with administrator-level access and above, to append additional SQL queries into already existing queries that can be used to extract sensitive information from the database. The affected admin page lacks nonce or CSRF protection on the GET request, meaning an unauthenticated attacker could exploit this vulnerability by tricking an authenticated administrator into issuing a crafted request. Additionally, the vulnerability is only triggered when the 'orderby' parameter is also present and non-empty alongside the 'order' parameter.

  • Jul 29, 2026Database for CF7: Stored Cross-Site ScriptingCVE-2026-13425 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceHigh 7.2

The Database for CF7 plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via Array Form Field Values in all versions up to, and including, 1.2.6 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. This is exploitable by unauthenticated attackers because Contact Form 7 accepts array-structured input for ordinary text fields (e.g., your-name[]) via the public REST API endpoint /wp-json/contact-form-7/v1/contact-forms/{id}/feedback, and the plugin stores submitted data using $wpdb INSERT with serialize() into a custom wp_cf7db table, bypassing WordPress save-time filtering via wp_insert_post/wp_kses.

  • Jul 28, 2026Online Scheduling and Appointment Booking System – Bookly: Time-based SQL InjectionCVE-2026-14516 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceHigh 7.5

The Online Scheduling and Appointment Booking System – Bookly plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to time-based SQL Injection via the 'staff_ids' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 27.5 due to insufficient escaping on the user supplied parameter and lack of sufficient preparation on the existing SQL query. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to append additional SQL queries into already existing queries that can be used to extract sensitive information from the database. Exploitation requires a two-request chain: an attacker first calls the unauthenticated bookly_get_form_id action to seed a booking session carrying malicious staff_ids values, then triggers bookly_render_time to cause the tainted array to reach the vulnerable query; CSRF/nonce validation is absent on both endpoints, meaning this chain can be initiated cross-site.

  • Jul 28, 2026Chaty Pro: Authenticated Time-Based Blind SQL InjectionCVE-2026-6251 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 6.5

The Chaty Pro plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Authenticated Time-Based Blind SQL Injection in versions up to and including 3.5.5. This is due to the fetch_custom_field() function in admin/class-admin-base.php retrieving the widget_id POST parameter via filter_input(INPUT_POST, ...) and directly concatenating the value into a raw SQL query in a numeric context without using $wpdb->prepare() or any integer casting. Additionally, the nonce verification check is performed after the SQL query has already executed, providing no protection against the injection. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers with subscriber-level access and above to inject arbitrary SQL commands, potentially leading to unauthorized extraction of sensitive database contents including user credentials and configuration data.

  • Jul 24, 2026Participants Database: Sensitive Information ExposureCVE-2026-11354 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 5.3

The Participants Database plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Sensitive Information Exposure in all versions up to, and including, 2.7.8.3 via the 'id' parameter. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to overwrite arbitrary participant records by numeric ID and redirect the private_id-bearing record-access link to an attacker-controlled email address, granting full read and edit access to the victim's stored personally identifiable information including names, email addresses, phone numbers, and any other fields collected in the participant database. An attacker can harvest a valid nonce with a plain unauthenticated GET request to any page rendering the public signup or record form, then POST action=update with an arbitrary id value to overwrite any record; chaining a subsequent action=retrieve then delivers the private-access link to the attacker-controlled mailbox.
