Oct 10, 2026FireBox – WooCommerce Popup Builder, Exit Intent Popup, Email Optin & Cart Abandonment: Generic SQL InjectionCVE-2026-104724 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 5.3
The FireBox – WooCommerce Popup Builder, Exit Intent Popup, Email Optin & Cart Abandonment plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to generic SQL Injection via FireBox Form Display Condition in all versions up to, and including, 3.1.13 due to insufficient escaping on the user supplied parameter and lack of sufficient preparation on the existing SQL query. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with author-level access and above, to append additional SQL queries into already existing queries that can be used to extract sensitive information from the database. On fresh installations of version 3.1.10 and later, exploitation requires administrator-level access; however, on sites upgraded from a version prior to 3.1.10, the preserveCampaignRoleAccess() migration grants the edit_fireboxes capability to any role that previously held edit_posts, reducing the minimum required privilege to Author-level.

Oct 8, 2026Banks generates meaningful LLM prompts using a simple template language.CVE-2026-107717 · Other software · masci · reported by GitHubMedium 6.5
Banks generates meaningful LLM prompts using a simple template language. Prior to 2.5.0, Banks Prompt.chat_messages() attempts to parse every line of rendered template output as ChatMessage JSON. When an application renders untrusted data and passes the returned ChatMessage objects to an LLM provider, attacker-controlled JSON can cross the prompt boundary and become a system, assistant, or tool message because ChatMessage.role accepts arbitrary strings. This can override application instructions, alter the intended prompt structure, or confuse downstream tool and message handling. This issue is fixed in version 2.5.0.

Prior to 2.5.1, Banks DirectoryPromptRegistry does not reject symbolic links for index.json or discovered and existing .jinja prompt files. In an application where untrusted users can influence a prompt directory, DirectoryPromptRegistry._scan() and DirectoryPromptRegistry.get() can follow a link outside the registry root and disclose a file, while DirectoryPromptRegistry.set(), DirectoryPromptRegistry._save(), and DirectoryPromptRegistry._load() can read or overwrite an external link target. The issue requires attacker influence over the registry directory or its extracted contents. This issue is fixed in version 2.5.1.

Oct 6, 2026Incorrect Authorization (CWE-863) in Kibana can lead to sensitive information disclosure via Accessing Functionality Not Properly Constrained by ACLs (CAPEC-1).CVE-2026-102412 · Other software · Elastic · reported by security@elastic.coMedium 6.5
Incorrect Authorization (CWE-863) in Kibana can lead to sensitive information disclosure via Accessing Functionality Not Properly Constrained by ACLs (CAPEC-1). An authenticated Kibana user with limited Fleet management privileges could access sensitive credential material that should be restricted to users with Fleet settings administrative access. Successful exploitation could allow an attacker to obtain private cryptographic key material configured for Fleet Server host connections, potentially enabling impersonation of trusted Fleet infrastructure components in deployments where those keys are actively used.

Missing Authorization (CWE-862) in Kibana can lead to information disclosure via Accessing Functionality Not Properly Constrained by ACLs (CAPEC-1). An internal API surface within the Metrics Experience feature did not enforce a Kibana-level authorization check that an equivalent, related API in the same feature did enforce. As a result, a user who held only data-store-level read access to an index, but no corresponding Kibana feature privilege, could retrieve index-derived metric data through Kibana that the properly-authorized API would otherwise have blocked.

Oct 6, 2026Authorization Bypass Through User-Controlled Key (CWE-639) in Kibana could lead to cross-tenant data interception.CVE-2026-102406 · Other software · Elastic · reported by security@elastic.coHigh 8.8
Authorization Bypass Through User-Controlled Key (CWE-639) in Kibana could lead to cross-tenant data interception. In this context, "tenant" refers to a user or team sharing the same Kibana deployment, not a separate Elastic Cloud organization or customer. Kibana's Fleet package installation process allowed a user holding delegated Fleet package-management privileges, without direct Elasticsearch administrative privileges, to claim a data stream identifier already in use by another tenant. Because ownership of that identifier was not verified before Fleet applied the uploaded package's generated index and ingest-pipeline settings to already-existing infrastructure, an attacker could redirect an existing tenant's data stream through infrastructure under their control. This exposed the affected tenant's subsequently ingested data to unauthorized disclosure and modification, and prevented that data from reaching its intended destination. Interception could continue even after the malicious package was removed, requiring separate remediation of the affected infrastructure.

Oct 3, 2026Real Cookie Banner: GDPR & ePrivacy Cookie Consent: Stored Cross-Site ScriptingCVE-2026-92977 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceHigh 7.2
The Real Cookie Banner: GDPR & ePrivacy Cookie Consent plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via Comment in all versions up to, and including, 5.3.5 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. Malicious script payloads placed in the title attribute of an anchor tag survive WordPress's comment kses filter at save time, as the payload is only promoted to executable HTML attributes when the plugin's page-wide regex strips the closing quote delimiter at render time; exploitability is therefore subject to the standard comment moderation workflow before the comment is publicly displayed.

Therefore we set info->band to NUM_NL80211_BANDS. However, this leads to out-of-bound access in ieee80211_add_tx_radiotap_header when we try to access the sbands array. Fix it by not accessing the array if the band is NUM_NL80211_BANDS. This means that we will not report rate info for legacy rate in NAN. But nobody really cares about it.

Sep 17, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: usb: ljca: bound bank_num in ljca_enumerate_gpio() ljca_enumerate_gpio() reads desc->bank_CVE-2026-93119 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: usb: ljca: bound bank_num in ljca_enumerate_gpio() ljca_enumerate_gpio() reads desc->bank_num from the device and loops valid_pin[i] = get_unaligned_le32(...) for i < bank_num. valid_pin[] holds only LJCA_MAX_GPIO_NUM / 32 = 2 entries. Two checks run before the loop. The reply length must match struct_size(desc, bank_desc, bank_num). The product pins_per_bank * bank_num must not exceed LJCA_MAX_GPIO_NUM. Neither one bounds bank_num against the size of valid_pin[]. The reply is capped at LJCA_MAX_PAYLOAD_SIZE (60) bytes, so the struct_size check limits bank_num to 9. A device that reports bank_num 9 with pins_per_bank 7 still passes both checks. gpio_num is 63 and the reply is 56 bytes. The loop then writes nine u32 into the two entry array and overruns valid_pin[] on the stack. A broken or malicious LJCA device can therefore overflow the stack. Reject a bank_num that does not fit valid_pin[].

Sep 17, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: wifi: mt76: mt7996: validate RX band_idx before dereferencing phys[] band_idx comes from aCVE-2026-90374 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: wifi: mt76: mt7996: validate RX band_idx before dereferencing phys[] band_idx comes from a 2-bit descriptor field (0-3) and was used directly to index dev->mt76.phys[] (size __MT_MAX_BAND == 3) and dereference the result. A corrupt or reserved descriptor value could index out of bounds or hit a NULL phy on parts with fewer bands. Reject invalid band indices, mirroring mt7996_rx_get_wcid().

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: libceph: validate banner payload length When parsing the Ceph messenger v2 protocol banner, the `payload_len` field is decoded from the banner prefix. If a client sends a banner with a `payload_len` of 0, the kernel sets up a 0-length socket read. Sep 14, 2026Alior Bank PrestaShop module "raty" for commercial partners is vulnerable to SQL Injection in the "hookActionObjectProductUpdateBefore", "hookActionObjectCategoCVE-2026-7848 · Websites & servers · reported by cvd@cert.plHigh 8.6
Alior Bank PrestaShop module "raty" for commercial partners is vulnerable to SQL Injection in the "hookActionObjectProductUpdateBefore", "hookActionObjectCategoryUpdateBefore", and "hookActionObjectCategoryAddAfter" hook methods. The module inserts values of the POST parameters "alior_product_promotion", "alior_category_promotion" and "alior_category_enabled" directly into SQL UPDATE queries without any sanitization or validation. An attacker with access to the product or category add/edit functionality in the PrestaShop backoffice can inject arbitrary SQL, potentially allowing unauthorized access to and modification of database contents. This issue was fixed in versions: 9.0.7 and 8.1.11
