  • Mar 23, 2026User Registration & Membership: Unauthorized modification of dataCVE-2026-4056 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 5.4

The User Registration & Membership plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to unauthorized modification of data due to a missing capability check on the Content Access Rules REST API endpoints in versions 5.0.1 through 5.1.4. • Mar 10, 2026zot is ancontainer image/artifact registry based on the Open Container Initiative Distribution Specification.CVE-2026-31801 · Other software · project-zot · reported by GitHubHigh 7.7

zot is ancontainer image/artifact registry based on the Open Container Initiative Distribution Specification. From 1.3.0 to 2.1.14, zot’s dist-spec authorization middleware infers the required action for PUT /v2/{name}/manifests/{reference} as create by default, and only switches to update when the tag already exists and reference != "latest". As a result, when latest already exists, a user who is allowed to create (but not allowed to update) can still pass the authorization check for an overwrite attempt of latest. This vulnerability is fixed in 2.1.15.

  • Mar 6, 2026Internet Routing Registry daemon version 4 is an IRR database server, processing IRR objects in the RPSL format.CVE-2026-28681 · Other software · irrdnet · reported by GitHubHigh 8.1

Internet Routing Registry daemon version 4 is an IRR database server, processing IRR objects in the RPSL format. From version 4.4.0 to before version 4.4.5 and from version 4.5.0 to before version 4.5.1, an attacker can manipulate the HTTP Host header on a password reset or account creation request. The confirmation link in the resulting email can then point to an attacker-controlled domain. Opening the link in the email is sufficient to pass the token to the attacker, who can then use it on the real IRRD instance to take over the account. A compromised account can then be used to modify RPSL objects maintained by the account's mntners and perform other account actions. If the user had two-factor authentication configured, which is required for users with override access, an attacker is not able to log in, even after successfully resetting the password. This issue has been patched in versions 4.4.5 and 4.5.1.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: nfc: nci: Fix race between rfkill and nci_unregister_device(). syzbot reported the splat below [0] without a repro. It indicates that struct nci_dev.cmd_wq had been destroyed before nci_close_device() was called via rfkill. nci_dev.cmd_wq is only destroyed in nci_unregister_device(), which (I think) was called from virtual_ncidev_close() when syzbot close()d an fd of virtual_ncidev. The problem is that nci_unregister_device() destroys nci_dev.cmd_wq first and then calls nfc_unregister_device(), which removes the device from rfkill by rfkill_unregister(). So, the device is still visible via rfkill even after nci_dev.cmd_wq is destroyed. Let's unregister the device from rfkill first in nci_unregister_device(). Note that we cannot call nfc_unregister_device() before nci_close_device() because 1) nfc_unregister_device() calls device_del() which frees all memory allocated by devm_kzalloc() and linked to ndev->conn_info_list 2) nci_rx_work() could try to queue nci_conn_info to ndev->conn_info_list which could be leaked Thus, nfc_unregister_device() is split into two functions so we can remov

  • Feb 14, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: dpll: Prevent duplicate registrations Modify the internal registration helpers dpll_xa_refCVE-2026-23129 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67Medium 5.5

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: dpll: Prevent duplicate registrations Modify the internal registration helpers dpll_xa_ref_{dpll,pin}_add() to reject duplicate registration attempts. Previously, if a caller attempted to register the same pin multiple times (with the same ops, priv, and cookie) on the same device, the core silently increments the reference count and return success. This behavior is incorrect because if the caller makes these duplicate registrations then for the first one dpll_pin_registration is allocated and for others the associated dpll_pin_ref.refcount is incremented. During the first unregistration the associated dpll_pin_registration is freed and for others WARN is fired. Fix this by updating the logic to return `-EEXIST` if a matching registration is found to enforce a strict "register once" policy.

  • Feb 12, 2026When connecting to the Solax Cloud MQTT server the username is the "registration number", which is the 10 character string printed on the SolaX Power Pocket devCVE-2025-15574 · Other software · SolaX Power · reported by 551230f0-3615-47bd-b7cc-93e92e730bbfMedium 6.5

When connecting to the Solax Cloud MQTT server the username is the "registration number", which is the 10 character string printed on the SolaX Power Pocket device / the QR code on the device. The password is derived from the "registration number" using a proprietary XOR/transposition algorithm. Attackers with the knowledge of the registration numbers can connect to the MQTT server and impersonate the dongle / inverters.
