  • Nov 5, 2026FreeSWITCH is a Software Defined Telecom Stack enabling the digital transformation from proprietary telecom switches to a software implementation that runs on aCVE-2026-116574 · Other software · signalwire · reported by GitHubMedium 5.9

FreeSWITCH is a Software Defined Telecom Stack enabling the digital transformation from proprietary telecom switches to a software implementation that runs on any commodity hardware. Prior to 1.11.2, switch_xml_ampencode() reserved only ten bytes for the widest numeric character reference produced from a four-byte UTF-8 sequence, omitting space for the terminating NUL. When remote-supplied text was serialized at the exact buffer-growth boundary, the terminator wrote one byte beyond the heap allocation. Reachable surfaces include mod_xml_cdr, conference and formatted CDR XML, XML Event Socket output, and XML API output that serializes caller-controlled values. The fixed zero-byte write can abort the process or truncate an adjacent object, while remote code execution has not been demonstrated. This issue is fixed in version 1.11.2.

FreeSWITCH is an open-source software telecommunications platform. From 1.10.0 until 1.11.1, a stack-based buffer overflow in  mod_sofia  when generating dialog-event notifications. A peer can establish a dialog with an excessively long SIP To-header user part and subsequently subscribe to that entity’s dialog events, causing the stored value to overflow a fixed-size stack buffer. Exploitation requires presence or shared-appearance management to be enabled and normally requires valid profile credentials, unless subscription authentication is disabled. The overflow can terminate the FreeSWITCH process and all active calls. This vulnerability is fixed in version 1.11.2.

  • Nov 5, 2026A security issue was discovered in ingress-nginx where a user with permission to create an Ingress may be able to cause denial of service of the ingress-nginx dCVE-2026-116472 · Other software · Kubernetes · reported by jordan@liggitt.netLow 2.7

A security issue was discovered in ingress-nginx where a user with permission to create an Ingress may be able to cause denial of service of the ingress-nginx data plane, or possibly redirect traffic from other Ingresses. Kubernetes clusters are only affected if they are using ingress-nginx. Due to a missing check, the mirror-target Ingress annotation can be used to target an unauthenticated configuration API within the ingress-nginx controller, allowing write commands to be submitted. Corrupting the data within that configuration API results in all traffic through ingress-nginx being dropped until an Ingress configuration change or a controller restart causes the data to be recreated correctly. In principle, this write access could also be used to redirect traffic from other Ingresses controlled by the same ingress-nginx instance. In practice, there is negligible additional risk: such redirection would require privileged information about internal ingress-nginx state, and users can already redirect traffic from other Ingresses controlled by the same ingress-nginx anyway.

  • Nov 5, 2026A flaw was found in the protocol mapper and identity resolution components of Keycloak.CVE-2026-97847 · Other software · Red Hat · reported by Red HatHigh 7.1

A flaw was found in the protocol mapper and identity resolution components of Keycloak. The issue occurs when a client manager uses hardcoded-claim mappers to override identity claims in sessionless service-account tokens. Because these tokens lack a session ID, Keycloak may incorrectly resolve the token bearer as a different, highly privileged user based on the manipulated claims. This can allow an attacker with limited client management permissions to impersonate a realm administrator and gain full control over the realm.

A flaw was found in the idp-auto-link authenticator of the keycloak-services component, which handles user identity federation. The issue occurs when Keycloak automatically links an incoming identity from an external provider to an existing local account based on an email address without verifying if the provider has validated that email. This can allow an attacker to take over a victim's account by using a matching unverified email address at a brokered provider.

A flaw was found in the Client-Initiated Backchannel Authentication (CIBA) implementation of Keycloak. The CIBA endpoint fails to properly validate the sub parameter, allowing it to be stored as an additional request parameter. During the token issuance process, this injected value overwrites the legitimate subject identifier. This allows an attacker to authenticate as themselves but receive security tokens belonging to a different victim user, leading to unauthorized account access.

A flaw was found in the SAML adapter component of Keycloak, which is used to secure applications with SAML-based authentication. The adapter fails to verify that the issuer of a signed SAML assertion matches the expected identity provider configured for the application. If multiple identity providers share the same trusted signing key, an attacker who controls one of those providers can create a validly signed assertion to log into the application as any user, potentially gaining full administrative control.

  • Nov 5, 2026Keycloak provides a Dynamic Client Registration feature that allows users with specific tokens to register their own applications.CVE-2026-92857 · Other software · Red Hat · reported by Red HatHigh 8.1

Keycloak provides a Dynamic Client Registration feature that allows users with specific tokens to register their own applications. A flaw in how Keycloak validates these registration requests allows an attacker to create a malicious application that forges identity information. By mapping their own user profile details to protected fields like the user ID (sub) or intended audience (aud), an attacker can generate signed security tokens that make them appear to be a different user. This could allow an attacker to impersonate other users or gain unauthorized access to services that rely on these tokens for identity verification.

  • Nov 5, 2026WebAssembly Micro Runtime (WAMR) is a lightweight standalone WebAssembly (Wasm) runtime.CVE-2026-54914 · Other software · bytecodealliance · reported by GitHubHigh 8.3

WebAssembly Micro Runtime (WAMR) is a lightweight standalone WebAssembly (Wasm) runtime. Prior to 2.4.5, wasi_poll_oneoff in core/iwasm/libraries/libc-wasi/libc_wasi_wrapper.c validates the output pointer for only one wasi_event_t, while wasmtime_ssp_poll_oneoff in core/iwasm/libraries/libc-wasi/sandboxed-system-primitives/src/posix.c can write as many events as the guest-controlled nsubscriptions value. A crafted guest module can provide multiple subscriptions that produce events while positioning an output region large enough for only one event, causing a later out[nevents] write to cross the validated Wasm linear-memory boundary into adjacent host heap memory. The overwrite contains partly attacker-controlled event data and can reliably crash the host process, with further confidentiality or integrity consequences depending on heap layout. This issue is fixed in version 2.4.5.

  • Nov 5, 2026WebAssembly Micro Runtime (WAMR) is a lightweight standalone WebAssembly (Wasm) runtime.CVE-2026-54913 · Other software · bytecodealliance · reported by GitHubMedium 6.9

WebAssembly Micro Runtime (WAMR) is a lightweight standalone WebAssembly (Wasm) runtime. Prior to 2.4.5, load_init_expr in core/iwasm/interpreter/wasm_loader.c accepts a non-reference heap-type byte for ref.null when WASM_ENABLE_GC=0, while the local WASMValue cur_value union is not zero-initialized and setting ref_index writes only part of it. A crafted module can declare an i64, f64, or v128 global initialized through the invalid ref.null form, causing push_const_expr_stack and the later global initialization path to copy uninitialized host-stack bytes into a value readable by the guest. The classic and fast interpreters are affected in the default no-GC configuration; the GC-enabled path validates heap types. The disclosure is four bytes for i64 or f64 globals and up to twelve bytes for each v128 global. This issue is fixed in version 2.4.5.

  • Nov 5, 2026WebAssembly Micro Runtime (WAMR) is a lightweight standalone WebAssembly (Wasm) runtime.CVE-2026-54912 · Other software · bytecodealliance · reported by GitHubHigh 8.8

WebAssembly Micro Runtime (WAMR) is a lightweight standalone WebAssembly (Wasm) runtime. Prior to 2.4.5, the two-pass fast interpreter loader in core/iwasm/interpreter/wasm_loader.c can make inconsistent constant-table decisions between the sizing pass and the emitting pass. After duplicate constants inflate the first pass beyond the constant-slot limit, wasm_loader_get_const_offset emits later constants inline, but the between-pass sort and deduplication reduces the table so the second pass can choose table references and cause reserve_block_ret to emit additional copy operands that were not included in code_compiled_peak_size. A crafted module can therefore make the second pass write partially attacker-controlled compiled-code data beyond the heap buffer allocated from the first pass's size calculation during wasm_runtime_load, before guest code executes. This can corrupt host heap metadata and deterministically crash the process, causing denial of service; further consequences depend on the host application's heap layout. Builds using WAMR_BUILD_FAST_INTERP=1 are affected; disabling the fast interpreter avoids the vulnerable loader. This issue is fixed in version 2.4.5.

  • Nov 5, 2026An incorrect authorization vulnerability exists in the Altium 365 Git Service.CVE-2026-123184 · Other software · Altium · reported by 4760f414-e1ae-4ff1-bdad-c7a9c3538b79High 7.2

An incorrect authorization vulnerability exists in the Altium 365 Git Service. The permission check performed when a user pushes to a project repository did not correctly evaluate the required access level, so the check passed for any user holding any level of access to the project. As a result, an authenticated user with view-only access to a project could write to that project's git repository. Read access was evaluated correctly and was not affected, and exploitation requires an authenticated account with existing access to the target project. The issue has been remediated in Altium 365 at the service level and no customer action is required. On-premise Altium Enterprise Server is not affected.

The Symfony HtmlSanitizer component does not apply the media URL policy to the srcset and imagesrcset attributes, allowing values that point to hosts or schemes not permitted by allowMediaSchemes() or allowMediaHosts() to bypass it, so that browsers load images from disallowed hosts in Symfony versions 6.1.x prior to 6.4.50, 7.x prior to 7.4.23, and 8.x prior to 8.1.11.The srcset attribute on img and source elements and the imagesrcset attribute on link elements are allowed by the sanitizer, but their URL candidates are never validated, so their values are kept verbatim while the same URL in src is dropped. The fixes for CVE-2026-45753 and CVE-2026-48761 extended the same attribute list but did not cover these two attributes. For example, with allowMediaSchemes(['https']) and allowMediaHosts(['trusted.example']), <img srcset="https://evil.example/a.png 1x"> survives sanitization, and the browser fetches the selected candidate as it would fetch src. Candidates with a scheme forbidden by the configuration, such as http, are kept as well. • Nov 5, 2026HedgeDoc is an open source, real-time collaborative markdown notes application.CVE-2026-102927 · Other software · hedgedoc · reported by GitHubMedium 5.9

HedgeDoc is an open source, real-time collaborative markdown notes application. Prior to 1.11.1, the WebSocket permission handler allows a note owner to store strings outside the supported freely, editable, limited, locked, protected, and private permission values. The viewing and editing checks handle only known values and can otherwise fall through to permissive behavior, making a note readable or writable more broadly than intended. SQLite deployments can persist the invalid value because the database column does not strictly enforce the set, while MySQL and PostgreSQL reject the database update but can leave the in-memory note state inconsistent for connected users until reload or cache eviction. Exploitation requires the note owner to intentionally submit an invalid permission value, and the owner could already choose a legitimate permissive setting, which limits the practical security impact. This issue is fixed in version 1.11.1.

HomeBox is a home inventory and organization system. Prior to 0.27.0, POST /api/v1/users/register and the users.email uniqueness constraint treat email addresses as case-sensitive while HomeBox uses a case-insensitive login lookup. An unauthenticated attacker who knows a victim's email can register a differently cased variant, creating duplicate rows that cause login to return 401 for both variants and deny the victim access, while also bypassing the one-account-per-email policy. A flaw was found in the SAML implementation of Keycloak, an open-source identity and access management solution. The SAML Artifact Resolution and ECP SOAP endpoints do not properly limit the size or complexity of incoming XML requests. An unauthenticated remote attacker can exploit this by sending specially crafted, large XML messages that cause the server to consume excessive memory. This leads to the application running out of memory and crashing, resulting in a denial of service for all users.

HomeBox is a home inventory and organization system. Prior to 0.27.0, the maybeUrl() utility accepts markdown-style links in entity custom-field values without restricting the URL scheme, so an authenticated user can store a javascript: URI that is rendered as a clickable anchor on an item page. • Nov 5, 2026OpenHuman is an open-source agent harness available as a desktop application and Rust library.CVE-2026-54146 · Other software · tinyhumansai · reported by GitHubHigh 8.8

OpenHuman is an open-source agent harness available as a desktop application and Rust library. From 0.53.15 before 0.57.5 on macOS, core_process.rs in the Tauri desktop process publishes the per-launch OPENHUMAN_CORE_TOKEN bearer credential in its process environment even though the core now runs as an in-process task. Another process running as the same user can read that environment through the macOS KERN_PROCARGS2 process-inspection interface, recover the token together with the local host and port, and authenticate to the core JSON-RPC service with the authority of the desktop frontend. The attacker can read agent memory and integrated-account data, invoke privileged actions, change configuration, and stop or disrupt services without root access, developer mode, or changes to System Integrity Protection. This issue affects Intel and Apple Silicon macOS systems. This issue is fixed in version 0.57.5.

  • Nov 5, 2026OpenHuman is an open-source agent harness available as a desktop application and Rust library.CVE-2026-54145 · Other software · tinyhumansai · reported by GitHubHigh 8.8

OpenHuman is an open-source agent harness available as a desktop application and Rust library. In affected versions before 0.57.5, the approval gate uses the JSON-RPC bearer token as an approval session identifier. This exposes the credential through persisted approval records, events, debug logs, and RPC responses, including during normal desktop operation. An attacker who obtains these artifacts can recover the token and access the core RPC interface while it remains valid. This can expose sensitive agent and integration data and permit privileged operations. Stable tokens remain usable until rotated; launch-specific tokens remain usable while the corresponding core instance is active. The fix is included in version 0.57.5.

  • Nov 5, 2026OpenHuman is an open-source agent harness available as a desktop application and Rust library.CVE-2026-54144 · Other software · tinyhumansai · reported by GitHubMedium 6.1

OpenHuman is an open-source agent harness available as a desktop application and Rust library. Before 0.56.0 on macOS, the runtime injected into a supported remote account webview such as Google Meet allows page JavaScript to call getDisplayMedia without a live user gesture. Instead of rejecting the request, the shim falls through to native Chromium capture behavior, and the embedded CEF environment can auto-select the primary display because it lacks the normal desktop-media picker. If OpenHuman already has macOS Screen Recording permission and an attacker obtains JavaScript execution in an allowed embedded origin, the attacker can obtain a real desktop capture stream without a new user gesture. The stream can expose chats, documents, source code, email, meeting content, credentials, one-time codes, and other visible desktop information. The separate direct screen_share_begin_session IPC path failing origin validation does not prevent exploitation through getDisplayMedia. This issue is fixed in version 0.56.0.
