In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: macvlan: observe an RCU grace period in macvlan_common_newlink() error path valis reported that a race condition still happens after my prior patch. macvlan_common_newlink() might have made @dev visible before detecting an error, and its caller will directly call free_netdev(dev). We must respect an RCU period, either in macvlan or the core networking stack. Mar 18, 2026Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (on-premises) 1612 (9.0.2.3034) allows the generation of customized reports via raw SQL queries in an upload of a .rdCVE-2025-58112 · Other software · reported by MITREHigh 8.8
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (on-premises) 1612 (9.0.2.3034) allows the generation of customized reports via raw SQL queries in an upload of a .rdl (Report Definition Language) file; this is then processed by the SQL Server Reporting Service. An account with the privilege Add Reporting Services Reports can upload a malicious rdl file. If the malicious rdl file is already loaded and it is executable by the user, the Add Reporting Services Reports privilege is not required. A malicious actor can trigger the generation of the report, causing the execution of arbitrary SQL commands in the underlying database. Depending on the permissions of the account running SQL Server Reporting Services, the attacker may be able to perform additional actions, such as accessing linked servers or executing operating system commands.

Mar 18, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: gve: Fix stats report corruption on queue count change The driver and the NIC share a regiCVE-2026-23262 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67High 7.8
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: gve: Fix stats report corruption on queue count change The driver and the NIC share a region in memory for stats reporting. The NIC calculates its offset into this region based on the total size of the stats region and the size of the NIC's stats. When the number of queues is changed, the driver's stats region is resized. If the queue count is increased, the NIC can write past the end of the allocated stats region, causing memory corruption. If the queue count is decreased, there is a gap between the driver and NIC stats, leading to incorrect stats reporting. This change fixes the issue by allocating stats region with maximum size, and the offset calculation for NIC stats is changed to match with the calculation of the NIC.

Mar 18, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net: add proper RCU protection to /proc/net/ptype Yin Fengwei reported an RCU stall in ptyCVE-2026-23255 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67Medium 5.5
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net: add proper RCU protection to /proc/net/ptype Yin Fengwei reported an RCU stall in ptype_seq_show() and provided a patch. Real issue is that ptype_seq_next() and ptype_seq_show() violate RCU rules. ptype_seq_show() runs under rcu_read_lock(), and reads pt->dev to get device name without any barrier. At the same time, concurrent writers can remove a packet_type structure (which is correctly freed after an RCU grace period) and clear pt->dev without an RCU grace period. Define ptype_iter_state to carry a dev pointer along seq_net_private: struct ptype_iter_state { struct seq_net_private p; struct net_device *dev; // added in this patch }; We need to record the device pointer in ptype_get_idx() and ptype_seq_next() so that ptype_seq_show() is safe against concurrent pt->dev changes. We also need to add full RCU protection in ptype_seq_next(). (Missing READ_ONCE() when reading list.next values) Many thanks to Dong Chenchen for providing a repro.

Mar 18, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: perf/core: Fix refcount bug and potential UAF in perf_mmap Syzkaller reported a refcount_tCVE-2026-23248 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67High 7.8
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: perf/core: Fix refcount bug and potential UAF in perf_mmap Syzkaller reported a refcount_t: addition on 0; use-after-free warning in perf_mmap. The issue is caused by a race condition between a failing mmap() setup and a concurrent mmap() on a dependent event (e.g., using output redirection). In perf_mmap(), the ring_buffer (rb) is allocated and assigned to event->rb with the mmap_mutex held. The mutex is then released to perform map_range(). If map_range() fails, perf_mmap_close() is called to clean up. However, since the mutex was dropped, another thread attaching to this event (via inherited events or output redirection) can acquire the mutex, observe the valid event->rb pointer, and attempt to increment its reference count. If the cleanup path has already dropped the reference count to zero, this results in a use-after-free or refcount saturation warning. Fix this by extending the scope of mmap_mutex to cover the map_range() call. This ensures that the ring buffer initialization and mapping (or cleanup on failure) happens atomically effectively, preventing other threads from accessing a half-initialized o

Mar 9, 2026Due to a programming error, blocklistd leaks a socket descriptor for each adverse event report it receives.CVE-2026-2261 · Other software · FreeBSD · reported by secteam@freebsd.orgHigh 7.5
Due to a programming error, blocklistd leaks a socket descriptor for each adverse event report it receives. Once a certain number of leaked sockets is reached, blocklistd becomes unable to run the helper script: a child process is forked, but this child dereferences a null pointer and crashes before it is able to exec the helper. At this point, blocklistd still records adverse events but is unable to block new addresses or unblock addresses whose database entries have expired. Once a second, much higher number of leaked sockets is reached, blocklistd becomes unable to receive new adverse event reports. An attacker may take advantage of this by triggering a large number of adverse events from sacrificial IP addresses to effectively disable blocklistd before launching an attack. Even in the absence of attacks or probes by would-be attackers, adverse events will occur regularly in the course of normal operations, and blocklistd will gradually run out file descriptors and become ineffective. The accumulation of open sockets may have knock-on effects on other parts of the system, resulting in a general slowdown until blocklistd is restarted.

Feb 24, 2026tfplan2md is software for converting Terraform plan JSON files into human-readable Markdown reports.CVE-2026-27640 · Other software · oocx · reported by GitHubHigh 8.5
tfplan2md is software for converting Terraform plan JSON files into human-readable Markdown reports. Prior to version 1.26.1, a bug in tfplan2md affected several distinct rendering paths: AzApi resource body properties, AzureDevOps variable groups, Scriban template context variables, and hierarchical sensitivity detection. This caused reports to render values that should have been masked as "(sensitive)" instead. This issue is fixed in v1.26.1. No known workarounds are available.

Feb 24, 2026EventSentry versions prior to 6.0.1.20 contain an unverified password change vulnerability in the account management functionality of the Web Reports interface.CVE-2026-24443 · Other software · NETIKUS.NET ltd · reported by VulnCheckHigh 8.6
EventSentry versions prior to 6.0.1.20 contain an unverified password change vulnerability in the account management functionality of the Web Reports interface. The password change mechanism does not require validation of the current password before allowing a new password to be set. An attacker who gains temporary access to an authenticated user session can change the account password without knowledge of the original credentials. This enables persistent account takeover and, if administrative accounts are affected, may result in privilege escalation.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: sched/mmcid: Don't assume CID is CPU owned on mode switch Shinichiro reported a KASAN UAF, which is actually an out of bounds access in the MMCID management code. CPU0 CPU1 T1 runs in userspace T0: fork(T4) -> Switch to per CPU CID mode fixup() set MM_CID_TRANSIT on T1/CPU1 T4 exit() T3 exit() T2 exit() T1 exit() switch to per task mode ---> Out of bounds access. As T1 has not scheduled after T0 set the TRANSIT bit, it exits with the TRANSIT bit set. sched_mm_cid_remove_user() clears the TRANSIT bit in the task and drops the CID, but it does not touch the per CPU storage. That's functionally correct because a CID is only owned by the CPU when the ONCPU bit is set, which is mutually exclusive with the TRANSIT flag. Now sched_mm_cid_exit() assumes that the CID is CPU owned because the prior mode was per CPU. It invokes mm_drop_cid_on_cpu() which clears the not set ONCPU bit and then invokes clear_bit() with an insanely large bit number because TRANSIT is set (bit 29). Prevent that by actually validating that the CID is CPU owned in mm_drop_cid_on_cpu().

Feb 17, 2026SQL injection vulnerability (SQLi) in Clicldeu SaaS, specifically in the generation of reports, which occurs when a previously authenticated remote attacker exeCVE-2026-2247 · Other software · Clickedu · reported by cve-coordination@incibe.esHigh 8.3
SQL injection vulnerability (SQLi) in Clicldeu SaaS, specifically in the generation of reports, which occurs when a previously authenticated remote attacker executes a malicious payload in the URL generated after downloading the student's report card in the ‘Day-to-day’ section from the mobile application. In the URL of the generated PDF, the session token used does not expire, so it remains valid for days after its generation, and unusual characters can be entered after the ‘id_alu’ parameter, resulting in two types of SQLi: boolean-based blind and time-based blind. Exploiting this vulnerability could allow an attacker to access confidential information in the database.

Feb 14, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ipv6: Fix ECMP sibling count mismatch when clearing RTF_ADDRCONF syzbot reported a kernel CVE-2026-23200 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67Medium 5.5
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ipv6: Fix ECMP sibling count mismatch when clearing RTF_ADDRCONF syzbot reported a kernel BUG in fib6_add_rt2node() when adding an IPv6 route. [0] Commit f72514b3c569 ("ipv6: clear RA flags when adding a static route") introduced logic to clear RTF_ADDRCONF from existing routes when a static route with the same nexthop is added. However, this causes a problem when the existing route has a gateway. When RTF_ADDRCONF is cleared from a route that has a gateway, that route becomes eligible for ECMP, i.e. rt6_qualify_for_ecmp() returns true. The issue is that this route was never added to the fib6_siblings list. This leads to a mismatch between the following counts: - The sibling count computed by iterating fib6_next chain, which includes the newly ECMP-eligible route - The actual siblings in fib6_siblings list, which does not include that route When a subsequent ECMP route is added, fib6_add_rt2node() hits BUG_ON(sibling->fib6_nsiblings != rt->fib6_nsiblings) because the counts don't match. Fix this by only clearing RTF_ADDRCONF when the existing route does not have a gateway. Routes without a gateway cann

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: binder: fix UAF in binder_netlink_report() Oneway transactions sent to frozen targets via binder_proc_transaction() return a BR_TRANSACTION_PENDING_FROZEN error but they are still treated as successful since the target is expected to thaw at some point. It is then not safe to access 't' after BR_TRANSACTION_PENDING_FROZEN errors as the transaction could have been consumed by the now thawed target. This is the case for binder_netlink_report() which derreferences 't' after a pending frozen error, as pointed out by the following KASAN report: ================================================================== BUG: KASAN: slab-use-after-free in binder_netlink_report.isra.0+0x694/0x6c8 Read of size 8 at addr ffff00000f98ba38 by task binder-util/522 CPU: 4 UID: 0 PID: 522 Comm: binder-util Not tainted 6.19.0-rc6-00015-gc03e9c42ae8f #1 PREEMPT Hardware name: linux,dummy-virt (DT) Call trace: binder_netlink_report.isra.0+0x694/0x6c8 binder_transaction+0x66e4/0x79b8 binder_thread_write+0xab4/0x4440 binder_ioctl+0x1fd4/0x2940 [...] Allocated by task 522: __kmalloc_cache_noprof+0x17c/0x50c

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: HID: i2c-hid: fix potential buffer overflow in i2c_hid_get_report() `i2c_hid_xfer` is used to read `recv_len + sizeof(__le16)` bytes of data into `ihid->rawbuf`. The former can come from the userspace in the hidraw driver and is only bounded by HID_MAX_BUFFER_SIZE(16384) by default (unless we also set `max_buffer_size` field of `struct hid_ll_driver` which we do not). The latter has size determined at runtime by the maximum size of different report types you could receive on any particular device and can be a much smaller value. Fix this by truncating `recv_len` to `ihid->bufsize - sizeof(__le16)`. The impact is low since access to hidraw devices requires root.
