Missing Authentication for Critical Function (CWE-306) in the product cache revalidation Server Action (src/app/actions.ts, revalidateProducts) in MarcosCamara01 Ecommerce Template before commit ec97209 allows a remote, unauthenticated attacker to force expiration of the entire storefront product cache at will. The file declares "use server" at file scope, so every exported function compiles into a POST-invokable Server Action; revalidateProducts calls updateTag("products") with no session or role check, unlike the read-only actions in the same file which are safe by construction. Two client components under src/components/admin import the function, which causes its Server Action id to be compiled into a public /_next/static chunk that the application's admin middleware (proxy.ts) does not gate, so any unauthenticated user can extract that id from the public bundle and invoke the action directly. With cacheComponents enabled, the entire storefront (home, categories, product pages, search) is served from "use cache" entries produced by getAllProducts, getCategoryProducts and getProduct, all tagged products with an hours-long cacheLife. Repeated unauthenticated invocation of revalida

  • Sep 28, 2026Langflow 1.0.16 before 1.12.0 and 0.0.94 before 1.12.0 contain an unsafe eval() vulnerability in schema.py that allows authenticated attackers to achieve code eCVE-2026-101861 · Other software · langflow-ai · reported by VulnCheckLow 2.1

Langflow 1.0.16 before 1.12.0 and 0.0.94 before 1.12.0 contain an unsafe eval() vulnerability in schema.py that allows authenticated attackers to achieve code execution by placing a Python object with a malicious __repr__ method into component input options lists. The eval() sink is triggered when a component is converted into a LangChain tool via ComponentToolkit.get_tools(), including during custom component saves through the API, by interpolating options into a Literal type string that is passed directly to eval() without safe evaluation controls.

Eval injection in the JScript event-script dispatcher in Progressive Robot Ltd's hMailServer, versions 6.0.0 through 6.3.3 on Windows, allows a remote, unauthenticated attacker to run arbitrary JScript inside the hMailServer service process, with the privileges of the service account, via a password containing a backslash followed by an apostrophe, sent in any logon (SMTP AUTH, POP3, IMAP) that names an existing, active account. Exploitation requires a non-default configuration: event scripting enabled (off by default), the script language set to JScript (the default is VBScript), and an OnClientValidatePassword handler defined in the event script. The server wrote event values into the handler call as JScript string literals, escaping the apostrophe but not the backslash, so such a value closes the literal and the rest of it is parsed as script. The same flaw is reachable by a remote POP3 server through the message UID it returns, where an OnExternalAccountDownload handler is defined, and by a remote SMTP server through the error reply it rejects a delivery with, where an OnDeliveryFailed handler is defined. Before 6.2.25 the injected script can create any COM object, and from 6.2

  • Sep 26, 2026MONAI through 1.6.0 contains an eval injection vulnerability in _get_fake_spatial_shape() in monai/bundle/scripts.py.CVE-2026-100842 · Other software · Project-MONAI · reported by VulnCheckHigh 7.3

MONAI through 1.6.0 contains an eval injection vulnerability in _get_fake_spatial_shape() in monai/bundle/scripts.py. The function validates shape expressions with a helper that walks the AST and only collects ast.Name nodes, rejecting any name other than 'p' or 'n', before passing the string to eval(). Expressions built solely from constants and attribute, subscript, or call nodes (for example "(1).__class__.__bases__[0].__subclasses__()" or "int.__class__.__init__.__globals__") contain no ast.Name nodes and therefore bypass the allowlist. Because the shape value originates from bundle metadata consumed by _get_real_input_data and verify_net_in_out (reachable through the bundle 'verify_net_in_out' CLI flow), an attacker who can influence a bundle's metadata can escape the eval sandbox via object introspection chains and achieve code execution in this non-default flow.

  • Sep 25, 2026SCBE-AETHERMOORE is a geometric AI governance and evaluation framework.CVE-2026-57443 · Other software · issdandavis · reported by GitHubHigh 7.5

SCBE-AETHERMOORE is a geometric AI governance and evaluation framework. Starting in version 4.0.2 and prior to version 4.2.1, the AetherBrowser API server (`scripts/aetherbrowser/api_server.py`) exposes the `POST /api/ops/check-email` endpoint without any authentication. Any remote attacker can call this endpoint and trigger execution of the `email_reader.py` subprocess, which connects to configured ProtonMail or Gmail accounts via IMAP and returns email metadata (sender, subject, body snippet) in the JSON response. The server binds to `0.0.0.0:8100` by default with CORS set to `allow_origins=["*"]`, making it reachable from any network or browser origin. Version 4.2.1 patches the issue.

  • Sep 22, 2026LightRAG provides simple and fast retrieval-augmented generation.CVE-2026-86062 · Other software · HKUDS · reported by GitHubMedium 6.1

LightRAG provides simple and fast retrieval-augmented generation. Prior to 1.5.5, lightrag_webui/src/components/retrieval/ChatMessage.tsx renders answer and thinking content with react-markdown, rehypeRaw, and skipHtml=false without an HTML sanitizer. An attacker who can add a document can store raw HTML that is returned through the query path and rendered as active content by MessageMarkdown. A user who later retrieves the content can execute attacker-controlled JavaScript through elements such as an iframe srcdoc; the additional Mermaid securityLevel: loose rendering path also injects generated SVG through innerHTML. The script runs in the LightRAG WebUI origin and can read the API token in localStorage and perform API actions as the victim. This issue is fixed in version 1.5.5.

  • Sep 22, 2026LightRAG provides simple and fast retrieval-augmented generation.CVE-2026-85740 · Other software · HKUDS · reported by GitHubHigh 7.1

LightRAG provides simple and fast retrieval-augmented generation. Prior to 1.5.5, _validated_addresses in lightrag/parser/markdown/parser.py evaluates the literal resolved address with ipaddress.is_global without consistently classifying an IPv4 address embedded in an IPv6 transition wrapper. A caller who can upload a Markdown or textpack document can supply an external image URL using NAT64 64:ff9b::/96 or an IPv4-compatible form that embeds a loopback, private, or cloud-metadata IPv4 address. On a deployment with compatible NAT64 or DNS64 routing, _download and _build_guarded_opener accept the wrapper and fetch the internal resource, whose body is then ingested. Current interpreter behavior already blocks some RFC 8215 and 6to4 forms, but the fixed guard handles all documented wrappers without becoming more permissive than the standard library. This issue is fixed in version 1.5.5.

  • Sep 22, 2026LightRAG provides simple and fast retrieval-augmented generation.CVE-2026-85725 · Other software · HKUDS · reported by GitHubMedium 5.9

LightRAG provides simple and fast retrieval-augmented generation. Prior to 1.5.5, verify_password in lightrag/api/passwords.py compares plaintext AUTH_ACCOUNTS password values with Python's == operator. The comparison can return after the first mismatching byte, creating response-time differences based on password length and matching prefixes. A network attacker with sufficiently low-latency access can repeatedly query the /login endpoint and use the timing oracle to recover a plaintext-configured password character by character. Deployments using bcrypt-prefixed password values are not affected by this comparison path. This issue is fixed in version 1.5.5.

Prior to 1.5.5, the LightRAG API server returns raw Python exception text from error handlers in document_routes.py, graph_routes.py, query_routes.py, ollama_api.py, and lightrag_server.py. The detail=str(e), detail=str(exc), and equivalent formatted-message paths expose server filesystem paths, database host, port, user, and database names, language-model provider diagnostics, configuration details, and Python library internals to a network client that can trigger an error. NumberInput.looksLikeValidNumber() in FasterXML jackson-core pre-validates "stringified numbers" with two regular expressions: PATTERN_FLOAT ([+-]?[0-9]*[\.]?[0-9]+([eE][+-]?[0-9]+)?), present since 2.17.0, and PATTERN_FLOAT_TRAILING_DOT, added in 2.17.2. PATTERN_FLOAT places adjacent quantifiers over the same character class -- an optional [0-9]* run, an optional dot, then a required [0-9]+ run -- so input that ultimately fails to match forces Java's backtracking engine to retry every possible split point of the digit run.  Matching cost therefore grows with the square of the input length.  An attacker who can supply JSON that an application deserializes into a numeric target type reaches this method through jackson-databind's default String-to-number coercion (StdDeserializer and NumberDeserializers for BigDecimal, BigInteger, Double and Float).  Because StreamReadConstraints.maxStringLength defaults to 20,000,000 characters, no constraint bounds the input before it reaches the regex.  Testing by the reporter confirmed O(n^2) growth across five consecutive input-size doublings, with a single 160,000-character string consuming roughly 74 seconds in one call; a small nu

  • Sep 18, 2026Svelte devalue is a JavaScript library that serializes values into strings when JSON.stringify isn't sufficient for the job.CVE-2026-92708 · Other software · sveltejs · reported by GitHubHigh 7.5

Svelte devalue is a JavaScript library that serializes values into strings when JSON.stringify isn't sufficient for the job. In versions 5.1.0 through 5.9.2, stringify and uneval functions serialize a typed array by emitting its entire backing ArrayBuffer rather than only the view, so serializing a Node Buffer, whose backing store is a process-wide shared pool, discloses up to 64 KB of unrelated process memory, including bytes from other in-flight requests. In a server-side-rendered framework such as SvelteKit or Nuxt, a public page whose load() returns a small Buffer, or that reads a small file, can therefore ship another user's request body or Authorization header in its HTML without authentication. Because this occurs during serialization, it fires on every such render and is not mitigated by the parse/unflatten prototype-pollution and denial-of-service guards, which only apply when parsing untrusted input. As a workaround, convert Node Buffer objects to Uint8Array before serialization. This issue has been fixed in version 5.9.3.

OpenImageIO is a toolset for reading, writing, and manipulating image files of any image file format relevant to VFX / animation. Prior to 3.1.16.0, A crafted 1-bit contiguous cmyk tiff is exposed through a native uint1 imagespec, so callers allocate a bit-packed buffer. tiffinput::read_native_scanline_locked() nevertheless invokes tiffinput::bit_convert() with 8-bit output and writes one expanded byte per value into that smaller buffer, resulting in a heap out-of-bounds write and memory corruption. The affected implementation is identified by src/tiff.imageio/tiffinput.cpp, TIFFInput::bit_convert(), TIFFInput::read_native_scanline_locked(), PHOTOMETRIC_SEPARATED, 1-bit CMYK, and native uint1 ImageSpec, which define the relevant source path, functions, state, and trigger. Prior to 3.0.21.0, 3.1.16.0, and 3.2.0.3-beta1, A truncated tga can leave a pending gif frame that is processed during output close. gifsplitpalette() computes numpixels multiplied by the palette partition width in signed 32-bit arithmetic; a large image overflows that intermediate, corrupts subpixelsa, and drives an out-of-bounds read while building the gif palette, resulting in a process crash and denial of service. The affected implementation is identified by src/gif.imageio/gif.h, GifSplitPalette(), numPixels, subPixelsA, GIFOutput, and truncated TGA input, which define the relevant source path, functions, state, and trigger. This issue is fixed in versions 3.0.21.0, 3.1.16.0, and 3.2.0.3-beta1.

OpenImageIO is a toolset for reading, writing, and manipulating image files of any image file format relevant to VFX / animation. Prior to 3.0.21.0, 3.1.16.0, and 3.2.0.3-beta1, A crafted cineon image can declare unsupported component bit depth 26. cineoninput::open() maps it to a 32-bit imagespec, but libcineon maps the unsupported depth to an 8-byte value, so cineoninput::read_native_scanline() causes attacker-controlled data to be written beyond the 4-byte-per-pixel caller buffer, resulting in a heap out-of-bounds write and memory corruption. The affected implementation is identified by src/cineon.imageio/cineoninput.cpp, CineonInput::open(), CineonInput::read_native_scanline(), ComponentDataSize(), bit depth 26, and ImageSpec, which define the relevant source path, functions, state, and trigger. This issue is fixed in versions 3.0.21.0, 3.1.16.0, and 3.2.0.3-beta1.

OpenImageIO is a toolset for reading, writing, and manipulating image files of any image file format relevant to VFX / animation. Prior to 3.0.21.0, 3.1.16.0, and 3.2.0.3-beta1, A crafted psd with an invalid color_mode bypasses normal validation when oiio:rawcolor or psd:rawdata is enabled. psdinput::setup() then uses the attacker-controlled value to index fixed color-mode tables, causing a global out-of-bounds read and potentially a bogus allocation, resulting in denial of service. The affected implementation is identified by src/psd.imageio/psdinput.cpp, PSDInput::validate_header(), PSDInput::setup(), oiio:RawColor, psd:RawData, color_mode, and mode_channel_count, which define the relevant source path, functions, state, and trigger. This issue is fixed in versions 3.0.21.0, 3.1.16.0, and 3.2.0.3-beta1.

OpenImageIO is a toolset for reading, writing, and manipulating image files of any image file format relevant to VFX / animation. Prior to 3.0.21.0, 3.1.16.0, and 3.2.0.3-beta1, A valid tiled openexr image whose width is not a multiple of its tile width can trigger an overflow when a caller reads a partial edge-tile rectangle. openexrinput::read_native_tiles() copies each row into the caller buffer using the padded whole-tile scanline_stride rather than user_scanline_bytes for the requested rectangle, resulting in a heap out-of-bounds write and memory corruption. The affected implementation is identified by src/openexr.imageio/exrinput.cpp, OpenEXRInput::read_native_tiles(), partial edge tile, user_scanline_bytes, and scanline_stride, which define the relevant source path, functions, state, and trigger. This issue is fixed in versions 3.0.21.0, 3.1.16.0, and 3.2.0.3-beta1.

OpenImageIO is a toolset for reading, writing, and manipulating image files of any image file format relevant to VFX / animation. Prior to 3.0.21.0, 3.1.16.0, and 3.2.0.3-beta1, An indexed psd with transparency metadata creates fewer stored channel_buffers than the spec.nchannels value advertised by the rawcolor path. when oiio:rawcolor or psd:rawdata is enabled, psdinput::read_native_scanline() passes spec.nchannels to psdinput::interleave_row(), which indexes beyond channel_buffers, resulting in a heap out-of-bounds read and process crash. The affected implementation is identified by src/psd.imageio/psdinput.cpp, PSDInput::read_native_scanline(), PSDInput::interleave_row(), oiio:RawColor, psd:RawData, channel_buffers, and spec.nchannels, which define the relevant source path, functions, state, and trigger. OpenImageIO is a toolset for reading, writing, and manipulating image files of any image file format relevant to VFX / animation. Prior to 3.0.21.0, 3.1.16.0, and 3.2.0.3-beta1, A zbuffer-only tiled iff is exposed with a 16-bit public imagespec while the decoder retains a 32-bit internal pixel size. iffinput::read_native_tile() copies according to m_header.pixel_bytes() rather than imagespec::tile_bytes(true), and a failed read can leave m_buf nonempty so a later call copies partially initialized data into the undersized caller buffer, resulting in a heap out-of-bounds write and memory corruption. The affected implementation is identified by src/iff.imageio/iffinput.cpp, IffInput::read_native_tile(), ImageSpec::tile_bytes(true), m_header.pixel_bytes(), ZBUFFER, and m_buf, which define the relevant source path, functions, state, and trigger. OpenImageIO is a toolset for reading, writing, and manipulating image files of any image file format relevant to VFX / animation. Prior to 3.0.20.0, 3.1.15.0, and 3.2.0.3-beta1, An uncompressed 16-bit iff image with a z-buffer makes iffinput::readimg() allocate a temporary scanline from m_header.rgba_count but copy from it using m_header.pixel_bytes(), whose stride also includes z-buffer bytes. the oversized memcpy reads beyond the temporary heap buffer and copies adjacent memory into the output image, resulting in a crash or disclosure of adjacent heap data.
