  • Jul 28, 2026Newsletters Lite: Stored Cross-Site ScriptingCVE-2026-12938 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 6.4

The Newsletters Lite plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the 'target' attribute of the [newsletters_post] shortcode in versions up to and including 4.15. This is due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping in the posts_single() function which propagates the attacker-controlled 'target' attribute into the global $wpml_target, and in the shortcode_posts() 'post_thumbnail' handler which concatenates $wpml_target into a target="..." HTML attribute without esc_attr(). This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Contributor-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page.

    up to 4.15
    What to do
Affects up to 4.15. Update Newsletters Lite to the newest version and check its changelog mentions this fix; if there isn’t one yet, deactivate it until there is.

  • Jul 28, 2026StoreGrowth: Smart Sales Booster for WooCommerce | BOGO, Upsells, Direct Checkout, Quick View, Side Cart: Authorization bypassCVE-2026-15411 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 5.3

The StoreGrowth: Smart Sales Booster for WooCommerce | BOGO, Upsells, Direct Checkout, Quick View, Side Cart plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to authorization bypass in all versions up to, and including, 2.1.0. This is due to the plugin not properly verifying that a user is authorized to perform an action. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to overwrite the spsg_popup_products option with arbitrary attacker-controlled data. The 'ajd_protected' nonce used as the sole gate is exposed to unauthenticated visitors on every frontend page through the BoGo module's wp_localize_script call, rendering it ineffective as an authorization barrier.

    Product
StoreGrowth: Smart Sales Booster for WooCommerce | BOGO, Upsells, Direct Checkout, Quick View, Side Cart
    Affected
    up to 2.1.0
    What to do
Affects up to 2.1.0. Update StoreGrowth: Smart Sales Booster for WooCommerce | BOGO, Upsells, Direct Checkout, Quick View, Side Cart to the newest version and check its changelog mentions this fix; if there isn’t one yet, deactivate it until there is.
  • Jul 28, 2026StoreGrowth: Smart Sales Booster for WooCommerce | BOGO, Upsells, Direct Checkout, Quick View, Side Cart: Stored Cross-Site ScriptingCVE-2026-13440 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceHigh 7.2

The StoreGrowth: Smart Sales Booster for WooCommerce | BOGO, Upsells, Direct Checkout, Quick View, Side Cart plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the 'message_popup' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 2.1.0 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. The exploit is possible because the 'ajd_protected' nonce required by the create_popup handler is exposed to all unauthenticated frontend visitors via wp_localize_script under bogo_save_url.ajd_nonce, effectively bypassing the nonce-only access control.

    Product
StoreGrowth: Smart Sales Booster for WooCommerce | BOGO, Upsells, Direct Checkout, Quick View, Side Cart

    What to do

  • Jul 28, 2026Storegrowth Sales Booster: Missing AuthorizationCVE-2026-13110 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 5.3

The Storegrowth Sales Booster plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Missing Authorization in versions up to and including 2.1.0. This is due to a missing capability check on the bogo_category_msg_create() AJAX handler, which is registered for both authenticated (wp_ajax_) and unauthenticated (wp_ajax_nopriv_) users and only validates a nonce ('ajd_protected') that is emitted publicly via wp_localize_script() on every frontend page through front_scripts() . This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to modify the plugin's BOGO category-message configuration stored in the spsg_bogo_general_settings option by reading the nonce from any public page and POSTing attacker-controlled data to admin-ajax.

    Product
    Storegrowth Sales Booster

    up to 2.1.0
    What to do
Affects up to 2.1.0. Update Storegrowth Sales Booster to the newest version and check its changelog mentions this fix; if there isn’t one yet, deactivate it until there is.

This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page.

  • Jul 28, 2026GamiPress – Gamification plugin to reward points, achievements, badges & ranks in: Stored Cross-Site ScriptingCVE-2026-15730 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 6.4

The GamiPress – Gamification plugin to reward points, achievements, badges & ranks in WordPress plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via 'heading_size' Shortcode Attribute in all versions up to, and including, 7.9.9.1 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. The wp_kses_post filter applied at post save does not neutralize this payload because only the inert shortcode text is stored in post_content; the dangerous HTML is synthesized at render time by the shortcode handler, entirely bypassing save-time sanitization.

    Product
GamiPress – Gamification plugin to reward points, achievements, badges & ranks in
    Affected
    up to 7.9.9.1
    What to do

The ShopLentor – All-in-One WooCommerce Growth & Store Enhancement Plugin plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to time-based SQL Injection via the 'orderby' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 3.4.5 due to insufficient escaping on the user supplied parameter and lack of sufficient preparation on the existing SQL query. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with administrator-level access and above, to append additional SQL queries into already existing queries that can be used to extract sensitive information from the database.

  • Jul 28, 2026ShopLentor – All-in-One WooCommerce Growth & Store Enhancement: Insecure Direct Object ReferenceCVE-2026-16797 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 4.3

The ShopLentor – All-in-One WooCommerce Growth & Store Enhancement Plugin plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Insecure Direct Object Reference in all versions up to, and including, 3.4.5 via the 'optionSection' parameter due to missing validation on a user controlled key. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to read arbitrary wp_options rows — including internal plugin news feed data, WooCommerce block pattern transients, and third-party configuration records — whose values are stored as arrays-of-arrays containing 'title' keys, enabling cross-plugin data leakage.

  • Jul 27, 2026Simply Schedule Appointments is vulnerable to unauthenticated Stored Cross-Site Scripting in all versions up to and including 1.6.12.2.CVE-2026-13400 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WPScanMedium 6.1

Simply Schedule Appointments is vulnerable to unauthenticated Stored Cross-Site Scripting in all versions up to and including 1.6.12.2. The root cause is a sanitization-ordering defect: the rendered notification content is decoded back into live HTML after it has already passed through the Simply Schedule Appointments WordPress plugin before 1.6.12.4's wp_kses_post() filter, so a double-encoded payload survives intake and is reintroduced as an executable element at render time.

    Affected

    What to do
Update the plugin to 1.6.12.4 or newer.
  • Jul 25, 2026Yoast SEO – Advanced SEO with real-time guidance and built-in AI: Stored Cross-Site ScriptingCVE-2026-15425 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 6.4

The Yoast SEO – Advanced SEO with real-time guidance and built-in AI plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via Post Slug (post_name) in all versions up to, and including, 28.0 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with author-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. This requires pretty permalinks to be enabled, as the exploit chain depends on get_permalink() embedding the stored percent-encoded post_name in the generated URL.

The Firelight Lightbox plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored DOM Cross-Site Scripting in versions up to and including 2.3.20. This is due to insufficient sanitization of the href attribute value within the FancyBox V2 PDF beforeLoad JavaScript callback generated in inc/fancybox-2.php, where this.href is string-concatenated directly into an HTML string without escaping, allowing a stored href containing entity-encoded double-quotes to break out of the data attribute and inject arbitrary event handlers into the DOM. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers with contributor-level access and above to inject arbitrary web scripts into pages that execute whenever a user clicks the malicious PDF link.

The Grid/List View for WooCommerce plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via 'position' Shortcode Attribute in all versions up to, and including, 3.0.9 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. The shortcode's all_page="1" attribute can be used to force the widget to render on any page, expanding the attack surface beyond shop and category pages.

  • Jul 23, 2026Brands for WooCommerce: Stored Cross-Site ScriptingCVE-2026-15647 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 4.4

The Brands for WooCommerce plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via 'br_brand_tooltip' Term Meta Field in all versions up to, and including, 3.8.8 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with custom-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. Because the payload is stored in term meta rather than post content, the WordPress unfiltered_html capability exception does not apply, meaning Shop Manager-level users — who normally lack unfiltered_html — can fully exploit this vulnerability.

  • Jul 23, 2026Lpagery: Stored Cross-Site ScriptingCVE-2026-15404 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 6.4

The Lpagery plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via post titles in versions up to, and including, 2.5.7. This is due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping in the lpagery_add_filter_text_template_post() function, which is hooked to admin_footer and echoes the raw post_title of the post referenced by the ?lpagery_template query parameter directly inside a JavaScript single-quoted string literal, without esc_js(), esc_html(), or any other encoding. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Contributor-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a higher-privileged user (such as an administrator) accesses an admin page with the ?lpagery_template=<post_id> parameter pointing at the attacker's post.

This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. The SUMO Reward Points plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Unauthenticated Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the REST API endpoint `/wp-json/wc-srp/v1/earning` in versions up to, and including, 32.7.0. This is due to the `user_has_cap` filter in the `SRP_REST_Earning_Controller` class unconditionally granting the custom `rs_earning_read` capability to all users — including unauthenticated visitors — combined with missing sanitization of the `reason` parameter in the `create_items()` function and missing output escaping in the `column_default()` method of `SRP_Master_Log`. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts into the reward points log that will execute whenever an administrator accesses the Master Log or User Reward Points admin pages.

  • Jul 23, 2026FormCraft: Stored Cross-Site ScriptingCVE-2026-7232 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceHigh 7.2

The FormCraft plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the '[parameter name]' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 3.9.14 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. The exploit chain combines a server-side gap — where composite matrix sub-field keys such as field2_0 and field2_1 are never passed through the sanitization loop and are stored raw via $wpdb->insert() — with a client-side gap where DOMPurify is only invoked when typeof field.value === 'string', but matrix values arrive from the server as arrays, bypassing the check before being mapped to strings and injected into the DOM. Additionally, the same sink is reachable via a second attack vector: array-typed field values are passed through htmlentities() on submission but later reversed by html_entity_decode() at formcraft-main.php:2608 and :2122, restoring the malicious payload before storage and rendering.

The Ultimate Addons for Elementor plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via Navigation Menu Widget data-toggle-icon/data-close-icon Attributes in all versions up to, and including, 2.9.1 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. wp_kses_post, applied on save for users without unfiltered_html, does not neutralize HTML-entity-encoded payloads stored inside data-* attributes on kses-allowed elements, as the browser decodes these values client-side before jQuery .html() renders them as markup.

The Events Manager WordPress plugin before 7.3.7 does not safely handle booking-registration data on sites using No-User-Account Booking Mode: a booker-supplied registration field is stored as booking meta and later deserialized without restricting allowed classes, enabling PHP object injection. The resulting gadget chain reaches a database query that is built without parameterisation, so an unauthenticated attacker can read arbitrary database data (e.g. user password hashes, secret keys) when the booking is later loaded.

  • Jul 21, 2026Ninja Forms plugin for WordPress versions 3.10.4 through 3.14.9 contains an unauthenticated stored cross-site scripting vulnerability in the Repeatable FieldsetCVE-2026-65048 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by VulnCheckCritical 9.3

Ninja Forms plugin for WordPress versions 3.10.4 through 3.14.9 contains an unauthenticated stored cross-site scripting vulnerability in the Repeatable Fieldset feature where parseSubmissionIndex() accepts arbitrary strings as submission indexes without numeric validation, and admin_form_element() interpolates the index directly into HTML without escaping. An unauthenticated attacker can submit a public form with a crafted repeater child key containing malicious script payloads, which execute in an administrator's browser when viewing submissions in the WordPress admin panel, enabling session-cookie theft, creation of administrator accounts, installation of malicious plugins, and arbitrary modification of site content.
