In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drm/amdgpu: fix aperture mapping leak amdgpu_pci_remove() calls drm_dev_unplug() before invoking the driver fini routines. This causes drm_dev_enter() in amdgpu_ttm_fini() to always return false, so iounmap(aper_base_kaddr) never runs on normal driver unload, leaving an orphaned entry in the x86 PAT interval tree. On connected_to_cpu hardware, the aperture is mapped write-back (WB) via ioremap_cache(). On reload, IP discovery calls memremap(..., MEMREMAP_WC) over the same range. The WC vs WB conflict causes: ioremap error for 0x..., requested 0x1, got 0x0 amdgpu: discovery failed: -2 Fix by switching to devres-managed mappings so cleanup is guaranteed regardless of drm_dev_enter() state: - connected_to_cpu path: devm_memremap(MEMREMAP_WB). For IORESOURCE_SYSTEM_RAM ranges this takes the try_ram_remap() shortcut, returning __va(offset) from the existing kernel direct map. No new ioremap VA or PAT entry is created, so there is nothing to orphan. - dGPU path: devm_ioremap_wc() registers iounmap() as a devres action, guaranteeing cleanup at device_del() time. Also remove iounmap(aper_base_kaddr) fro

  • Aug 10, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: KVM: SVM: Bump asid_generation on CPU online to avoid ASID collision after hotplug If a vCCVE-2026-68093 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: KVM: SVM: Bump asid_generation on CPU online to avoid ASID collision after hotplug If a vCPU stays scheduled out (or blocked) while the last pCPU it ran on goes through a hotplug cycle (online->offline->online), and the vCPU then resumes execution on the same pCPU, then it is possible for it to run with an ASID that has now been assigned to a different vCPU, resulting in stale TLB translations being used. svm_enable_virtualization_cpu() resets asid_generation to 1 and sets next_asid to max_asid + 1 on every CPU online event, including hotplug cycles. Because next_asid starts beyond the pool boundary, the first call to new_asid() after an online event always wraps the pool, incrementing asid_generation to 2 and assigning ASIDs starting from min_asid. Consider two vCPUs from different VMs, vCPU-A pinned to CPU-X holding asid_generation=2 and ASID=N from before the hotplug event: 1. CPU-X goes offline and back online: asid_generation resets to 1, next_asid = max_asid + 1. 2. One or more vCPUs migrate to CPU-X and call new_asid(), wrapping the pool and consuming ASIDs starting from min_asid. Event

  • Aug 10, 2026A flaw was found in GIMP's PSD file format plugin.CVE-2026-59090 · Other software · Red Hat · reported by Red HatHigh 8.4

A flaw was found in GIMP's PSD file format plugin. This vulnerability, an unsigned integer underflow in the `block_rem` variable, occurs when a user opens a specially crafted `.psd` image file. The underflow leads to parser confusion, enabling an attacker to inject arbitrary data as layer resource blocks. This can ultimately result in arbitrary code execution, allowing the attacker to run malicious code on the victim's system.

Multiple integer overflow and underflow vulnerabilities were found in the GStreamer gst-plugins-ugly ASF demuxer (asfdemux) when parsing header objects from crafted ASF, WMV, or WMA files. Insufficient validation of attacker-controlled length and size values can bypass bounds checks and cause out-of-bounds heap reads. • Aug 7, 2026Grav CMS's scheduler-webhook plugin contains an authentication bypass in the webhook token check.CVE-2026-11430 · Other software · Trilby Media · reported by VulnCheckMedium 6.9

Grav CMS's scheduler-webhook plugin contains an authentication bypass in the webhook token check. When the webhook feature is enabled but no webhookToken is configured, a compound conditional short-circuits and skips token validation, so an unauthenticated remote attacker who can reach POST /scheduler/webhook can trigger the operator's already-configured scheduled jobs by sending a single request. The primitive is triggering-existing-jobs, not attacker-chosen command execution: the attacker controls when the jobs run and which one runs (via ?job=), but does not control what the jobs do. Code execution follows only when the operator has configured a job that shells out, and even then the attacker controls timing rather than payload. Not a default-install issue: reaching the endpoint requires the separate scheduler-webhook GPM plugin to be installed, scheduler.modern.webhook.enabled to be true (default false), and no webhookToken to be configured; a stock Grav or Grav-Admin install exposes nothing here.

  • Aug 7, 2026The Code Embed WordPress plugin prior to version 2.6.1 is vulnerable to stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) through the external URL embed feature in post contentCVE-2026-48093 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by GitHubMedium 6.5

The Code Embed WordPress plugin prior to version 2.6.1 is vulnerable to stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) through the external URL embed feature in post content. The vulnerable code scans rendered content for URL embed tokens, fetches the remote URL, and inserts the remote response body into the page without output sanitization or an `unfiltered_html` capability check. This allows a Contributor attacker to submit a pending post containing an inert-looking URL token that executes attacker-controlled JavaScript when an Administrator or Editor previews or reviews the post. This is distinct from CVE-2026-2512, which affected custom field meta values up to version 2.5.1. This vector affects version 2.6 and uses the documented external URL embed feature in post content. This particular issue is patched in version 2.6.1.

  • Aug 7, 2026The ShareOpenly WordPress plugin prior to version 1.2.1 contains a Cross-Site Scripting vulnerability caused by the absence of WordPress's `esc_url()` escaping CVE-2026-48094 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by GitHubMedium 5.3

The ShareOpenly WordPress plugin prior to version 1.2.1 contains a Cross-Site Scripting vulnerability caused by the absence of WordPress's `esc_url()` escaping function on the `$url` variable before it is rendered into HTML content. This variable is constructed from `home_url( add_query_arg( array(), $wp->request ) )` and is concatenated directly into an HTML `href` attribute on every singular post or page where the plugin's sharing link is displayed. WordPress's security handbook mandates that every URL placed in HTML output must be passed through `esc_url()`, which both HTML-encodes special characters (converting `"`, `<`, `>` into their safe HTML entity equivalents) and strips dangerous URI schemes such as `javascript:` and `data:`. The omission of this function means that if the `$url` value ever contains HTML-special characters or a dangerous URI scheme — through a `home_url` WordPress filter applied by another plugin or theme, through certain web server or hosting configurations, or through future code changes — the unescaped content will be injected verbatim into the rendered HTML of every post or page on the site. Version 1.2.1 contains a patch for the issue.

  • Aug 5, 2026In Eclipse Theia versions 1.66.0 and up until including 1.73.1, the `@theia/plugin-ext` backend exposes the `/hostedPlugin/:pluginId/:path(*)` HTTP endpoint, whCVE-2026-12609 · Other software · Eclipse Foundation · reported by emo@eclipse.orgHigh 7.5

In Eclipse Theia versions 1.66.0 and up until including 1.73.1, the `@theia/plugin-ext` backend exposes the `/hostedPlugin/:pluginId/:path(*)` HTTP endpoint, which resolves the requested file path with `path.resolve(localPath, filePath)` without verifying that the resolved path stays within the plugin's directory. An unauthenticated network attacker can send percent-encoded `../` sequences (`%2e%2e%2f`) that decode into the path parameter and escape the plugin directory, allowing arbitrary files readable by the Theia backend process to be retrieved. Plugin IDs are derived deterministically from a plugin's publisher and name, so built-in plugins serve as reliable anchors that require no prior knowledge of the target system.

  • Aug 5, 2026The Membership Plugin – Kadence Memberships plugin for WordPress (formerly Restrict Content) is vulnerable to password reset link poisoning leading to account tCVE-2026-9273 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceCritical 9.3

The Membership Plugin – Kadence Memberships plugin for WordPress (formerly Restrict Content) is vulnerable to password reset link poisoning leading to account takeover in all versions up to, and including, 4.0.0. This is due to the legacy lost-password handler rc_process_lost_password_form() consuming the attacker-controlled rc_redirect POST parameter into two unvalidated sinks in legacy/includes/forms.php: wp_redirect( esc_url( $_POST['rc_redirect'] ) . ... ) at line 243, and add_query_arg( array( 'key' => $key, 'login' => ... ), $_POST['rc_redirect'] ) inside rc_send_password_reset_email() at line 306. The nonce required to reach the handler is broadcast by the public [login_form] shortcode at line 207 to any anonymous visitor. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to issue a password-reset request for any account (including administrators) whose reset email body points the victim at an attacker-controlled host carrying a valid reset key/login. When the victim clicks the link, the reset key leaks to the attacker, who can replay it against the legitimate site to complete account takeover.

    What to do
Affects up to 4.0.0. Update the plugin to the newest version and check its changelog mentions this fix; if there isn’t one yet, deactivate it until there is.

Where this comes from: the exploited list is CISA’s Known Exploited Vulnerabilities catalog. Everything else is the whole National Vulnerability Database, where each record is published by the team that found the bug (Wordfence, Patchstack, WPScan, the vendors themselves and others); we show who. Exploit odds are FIRST’s EPSS, updated daily. Titles and categories are ours, so check the linked record before acting on a detail. For a write-up of the big ones, see our advisories. Every vendor, and every WordPress plugin and theme with a recorded flaw, also has its own page. All of it is free to reuse as JSON, CSV or RSS.
