  • Apr 8, 2026Sports Club Management: Stored Cross-Site ScriptingCVE-2026-4871 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 6.4

The Sports Club Management plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the 'before' and 'after' attributes of the `scm_member_data` shortcode in all versions up to, and including, 1.12.9 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Contributor-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page.

    Product
    Sports Club Management
    Affected
    up to 1.12.9
    What to do
Affects up to 1.12.9. Update Sports Club Management to the newest version and check its changelog mentions this fix; if there isn’t one yet, deactivate it until there is.
  • Apr 8, 2026Attendance Manager: SQL InjectionCVE-2026-3781 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 5.4

The Attendance Manager plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to SQL Injection via the 'attmgr_off' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 0.6.2. This is due to insufficient escaping on the user supplied parameter and lack of sufficient preparation on the existing SQL query. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Subscriber-level access and above, to append additional SQL queries into already existing queries that can be used to extract sensitive information from the database.

    Product
    Attendance Manager
    Affected
    up to 0.6.2
    What to do
Affects up to 0.6.2. Update Attendance Manager to the newest version and check its changelog mentions this fix; if there isn’t one yet, deactivate it until there is.
  • Apr 8, 2026PZ Frontend Manager: Missing AuthorizationCVE-2026-3477 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceMedium 5.3

The PZ Frontend Manager plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Missing Authorization in all versions up to and including 1.0.6. The pzfm_user_request_action_callback() function, registered via the wp_ajax_pzfm_user_request_action action hook, lacks both capability checks and nonce verification. This function handles user activation, deactivation, and deletion operations. When the 'dataType' parameter is set to 'delete', the function calls wp_delete_user() on all provided user IDs without verifying that the current user has the appropriate permissions. Notably, the similar pzfm_remove_item_callback() function does check pzfm_can_delete_user() before performing deletions, indicating this was an oversight. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Subscriber-level access and above, to delete arbitrary WordPress users (including administrators) by sending a crafted request to the AJAX endpoint.

    Product
    PZ Frontend Manager
    Affected
    up to 1.0.6
    What to do
Affects up to 1.0.6. Update PZ Frontend Manager to the newest version and check its changelog mentions this fix; if there isn’t one yet, deactivate it until there is.
  • Apr 8, 2026Users manager – PN: Privilege EscalationCVE-2026-4003 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceCritical 9.8

The Users manager – PN plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Privilege Escalation via Arbitrary User Meta Update in all versions up to and including 1.1.15. This is due to a flawed authorization logic check in the userspn_ajax_nopriv_server() function within the 'userspn_form_save' case. The conditional only blocks unauthenticated users when the user_id is empty, but when a non-empty user_id is supplied, execution bypasses this check entirely and proceeds to update arbitrary user meta via update_user_meta() without any authentication or authorization verification. Additionally, the nonce required for this AJAX endpoint ('userspn-nonce') is exposed to all visitors via wp_localize_script on the public wp_enqueue_scripts hook, rendering the nonce check ineffective as a security control. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to update arbitrary user metadata for any user account, including the userspn_secret_token field.

    Product
    Users manager – PN
    Affected
    up to 1.1.15
    What to do
Affects up to 1.1.15. Update Users manager – PN to the newest version and check its changelog mentions this fix; if there isn’t one yet, deactivate it until there is.

The BWL Advanced FAQ Manager Lite plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the 'baf_sbox' shortcode in all versions up to and including 1.1.1. This is due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping on user-supplied shortcode attributes such as 'sbox_id', 'sbox_class', 'placeholder', 'highlight_color', 'highlight_bg', and 'cont_ext_class'. These attributes are directly interpolated into HTML element attributes without any esc_attr() escaping in the baf_sbox() function. • Mar 18, 2026KiviCare – Clinic & Patient Management System (EHR): Privilege EscalationCVE-2026-2992 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceHigh 8.2

The KiviCare – Clinic & Patient Management System (EHR) plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Privilege Escalation due to missing authorization on the `/wp-json/kivicare/v1/setup-wizard/clinic` REST API endpoint in all versions up to, and including, 4.1.2. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to create a new clinic and a WordPress user with clinic admin privileges.

  • Mar 18, 2026KiviCare – Clinic & Patient Management System (EHR): Authentication BypassCVE-2026-2991 · WordPress plugins & themes · reported by WordfenceHigh 7.3

The KiviCare – Clinic & Patient Management System (EHR) plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Authentication Bypass in all versions up to, and including, 4.1.2. This is due to the `patientSocialLogin()` function not verifying the social provider access token before authenticating a user. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to log in as any patient registered on the system by providing only their email address and an arbitrary value for the access token, bypassing all credential verification. The attacker gains access to sensitive medical records, appointments, prescriptions, and billing information (PII/PHI breach). Additionally, authentication cookies are set before the role check, meaning the auth cookies for non-patient users (including administrators) are also set in the HTTP response headers, even though a 403 response is returned.

Where this comes from: the exploited list is CISA’s Known Exploited Vulnerabilities catalog. Everything else is the whole National Vulnerability Database, where each record is published by the team that found the bug (Wordfence, Patchstack, WPScan, the vendors themselves and others); we show who. Exploit odds are FIRST’s EPSS, updated daily. Titles and categories are ours, so check the linked record before acting on a detail. For a write-up of the big ones, see our advisories. Every vendor, and every WordPress plugin and theme with a recorded flaw, also has its own page. All of it is free to reuse as JSON, CSV or RSS.
