Sep 29, 2026simple-git, an interface for running git commands in any node.js application, enables applications to execute Git operations from JavaScript.CVE-2026-102829 · Other software · steveukx · reported by GitHubCritical 9.2
simple-git, an interface for running git commands in any node.js application, enables applications to execute Git operations from JavaScript. Prior to 2.0.1 of the argv-parser package, parseEnv omits VISUAL from GitEnvKeys, so prepareEnv drops the value before vulnerabilityCheck can classify it as allowUnsafeEditor. A consuming application that forwards attacker-influenced environment values can therefore allow Git to invoke an attacker-selected editor during operations such as commit amendment or interactive rebase when no higher-priority editor setting overrides VISUAL and Git's terminal prerequisites are met. The executable runs with the privileges of the Node.js process. This issue is fixed in argv-parser 2.0.1.

Sep 29, 2026simple-git, an interface for running git commands in any node.js application, enables applications to execute Git operations from JavaScript.CVE-2026-102828 · Other software · steveukx · reported by GitHubCritical 9.2
simple-git, an interface for running git commands in any node.js application, enables applications to execute Git operations from JavaScript. From 3.15.0 until 4.0.1, the default blockUnsafeOperationsPlugin does not classify trailer.<token>.cmd as unsafe configuration. An application that passes attacker-controlled values through SimpleGitOptions.config or inline -c arguments can therefore allow Git to invoke an attacker-selected shell command when git interpret-trailers processes the configured trailer. The command executes with the operating-system identity and permissions of the Node.js process. This issue is fixed in 4.0.1.

Sep 29, 2026simple-git, an interface for running git commands in any node.js application, enables applications to execute Git operations from JavaScript.CVE-2026-102827 · Other software · steveukx · reported by GitHubHigh 8.1
simple-git, an interface for running git commands in any node.js application, enables applications to execute Git operations from JavaScript. Prior to 4.0.0, the default blockUnsafeOperationsPlugin compares parsed option names with literal dangerous option spellings while Git accepts unambiguous long-option abbreviations. Attacker-influenced push arguments such as abbreviated --receive-pack or --exec forms can therefore bypass detectVulnerableFlags, reach git push against a local or file remote or an attacker-influenced receive-pack target, and cause Git to invoke an attacker-selected command in consumers that expose those arguments. The clone-side abbreviation handling does not protect the push path. This issue is fixed in 4.0.0.

Sep 29, 2026simple-git, an interface for running git commands in any node.js application, enables applications to execute Git operations from JavaScript.CVE-2026-102826 · Other software · steveukx · reported by GitHubHigh 8.1
simple-git, an interface for running git commands in any node.js application, enables applications to execute Git operations from JavaScript. Prior to 4.0.0, the default blockUnsafeOperationsPlugin does not completely reject configuration includes supplied through customArgs to git.clone(). The missing include.path classification permits Git to load an attacker-controlled configuration file, and the initial remediation does not cover includeIf.<condition>.path, allowing the same file-loading primitive through a conditional include. A loaded configuration can set an executable Git option such as core.sshCommand, which Git invokes during the clone operation with the privileges of the Node.js process. Exploitation requires the application to pass attacker-influenced custom arguments and requires an attacker-controlled file that the process can read. This issue is fixed in 4.0.0.

Sep 29, 2026NetX Secure TLS accepts an empty application-data record without verifying its message authentication code.CVE-2026-102759 · Other software · Eclipse Foundation · reported by emo@eclipse.orgMedium 6.3
NetX Secure TLS accepts an empty application-data record without verifying its message authentication code. In `_nx_secure_verify_mac`, a decrypted application record whose length equals the negotiated MAC size is treated as valid and returns success after advancing the receive sequence number. The received MAC is never generated or compared. Empty TLS application-data records are legal, and are commonly emitted by TLS 1.0 implementations as a BEAST mitigation.

Sep 29, 2026Electron is a framework for writing cross-platform desktop applications using JavaScript, HTML and CSS.CVE-2026-102677 · Other software · electron · reported by GitHubHigh 7.8
Electron is a framework for writing cross-platform desktop applications using JavaScript, HTML and CSS. From 42.3.3 until 42.10.0, 43.5.0, and 44.0.0-beta.6, Electron's sandboxed preload code cache did not verify that a cached entry matched the preload it was served for. A compromised renderer could write attacker-controlled cache data and cause Electron to reuse it for a later load, executing the renderer's code in the more privileged preload context. The issue affects applications that load untrusted content. This issue is fixed in versions 42.10.0, 43.5.0, and 44.0.0-beta.6.

Sep 29, 2026Electron is a framework for writing cross-platform desktop applications using JavaScript, HTML and CSS.CVE-2026-102676 · Other software · electron · reported by GitHubHigh 8.3
Electron is a framework for writing cross-platform desktop applications using JavaScript, HTML and CSS. Prior to 41.10.6, 42.9.2, 43.4.1, and 44.0.0-beta.5, an Electron <webview> guest could enable nodeIntegrationInWorker for its Web Workers even when the unsandboxed embedder had Node.js integration disabled, allowing untrusted guest content to create a Node-enabled worker with more privilege than the embedder granted. Applications that do not enable the <webview> tag or that keep the embedder sandboxed are not affected. This issue is fixed in versions 41.10.6, 42.9.2, 43.4.1, and 44.0.0-beta.5.

Sep 29, 2026Electron is a framework for writing cross-platform desktop applications using JavaScript, HTML and CSS.CVE-2026-102675 · Other software · electron · reported by GitHubHigh 7.4
Electron is a framework for writing cross-platform desktop applications using JavaScript, HTML and CSS. Prior to 41.10.6, 42.9.2, 43.4.1, and 44.0.0-beta.5, responses served through protocol.registerFileProtocol or protocol.registerHttpProtocol for a custom scheme registered with supportFetchAPI enabled but corsEnabled disabled could remain script-readable across origins. This residual issue completes the remediation for CVE-2026-70604. Applications are affected only when they expose such a scheme and load untrusted content in the same session. Schemes intentionally registered with corsEnabled enabled remain cross-origin readable by design. This issue is fixed in versions 41.10.6, 42.9.2, 43.4.1, and 44.0.0-beta.5.

Sep 29, 2026Electron is a framework for writing cross-platform desktop applications using JavaScript, HTML and CSS.CVE-2026-102674 · Other software · electron · reported by GitHubHigh 8.2
Electron is a framework for writing cross-platform desktop applications using JavaScript, HTML and CSS. Prior to 41.10.6, 42.9.2, 43.4.1, and 44.0.0-beta.5, windows opened from a sandboxed top-level document did not inherit that document's active HTML sandbox restrictions. Untrusted content in a sandboxed top-level document that was permitted to open popups could therefore create a window with the Electron application's full origin instead of the restricted origin intended by the sandbox. Applications that deny such popups with setWindowOpenHandler are not affected. This issue is fixed in versions 41.10.6, 42.9.2, 43.4.1, and 44.0.0-beta.5.

Sep 29, 2026Electron is a framework for writing cross-platform desktop applications using JavaScript, HTML and CSS.CVE-2026-102673 · Other software · electron · reported by GitHubHigh 8.2
Electron is a framework for writing cross-platform desktop applications using JavaScript, HTML and CSS. Prior to 41.10.4, 42.5.2, and 43.0.0, popups opened from a sandboxed iframe through Electron's OpenURLFromTab navigation path, including links using target="_blank" or a middle-click, did not receive the inherited HTML sandbox restrictions. An untrusted iframe using the allow-scripts allow-popups configuration could therefore open a popup with the embedding application's full origin, exposing that origin's cookies, storage, and same-origin scripting capabilities. Applications that do not embed untrusted content in sandboxed iframes are not affected. This issue is fixed in versions 41.10.4, 42.5.2, and 43.0.0.

Sep 29, 2026Werkzeug is a comprehensive WSGI web application library.CVE-2026-102598 · Other software · pallets · reported by GitHubMedium 6.3
Werkzeug is a comprehensive WSGI web application library. Prior to 3.1.9, the safe_join function used by send_from_directory can allow a NUL: special-device path because safe_join checks the Windows device name without first removing an empty NTFS ADS marker. The trigger is that an application runs on Windows with NTFS and serves a user-specified path ending in a special device name such as NUL:. The attack mechanism is that a requested path ends in a Windows special device name with an empty ADS marker. The impact is that the special device opens successfully and the file read hangs indefinitely. This issue is fixed in version 3.1.9.

Sep 28, 2026Nest is a framework for building scalable Node.js server-side applications.CVE-2026-102281 · Other software · nestjs · reported by GitHubHigh 7.5
Nest is a framework for building scalable Node.js server-side applications. Prior to 11.2.4 and 12.0.2, a single message with a deeply nested object in its pattern can terminate a NestJS microservice using the TCP or RabbitMQ transport. ServerTCP#handleMessage and ServerRMQ#handleMessage pass a client-controlled non-string pattern to JSON.stringify to derive the handler lookup key; sufficiently deep nesting throws RangeError: Maximum call stack size exceeded, and the unhandled promise rejection terminates Node.js under its default behavior. An attacker who can reach the TCP port or publish to the consumed RabbitMQ queue or exchange can crash the service on demand; other transports are not affected because their patterns arrive as strings. This issue is fixed in versions 11.2.4 and 12.0.2.

Sep 28, 2026InvoicePlane is a self-hosted open source application for managing invoices, clients, and payments.CVE-2026-100392 · Other software · InvoicePlane · reported by GitHubHigh 7
InvoicePlane is a self-hosted open source application for managing invoices, clients, and payments. In version 1.7.2, Users::form() performs no object-level authorization check on user_id = 1. A Secondary Administrator (user_type = 1, user_id != 1) can rewrite the Primary Administrator's user_type to 2 (Guest / read-only), destroying the root account's privilege and locking the legitimate owner out of the instance. Sep 28, 2026InvoicePlane is a self-hosted open source application for managing invoices, clients, and payments.CVE-2026-100371 · Other software · InvoicePlane · reported by GitHubHigh 8.7
InvoicePlane is a self-hosted open source application for managing invoices, clients, and payments. In version 1.7.2, an authorization guard to Users::change_password(), was added to address a previous authorization flaw that allowed a secondary administrator (user_type=1, user_id != 1) to directly change the password of the primary administrator (user_id=1) through users/change_password/{id}. That remediation, however, protects only the direct password-change operation. It does not protect the identity attribute that password recovery actually trusts: user_email. Users::form() applies no equivalent object-level authorization check when editing the primary administrator's account, and user_email is not included in PROTECTED_FIELDS. A secondary administrator can therefore rewrite the primary administrator's email address, then drive the public password-recovery flow — which resolves the account by user_email — to receive the reset token and take over user_id=1. The result is an alternate attack path that achieves the same impact PR #1638 was intended to prevent: cross-administrator full account takeover of the primary administrator. This issue has been patched via commit 8616fa4.

Sep 28, 2026Apache ActiveMQ Artemis before 2.34.0 contains an unsafe reflection vulnerability in FederationStreamConnectMessage.getFederationPolicy().CVE-2026-101292 · Other software · Red Hat · reported by Red HatHigh 8.2
Apache ActiveMQ Artemis before 2.34.0 contains an unsafe reflection vulnerability in FederationStreamConnectMessage.getFederationPolicy(). The method calls Class.forName(clazz).getConstructor().newInstance() where clazz is read directly from the CORE protocol wire buffer without type validation. An authenticated federation peer can send a FEDERATION_DOWNSTREAM_CONNECT packet with a crafted class name, causing the broker to load and instantiate arbitrary classes visible to the Artemis module classloader. Static initializers (<clinit>) and no-argument constructors (<init>()) execute as side effects before the type cast, enabling denial of service via system-property poisoning, out-of-memory conditions via classloading, or broker state manipulation.

Sep 28, 2026Exposure of Sensitive Information to an Unauthorized Actor in Apache Roller 6.1.5 allows a weblog administrator to read files on the application classpath, inclCVE-2026-82385 · Websites & servers · Apache Software Foundation · reported by security@apache.orgMedium 6.5
Exposure of Sensitive Information to an Unauthorized Actor in Apache Roller 6.1.5 allows a weblog administrator to read files on the application classpath, including Roller configuration files containing secrets, by authoring a Velocity template that uses an include directive to load a classpath resource outside the theme namespace. Roller treats weblog administrators as untrusted and enables a Velocity sandbox, but the include and parse directives are not confined by it. No non-default configuration is required; this affects any weblog whose administrator can author templates. Users are recommended to upgrade to Apache Roller 6.1.6 or later, which confines includes to the active theme and removes classpath resource loading from weblog rendering.

Fleet before 4.87.0 does not protect the two endpoints that serve in-house iOS application packages and manifests (enterprise tier only) with the intended random, time-limited URL token. Because Apple's InstallEnterpriseApplication MDM command requires these URLs to be reachable without a Fleet session, they cannot rely on session-based authentication, and the missing token allows an unauthenticated attacker with network access to the Fleet server to download in-house IPA binaries and their metadata (bundle identifier, version, and name) by guessing sequential title identifiers. The impact is limited to read-only disclosure; there is no privilege escalation or write access, and the free tier is unaffected (it returns fleet.ErrMissingLicense).

Sep 27, 2026The account recovery (password reset) functionality in the vulnerability-lookup web application contains a time-of-check-to-time-of-use (TOCTOU) race condition CVE-2026-101041 · Other software · vulnerability-lookup · reported by 5a6e4751-2f3f-4070-9419-94fb35b644e8Medium 6.3
The account recovery (password reset) functionality in the vulnerability-lookup web application contains a time-of-check-to-time-of-use (TOCTOU) race condition in the consumption of single-use recovery tokens. The original implementation verified the token nonce against the stored digest and then consumed (cleared) it in separate database operations. Two concurrent HTTP requests presenting the same valid recovery token could both pass the verification check before either transaction committed, allowing both to set their own password on the target account. The last transaction to commit overwrites the first, enabling an attacker who possesses a valid recovery token to replace the legitimate user's password with one of their choosing. A secondary defect in the same endpoint (confirm_account) allowed a valid recovery link to be used to set an empty or trivially short password (e.g., three characters). The view handler performed only a manual equality comparison between the two password fields and never invoked the form's validation logic, bypassing the intended minimum-length and complexity constraints. The affected component is the user account recovery endpoint (/user/confirm_acco

Sep 27, 2026When an application enables both OCSP and CRL revocation checking on one WOLFSSL_CTX or certificate manager, wolfSSL skips the CRL check for any peer certificatCVE-2026-94417 · Other software · wolfSSL · reported by facts@wolfssl.comLow 2.3
When an application enables both OCSP and CRL revocation checking on one WOLFSSL_CTX or certificate manager, wolfSSL skips the CRL check for any peer certificate that carries no Authority Information Access OCSP URL, and accepts a certificate the loaded CRL lists as revoked. The soft-fail policy for a missing responder collapses the OCSP result onto success before the code decides whether the CRL fallback is still needed, so "no responder exists" becomes indistinguishable from "the responder answered good". Affected builds define both HAVE_OCSP and HAVE_CRL: --enable-ocsp --enable-crl directly, and implicitly --enable-all, --enable-distro, --enable-curl, --enable-nginx, --enable-haproxy, --enable-stunnel, --enable-lighty, --enable-wpas, --enable-strongswan, --enable-mosquitto, --enable-jni, --enable-openvpn and --enable-krb. An application is affected only if it calls both wolfSSL_CTX_EnableOCSP() (or wolfSSL_EnableOCSP() / wolfSSL_CertManagerEnableOCSP()) and wolfSSL_CTX_EnableCRL() (or the equivalents) with a CRL loaded; an application that uses OCSP stapling alone through wolfSSL_CTX_EnableOCSPStapling() is not affected, because that sets up a separate OCSP instance. Sep 26, 2026ClawHub (openclaw/clawhub) contains an incorrect authorization vulnerability in the ClawHub application/backend: an organization-owned skill retains the ownerUsCVE-2026-100604 · Other software · openclaw · reported by VulnCheckMedium 5.3
ClawHub (openclaw/clawhub) contains an incorrect authorization vulnerability in the ClawHub application/backend: an organization-owned skill retains the ownerUserId of its original publisher, and transfer and lifecycle authorization checks trust that historical user before requiring current organization privileges. An authenticated user who originally published an organization skill can therefore transfer, delete, or restore that skill — taking control of its trusted name and history — even after their organization privileges have been revoked or downgraded. The issue was confirmed at revision cbfee7343ddc867316dd9b3de6fa8856730f9f41; the complete historical affected range was not established. It is fixed by PR #3680, included in revision 8c2de6c506bb4efabe3f0c2ffb8370b9e23d4650, which was deployed to clawhub.ai on 2026-09-11; self-hosted deployments should update to that revision or a later descendant. The npm CLI and OpenClaw runtime are separate products and are not affected.

ClawHub (openclaw/clawhub) application/backend contains a flaw in the skill report moderation flow: four distinct ordinary authenticated accounts can report a visible skill and trigger automatic hiding (moderationStatus: hidden) of that skill from the catalog without any moderator decision. Because the reporter quota counts only reports filed against visible targets, the same accounts can repeat the process against additional skills; official skills are not exempt. The issue was confirmed at revision cbfee7343ddc867316dd9b3de6fa8856730f9f41; the complete historical affected range was not established. ClawHub (openclaw/clawhub application/backend) contains a missing authorization check in the changelog preview feature. A signed-in caller can invoke the public skills:generateChangelogPreview action for a skill they are not authorized to access; the previous version is read without the file-read authorization enforced on normal content access, and up to 8,000 characters of quarantined content may be submitted to the AI provider and reflected in the preview returned to the caller, disclosing restricted skill content. Sep 26, 2026ClawHub (openclaw/clawhub) application/backend contains a server-side request forgery vulnerability in the public profile preview's image fetching.CVE-2026-100601 · Other software · openclaw · reported by VulnCheckMedium 6.9
ClawHub (openclaw/clawhub) application/backend contains a server-side request forgery vulnerability in the public profile preview's image fetching. The preview accepts a user-supplied image URL and checks the textual hostname against private-address patterns, but does not validate or pin the resolved network destination, so a public-looking hostname can resolve to an internal address or change resolution between validation and connection (DNS rebinding). A maintainer-run local harness demonstrated an outbound connection to an owner-controlled loopback listener; access to production internal services, credential disclosure, and code execution were not demonstrated. The issue was confirmed at revision cbfee7343ddc867316dd9b3de6fa8856730f9f41; the complete historical affected range was not established. Sep 26, 2026ClawHub (the openclaw/clawhub application/backend) does not bind anonymous HTTP API requests to a trusted caller identity, so all direct anonymous API requests CVE-2026-100600 · Other software · openclaw · reported by VulnCheckMedium 6.9
ClawHub (the openclaw/clawhub application/backend) does not bind anonymous HTTP API requests to a trusted caller identity, so all direct anonymous API requests share a single default quota allowance. A remote, unauthenticated caller can drain that shared allowance and thereby deny or degrade API access for unrelated visitors. In addition, when the TRUST_FORWARDED_IPS option is enabled without an authenticated edge/proxy, clients can supply arbitrary forwarded IP headers to select quota identities of their choosing and evade rate limiting. The issue was confirmed at revision cbfee7343ddc867316dd9b3de6fa8856730f9f41; the complete historical affected range was not established. It is fixed in revision 8c2de6c506bb4efabe3f0c2ffb8370b9e23d4650 (PR #3684), where direct anonymous calls are redirected to the public API origin without consuming quota and forged identity assertions return HTTP 401. Sep 25, 2026OpenClaw is an npm-distributed application.CVE-2026-100569 · Other software · OpenClaw · reported by VulnCheckMedium 6.8
OpenClaw is an npm-distributed application. In versions >= 2026.4.25 and < 2026.8.1, the workspace environment-variable filter did not block variables ending in `_ENDPOINT`, so an untrusted workspace `.env` file could set AZURE_SPEECH_ENDPOINT. Azure Speech preferred that value over the configured region, so when a synthesis or voice-list request was made, the attacker-selected endpoint received the operator's Azure Speech key in the request header, allowing the key to be reused against the operator's Azure Speech resource. Exploitation requires an operator to start OpenClaw in attacker-controlled workspace content with Azure Speech configured with a key and region and no trusted endpoint override set. The issue is fixed in 2026.8.1.

OpenClaw (npm package `openclaw`) before 2026.8.1 does not neutralize leading characters that spreadsheet applications interpret as formulas when the Control UI exports session data to CSV. Although session labels were quoted as CSV text, a lower-trust participant who can influence a session label or the first user message can place a formula-like cell in the Usage export; if an operator opens that export in a spreadsheet application with formula evaluation enabled, the cell may be evaluated with the permissions of the spreadsheet user. OpenClaw itself does not evaluate the formula, and practical impact depends on the spreadsheet application's security settings. The issue is fixed in 2026.8.1.

Sep 25, 2026OpenClaw is an npm-distributed gateway application.CVE-2026-100555 · Other software · OpenClaw · reported by VulnCheckHigh 7.1
OpenClaw is an npm-distributed gateway application. In versions >= 2026.7.1 and < 2026.8.1, Synology Chat attachment delivery could lose DNS pinning: the Gateway validated a single DNS result for a supplied file URL but then passed the original hostname to the Synology NAS, where it could resolve to a different destination. When attachment delivery accepted a remotely influenced hostname, an attacker could use DNS rebinding to make the NAS fetch a private or otherwise policy-denied resource and return its contents to the addressed conversation (server-side request forgery). Practical impact depends on NAS routing, resolver behavior, and the response available at the private destination. The issue is fixed in 2026.8.1; as a workaround, disable remote URL attachment forwarding in Synology Chat.

Sep 25, 2026InvoicePlane is a self-hosted open source application for managing invoices, clients, and payments.CVE-2026-88003 · Other software · InvoicePlane · reported by GitHubHigh 7.5
InvoicePlane is a self-hosted open source application for managing invoices, clients, and payments. Prior to 1.7.2, InvoicePlane fails to revoke administrative privileges after a role downgrade because Admin_Controller trusts the user_type snapshot stored in an existing session instead of revalidating ip_users.user_type. When one administrator downgrades another account, the target's active session continues to authorize administrative requests. The downgraded user can use Users::form() to set user_type back to 1, restoring the database role and making the privilege escalation persistent. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.7.2.

Sep 25, 2026InvoicePlane is a self-hosted open source application for managing invoices, clients, and payments.CVE-2026-85293 · Other software · InvoicePlane · reported by GitHubMedium 4.8
InvoicePlane is a self-hosted open source application for managing invoices, clients, and payments. In version 1.7.2-beta-1, InvoicePlane stores client_email values without enforcing email syntax and renders them unescaped inside double-quoted value attributes in the invoice mailer form and quote mailer form. An administrator who can edit a client can store attribute-breaking input, and, when the mailer is configured, JavaScript executes when another authenticated administrator opens the related mailer page. The script runs in the InvoicePlane origin and can perform same-origin actions with the victim's session. This issue is fixed in version 1.7.2.

Sep 25, 2026InvoicePlane is a self-hosted open source application for managing invoices, clients, and payments.CVE-2026-85292 · Other software · InvoicePlane · reported by GitHubMedium 4.8
InvoicePlane is a self-hosted open source application for managing invoices, clients, and payments. Prior to 1.7.2, InvoicePlane's User_Controller compares the session user_type value with the required role by using PHP's loose inequality operator. Under a non-standard session backend that returns unexpected scalar types, type juggling can cause a value that is not strictly the required role to pass the authorization check. This can permit authentication or authorization bypass in affected session configurations. This issue is fixed in version 1.7.2.

InvoicePlane is a self-hosted open source application for managing invoices, clients, and payments. Prior to 1.7.2, InvoicePlane's Users::change_password() method accepts a user_id from the URL and updates that account's password without an object-level authorization check. InvoicePlane is a self-hosted open source application for managing invoices, clients, and payments. Prior to 1.7.2, InvoicePlane's Cron::recur() method writes an invalid cron key from the URL path directly to the application log without neutralizing CRLF characters.
