Sep 11, 2026In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: NFS: fix delegation_hash_table leak when nfs4_server_common_setup() fails nfs4_server_commCVE-2026-89714 · Computers, phones & browsers · Linux · reported by 416baaa9-dc9f-4396-8d5f-8c081fb06d67
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: NFS: fix delegation_hash_table leak when nfs4_server_common_setup() fails nfs4_server_common_setup() allocates server->delegation_hash_table first, but server->destroy - the only path that frees the table via nfs4_destroy_server() - is not assigned until the very end of the function. If any intermediate step fails (the is_ds_only_client() check, nfs4_init_session(), nfs4_get_rootfh(), or nfs_probe_server()), the function returns with server->destroy still NULL, so the caller's nfs_free_server() skips the destroy callback and the hash table is leaked (4 KiB per attempt with the default delegation watermark). This is trivially reachable from userspace: every failed NFSv4 mount leaks one allocation. A client that persistently retries a mount that cannot succeed leaks kernel memory without bound. Observed in production where a Longhorn backup poller retried mount.nfs4 against an NFSv3-only server roughly 10 times per second, leaking ~3.4 GiB of unreclaimable slab (kmalloc-rnd-13-4k) per day; the node accumulated 12 GiB of leaked slab before the source was identified via the kmem:kmalloc tracepoint (call_site=nfs4_de

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ecryptfs: hold msg ctx list lock when cleaning daemon queue ecryptfs_exorcise_daemon() drops queued messages from a dying daemon without holding ecryptfs_msg_ctx_lists_mux, but ecryptfs_msg_ctx_alloc_to_free() requires that lock. Sep 10, 2026Suricata is a network Intrusion Detection System, Intrusion Prevention System and Network Security Monitoring engine.CVE-2026-45770 · Other software · OISF · reported by GitHubHigh 7.5
Suricata is a network Intrusion Detection System, Intrusion Prevention System and Network Security Monitoring engine. Starting in version 8.0.0 and prior to version 8.0.5, a Lua rule that registers too many flow variables can corrupt Lua detection state and may bypass Suricata's restricted Lua sandbox. This requires an affected Lua script/rule to be loaded. Excessive flow variables being registered may also cause Suricata to crash. Version 8.0.5 contains a fix. As a workaround, disable `security.lua.allow-rules` unless Lua rules are required.

Sep 10, 2026Suricata is a network Intrusion Detection System, Intrusion Prevention System and Network Security Monitoring engine.CVE-2026-45769 · Other software · OISF · reported by GitHubHigh 7.5
Suricata is a network Intrusion Detection System, Intrusion Prevention System and Network Security Monitoring engine. Prior to versions 7.0.16 and 8.0.5,IKEv2 parser state could grow without bounds while storing client transforms. Repeated crafted UDP traffic may cause Suricata to consume excessive memory, potentially resulting in denial of service. Versions 7.0.16 and 8.0.5 fix the issue. Some workarounds are available. Disable IKE application-layer parsing if it is not needed. Alternatively, use a rule to bypass ike flows after the first packets like `alert ike any any -> any any (sid: 2; flow.pkts_toserver: > 256; bypass; noalert;)`.

Sep 10, 2026Suricata is a network Intrusion Detection System, Intrusion Prevention System and Network Security Monitoring engine.CVE-2026-45762 · Other software · OISF · reported by GitHubHigh 7.5
Suricata is a network Intrusion Detection System, Intrusion Prevention System and Network Security Monitoring engine. Prior to versions 7.0.16 and 8.0.5, Suricata's IP defragmentation tracker lookup did not verify that an existing tracker used the same IP address family as the packet being processed. Under crafted fragmented IPv4/IPv6 traffic, an IPv6 fragment could be associated with an IPv4 defragmentation tracker. This can lead to a remote packet-triggered crash and denial of service when Suricata performs the relevant defragmentation. Versions 7.0.16 and 8.0.5 contain a fix. As a workaround, if using Suricata as an IDS with AF_PACKET, enabling AF_PACKET's `defrag` option may prevent Suricata from seeing such fragmented packets.

Sep 10, 2026Improper neutralization of special elements in data query logic in the MongoDB integration for Laravel can cause an array supplied to an explicit equality filteCVE-2026-88022 · Other software · MongoDB · reported by cna@mongodb.comHigh 8.4
Improper neutralization of special elements in data query logic in the MongoDB integration for Laravel can cause an array supplied to an explicit equality filter to be interpreted as a query condition rather than as a literal value. This affects the three-argument `where` method when the operator is `=` or `eq`, as well as the `find` and `delete` methods that use that code path. An attacker who can cause an affected application to supply an operator-shaped array to one of these APIs may obtain a document other than the intended target or delete documents beyond the intended target.

Sep 10, 2026Suricata is a network Intrusion Detection System, Intrusion Prevention System and Network Security Monitoring engine.CVE-2026-46387 · Other software · OISF · reported by GitHubHigh 7.5
Suricata is a network Intrusion Detection System, Intrusion Prevention System and Network Security Monitoring engine. Prior to versions 7.0.16 and 8.0.5, Suricata's HTTP/2 decompression path could grow the decompressed response-body buffer without an effective upper bound. A crafted HTTP/2 DATA payload using a high compression ratio, such as gzip, deflate, or brotli compressed data, could cause Suricata to allocate excessive memory while decompressing the payload. Versions 7.0.16 and 8.0.5 contain a fix. As a workaround, disable HTTP2.

Sep 10, 2026Suricata is a network Intrusion Detection System, Intrusion Prevention System and Network Security Monitoring engine.CVE-2026-45747 · Other software · OISF · reported by GitHubHigh 7.5
Suricata is a network Intrusion Detection System, Intrusion Prevention System and Network Security Monitoring engine. Prior to version 7.0.16, the Lua TLS certificate information helper could dereference NULL certificate fields when a Lua script requested certificate information for TLS traffic where some certificate fields were absent. Crafted TLS traffic processed by a deployment using affected Lua TLS scripting could crash Suricata, resulting in denial of service. Version 7.0.16 contains a fix. As a workaround, avoid Lua scripts that call TLS certificate information helpers on untrusted traffic (`TlsGetCertInfo` function), or update scripts to handle missing certificate fields where possible.

Sep 10, 2026Suricata is a network Intrusion Detection System, Intrusion Prevention System and Network Security Monitoring engine.CVE-2026-45763 · Other software · OISF · reported by GitHubMedium 5.9
Suricata is a network Intrusion Detection System, Intrusion Prevention System and Network Security Monitoring engine. Starting in version 8.0.0 and prior to version 8.0.5, when Lua rule execution is enabled, the Lua sandbox memory limit was not consistently enforced for new allocations. Certain Lua allocation patterns could exceed `security.lua.max-bytes` without triggering the intended memory limit, making the configured sandbox limit unreliable. This requires Lua rules to be enabled and an affected Lua script/rule to be loaded. Version 8.0.5 contains a fix. As a workaround, disable `security.lua.allow-rules` unless Lua rules are required.

Sep 9, 2026money-pos 1.0 contains a stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability.CVE-2026-71803 · Other software · reported by MITREMedium 5.4
money-pos 1.0 contains a stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability. When processing returns, the backend fails to filter or escape the goodsName parameter, directly concatenating it into the order log description; the frontend subsequently renders this content using v-html. An attacker with product creation privileges can inject a malicious JavaScript payload, causing unauthorized code execution when an administrator views the order logs.

Sep 9, 2026Rattler is a library that provides common functionality used within the conda ecosystem.CVE-2026-53956 · Other software · conda · reported by GitHubMedium 5.4
Rattler is a library that provides common functionality used within the conda ecosystem. `rattler_cache` prior to version 0.9.0 and `py-rattler` prior to version 0.24.0 were vulnerable to package-cache path traversal when handling package metadata from conda channels. During cache materialization, the `ratter_cache` code used the package record `build` string as part of a cache key that was joined into a filesystem path. A malicious or untrusted channel could publish repodata with path separators or traversal components in that field, causing package contents to be written outside the configured package cache directory. The issue requires use of a malicious or otherwise untrusted conda channel. Curated channels that validate package metadata are not expected to allow malformed build strings of this form. Users should upgrade to `rattler_cache` version 0.9.0 or `py-rattler` version 0.24.0 and avoid untrusted conda channels.
