pgAdmin 4's File Manager save_file endpoint, which backs saving from the Query Tool and ERD, validated the requested path with Filemanager.check_access_permission() and then opened the file for writing with a plain open() call. CVE-2026-7819 had previously hardened the separate file upload path by opening its target with O_NOFOLLOW, so that the kernel refuses to follow a symbolic link at the final path component, but save_file was left on an unprotected open(). A symbolic link already present when the check ran was rejected by the check itself; the remaining exposure was a link substituted at the final path component in the interval between the check and the write, at which point the write followed the link and landed outside the user's storage directory, creating or overwriting an arbitrary file as the operating-system account running pgAdmin. Exploitation requires the ability to create or replace a symbolic link inside the requesting user's storage directory. pgAdmin exposes no interface that creates symbolic links, so this requires filesystem access to the pgAdmin host or to a shared or network-mounted storage backend, together with winning the timing window. • Sep 17, 2026Insufficient Session Expiration vulnerability in team-alembic AshAuthentication and AshAuthentication Phoenix allows a revoked session to remain fully authenticCVE-2026-86533 · Other software · team-alembic · reported by 6b3ad84c-e1a6-4bf7-a703-f496b71e49dbCritical 9.1

Insufficient Session Expiration vulnerability in team-alembic AshAuthentication and AshAuthentication Phoenix allows a revoked session to remain fully authenticated. A resource configured with session_identifier :jti and require_token_presence_for_authentication? disabled stores its session value as <jti>:<subject>. The jti is there so that signing out can revoke that one session. Neither reader consults it: AshAuthentication.Plug.Helpers.authenticate_resource_from_session/4 and AshAuthentication.Phoenix.LiveSession.on_mount/4 both split the value with split_identifier/2, discard the jti and pass the bare subject to AshAuthentication.subject_to_user/3, which reloads the record. The token-presence branch of each function does check its token, calling AshAuthentication.TokenResource.Actions.get_token/3 with the jti and the purpose user. Because the revocation record is never read, neither its revoked state nor its expiry constrains the session, so a session captured before sign-out keeps working. This issue affects ash_authentication: from 4.9.1 before 4.15.0 and from 5.0.0-rc.0 before 5.0.0-rc.14; ash_authentication_phoenix: from 2.10.0 before 2.17.4 and from 3.0.0-rc.0 before 3.0

  • Sep 17, 2026A flaw was found in the foreman_remote_execution plugin's template invocations controller.CVE-2026-92904 · Other software · Red Hat · reported by Red HatMedium 4.3

A flaw was found in the foreman_remote_execution plugin's template invocations controller. The show_template_invocation_by_host action resolves the job invocation by ID without evaluating the caller's view_job_invocations permission filter against the record. An authenticated user whose job invocation visibility is restricted by a permission filter can enumerate job invocation IDs and read the live output, rendered script, and input values for other users' job invocations within their own organizations.

  • Sep 17, 2026WWBN AVideo through commit e01e41ecc (no patched version available) contains a broken access control flaw in objects/userVerifyEmail.php.CVE-2026-92915 · Other software · WWBN · reported by VulnCheckMedium 6.9

WWBN AVideo through commit e01e41ecc (no patched version available) contains a broken access control flaw in objects/userVerifyEmail.php. The script disables the login requirement ($global['ignoreUserMustBeLoggedIn'] = 1), takes users_id directly from the query string, and calls User::sendVerificationLink() with no session requirement, no CSRF/global token, no relationship check between caller and target, and no enforceRateLimit() call. The only intended throttle is keyed to the caller's own session, so cookie-less requests are never limited. An unauthenticated remote attacker can therefore cause an arbitrary number of verification emails to be sent to any account ID, and can enumerate accounts and their verification status from the three distinct JSON responses ("Verification Sent", "Already verified", "Unknown error"). In addition, createVerificationCode() invokes $user->setRecoverPass() and saves the user, so each anonymous request writes a live password-recovery token onto the targeted account; that token is embedded in base64 in the verification link emailed to the account owner and is accepted by objects/userRecoverPassSave.json.php as the credential for setting a new passwor

  • Sep 17, 2026A flaw was found in the foreman_ansible plugin's Ansible inventory API.CVE-2026-92893 · Other software · Red Hat · reported by Red HatMedium 4.3

A flaw was found in the foreman_ansible plugin's Ansible inventory API. The controller builds its host query using an unscoped Host.where call that does not enforce the search filter associated with the caller's view_hosts permission. An authenticated user whose host visibility is restricted by a permission filter can supply arbitrary host IDs within their organization and receive the full Ansible inventory for those hosts, including parameter values marked as hidden.

The destroy action resolves the target LookupValue record by ID without verifying it belongs to an AnsibleVariable the caller is authorized to edit. Nodemailer before 9.1.0 fails to apply UTS-46 normalization when encoding international domain names, causing the domain resolver to compute a different Punycode A-label than standards-compliant parsers. Attackers can craft recipient addresses with invisible characters or compatibility mappings that pass domain allow-list checks but are delivered to attacker-controlled domains via SMTP.

  • Sep 16, 2026Nodemailer versions >= 6.9.16 and < 9.1.0 mis-parse RFC 5322 comments in email addresses: in lib/addressparser, a comment closed immediately before a non-break CVE-2026-92597 · Other software · nodemailer · reported by VulnCheckHigh 8.3

Nodemailer versions >= 6.9.16 and < 9.1.0 mis-parse RFC 5322 comments in email addresses: in lib/addressparser, a comment closed immediately before a non-break character causes the tokenizer to concatenate the atoms surrounding the comment instead of treating the comment as folding whitespace that terminates the domain. A recipient address such as user@good-corp.com(x)evil.com is therefore read by Nodemailer as the single domain good-corp.comevil.com (registrable domain comevil.com, which an attacker can register) and used for both the SMTP envelope (RCPT TO) and the emitted To:/From: headers, while a conformant RFC 5322 parser terminates the domain at the comment and reads good-corp.com. An application that validates the recipient domain with a strict RFC 5322 parser (without inspecting parse defects) or a naive prefix/substring allow-list and then hands the raw address to Nodemailer can be induced to deliver mail to a domain the attacker controls. Fixed in 9.1.0.

Nodemailer (npm package `nodemailer`) versions 9.1.0 and earlier do not honor the `disableFileAccess` and `disableUrlAccess` sandbox options when message content is resolved through the public plugin API `MailMessage.resolveContent()` using the documented legacy three-argument signature `resolveContent(data, key, callback)`. Because `shared.resolveContent()` normalizes the missing `options` argument to an empty object, the message-level flags copied into `mail.data` by the MailMessage constructor are discarded, and `resolveContentValue()` skips both access-control checks, reaching `nmfetch(url)` or `fs.createReadStream(path)`. As a result, plugin or application code that resolves untrusted message content (html, text, attachment `path` or `href`) via this API can be induced to read arbitrary local files or issue outbound HTTP(S) requests (server-side request forgery), bypassing the sandbox the application enabled. The internal paths used by `transporter.sendMail()` (`resolveAll()`, `_convertDataImages()`, and the MIME streaming path) are not affected. Fixed in version 9.1.1.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: mm/hugetlb_cma: fix null nodemask dereference in hugetlb_cma_alloc_frozen_folio alloc_buddy_hugetlb_folio_with_mpol() can pass a NULL nodemask to alloc_fresh_hugetlb_folio() as a fallback to allocate from all nodes. If order is gigantic, alloc_fresh_hugetlb_folio() propagates the NULL nodemask down to hugetlb_cma_alloc_frozen_folio() via alloc_gigantic_frozen_folio(). Additionally, hugetlb_cma_alloc_frozen_folio() previously attempted allocation on hugetlb_cma[nid] without verifying if nid is included in the caller's nodemask. Adding a node_isset(nid, *nodemask) check ensures the initial preferred node allocation honors the memory policy / nodemask. However, hugetlb_cma_alloc_frozen_folio() dereferences the nodemask in node_isset(nid, *nodemask) and for_each_node_mask(node, *nodemask), leading to a null pointer dereference kernel panic when nodemask is NULL. Fix this by checking if nodemask is NULL in hugetlb_cma_alloc_frozen_folio() and defaulting it to cpuset_current_mems_allowed. Enclose the allocation attempts within the cpuset seqcount retry loop so that if the cpuset changes concurrently during alloca

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drm/pagemap: Fix folio allocation fallback and use-after-put drm_pagemap_migrate_populate_ram_pfn() had two issues when populating RAM PFNs with higher-order folios: 1. The higher-order vma_alloc_folio()/folio_alloc() calls did not pass __GFP_NOWARN, so a THP allocation failure under memory pressure would spam the kernel log, and there was no fallback path despite a TODO comment stating one was needed. Add __GFP_NOWARN to the higher-order allocation and, on failure, fall back to order-0 allocations for the entire range originally covered by the failed higher-order allocation, leaving MIGRATE_PFN_COMPOUND unset for those PFNs. 2. In the free_pages error path, order was computed via folio_order(page_folio(page)) *after* put_page(page) had already dropped the reference, resulting in a use-after-free/put when that was the last reference on the page. Compute order before releasing the page. Introducing the fallback in 1. also requires the source page array handed to ->copy_to_ram() to be built differently. Both callers only populated the entry at the head of each source folio, relyi

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drm/nouveau/uvmm: fix premature region free on failed OP_UNMAP_SPARSE In nouveau_uvmm_bind_job_submit()'s OP_UNMAP_SPARSE arm, op->reg is set from nouveau_uvma_region_find(), which only looks the region up and takes no reference; a region's sole reference is its membership in uvmm->region_mt. Two failure paths leave op->reg set: the -ENOENT check when the region is busy, and the drm_gpuvm_sm_unmap_ops_create() failure. The sibling nouveau_uvmm_sm_unmap_prepare() failure just below clears op->reg; these two do not. unwind_continue steps back one op, so the failing op is skipped by the unwind loop and its op->reg stays set. nouveau_uvmm_bind_job_cleanup() then enters its if (op->reg) branch and calls nouveau_uvma_region_remove() and nouveau_uvma_region_put() on it, dropping the tree's sole reference and freeing a region this job never created. The comment above the cleanup loop documents the broken invariant: op->reg must be NULL on submit failure. This frees a live region on an unrelated failure, reachable single-job when drm_gpuvm_sm_unmap_ops_create() returns -ENOMEM; if another job owns the same region, its c

Concrete CMS 9 before 9.5.3 authorized the dashboard sitemap reorder action (Concrete\Controller\Backend\Dashboard\SitemapUpdate) using only the global access_sitemap task permission and did not check per-page edit permission before updating each page's display order. As a result, an authenticated user granted sitemap access could change the display order (cDisplayOrder) of any pages they had no rights to edit, altering the order in which those pages render in navigation, breadcrumb, and page-list output. The reorder action additionally validated no CSRF token, so the write could be triggered by a forged request. The Concrete CMS security team gave this vulnerability a CVSS v4.0 score of 2.1 with vector CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:P/PR:H/UI:N/VC:N/VI:L/VA:N/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N. Concrete CMS before 9.5.3 did not enforce a per-page authorization check when reordering pages from the sitemap. In the sitemap Explore dashboard controller, the send_to_top and send_to_bottom reorder tasks ran after only a generic sitemap-access check; the controller loaded the page named by the attacker-controlled cNodeID parameter and changed its display order without verifying that the current user held move or arrange permission on that specific page. Because of this, an authenticated user who could reach the sitemap but had no edit or arrange rights on a given page could still move that page and alter the site's global navigation order. The Concrete CMS security team gave this vulnerability a CVSS v4.0 score of 2.1 with vector CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:P/PR:H/UI:N/VC:N/VI:L/VA:N/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N. • Sep 15, 2026plone.app.textfield provides a zope.schema-style field type called RichText for storing a value with a related MIME type.CVE-2026-54503 · Other software · plone · reported by GitHubMedium 4.3

plone.app.textfield provides a zope.schema-style field type called RichText for storing a value with a related MIME type. Prior to 2.0.2, 3.0.2, and 4.0.1, depending on the release line, RichTextValue.output returns an unsanitized stored RichText value when mimeType equals outputMimeType, including values that claim the text/x-html-safe output type. This equality shortcut bypasses the safe_html transform even though the transform itself correctly removes event-handler attributes and unsafe URI schemes. Equal types can result from a RichText field configured with the same mimeType and outputMimeType or from REST API input that supplies text/x-html-safe as its content type. The raw stored value is then emitted through tal:content=structure without escaping, allowing a user who can set a RichText field to store JavaScript that executes in a viewer's browser. This issue is fixed in versions 2.0.2, 3.0.2, and 4.0.1.

Yonyou U8 Cloud contains an unauthenticated Java deserialization vulnerability in the nc.impl.pub.filesystem.FileManageServlet component that allows remote unauthenticated attackers to execute arbitrary OS commands by sending a serialized payload via POST request. Attackers can exploit the doAction method, which passes raw HTTP request body data directly to ObjectInputStream.readObject() without filtering, to achieve remote code execution. Exploitation evidence was first observed by the Shadowserver Foundation on 2025-02-13.

  • Sep 15, 2026CodeRAG is a lightweight semantic code search and distillation utility for AI coding agents.CVE-2026-57586 · Other software · naranor · reported by GitHubHigh 8.6

CodeRAG is a lightweight semantic code search and distillation utility for AI coding agents. Prior to 1.3.1, the default agent-coderag sync flow in code_rag/entry/cli.py calls sync_dependencies for an indexed path, and code_rag/core/manager.py treats build.gradle or build.gradle.kts as sufficient to invoke _sync_gradle. _sync_gradle prefers a repository-controlled gradlew or gradlew.bat file and passes it directly to asyncio.create_subprocess_exec with the repository root as the working directory; validate_path in code_rag/core/utils.py constrains the directory location but does not validate the executable's content or integrity. A victim who indexes an attacker-controlled Gradle repository therefore executes attacker-supplied code with the victim's operating-system privileges, allowing disclosure, modification, persistence, or denial of service in the user environment. This issue is fixed in 1.3.1.

GeoLens is a self-hosted geospatial data catalog with semantic search, OGC and STAC APIs, and a map builder. Prior to 1.2.3, multiple read and link endpoints authorize only the resource named in the request URL and fail to re-authorize a second caller-influenced dataset reached through a relationship, map layer, VRT source, externalId lookup, or request body. When a public map references a private dataset, anonymous callers can use GET /maps/{id} and GET /maps/{id}/style.json to obtain the private layer's metadata, sampled values, or vector tiles. The style response can expose a replayable HMAC tile URL that is bound to neither a user nor a map. When a public source dataset has a relationship to a private target dataset, anonymous callers can use the dataset relationship APIs to enumerate the relationship and read rows from the private target's backing table. Anonymous callers can also use GET /collections/datasets/items with an externalId dataset UUID to obtain metadata for any private, restricted, or unpublished dataset because that lookup performs no visibility check. Authenticated users with the default editor role can mosaic another user's private raster into an owned VRT and

The Zephyr SDIO subsystem function sdio_io_rw_extended_helper() in subsys/sd/sdio.c finishes transfers with a byte-I/O loop that uses size = MIN(remaining, func->cis.max_blk_size) as the per-iteration step. The value func->cis.max_blk_size is decoded directly from the SDIO card's CIS FUNCE tuple in sdio_decode_cis() and is not validated. When a card reports a maximum block size of zero, size is always 0, remaining never decreases, and the loop spins forever. The loop is reached from the public SDIO client API used by drivers, including sdio_read_fifo(), sdio_write_fifo(), and the incrementing register read/write helpers, each of which enters the loop while holding the per-card mutex func->card->lock. A card advertising max_blk_size == 0 therefore hangs the calling thread permanently on its first non-block-aligned transfer and never releases the mutex, denying service to the SDIO peripheral (and any subsystem such as Wi-Fi that depends on it) until the device is reset. The malicious value must come from the SDIO card itself, so the defect is exploitable where a removable SDIO/combo card slot lets an attacker insert a crafted or malfunctioning card (a physical attack vector); on bo
