What to post
- Updates: new services, a finished job, seasonal hours, a new team member.
- Offers: a real promotion with dates, if you run one.
- Events: live music, trivia, a sale, with date and time.
- Photos and short videos of real work and the place.
How often
Every week or two is plenty for most businesses. Use a real photo, a few plain sentences, and a button (Call, Book, Learn more) that goes to the right page on your website.
What they don’t do
- Replace reviews, categories or your website for ranking.
- Accept phone numbers in the post text; Google may reject posts that include them.
- Stay prominent forever. Older posts move down as new ones appear.
