Marketing Sales Representative · Independent contractor (1099) · Grand Strand, Charleston, Columbia, Charlotte Sell the marketing. We run it every month.
Monthly plans, recurring commission.
Every business you walk past knows it should be posting, answering reviews and running ads, and most never get to it. We sell them a monthly plan and our marketing team, led by Lia Salopek, does the work: the posts, the Google listing, the ads, the report. You find the owners, show them where they stand online, and sign them up.
What you'd actually do, week to week.
Walk in with their own numbers
Before you visit, look at what a customer sees: the last post, the Google listing, the reviews nobody answered, the hours that are wrong. You show the owner their own business, not a brochure.
Prices on the page
Social is $750 a month, Growth $1,500 and Full Service $2,500, published on our pricing page with ad spend kept separate. Owners can check before you arrive, and you never spring a number on anyone.
Our team does the work
Lia Salopek, our Head of Marketing, leads the work: the calendar, the posts, the ads and the monthly report. You are never the one making content at midnight.
Recurring, not one and done
Plans are monthly, so a client you sign keeps paying while they stay. How your commission follows that client is in your agreement, in writing, before you start.
A sales portal for the paperwork
Your leads, your registrations, your pipeline and your numbers in one place, with every agreement signed electronically from your phone.
Websites too, when they need one
If an owner's real problem is the website, that's ours as well. You can bring us the build and the marketing in the same conversation.
In writing, before you start.
No number on this page we haven't promised you in an agreement. Here's the structure; the figures come on the call.

- You notice when a business's Instagram hasn't posted since spring, and it bugs you.

- You can hear "not right now" and come back in a month like nothing happened.

Straight answers, before you apply.
Is this a job with a salary?
No. It's an independent contractor role (1099), paid on commission. There's no base pay, no quota to keep your spot, no fee to join and nothing to buy.
How much does it pay?
The commission rate, and how long it runs on each client, is set in writing on the call before you start. We would rather put a real number in your agreement than post one here.
Do I have to make the content?
No. Our marketing team makes and posts it. If you'd rather create than sell, look at the Social Media & Content Creator role instead, or ask about doing both.
Do I need marketing experience?
It helps. What matters more is being comfortable starting a conversation with an owner and knowing what good looks like online. The playbook and field days cover the rest.
Can I sell websites too?
Yes. If an owner needs a website, bring it in. How website deals are paid gets written into your agreement like everything else.
